Finally a good Greek restaurant in the region again! Good inexpensive food, excellent friendly and attentive service. We'd love to come back

Very good Greek. super friendly service, Attentive, drinks come very quickly. Food very good. Also Greek and not Germanized. I can only recommend it.

Mediocre Greek. Card only came after a while. The drinks took too long in the heat. The chairs outside are quite hard. Nothing is done against the wasps (burn coffee grounds, put lemon with cloves or other wasp traps). You sit outside on the main street. Portions are manageable, not as large as other Greeks. Very little tzaziki - if you reorder you get the tzaziki starter with 3 portions, which I didn't want. Kitchen is inflexible. Only 1 ouzo which was also too warm. Service ignored empty glasses, we went home thirsty. We won't come back.

Great food, very friendly service, ok price, highly recommended again

We are on vacation in Singen. After we were very disappointed with the restaurants in Singen, we looked outside for somewhere to eat. The restaurant is small, very cozy and family-run. The food was without exception fantastic, the service was absolutely friendly and accommodating. If we don't find something else in the coming days, we will definitely come again on this vacation. I'm from Bavaria and go out to eat really often. But there is no Greek to compare it to. In my opinion the best Greek. The portions are huge and the price is reasonable Relationship very good! My favorite dish was the "chef's plate" and there was an original Greek farmer's salad at the beginning. The service staff is also very friendly and deals with stress well. You will be served immediately. Maria in particular was particularly nice and responded to our wishes. Overall, a great shop with delicious food and great service. We will be back. We went to this Greek restaurant for the first time last night. It was recommended to us. Service and ambience are okay. The juicy gyro meat that many people tout here is just way too fatty and wobbly. It's actually a shame, because this is one of the "main businesses" of a Greek restaurant.

Service and ambience good. Eating gratinated gyros...the meat had too much fat, about 30 percent fat and cartilage. Not recommended

Ordered export beer stale, warm. Fanta warm, Gyros-Metaxa warm on top and charred cold on the bottom. 2x Normal gyros very greasy and wobbly. The Pilsner we ordered never came but appeared on the bill. Conclusion 5 Meals for two with a starter and drinks for 120 euros (Pils has already been deducted) are not appropriate for the quality. I won't give it a second try. I have to work too hard for my money.

I particularly appreciated the delicious tzatziki at the Acropolis; it complemented the taste of the dishes wonderfully. The friendly service was attentive and made the stay pleasant. Overall the visit was a positive experience.

The Akropolis Restaurant is a popular Greek restaurant in the area. Authentic dishes and a cozy atmosphere await you here. The menu offers a diverse selection of traditional Greek dishes, prepared with fresh ingredients and a lot of love. But it wasn't just the food that convinced me. The service was equally remarkable. The staff was attentive, friendly and competent. You could literally feel the passion with which they did their work. I really felt like a valued guest. Overall, I can fully recommend this restaurant. If you are looking for a place that impresses with both culinary and service, you have come to the right place!

A very good experience in this restaurant! We ordered the "Akropolis Platte" (Akropolis-Platte) and really enjoyed it! The meal was so hearty that we couldn't finish it. We wanted to take the leftovers in a doggy bag, but the cook misunderstood and threw them away. The waitress was very apologetic, and as compensation, she kindly deducted the wine from the bill. We highly recommend this restaurant!

This was our first time at the Acropolis. We love Greek cuisine and thought we knew all the restaurants in the area. We all had a side salad and I was beyond surprised! Often you get some unnecessary dressings that I don't associate with Greece. All you need is a good olive oil and salt, and here it was perfectly balanced! I had the lamb shank, a dream and the best I've ever eaten. I tried souvlaki, gyros and calamaki from the neighboring plate. It doesn't need many words, you can't prepare it better! For dessert, the table had kataifi in a special shape and yogurt with honey, both very tasty. Since we, as Crete fans, are used to raki (a pomace brandy), we ordered it and got a spitiko tsipouro. A second one was needed ;) Regarding the service: we were warmly welcomed and helped through the evening wonderfully. We have a new favorite restaurant 🩵 Great! Καλό σαββατοκύριακο! Τα λέμε!

The food is good...but the portions have become quite small if you're really hungry you don't need to go there anymore! The waitresses are so unfriendly and rather quick to clear up, you have to fight for your plates/drinks if they aren't empty yet! It's a shame we've been there often in the past, but yesterday was the last time we were there! Price performance is no longer OK

Unfortunately I can't give more than 2 stars. I can't understand the 5 star reviews for the food. Food was ok, but nothing more, unfortunately the quality of the products used was saved. The plate was prepared without love. Every snack makes it better. I think the chef has lost his passion for cooking. We came on a recommendation but were disappointed. For the price I expect more than snack bar standard. And an extra €1 is due to change inserts. For what ?????

Nice restaurant with a beer garden, our food was very well seasoned, the portions were decent. A very nice service and boss. Can just be recommended.

We had dinner at the Acropolis yesterday. We always like to come here because of the good food. Unfortunately, the service clearly deteriorates. We wanted to have spices brought and didn't receive any. We were simply forgotten. The employee apologized, but we had already finished eating. Uso, as is usual with the Greeks, there are no more. A pity. Needs improvement.

Very good Greek cuisine, says the Greek here, who is extremely rarely served high-quality Greek dishes in Germany! The whole family loves this place! Simply great! Καλή όρεξη!

By far the best Greek restaurant in the region! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The food is cooked just like my grandma did at home!! 😋 Good quality and wide selection of plates, not only meat, as unfortunately everyone thinks that Greeks only eat, but also shrimp 🦐 squid 🐙 and fish. Polite and friendly staff. Very good service and prices. Beautiful surroundings and also nice to sit outside in the garden when the weather is good. Parking is also easy. The food was ok. The portions are large. The service was very nice. We sat outside and the outside area looks a bit dull. A few flowers and/or lights would visually enhance everything.

Very nice authentic Greek, the food was totally delicious and also super hot. The service is also very accommodating. The local beer was at a very good temperature and there was an ouzo to welcome us, which was also really tasty. A very small drawback, after paying you don't get another ouzo, we know that from our Greeks, but it was still very nice in this restaurant.

It was OK. Nothing special. The gyro is very fatty and wobbly, with a lot of connective tissue, but very well seasoned. The potato slices, on the other hand, were very bland but crispy. The service was a bit overwhelmed, the boss sat outside and enjoyed the weather. All in all: it could be better.

We can only recommend this restaurant. Food tasted great. The daughter of the house was very friendly and gave good advice on wine. By the way, the Mostra that we were allowed to take with us was very tasty. We'd love to come back.

Update: I've been a guest here several times now. Was good. Worth a visit. I have been a guest here twice now. The first visit was a few months ago. Back then there was only a small lunch menu. The food was tasty and not very expensive, but the portion wasn't large. Recently I was a guest again and ordered gyros and souvlaki with salad. I thought the side salad was very good, with plenty of cucumber and tomato, onions and feta. The meat, especially the skewer, looked juicy, but I found both the skewer and the gyro a bit too dry. The service was impeccable. The outside terrace facing the street is better than if there were no seats outside. I'll go there again. Addition: I was a guest here again recently. This time the gyros were juicy and I really enjoyed the plate of calamari and gyros.

For the first time in Germany I ate Suflaki which were juicy. I'd love to come back

We were on vacation at Lake Constance on New Year's Eve and I chose the restaurant at random and without any prior knowledge. Absolutely top and recommended. There are no points of criticism, the food was very good, the staff was absolutely friendly and the price/performance ratio was also good.

For us the best Greek far and wide. Great food, the boss is always very accommodating. We like going to Acropolis, that's how I imagine food in Greece. Yummy.

Bei diesem Griechen schmeckt das Gyros Fleisch besser als überall anders wo ich es gegessen habe. Der Zaziki schmeckt sehr fein, vorallem für Menschen die gerne Knoblauch essen. Und der galatupuriko ist himmlisch lecker. Das Personal ist freundlich und was mir persönlich gefällt, ein Lächeln während dem bedienen zeigt Sympathie und das ist auch sehr wichtig, da fühlt man sich automatisch willkommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder👍🏼😍

Tolles Essen! Die Arbeiter waren mega freundlich und sehr schnelles Service. Außerdem ist der Salat sehr empfehlenswert😉. Ich reserviere auf jeden Fall nochmal.

Hatten dort gestern unsere Weihnachtsfeier, essen war sehr gut nur leider bisschen trocken war aber trotzdem sehr gut. Der chef ist ein lustiger Typ und wir hatten alle sehr viel spaß.

Lecker, nett und sehr familiär. Gehen sehr gerne da hin und kommen wieder. Auch sehr kinderfreundlich.

Absolut enttäuschend. Ich liebe die griechische Küche, aber das war mit Abstand das schlechteste Gyros, was ich je gegessen habe. Nie wieder. Nachtrag: Heute nochmal versucht, wieder nicht gut. Fleisch sehr trocken, Service hat nicht stattgefunden, bin durstig nach Hause gegangen und habe jetzt gefühlt einen Stein im Magen.

Einfach alles top, es lohnt sich dort essen zu gehen.

Endlich wieder ein Grieche in der Region, der schmeckt! - Netter, flotter und zuvorkommender Service - Gutes Essen, schöne Auswahl und üppige Portionen zu fairen Preisen. - Hammer Gyros! - Calamaris spitzenmäßig - gemütliches, rustikales, aber Authentisches Ambiente (auch wenn es vom Vorbesitzer übernommen wurde) - Definitiv weitere Besuche wert! Update 30.09. War gestern zum vierten Mal dort. 1.Wieder sehr zufrieden. Essen unverändert gut. 2.Service bißchen "abwesend" bei der Essensübergabe, die eigentlich "kommentarlos" (zumindest uns gegenüber) war - schade... 3.Ambiente leider auch fast unverändert. Der "griechische" Touch fehlt mir noch. Erinnert immer noch sehr an ein uriges deutsches Wirtshaus.

Das positive: Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Essen war mittelmäßig. Mit Liebe geht anders. Fleischqualität mittelmäßig, Lamm war gar nichts. Wie die fast 5 Sterne zustande kommen ist sehr fraglich

Tolles griechisches Restaurant. Hier bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Eine riesen Auswahl an verschiedenen Gerichten. Preislich vollkommen akzeptabel und man wird hier höflich und nett bedient.

Das Restaurant ist ok. Nicht übermäßig toll hergerichtet, aber auch nicht schlecht. Der Service war gut. Vor dem Essen gabs Ouzo. Das war nett. Das Essen war gut, aber leider nicht so lecker wie bei anderen Griechen. Vor allem der kleine Salat vorher war total daneben. Ohne Geschmack. Fehlt sämtliche Würze. Das Hauptgericht war ok. Da für uns "Essen gehen" etwas Besonderes ist und es alles recht teuer geworden ist, würden wir hier nicht mehr essen gehen. Tut mir leid, aber vielleicht ändert sich ja etwas. VG
