A very warm welcome from the owner himself. Friendly and very attentive staff. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. We were there on a Wednesday around 5 pm and had made a reservation in advance. By 6:30 pm, almost all the tables were occupied, so reservations are recommended. We will definitely be back.

The food is delicious, with unique dishes alongside traditional Greek cuisine! The welcome is so warm; every guest, big or small, is welcomed as if you're the one who makes the difference! Truly so special!

As always, we had a delicious meal at Corfu. Friendly service, and the food quality is consistently excellent.

We were there on a Sunday at 6:00 PM. All the tables were occupied, it was extremely hot, and above all, extremely loud inside, making conversation nearly impossible. Appetizer: Baked sheep's cheese and spinach pastries = both looked and tasted like ready-made products. Main course: Farmer's Mixed Grill: Gyros was soggy, liver was like shoe leather, kebabs were poorly seasoned, rice was frozen and watery, fries were okay, mayo was from a packet, salad bar had a limited selection but was acceptable. Dessert: Yogurt with honey, vanilla ice cream, and walnut kernels - tasted very salty. Despite the large number of customers, the service was friendly, hence the two stars instead of zero. Prices were average for a restaurant, but what's the point if quantity is prioritized over quality and ambiance? Fewer tables, a proper ventilation system, and no frozen food would be good - as it was, this was our first and last visit.

Never again! I used to enjoy eating there. But that was my last visit! The tables are too close together, so you constantly have to dodge the waiter. Plus, the atmosphere is very loud and chaotic. The salad bar is a joke. Furthermore, the dish was loaded with far too much meat and the wrong kind of cheese. It just tasted like grease. There are much better Greek restaurants in the area.

Even the long journey is worth it. Very tasty food, generous portions, and a good price, but even though it's a large restaurant, it's best to make a reservation.

The anticipation is always great, the service is cheerful and attentive, the food is delicious, there's something for everyone, the portions are large, and the price is right. We always enjoy coming to Korfu.

The food is truly delicious, from appetizers to main courses! The staff is also very friendly and attentive. You're always welcomed as if you've been close friends for years. Reservations are recommended, as it's always busy, especially on weekends.

So how can I describe Corfu? I love eating out and eating well, but... I've never been to a Greek restaurant that delivered such perfect food and service. I somehow managed to get a table without having to make an appointment (the restaurant was really full). I was served a meal that I would describe as perfect. One of the best Greek restaurants.

From typical Greek dishes (lots of meat) to traditional stews, the menu is quite extensive. I had the Fish Teller. Excellently prepared trout with fresh squid rings that weren't greasy but were fried well in fresh oil. Regulars are greeted like old friends. We had a pleasant and delicious meal all evening. Highly recommended.

Great restaurant with good service. I think this is more of a place for a cheap, quick bite to eat if you're in the area. However, you do get a lot for your money!

A very warm welcome! We sat outside on the terrace in beautiful weather and finally had good Greek food for the first time in a long time! The service was incredibly fast and super friendly! The view of the Rhine was beautiful!

The food is always excellent here; we were able to get in quickly with a large group. The service is superb, with mostly sweet, friendly girls. If I have to give one minor complaint, as I'm a fan of German schnitzel, it's that the schnitzels aren't as great as I used to have them there! Incidentally, I always prefer the overcooked gyros with cheese, but because we were with a large group that also included some schnitzels, I have to be honest and say they were disappointing... I heard the steak was fantastic, though. In short, keep up the good work, Dimi, but that schnitzel is not our friend 😉

Great, cozy restaurant, beautiful location, but usually way too busy. They take on too many customers, making it feel overcrowded. The waitstaff is constantly coming and going, very restless. Tables right next to each other, so you can (unintentionally) overhear entire conversations with the neighboring tables. It's very noisy because it's so full. The staff is very friendly, though, so that's not the problem. I've been here several times, even when it gets busy. I always made reservations in advance. For me, the fun is gone for the reasons mentioned above.

I'll keep it short! I've rarely eaten food this bad. You can get better at most chip shops.

The food is fine, but it's a shame you're looked away or even sent away if they're taking too long. They dictate how long you can stay, and after two hours, you have to leave. There's no such thing as a nice after-dinner chat.

Simply perfect. I'm even a pescatarian and find plenty of delicious food! The fish always tastes amazing, and the vegetarian dishes are... TOP-notch. Favorite starter: grilled feta. I go almost exclusively for that ;)

It thrives entirely on its direct location on the Rhine. I've rarely seen a more careless salad bar. Meze, all convenient, and the zucchini and eggplant weren't even drained on paper after frying. The pig for my medallions definitely died for nothing and was then killed again in the pan. If someone still has the completely absurd idea of ​​taking the leftovers, they have to pack them up themselves. Unfortunately, we were there again. The owner puts pressure on time without even mentioning reservations, so dessert is no longer possible. It thrives solely on its location!!!!! Otherwise, despite (gambling addiction), it's long gone bankrupt.

The welcome was very friendly. The service was really good. Unfortunately, the food was completely underwhelming. The eggplant in the starter, like the leg of lamb and the accompanying beans, was overcooked and likely from a can. Two dishes were returned almost entirely (we tried them). The other dishes we ordered (meat platters) had a Greek flavor, but lacked great craftsmanship. Due to the hype, expectations were relatively high. Unfortunately, as is so often the case in the Lower Rhine region, it was all about quantity over quality.

When I go to a restaurant I expect the food to at least taste like it was home-cooked. The gyro only had two turns on the skewer and the tzatziki tasted like any cheap store-bought version. The rest of the food on my grill plate was dry. It gives me the impression of the cheapest frozen food and all ready-made stuff. And then, fittingly for a Sunday evening, the service was only the stuff of dreams when it came to friendliness. I have no idea why the reputation is so good, but every Greek snack bar is significantly better. Last time there for me.

The food is really very good, the service always friendly and cheerful. Personally, I find the restaurant a bit too big and often very crowded due to its quality, but that's just my personal experience. I like to pick up my food there, then I can eat at home in a small group; it works wonderfully. Update May 2025: We ordered again today after a long time and are a bit disappointed. Neither the portion size nor the quality was nearly as good as in my first review. The salad bar also didn't have much variety; there weren't even any tomatoes, but there were four containers of two dressings. Perhaps this has something to do with inflation, but it wasn't so good today, not worth the high price. Hopefully just an exception... First, though, I'm correcting my review from five to three stars.

It's better to reserve a table in advance because the restaurant is very busy. The owner himself warmly greets guests with a handshake. Good selection in the menu. The food comes quickly despite the many guests. The plates are lavishly filled, meat lovers are in their element here. Because the portions are so large, you can easily take the rest home with you. The food was delicious and if you like Greek food, the price/performance ratio here is perfect. We were there on Friday and it was very busy, which does mean that it is a little rowdy. All in all, very good and would be happy again.

First of all, the food is excellent. What's a shame is that it is chaos due to the crowds and it apparently takes its toll on the service. It feels distant and impersonal, where it was really different before. I really hope that they get some peace and quiet again and get that nice personal ambiance back because it remains a nice restaurant. Edit 23-4: Went here on Wednesday evening, had a delicious meal again and the service was much better, even though it was still packed. Very good experience, which makes you forget the previous experience!

You can't get much better than this! If you want good Greek food in the Kleve district, Korfu is your first choice. The friendly, hectic activity at the bar gives you an idea of ​​what the service staff do there every day. In the middle of it all is the chef, who exudes a tremendous sense of calm. Friendly to everyone, always with a smile on his face, and proactively approaching newcomers, you feel well looked after and warmly welcomed. The food is top-notch, top-notch in both quality and quantity. The lovingly designed and well-maintained interiors offer a living-room atmosphere. It's advisable to reserve a table, otherwise a spontaneous visit is out of the question. But the wait is definitely worth it.

The restaurant has a beautiful exterior design with a view of the Rhine Bridge. The furnishings are also very attractive. Unfortunately, I wasn't at all happy with the turkey schnitzel - it was extremely bland and dry, I've never experienced anything like it. Unfortunately I couldn't finish it. The sauce, however, was very good. What struck me negatively was that after we had eaten, my friend wanted to finish her wine in peace, but they kept checking to see if our table was free. That left an uncomfortable feeling. The quick preparation of the food is a positive aspect. However, it bothered us that we had barely had the menu a minute before we were asked for our drink order - we hadn't even read the drinks list properly. Overall therefore 3 out of 5 stars.
