Been here during DigitalX. That was probably the reason why the waiters were overwhelmed (waited over 20 minutes for drinks despite table numbers being put on the table). It was very busy... Unfortunately, eating was not possible during our time due to a break. However, the team/employees were cooked and they were allowed to eat together at the same table... nice atmosphere. You should probably reserve in advance... Service could be improved, although there were enough staff on site, but they may have been new or not yet motivated enough...

Pizza convinced us. Quality ingredients, well baked. The tiramisu is amazing. Additionally, a big compliment that there is a decent carbonara here. Remos is absolutely recommended.

Very nice atmosphere and also well located. You can easily arrive without a car. However, the food was just mediocre at best. Service was also noticed negatively due to a long absence.

The biggest pizza we have ever eaten. We wouldn't have expected that for the prices. The pizzas were so delicious! We immediately ate here again on our next trip to Cologne. The staff are also very friendly.

Not good at all. The three of us ate there and unfortunately it confirmed exactly what we saw about "my local, your local". Pizza was soft and the dough was torn everywhere from all the oil, the noodles were overcooked and soaked in cream. Unfortunately not a successful visit. Bruscetta was great, the pizza was ok, but the lasagna was small, burnt and unfortunately tasted bad. The tone of the service was rather abrupt, although not rude, and all “service tasks” were basically completed. Unfortunately our last visit.

Clear recommendation. The employees were all very nice and attentive, kept an eye on all the tables and were with us regularly, but without imposing themselves. The food was served extremely quickly (waiting time <15 minutes) and was very tasty. The ingredients and workmanship make a high-quality impression, we were absolutely satisfied. The same applies to the drinks, the aperitifs came 3 minutes after ordering, you can't serve them any quicker. Here too, everything was attractively presented and delicious. We paid around €65 for two aperitifs, two drinks and two pizzas. I wouldn't exactly call that cheap, but for the quality and service I think the prices are absolutely justified. Therefore I can only give a clear recommendation here!

Extremely disappointed with this restaurant! We were served by a waiter who was as unfriendly as possible. No effort to understand (even though we are tourists who speak German) and a nonchalant attitude! He urges us to leave even though the restaurant is almost empty! Hastens to collect the money, showing us the bill extremely quickly and without showing the amount on the TPE! Obviously he doesn't give the ticket and leaves right after! Truly deplorable! In terms of cooking, the dish was good, but the bacon was overcooked. In short, I don't recommend it at all given the attitude of the waiter.

Dominik is the best service person in Cologne! I had a pizza and it was not only really tasty but was also huge! We were served by Dominik and I don't think anyone has ever been so friendly!!! looked after us like he did! At this point 5 stars go to Dominik, who is why I'm writing a review in the first place :) There is also a really nice, quiet courtyard at the back where you can sit when the weather is good, highly recommended!

The owner family Rashica (gaming consultant, former board member of the Koblenz football club) is doing a great job with their Remos chain. Mega big pizza, really Italian style, great taste. Penne Arrabiata also tastes great... and all at really fair prices. Also very friendly service.

Finally found a great alternative to L'Osteria! Very tasty in terms of taste. But unfortunately you can't have the pizza halves served separately. Very unfortunate. The chairs are an imposition.

I've been there several times and last night I noticed the service again! It is now unusual for service staff to check on you regularly. I immediately felt warmly welcomed at Remos. Fast service and very accommodating. The outdoor terrace is also equipped with functioning heaters, heat-retaining seat cushions and charging stations for cell phones. Even our wobbling table was fixed by a nice employee without any request from us. The store impresses with modern furnishings that benefit from generously placed tables. Absolute recommendation for anyone who wants to spend a relaxing evening in a restaurant.

The food was ok. We had a pizza, lasagna and a pasta dish. It wasn't anything special. A few more spices and the food would be better. Even though most of the waiters come across as very nice, the service is still lacking. You usually have to wait a long time or talk to several waiters until you can take the order, pay, etc. The ambience also still has room for improvement. In general, the restaurant is nicely decorated, but when the restaurant is not almost empty, it is very loud and you can hardly understand your own words, let alone those of the person in front of you.

There were two of us there with our little daughter. We got huge portions for the price. The staff was super friendly, accommodating and very child-friendly, when we are back in Cologne we will eat there again, thanks for the great evening.

Since I had eaten some dinner already I went with their dessert and cappuccino. Cappuccino was a bit too warm for my taste and but it was good overall. The dessert looked nice, I loved the ice-cream! My sister had their pasta with chicken and mushrooms. Seemed like a bit small portion for me but she said the taste was nice. We could communicate with staff in english without any problem, that was another good point.

Waited more than 1 hour for the food. I asked several times until the waitress simply replied annoyed. Plus, I didn't wait 5 minutes for the food that came to the table! Inedible!

Had dinner here with my wife on February 1, 24. She had a pizza magherita and I had spaghetti. Pizza was 0815. Didn't really differ from other pizzas. Spaghetti, on the other hand, was very good, just not really warm. A pity. Service made us wait longer and was quite friendly in terms of friendliness.

It's a shame about the money and the time.

Gnocchi al Mozarella - muss man hier einfach mal gegessen haben, die sind wirklich Weltklasse. Große leckere Pizzen, am besten schmeckt uns dabei die Diavolo (mit Knoblauchöl). Man schmeckt die original italienischen Zutaten. Alles sehr lecker und mit Liebe zubereitet.

Pizza nicht empfehlenswert, meiner Meinung nach mehr als unterdurchschnittlich! Und wieder einmal das berühmte Haar auf der Pizza, denke so langsam, dass dies zur Beilage gehört! Die Tiramisu eine absolute Katastrophe! Die Chefin arrogant und unfreundlich, schade, dass ich keine 0 Sterne vergeben konnte!

Schlechte Küche und schlechtes Personal

Ich hatte ein Haar auf meiner Pizza und leider bin ich einer der Menschen, für die es dann einfach vorbei ist. Vor der Küche lag noch ein Haar, da habe ich mich dann dazu entschlossen auf das Dessert zu verzichten. In meinem Kopf spielen sich dann Filme über den zu erwartenden Zustand der Küche ab. Aber keine Sorge, meine Familie teilt die selbe Meinung.

Ich hatte leider ein Haar in meiner Pasta. Ich musste die Mahlzeit abbrechen.

Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Wir waren hier bestimmt schon 10 mal essen und jedes mal ist die Bedienung super freundlich, das Essen schmeckt immer sehr sehr lecker und frisch und es geht immer richtig schnell. Der Salat mit Hausdressing ist unglaublich lecker. Bester Laden in Köln - 10/10!

Wir waren hier mit 3 Familien spontan Essen. Insgesamt 11 Personen (6 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder). Es wurden schnell für uns passend Tische zusammengestellt, die Bestellungen (auch kleinere Sonderwünsche) entspannt aufgenommen und die Gerichte kamen alle passend zusammen an den Tisch. Service super freundlich! Alles sehr lecker und tolle Qualität! Wir waren sehr zufrieden!! Dankeschön!

Ich verstehe nicht die gute Kritik .Das Essen ist absoluter 0/815frass also wirklich sehr schlechter Italiener .Service echt unangenehm und unfreundlich. War den Besuch nicht wert. Pizza verbrannt und Nudel mit denen ich meine Schuhe zuschnurren kann .Schade hätte mir meinen Besuch anders vorgestellt

Das Unternehmen lässt negative Bewertungen löschen was sehr schade ist. Wer sich in den Medien so vertreten lässt, muss mit negativen Bewertungen umgehen können. Ich persönlich kann den Besuch dieses Restaurants nicht empfehlen.

Katastrophaler Zustand, ich hatte ein Haar auf meiner Pizza. Die Chefin konnte meine Kritik nicht verstehen, daher auch hier eine sieht man wie Arrogant und Kritikunfähig die Dame ist. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Bei der Sendung "Mein Lokal, Dein Lokal" im November 2021 hat sich die Dame bei der Bewertung ggü. dem Lokal "Liste Eataly" respektlos verhalten. Herr Süßer hat bei der Schlußbewertung wunderbar reagiert. Ich kann nur hoffen, sie entschuldigt sich bei ihrem Mitstreiter und Kollegen. Zur Sendung: Ich fand ihr Lokal war nichts besonders, ihre italienischen Speisen haben mich überhaupt nicht angesprochen bzw. überzeugt. Die Speisekarte ohne Preise, was soll das!!! Ich bestelle doch nicht die Katze im Sack.

Das Einzige was evtl. 2 Sterne kriegt ist das Ambiente alles andere war Grottenschlecht. Und ehrlich gesagt weiß ich nicht wo ich alles anfangen sollte.

Leider musste ich ein Haar in meiner Suppe feststellen! Wegen dieser katastrophalen hygienischen Zustände konnte ich leider nicht weiteressen und musste mich sodann im Bad übergeben. Als ich mich der Keramikabteilung mit dem Kopfe näherte, musste ich meinen Augen noch Mal ein Haar zumuten, welches in der Innenseite der Kloschüssel klebte! Unhaltbare Zustände dort. Die Chefin war derart abgehoben und überheblich, dass sie unsere Kritik nicht annahm, sich neu schminken musste und sich die Fußnägel vor uns lackierte. Es roch alsbald stark nach Käse.

Leckeres Essen in einer schönen Ungebung. Die Bedienung war schnell und sehr freundlich. Das Essen war lecker und es gab nur wenig zu verbessern, die Pizzas sind riesig. Das Ambiente ist leider etwas laut, es war aber auch sehr gut besucht. Ansonsten ist das Ambiente sehr schön. Ich fande es super, das man in die Küche und somit beim Pizza backen alles anschauen konnte.
