We went there without a reservation because we were just passing through. The staff was very friendly, and despite the restaurant being busy, there was no rush. Everything was well organized. And the food was delicious. A good selection of dishes.

We spontaneously stopped by without a reservation on a Thursday evening. The restaurant was very busy, apparently with locals, but we were lucky and managed to get a very nice table. The service was very friendly and attentive. Gluten-free dishes were no problem. All the pinsas on the menu are available gluten-free, and they even prepared a gluten-free dish for my daughter without any problems. And I was happy to get "green sauce" and apple wine again. :)

Great, cozy inn. The food is very good. I think you could describe it as upscale, home-style with Mediterranean influences. The prices were perfectly reasonable. The service was very friendly and quick.

What a great place! We paid 30 euros per person for a plate and a large beer, with a salad. When you order, they offer you a salad, but it's not free, just 6 euros. You have to go! The food is good, the place is amazing, the atmosphere, everything.

After a long walk, we stopped at the Ratsschänke. We received a friendly welcome and were served quickly. The food was excellent, traditional German.

One of the best restaurants in Wetzlar. I love going there for special occasions. The service is very polite, and the food is well worth the price! It's prepared with a lot of love and effort. The ambiance is authentic in the old half-timbered building. Located in Wetzlar's old town, with an outdoor area and a view of the cathedral – we'd love to come back.

...everything was empty...about 14 tables empty...inside and out... The first thing they asked...did you have a reservation?? No "good evening" or "how can I do something nice for you?"... Service calls for six.

My dish, a meatloaf with fried potatoes, was good. We were here with a group of about 20 people, and everyone enjoyed the food. Shortly before I was picked up, I was offered a free wheat beer, which was mistakenly tapped.

It was very nice, the service was prompt, and my salad was good. Well, just a salad. The others in my group weren't 100% impressed with their dishes (few potatoes in the green sauce, no fresh schnitzel).

We enter the inn, and I immediately sense a special atmosphere—coziness. I'm met by friendly, unobtrusive staff. During the short wait for the food, I'm "busy" taking in the special features of the restaurant. The food arrives—lovingly prepared, on special plates, and at the perfect temperature. I had a delicious Adria schnitzel. The service was excellent, as was the ambiance. The house white wine was also fantastic; everything was excellent all around and I definitely recommend it.

Attention ! Its not Indian food at all. The chicken and beef on the curry is just minced, not even small pieces and full of water and uncooked masalas. Cook is not indian at all. Its more like arabic food instead Indian. Worst taste & Waste of Money. Will never recommend.

Absolutely 5 stars! 6 if possible! The food is fabulous. The beer is delicious! The price is completely reasonable: two half-liters and a Jägerschnitzel for €32! The service is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is fantastic. If I lived within a 1-1.5 hour radius, the trip would definitely be worth it! I'd go back anytime! You know what I mean?

Unfortunately, our visit wasn't convincing. The schnitzel looked like it had come straight from a deep fryer, and certain parts of the dish were only lukewarm. The microwave in the background also reinforced the impression that the food wasn't freshly cooked. When I honestly expressed that I didn't like the food, my criticism was immediately dismissed – I was told I was the first person to complain about such a thing and that everything was fresh. A constructive approach to feedback looks different. In addition, the service staff seemed under the weather and didn't handle the food very hygienically. Overall, unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it.

Small restaurant in a half-timbered house right in the old town with a somewhat rustic but still charming atmosphere. Very cozy furnishings and decoration. The tables in the gallery are particularly pretty. Well-kept drinks menu. The food was excellent. And in my opinion it is also freshly cooked. This is the only way to respond to special requests like in my case. For example, Pinsa is optionally available in a gluten-free version. And the other dishes (also with sauce!) are made to match. And there is even a note that the fries go into the deep fryer, where a schnitzel (with breading) is also fried. That alone speaks volumes about the kitchen! Service attentive, unobtrusive, friendly and accommodating. Price performance top! We'd love to come back.

Located in the center of town. All the dishes were delicious and it was raining and cold so the soup was really warm and tasty. The schnitzel was not too oily and was refreshing, so I was able to eat it till the end. The atmosphere of the shop is nice and there is a second floor as well. Although I was dining alone, I was able to enjoy the view outside and enjoy the meal. The service was good, and the staff were friendly and treated tourists kindly. When I went, they had a course menu in partnership with the Leica Museum.

We stopped by for dinner at short notice instead of going to the Christmas market. The ambiance is rustic and fits the idea of ​​a "Ratsschänke" (town hall tavern). It's truly beautiful, with the gallery and the view down below. The service was very, very friendly, and the food absolutely delicious. The prices are perfectly reasonable for the restaurant's location. The only thing we didn't like was that underneath the creamed schnitzel was a second, already cut schnitzel, completely hidden by the one above it. A leftover from another guest hidden under the sauce? That's what you'd suspect when you saw two whole schnitzels on other guests' plates. Especially since these schnitzels weren't completely stacked on top of each other, like ours. Perhaps it was a coincidence! But still odd compared to the others.

It was our first visit today and there won't be another one. Let's start with the positive: very nice service, nice atmosphere, rustic furnishings. I had roulade, some of it was tough. Difficult to cut and chew. Expected more for €22, including the side dishes. Goulash with spaetzle was good. Dessert, apple 🍎 Cake with cream (spray cream) a few strawberries 🍓 All around for €8.50, don't be serious. Just put it in the microwave and you're done. Mine was warm, my husband's was cold. The hammer is the price for the café. Cappuccino (small cup) €3.90, alleged Café Creme (small cup) €3.50 The cappuccino was okay, the coffee was subpar. It was very cold in the restaurant. Would recommend taking a seat upstairs, it's definitely warmer.

After several visits, the level has leveled off at a high level. Really good food, good wines, prices have become a little more expensive but still do justice to the service. Unfortunately it doesn't deliver what it promises in terms of price. Unfortunately we had to wait 1 hour for our food, despite asking. There wasn't that much going on at the time. The bruschetta was "okay", the potatoes were black and oily and the schnitzel itself was also dry. We therefore ordered sauce (green, already ready), which still wasn't there after another 30 minutes - and the schnitzel was cold. Service was friendly, but unfortunately the boss wasn't at all. We wouldn't go here again.
