Trattoria Pizzeria L‘Italiano in St. Leon-Rot

We stumbled upon this fantastic Italian restaurant quite spontaneously and by chance. The ambiance exudes Italian vibes, as does the staff. Both the salad and the pizza were fantastic! A unique taste experience! Highly recommended! We'll be back! If you want to enjoy a little slice of vacation, this is the place for you!

Very tasty pizza and great service. Minimal deduction as it is loud when full. But the fact that the restaurant is well attended speaks for the quality. :)

Really very nice and courteous staff, especially to our daughter. There was a small mini-portion of pasta on the house and she was simply provided with painting supplies without us explicitly asking for them. The pizza was delicious and the rest of the service was great too. We were on vacation in St. Leon-Rot and can definitely recommend this Italian! There is one star deduction for service simply because you can no longer pay with a Visa or Maestro card. Only EC card or cash payment is possible.

I absolutely love this wonderful Italian restaurant! The service was not only attentive, but also incredibly warm and personal. The highlight of my visit was that the kitchen created a new shrimp dish for me - something that wasn't even on the menu! The combination of fresh ingredients, authentic flavors and loving preparation was simply extraordinary. It's rare to feel so valued as a guest. For me, this restaurant is the epitome of hospitality and culinary creativity. I can highly recommend it to everyone and am already looking forward to my next visit!

Great food and perfect service!

We went to an event last night and then stopped at the Pizzeria L'Italiano. We had reserved a table in advance via the website, which was promptly confirmed. Praise for the quick processing. When we arrived at the pizzeria, we were greeted by an authentic Italian restaurateur who quickly took our order. We ordered two pizzas that were super tasty with very good toppings and crispy edges. We were completely satisfied and would love to come back!

The service was great, super friendly, especially with the children. Pizza and lasagna authentically Italian, salad fresh and delicious dressing. We were thrilled from start to finish. There was something for the kids to paint and a little Halloween surprise. Great!

I myself am also Sicilian, for me this evening is a piece of home. The food was really tasty, we ate pizza and we can only recommend it.

In my opinion the pizza could be much better if there were fewer toppings. It was just way too juicy and drippy, which is a real shame because the bread part (base and edge) is really great.

Authentisch italienisches Essen in Perfektion. Rundum perfekte Vor-, Haupt und Nachspeise. Es war ein Freude. Verbesserungsvorschlag auf höchsten Niveau: Ein bisschen Frische zum Panna Cotta.

The staff makes a super friendly, nice impression and you are immediately shown to a table. The pizzas are super tasty and prepared with a lot of love. The beautiful outdoor area and the Italian music offer a wonderful evening, like on a vacation in Italy.

Stopped there for dinner on a long road trip from Frankfurt airport. The food was fabulous and the service was great. They appreciated that we still had a fair way to go, so service was quick and very attentive,too. I would become a regular if I lived there

Wir waren mit einer großen Gruppe (Triathleten) zu Gast hier (Freitag) und waren direkt schwer begeistert, erstmal war das Personal absolut mega freundlich und lieb. Das Essen war absolut perfekt und für jeden was dabei, ohne Wartezeit und zu fairen Preisen. Trotz hohem aufkommen, was absolut verständlich war, hat uns der "Chef " es uns ermöglicht das wir auch samstags wieder kommen durfen. Fünf ***** plus!!! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ate in the beer garden today in great weather. Been here for the first time. The pizza of the month for April was awesome. Saltimbocca with sage and Parma ham was tender and tasted great, the vegetables were not enough to choose from (only zucchini and eggplant) and in quantity. Fabio, the boss is warm, authentic, super nice. We will be back. We already have reservations. Thanks to the whole team Christine & Robert

Fabio and his team are the best hosts you could wish for. Always attentive, unusual and very tasty dishes on the daily menu and the pizza is the best anyway - everything is great. We have already celebrated a birthday in the very comfortably furnished restaurant. It was a completely successful celebration thanks to the great L'Italiano team. 100% - our favorite place to eat.

Nice and welcoming restaurant, good quality typical Italian cuisine with a touch of Sicily with Mazzara del Vallo prawns. Doing the honors is Fabio, the owner, a character, friendly and good at his role, he knows how to put you at ease and make you feel at home. Compliments also to the chef Ezio. Greeted nicely by the owner. Food was very good. Had dinner there with 6 adults and 3 children. The boss took particularly good care of the children. I can recommend it at any time. It was a very nice evening.

Ein gemütlicher Italiener mit sehr leckerem Essen. Ob im Sommer draußen oder im Winter drinnen, das Ambiente ist stets gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist hervorragend. Man wird immer satt und das Essen ist jedes Mal ein Genuss. Ich komme jedes Mal gerne her.

Wir waren mit einer 30-köpfiden Gruppe zum Geschäftsessen dort. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir waren immer wieder vom Chef des Hauses betreut, unsere Wünsche wurden berücksichtigt. Wir durften auch etwas später da bleiben, ohne das wir schief angeschaut waren. Für uns war es sehr entspannter und gelungener Abend . GRAZIE ❤️

Wie jedes mal sind wir von Fabio und seinem Team herzlich empfangen worden, wir haben für 11 Personen reserviert und wie ihr auf den Fotos sehen könnt wurden wir mit Essen, Trinken & Service wieder komplett verwöhnt 🍕🐟🍨☕😊 Wartezeiten am Sontag Mittag für Trinken, Vorspeise, Hauptgang, Dessert und Kaffee war Topp! bei voller Auslastung im Gastraum (ca. 60-65 Personen Platz) + einige 🍕 Abholungen. Die Oktober Gerichte sind sehr empfehlenswert 💪🏻 Vielen Dank🙏

Seeeeehr leckere Pizza und netter aufmerksamer Service.

Die Trattoria besticht durch ein schlichtes gemütliches und warmherziges Ambiente. Auch gibt es hier einen sehr schönen großen Biergarten. Bedienung und Chef sind sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Der Service ist top. Das Antipasto ist nur zu empfehlen. Haben uns nach Rücksprache mit Chef eine Platte für 4 bringen lassen. Die Hauptspeisen waren bisher immer alle sehr geschmackvoll und portionsmäßig vollkommen ausreichend. Die Nachspeisen (siehe Fotos) sind nicht nur was für das Auge. Nein, der Magen wird nach mehr schreien. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Das Essen das am Tisch ankam war gut. Allerdings hat es sehr lange gedauert bis das Essen kam und es kam auch nicht alles was bestellt wurde. Auf der Rechnung war es allerdings drauf. Auch Getränke kamen erst nach einiger Zeit. Ist man alleine oder zu zweit und man hat etwas Zeit ist es ok. Als etwas größere Gruppe kann ich es nicht empfehlen.

Auf der Urlaubsreise haben wir das Restaurant besucht. Der Chef persönlich hat uns vorzüglich bedient. Die tolle Atmosphäre und das Engagement des Personals haben wir so schon lange nicht mehr erlebt. Man hatte das Gefühl als wäre man in Italien. Das Essen war hervorragend und alles schmeckte sehr frisch und schmackhaft. Deshalb waren wir auch am folgenden Tag wieder zum Essen. Auch die anderen Gäste haben zu zwei wundervollen Abenden beigetragen. Absolut phantastisch und dringeng auszuprobieren wenn man in St. Leon Rot vorbeikommen sollte.

Ein Restaurant, das man nur empfehlen kann. Eine schöne Ausenterrasse, bei der man auch im Sommer immer einen Schattenplatz findet. Der Innenbereich hat einen besonderen Flair. Es ist ein sehr familien freundliches Restaurant, bei dem auch die kleinen immer etwas leckeres finden. Man schmeckt bei den traditionellen Speisen, die liebe und die Handarbeit. Ich gehe immer wieder gerne dort essen, weil man sich willkommen fühlt. 👌❤️👍

Sehr gutes italienisches Restaurant. Sogar am Abend unter der Woche war es voll, was ganz klar für die Qualität spricht.

4 Pizzen bestellt geschmacklich nichts besonderes. Dazu noch zu breiter rand ohne Soße und Käse. Knoblauch hat auch gefehlt. Preislich, 31€ für Mini Pizzen bezahlt.
