Restaurant Arador in St. Leon-Rot

We really enjoyed the ambiance in the restaurant at the Hotel Arador. The welcome and service were friendly. The Christmas menu was consistently delicious. We can therefore recommend our visit overall.

Excellent experience at this restaurant! The service is impeccable and the owners are really warm, you feel right at home. Special mention for the revisited beef tartare! I highly recommend this place!

Very friendly service. Very nice outdoor area. Great ambiance. We felt very comfortable. The small menu with a selection of dishes, pasta dishes, steak, fish, etc. appeals to me because the dishes are freshly prepared rather than pre-made from the freezer ;) The prices are a bit higher, but the food was unfortunately rather average. We both had linguini with vegetables and prawns. A 0.25l Pinot Gris for €7.50, otherwise you'd expect to pay around €9-10 for a quarter of wine. The pasta had a nice bite, the portion was a decent size, and very hot (we were the only ones there, though). The food just lacked a certain flair. You want something different in a restaurant than when you cook it at home. The ingredients were fresh, but I'm guessing the linguini was more of a convenience store item, as the color and shape usually deviate from the "packet" standard. The dessert was delicious. Overall, a lovely evening.

Excellent food and drinks, very welcome after hard day work or if you are on trip. Very friendly staff and reasonable prices. Try it and you won't be dissapointed.
