The Rheinterrassen have a truly great location, and the large terrace promises a pleasant experience for many guests. ​The Disappointment (The Service/The System): Unfortunately, the service was a huge disappointment. You have to pay in advance and pick up your food yourself from a chip shop 50 meters away. Even though there are plenty of seats available and they were free (we thought they were prepared to serve larger crowds), we had to wait 45 minutes (or 35 minutes) for our food. This is absolutely unacceptable. The wait in line was far too long and stressful.

Stop a hospital, small cafeteria.

Extremely friendly staff, some groceries are available for purchase for a donation (as much as they're worth). I bought a bag through "To Good To Go" and discovered the store. Many brand-name products. Fresh and packaged groceries, pastries, and coffee are available to eat there or take away.

Always pre-order, then it's quick and you can pick it up yourself. Nice and friendly staff
