December 25, 2025: Super E5 was supposed to cost €2.21 per liter. We then drove a few more kilometers to Soest East. There it was €1.65. A cynic might suspect price gouging.

Large, quiet parking lot, parked for 5 days, free toilet in the parking lot, shower at the gas station, filled up with water near pump 1 at the gas station.

Perhaps it's worth considering that some employees (like the gentleman this evening) are not necessarily suited for a job with direct customer contact....

The parking lot is clean, there is water, there is a shower, Thursday is the working day at 8:00 PM, plenty of space.

Everything is fine so far, except the cappuccino is extremely hot.

Expensive, and I hate having to leave a damn euro just to empty my tank, which I then get converted into a damn voucher. Even using it as a "free money discount," the stuff at the gas station is ridiculously overpriced. But at least it was clean, and the staff were nice.

19:20 no more food, disaster, they should just close completely and be done with it.

A standard stop on every trip on the A44 and I've never regretted it.

😡😡 The woman working the bathrooms is insane! She locks the stalls in the men's section and lets people in, separating them by nationality or race. There are three stalls in the restroom, all locked, and there was a man in one. Three men were standing in line. The woman walked back and forth, muttering about the water not being emptied and something else entirely. Then she went in, unlocked one stall, called the last German man in line, and let him in as if she didn't see the others. We almost had a fight over this. I demanded an explanation from her, and she said she didn't want to clean up after us, so she locked the stalls and wouldn't let people in. Even though I entered like everyone else, having paid €1 at the entrance. What kind of attitude is this? I ask you to review this employee's behavior. 👎👎👎

I just got stranded here with my truck. Friendly staff and clean restrooms...I've had much better experiences. It's just a motorway gas station, not a 5-star hotel. Overall, I'm satisfied...I'll stop here more often.

There's a constant staff shortage. One employee is responsible for food preparation and all other tasks. Also, fries were ordered, and the tongs that had fallen on the floor were immediately reused.

Sanifair 1.00 €, bought meatballs baguette and it was delicious.

The portafilter coffee machine was merely decorative. Due to staff shortages, coffee is only available from fully automatic machines.

A shower costs 3 euros, clean and well-maintained, with hot water. The room includes a toilet, sink, shower, hairdryer, and power outlet. I found the parking lot at 6:30 PM, and it wasn't packed. 😉

The parking lot is large and there's only one shower. You stop in to rinse off, and as always, some talented colleague washes your underwear in the shower for an hour...

After the renovations and expansion of the truck parking area, we visited the rest stop for the first time yesterday – and were very shocked. It was barely busy. Some visitors were simply using the pay-to-use restrooms. In any case, we were the only guests who wanted something to eat. Large posters advertised only fast-food options. We stated our food preference at the counter and were told, brusquely and in poor German, that it would have to be ordered at the terminal. This wasn't really a problem for us, but the employee spoke very quietly and in broken German, and the air conditioning was running far too loudly. There was neither a "hello" nor a "good day," nor a smile. Just when I thought I'd finally understood the information, I had to ask where the terminal was. She replied curtly, "Back there," again without any friendliness or gesture. After ordering at the terminal, we went back to the service counter. There, without further comment from the staff, our food was prepared. Meanwhile, the manager and another employee walked behind the counter with a garbage bag and a large, brown carton of chips. Neither of them even greeted me or smiled. Payment was made in cash. The bill was correctly billed. The dish, currywurst with fries, was served on a tray, separated on a plate and in a serving bowl. My husband got a telling-off for wanting a second tray for the second dish. All we could do was shake our heads. We then ate our meal at one of the many free tables. My chair had a broken seat and was wobbly, so I replaced it. The food was okay, but nothing more. We were mainly annoyed by the staff and the unpleasant noise level (air conditioning and music). The experience was definitely not good enough to recommend the restaurant.

Very unfriendly staff. When placing an order at the terminal, the staff failed to include an ordered and paid item. When we complained, this was vehemently denied and we, the six of us, were accused of being liars. This happened on August 1, 2025, around 7:00 PM.

Huge truck parking lot, can accommodate at least 50 trucks! You have to walk a lot to get there, but it's worth it! Order and cleanliness everywhere! Toilet 1€, bath 3€! There is one bath so you have to wait! The restaurant closes at 7:00 PM! Service is perfect, prices are typical German prices! (Although it may be cheaper, especially the bath!) I can only recommend it!

No food, it rained, I do not recommend this place

The food was terrible, reheated. You ask for a menu and they give you another meal that wasn't ordered. I ordered pasta and it was cold and not even heated. You can tell it wasn't prepared food of the day even though it was 11 am in the morning. 🤷 We would have been better off going to McDonald's, at least you know what's there and it's food of the day.

From the outside, it looks like any other station. The restrooms are clean, as expected. Unfortunately, the young man at the sales counter either doesn't really speak German or has a speech impediment. He also hasn't yet learned anything about politeness towards customers. Conclusion: One employee is casting a negative image on the entire team. It's a shame, but hopefully something will change.

Hello everyone. I gave it 5 stars, good big parking for LKW, quiet. You can get water, shower 3 €, clean, but unfortunately one cabin. There is Wi-Fi at the gas station.

The parking lot is large, but on Wednesday at 8:00 pm I probably took the last place behind the cars.

So far, everything was okay. The toilet could have been cleaner. For €1.

A nice new rest stop with a good selection. Only the men's restrooms are too small. You'll be queuing right after a bus has just finished unloading its passengers for a break. Unfortunately, the bad habit of trucks blocking the parking spaces has become common here as well.

There are still places in the trees on Thursday at 6:30 pm.

An excellent and quiet parking lot for the weekend. Place for walking, in the neighboring villages there are shops that can be reached on foot, approx. 3-4km

Why are truck parking lots always in the middle of nowhere? If you need to go to the bathroom after hours behind the wheel, but to get there you have to book a flight, look for local public transport, and swim across a river, it's no wonder that the grassy areas are used as toilets. Once you've made it and decided to grab a bite to eat, even though after 15 years on the road you know the offer is a complete rip-off. Bockwurst with an old roll costs €6.49. The parking lots are well laid out; anyone who wants to can sleep on the highway can, as mentioned, call a taxi or Uber first. If a tour bus arrives, you'll have to wait. Space is very limited, even for men! Grassy areas would be an idea...

Probably the most disgusting currywurst with fries I've ever eaten, and for €9.99, too. The fries were half-raw and the sausage was cold. Once, and never again!

Hello dear readers. Why did I give one star? I went to the shower. but the cashier did not accept the voucher and said only cash or with a card. the voucher must also accept money. They forgot to build a toilet in the parking lot! There are signs with a toilet in the parking lot, yes, we need a toilet, you have to come from the bottom of the parking lot and walk 1 km to go to the toilet in Peco, a bigger shame.

As is typical in Germany, the shower is of course closed and for Germans it's probably normal that you don't have to take a bath, but there are other nations that like to take care of hygiene, there is a large parking lot, but as in Germany, urine flows per kilometer, but this is standard in Germany.

Very good company, fast unloading and literally 10 minutes after registration. I waited.
