I wouldn't eat there again. He's a normal Greek and there's nothing nice about the place.

My regular Greek. Ambience: I personally think it could be given a coat of paint, something more modern 5/10. Service: 10/10 Attentive, quick and friendly. Food: a little less but the taste was great as always 9/10

Found via Google. We were craving Greek food. Wanted in Kleve. This one came out as the best... We had not made a reservation but were able to take a seat immediately. Today was Thursday, 5:30 PM. The restaurant is large and it was already quite busy! Despite the crowds, the staff was extremely friendly. And the order was taken and served quickly. The food was delicious!! Well seasoned, not too salty, warm and very tasty. The wine also tasted very good. All in all a very good experience and we were really positively surprised. The price quality is really top. Here you can sit comfortably, eat well and be treated nicely. Definitely worth it. We have driven past this place so many times, but never really realized that this is a Greek restaurant... Recommended!!

Cozy Greek restaurant. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Meat was good. Really large portions but unfortunately a bit on the salty side. You were served a salad with the dishes, but it's a pity that you had to order the sauce separately, €3.90 a bit expensive compared to the dishes.

I felt like I was eating Greek home cooking! They gave us ouzo, a traditional liquor, as an aperitif, and it was a new world experience. I heard that the only people who eat ouzo without even batting an eye are Greeks. All the food was delicious and didn't have a fishy smell. The calamari was also delicious.

Good food for a reasonable amount

If you want what is on offer here, you are well served: grilled meat of good quality and in large quantities. The side dishes are rather minimalist (a mountain of fries, coleslaw) according to the motto "only distracts". One ouzo beforehand, one afterward when paying - done! Not so much for vegetarians.

The Akropolis Kleve is comfortably furnished like a typical Greek restaurant. The service is exceptionally friendly and quick. I visited the Acropolis in December 2023, the gyros and lamb chop with rice were very tasty, even the ouzo served on the house was exceptionally good. Since I was very satisfied with my visit, I went there again later for dinner with someone else. My girlfriend was also very happy with her food and the service. We won't be guests here for the last time.

Ich habe heute am Sonntag, den 14.01.2024 nach langer Zeit mal wieder das Akropolis in Kleve besucht. Wir hatten einen Tisch für 2 Personen vorbestellt und wurden vom Kellner sehr freundlich empfangen und an unseren Tisch geleitet. Wir bekamen sofort die Speisekarte und bestellten unsere Getränke. Es gab Carlsberg Bier vom Fass, welches sehr gut gekühlt war und eine schöne Krone hatte, so wie ich das mag. Danach bestellten mein Neffe und ich uns die Vorspeise, die wir beide so lieben und die in der Kombination einmalig schmeckt, nämlich die Nr. 37, das frisch zubereitete Knoblauchbrot vom Grill zusammen mit der Nr. 2, Taramas, der roten Kaviar-Creme. Das kam auch sehr zügig und war absolut frisch. Dazu erhielten wir den üblichen Salat mit den kleinen Baguett Brötchen. Ich bestellte mir dann als Hauptspeise die Nr. 80, den Santorini Teller - Bifteki in pikanter Soße, Leber und Gyros mit Pommes. Mein Neffe entschied sich für die Nr. 95, den Syrtaki Teller mit Souvlaki, Lammkotelett, Souzouki und Gyros mit Pommes. Die Gerichte kamen nach recht kurzer Wartezeit und sie waren fantastisch. Fleisch auf den Punkt durch, gut gewürzt, saftig und nicht zäh oder trocken oder verbrannt. Wir haben es sehr genossen ! Die Bedienung war auch sehr aufmerksam und wir bestellten uns als Absacker noch einen 7 Sterne Metaxa und einen Espresso. Auch dies mundete toll. Auch die Preise dieses Restaurants sind angemessen, siehe der Preisexplosionen überall. Als wir bezahlt hatten wurden wir vom Personal sehr freundlich verabschiedet und man wünschte uns noch einen schönen Sonntag. Es war alles perfekt und es gibt überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden, ganz im Gegenteil. Wir kommen sehr gerne nochmal wieder !

Bester Grieche in Kleve Man wird immer freundlich und flott bedient. Essen und Getränke sind prima …sowohl mit Familie als auch mit einer männergruppe gehen wir dort regelmäßig essen ….stimmt immer alles !!!

wij komen regelmatig in kleef en hadden deze Restaurant al meerdere keren gezien. ik was verrast van de zeer uitgebreide menukaart,voor ieder wat wils. mijn vrouw en ik hadden vooraf eerst lekkere gekruide rijst gewikkeld in rijsteblaadjes en daarna ieder verschillende schotels. het vlees was zeer mals en goed gekruid. wat me ook opviel zijn de prijzen,terwijl in nederland onderhand om de week😖de prijzen blijfen stijgen,valt het daar wel mee. blijf toch een Nederlander😂 personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. al met al een aanrader. wij gaan zeker vaker daar eten.

Daar is het goed te eten je krijgt daar genoeg en ze zijn daar heel vriendelijk

Op oudjaarsdag moesten we wel reserveren maar om half 9 was er nog voldoende plaats. We werden netjes geholpen, geen lange wachttijden en we hebben heerlijk gegeten. De diverse obers waren redelijk close met de klanten en iedereen leek dat prettig te vinden. We hadden twee lekker schotels gekregen en de porties waren precies goed voor ons, maar indien je het niet op kon kreeg je de mogelijkheid om het in te laten pakken. Gezellig en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Wir waren mit 6 Personen und 3 Hunden 🐕 🐕 🐕 zum Essen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Haben uns mit allem was wir benötigen geholfen. Selbst Wasser für die Hunde war selbstverständlich. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Gute übersichtliche Speisekarte. Sauber gegliedert. Das Verhältnis Preis Leistung ist stimmig. Die Bedienung sehr freundlich ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Das Essen kommt sehr schnell. Die Portionen sind angemessen und ordentlich angerichtet. Das Ambiente wirkt auf mich ein wenig dunkel, das ist allerdings mein persönlicher Eindruck. Ein etwas hellere Farbgestaltung wäre sicherlich von Vorteil.
