Guten Abend, da leider auf Beschwerden im Shop nicht wirklich eingegangen wird! Um 18:20 Uhr ist die Küche bereits geschlossen,auf Nachfrage wir haben Personalmangel! Ich kann viel verstehen, habe für vieles Verständnis, aber da sollte eventuell eine Lösung gefunden werden! Es ist ziemlich schade,dass seit dem Umbau, dieses leider des öfteren vorkommt! Ich war auch nicht die einzige Person, die das bemängelt hat! Hoffe es findet sich eine Lösung für alle Beteiligten! Lieben Gruß

Der Parkplatz ist sehr groß und neu angelegt. Wir hatten nur eine Toilettenpause gemacht

Das Essen war erstaunlich lecker und hatte ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Und der Kaffee hat uns auch sehr positiv überrascht (Latte Macchiato). Und die beiden Mitarbeiterinnen waren sogar auch noch freundlich! Diese Raststätte können wir weiterempfehlen.

Ein wenig einladender Ort, und alles ist teuer.

Es ist viel zu teuer. Ich verstehe nicht, warum man alles zu so hohen Preisen verkauft, nur weil die Leute gezwungen sind, hierherzukommen.Sogar die Toiletten sind in einem so kleinen Betrieb kostenpflichtig.Benzin ist auch teuer.

Sehr großer Parkplatz, um 19 Uhr waren noch Plätze frei. Ruhige Lage, freundlicher Service, saubere Dusche mit Warmwasser.

Eine gute, heiße Dusche für 4 Euro. Um 19 Uhr hatte sich eine kleine Schlange vor der Dusche gebildet.

Für eine Tasse Kaffee und ein Sandwich ist es völlig ausreichend.

Der Parkplatz selbst ist hervorragend und bietet viel Platz. Es gibt jedoch nur eine Duschkabine; mit etwas Rücksichtnahme auf die anderen würde eine Kabine völlig ausreichen. Wir warten aber schon über eine Stunde, während jemand seine Wäsche wäscht. Die anderen Autofahrer, die duschen, sind keine Wäschereimitarbeiter; bitte nehmen Sie Rücksicht auf andere.

Das ist auf meiner wöchentlichen Pendlerfahrt meine Lieblingsraststätte (Hilden<>Seesen). Gute Preise für ne Raststätte und das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

A large and modern rest stop on the motorway that leaves almost nothing to be desired. The staff is polite, friendly, and helpful. Some are multilingual, and if gestures, a dictionary, or even a regular dictionary aren't enough, there's always Google Translate (for the older folks among us) or AI-assisted simultaneous translation. A major plus for long-haul truck drivers is that the truck parking spaces are located away from the motorway during the redesign. This ensures a relatively quiet night's sleep (unless your neighbor is a refrigerated truck with a noisy compressor). Furthermore, the cleanliness of the restrooms and showers is of paramount importance. Should anything be amiss, the staff is always ready to listen and will promptly rectify the situation. Otherwise, please remember to behave yourselves and leave everything as you would like to find it. That's half the battle, and the motivated staff will certainly thank you in one way or another. Just remember, we can all only move forward together!

A small, elegant and very clean rest stop.

This is the kind of parking Germany needs, not what it has now. It's the richest country in Europe, the busiest transit country, but things are very bad for the military.

The food was expensive, but unfortunately that's normal for a rest stop. However, it was nice and clean, and the staff were friendly.

Unfortunately, it's not so great because of the construction site etc.

Parking is okay, but currently there are no working restrooms or the point of sale itself. I've been parked here since yesterday, when everything was still open. Today, from 8:00 a.m. (March 14, 2026), you have to walk around the highway via an overpass to use the restroom. It would have been helpful to have been informed that the station and restrooms weren't open the day before.

The bread rolls were not fully baked.

The parking lot is large and good, but the store is a 4 km walk away.

Large parking lot, you can take a shower, it's cheap and very clean, I highly recommend it

At 6:30 PM, I got the last spot in the Christmas tree. But the parking lot was already full. At 8:00 PM, even the backs were full.

Nice, pleasant rest stop. Friendly staff and clean. The food and drinks are unfortunately expensive, but that's the case everywhere. We usually stop there when we drive to Dresden. Unfortunately, they don't have any ducks for sale anymore. ;-)

Unfortunately, I didn't have my smartphone with me... but finally, a disabled toilet that can be opened with a Euro key and is also very well-equipped and clean! 😉😁👍👌 That deserves a mention!

Large, quiet parking lot, parked for 5 days, free toilet in the parking lot, shower at the gas station, filled up with water near pump 1 at the gas station.

December 25, 2025: Super E5 was supposed to cost €2.21 per liter. We then drove a few more kilometers to Soest East. There it was €1.65. A cynic might suspect price gouging.

Perhaps it's worth considering that some employees (like the gentleman this evening) are not necessarily suited for a job with direct customer contact....

The parking lot is clean, there is water, there is a shower, Thursday is the working day at 8:00 PM, plenty of space.

Probably the best rest stop in Hamburg.

Everything is fine so far, except the cappuccino is extremely hot.

Expensive, and I hate having to leave a damn euro just to empty my tank, which I then get converted into a damn voucher. Even using it as a "free money discount," the stuff at the gas station is ridiculously overpriced. But at least it was clean, and the staff were nice.

19:20 no more food, disaster, they should just close completely and be done with it.

A standard stop on every trip on the A44 and I've never regretted it.

There is a bad connection to the toilet.

😡😡 The woman working the bathrooms is insane! She locks the stalls in the men's section and lets people in, separating them by nationality or race. There are three stalls in the restroom, all locked, and there was a man in one. Three men were standing in line. The woman walked back and forth, muttering about the water not being emptied and something else entirely. Then she went in, unlocked one stall, called the last German man in line, and let him in as if she didn't see the others. We almost had a fight over this. I demanded an explanation from her, and she said she didn't want to clean up after us, so she locked the stalls and wouldn't let people in. Even though I entered like everyone else, having paid €1 at the entrance. What kind of attitude is this? I ask you to review this employee's behavior. 👎👎👎

I just got stranded here with my truck. Friendly staff and clean restrooms...I've had much better experiences. It's just a motorway gas station, not a 5-star hotel. Overall, I'm satisfied...I'll stop here more often.

There's a constant staff shortage. One employee is responsible for food preparation and all other tasks. Also, fries were ordered, and the tongs that had fallen on the floor were immediately reused.

Everything is fine, the facility is clean and in good condition.

The portafilter coffee machine was merely decorative. Due to staff shortages, coffee is only available from fully automatic machines.

A shower costs 3 euros, clean and well-maintained, with hot water. The room includes a toilet, sink, shower, hairdryer, and power outlet. I found the parking lot at 6:30 PM, and it wasn't packed. 😉

The parking lot is large and there's only one shower. You stop in to rinse off, and as always, some talented colleague washes your underwear in the shower for an hour...

Beautiful beer garden located right on the Weser River. Delicious schnitzel, a good selection. The staff is super friendly.

During the day there is plenty of space for trucks. The later it gets, the more crowded it becomes.

Clean facility, relatively inexpensive food, special offers

After the renovations and expansion of the truck parking area, we visited the rest stop for the first time yesterday – and were very shocked. It was barely busy. Some visitors were simply using the pay-to-use restrooms. In any case, we were the only guests who wanted something to eat. Large posters advertised only fast-food options. We stated our food preference at the counter and were told, brusquely and in poor German, that it would have to be ordered at the terminal. This wasn't really a problem for us, but the employee spoke very quietly and in broken German, and the air conditioning was running far too loudly. There was neither a "hello" nor a "good day," nor a smile. Just when I thought I'd finally understood the information, I had to ask where the terminal was. She replied curtly, "Back there," again without any friendliness or gesture. After ordering at the terminal, we went back to the service counter. There, without further comment from the staff, our food was prepared. Meanwhile, the manager and another employee walked behind the counter with a garbage bag and a large, brown carton of chips. Neither of them even greeted me or smiled. Payment was made in cash. The bill was correctly billed. The dish, currywurst with fries, was served on a tray, separated on a plate and in a serving bowl. My husband got a telling-off for wanting a second tray for the second dish. All we could do was shake our heads. We then ate our meal at one of the many free tables. My chair had a broken seat and was wobbly, so I replaced it. The food was okay, but nothing more. We were mainly annoyed by the staff and the unpleasant noise level (air conditioning and music). The experience was definitely not good enough to recommend the restaurant.

Typical Autobahn...hectic, expensive...but the food was good.

Very unfriendly staff. When placing an order at the terminal, the staff failed to include an ordered and paid item. When we complained, this was vehemently denied and we, the six of us, were accused of being liars. This happened on August 1, 2025, around 7:00 PM.

Huge truck parking lot, can accommodate at least 50 trucks! You have to walk a lot to get there, but it's worth it! Order and cleanliness everywhere! Toilet 1€, bath 3€! There is one bath so you have to wait! The restaurant closes at 7:00 PM! Service is perfect, prices are typical German prices! (Although it may be cheaper, especially the bath!) I can only recommend it!

No food, it rained, I do not recommend this place

The food was terrible, reheated. You ask for a menu and they give you another meal that wasn't ordered. I ordered pasta and it was cold and not even heated. You can tell it wasn't prepared food of the day even though it was 11 am in the morning. 🤷 We would have been better off going to McDonald's, at least you know what's there and it's food of the day.

Food and service very good is recommended for a rest

From the outside, it looks like any other station. The restrooms are clean, as expected. Unfortunately, the young man at the sales counter either doesn't really speak German or has a speech impediment. He also hasn't yet learned anything about politeness towards customers. Conclusion: One employee is casting a negative image on the entire team. It's a shame, but hopefully something will change.

For 1€ per person you can expect really clean toilets

Excellent parking, clean, lots of space, on Saturday 5 07.25 around 21.00 there were enough spaces. There is practically no noise from the road, I can't say for sure because I got up late and left early,

Hello everyone. I gave it 5 stars, good big parking for LKW, quiet. You can get water, shower 3 €, clean, but unfortunately one cabin. There is Wi-Fi at the gas station.

The parking lot is large, but on Wednesday at 8:00 pm I probably took the last place behind the cars.

The toilet is clean and the coffee is good 😊
