There were 5 of us who had pizza, pasta and salad, everyone was super happy, the service was great and the food was really delicious! Any time! Thanks for the lovely evening and the chocolate ;-)

Unfortunately it didn't meet expectations. What didn't work/was right? Vegetable side dish for a dish arrived almost 10 minutes late. Tagliatelle with chanterelles too salty. Forgot to deliver a cappuccino for dessert, despite ordering promptly, it got cold on the counter in plain sight. Therefore only a limited recommendation, there is still room for improvement...

Absolutely amazing food! The chef personally presented us with his menu and gave us excellent advice. The selected wine with the meal and the food was very harmonious and of very high quality. The service was very nice and attentive. Highly recommended and for further visits again and again .......

I was eating with two friends today, the atmosphere is very nice, you have to say that, but I ordered spagetti carbonara and the others a tuna pizza and neither was tasty. My spaghetti was oversalted and the sauce was inedible, really disgusting. I couldn't continue eating. Drinks came relatively quickly But the staff often ignored you when you wanted to order and weren't very nice Our conclusion: Never again

Yesterday we went to Raphael's at Phönix See for the first time. The weather was nice so we sat at a table outside on the promenade. We had various bruschettes and prawns in garlic and peperoncini as starters. The bread in the bruschette was rather dry and didn't taste fresh. The tomatoes on the bruschette were fresh and flavorful. The bruschetta with prawns and avocado, on the other hand, tasted a bit bland. The prawns in garlic oil were very good. For the main course we ate Spaghetti Bolognese, Spaghetti Napoli and Spaghetti Aglio & Olio. Bolognese was down-to-earth, but nothing special. We ate the Aglio & Olio much better, the pasta was swimming in oil. The tomato sauce was okay, but not a revelation. Primitivo was good. The staff was friendly and attentive. The restaurant is modernly furnished with an open kitchen behind the bar area. Toilet was dirty, paper towels and toilet paper were missing. The prices were set higher depending on the location. Overall, considering the price-performance ratio, we unfortunately have to say that the quality of the food (we ordered the usual classics as main courses) does not correspond to the level that one can expect here.

Nice service. Food could have been hotter. However, unfortunately the service only ran around the pudding with our food three times before he found our table. Tasty in taste. However, the price is not entirely justified.

Super friendly service and top advice! Food was delicious. Bread was always served with the main course. There are extra points for the view of Lake Phoenix. We'd love to come back.

Really a great restaurant. Very nice view and delicious food. Unfortunately the portions are a bit small. Unfortunately, Parmesan with the pasta is not of high quality but only grated from the package (more suitable for cooking with sauces than as a topping for pasta). Hence a star deduction.

Unfortunately, the salmon in the pasta sauce, which was fried according to the menu, was only steamed, and the Pernod in the cream sauce was barely noticeable.

What a gastronomic discovery! My visit to this restaurant was simply amazing. From the first moment I was enchanted by the warm atmosphere and the charming ambience. I can only warmly recommend this restaurant and am already looking forward to my next visit. A real gem in the gastronomy scene!

I ate noodles in a mushroom cream sauce there. They tasted good, but could have been a little warmer and the portion a little larger, a spoonful more would certainly have been included. But that's just a mini-criticism. Bread and Parmesan are served with it. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere outside in front of the lake is of course very nice. I wasn't inside, I can't judge that. The prices are okay too. All in all, it fits there. Definitely worth a visit.

The restaurant is located on the promenade at Lake Phoenix and offers a great view of the lake. It serves typical traditional Italian cuisine. We ate outside, but there is a nice atmosphere inside too. The food was OK and the service was nice. The price-performance ratio is acceptable, especially for this environment.

When I wanted pizza with broccoli, the staff said there were no more. 10 minutes later a lady comes and she gets pizza with broccoli. I spoke to the staff and he was shocked and brought us express as an apology. Pizza doesn't taste good. Staff unfriendly

The location 1a, the staff very friendly. However, the pasta for lunch for €12.50 (including drink) is a very tiny portion. If you're really hungry, you won't get anywhere near full. Unfortunately it was only very lightly seasoned. If you're hungry, you should order from the standard menu; the pizza, for example, is much more lavish.

Today 01.05.24 it is 8:05 p.m. we (4 people) have been sitting since 6:00 p.m. waiting for our pizza. Guests who came after us have eaten for a long time and have left, we were told 40 minutes ago that there were problems in the kitchen and everyone had to wait 20 minutes! ???? The waiter got a little cheeky because we asked or they forgot about us, there was probably a power outage that's why our order didn't arrive in the kitchen... we had 4 waiters for one table! Never again .

The food was very, very tasty, but unfortunately the service was only busy with my table and the other guests were no longer asked if they would like anything else. There was also no response to a show of hands. Unfortunately, the women's toilet was not clean, the toilet paper was spread across the floor in the toilet.

.. - received a nice welcome, drinks and pizzas 🍕 (very good!) were served quickly - BUT: Then I was ignored for ages, I couldn't order a second drink - and finally (after about 30 minutes) I paid and left in annoyance. And it wasn't a summer weekend when the store was full; rainy Wednesday with moderate attendance.

I stopped by there spontaneously looking for lunch. Also on offer is lunch for €12.50 including a drink. But I decided to eat from the menu. Was also a good choice. First the olives, then tagliatelle salmone. Highly recommended. I would love to come back and have already recommended it to friends.

Overall, the restaurant makes a very good impression. The staff was very friendly and politely asked if everything was OK. The food (pizza) was very tasty and individual requests are also catered for here. The ambience is predominantly dark and muted, but makes a well-kept impression.

Today there were 5 of us in the restaurant for the first time. When we wanted to order our food, we wanted to change something on two dishes and the reply was very rude: 'It's so full today, we can't fulfill any special requests!' (It actually wasn't full, we also work in the catering industry). We then waited over 40 minutes for 4 bruscettas. After that it took over an hour until we got our pasta and pizza. When we asked, we only received rude answers. One pizza was completely missing salmon and then the waiters just said it didn't work and left. 2 pasta dishes were also faulty. In no situation has anyone apologized to us. We would not recommend the restaurant.

A bit disappointed with this experience - we had some expectations because of the great environment and look of the restaurant, and the location (nice views of the lake) However the order arrived pretty late (>45min the Bruschetta and >10 min more for the main dishes), and it made the whole experience quite bad. It is true they said sorry for the delay, and that they wouldn't charge the Bruschetta (which they forgot at the end, but we honestly think they did as the waitress seemed a bit "new or lost" - like she wouldn't know the name of the pizzas when getting them to the table) We saw many tables being quite disappointed too, so it honestly seemed to be a bad day for them - which is sad, but it's the experience we had The pizzas were pretty good though - the best of the whole evening The pasta not so much, they forgot the salt on it Maybe not a recommended place for a busy sunny day, apparently - might be worth to come on another day, but not sure if we would.

We ordered pizza and all 4 tasted great. The service was very accommodating and polite.

It took 45 minutes until we got 2x pizzas and 1x burger. The taste was okay but nothing special. Staff was friendly.

The menu is no different from that of a snack pizzeria and there is no difference in taste either. There were four of us there and our food came at different times, about 5 minutes apart, and the Penne Aglio & Olio were no longer as warm as they should have been fresh. There was no agreement among the staff as to who was responsible for which tables, so we told one colleague that we would like to pay separately by card and the other colleague created a total invoice for cash payment without being asked.

The ambience isn't entirely harmonious but it's just a matter of taste! The columns with the wooden panel look look very elegant 👍! It's really rare to visit a restaurant like Raphael's. The food was a 10/10 and really unbeatable for the price, the truffle pasta is really recommended. The waiters were also in a great mood even though it was just before closing time. Gladly again

We came here spontaneously on a Friday evening. To our surprise, there was room for 6 people. The food came quickly and we were served friendly. After the delicious meal, the evening ended with a coffee grappa. Always my pleasure!!!

Das Essen bei Raphael's am Phoenixsee war fantastisch! An drei verschiedenen Tagen genoss ich dort Gerichte und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Die Preise waren fair und das Essen exzellent. Das Steak am ersten Tag hatte eine wunderbare Kruste und wurde perfekt zubereitet. Die Nudeln am zweiten Tag waren ideal gewürzt, und die extra bestellten Beilagen ergänzten das Menü perfekt. Am dritten Tag probierte ich die 32 cm große Pizza - dünn, köstlich belegt und perfekt kombiniert. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unschlagbar (10/10) und die Aussicht auf den wunderschönen Phoenixsee macht den Besuch unvergesslich. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Ambiente würde ich gerne sogar 6 Sterne geben. Essen und Service waren sehr gut.

Haben heute im Team mal den Mittagstisch getestet ;-). Sehr nette Bedienung. Super leckere Nudeln. Schönes Ambiente mit netten Blick auf den "Tümpel" (Zitat) und das Drehteam vom Dortmund TATORT. Die Größe der Portion hat uns überrascht, da in anderen Lokalen die Portionen machmal sehr überschaubar sind. Kommen gerne wieder ;-)

Alles perfekt, sehr freundliche Bedienung, Essen sehr gut, Ambiente angenehm.

Wir waren an einem Samstagabend ohne Reservierung dort und es war kein Problem, noch einen Tisch für vier Personen zu bekommen! Entgegen der Info in einigen Bewertungen hier sind wir am Tisch bedient worden und hatten dabei eine sehr aufmerksame und nette Bedienung! Auf meinen Wunsch, Zutaten auf einer Pizza zu ändern, wurde sofort eingegangen und die Bestellung klappte problemlos. Wir haben unsere vier Pizzen sehr schnell bekommen und alle waren sehr begeistert vom Geschmack! Preislich für die Lage am Phoenixsee vollkommen in Ordnung, da man mit Blick auf den See essen kann. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Leider war die weibliche Servicekraft fast alleine und es hat etwas zu lange mit dem Brot und den Dips gedauert. Die Speisen waren gut und für eine so große Gruppe hat alles gepasst🙏 Direkt am Phönixsee

Heute sind wir als drei Generationen und mit sehr unterschiedlichen Geschmacksvorlieben erstmalig hier eingekehrt. Die Bedienung erstklassig. Das Ambiente sehr stilvoll und äußert sauber. Die Speisen köstlich und zügig zubereitet und dekorativ angerichtet. Wir waren allesamt angenehm überrascht und werden gern wieder kommen.

War heute mit meiner Familie was essen Wir hatten alle unterschiedliche Menüs bestellt, muss sagen das Essen von uns allen hat echt köstlich geschmeckt.Preise sind auch sehr günstig gegenüber vergleichbaren Restaurants. Die Bedienungen waren sehr freundlich erlebt Mann nicht mehr oft. Werden wohl ab jetzt öfters kommen sehr empfehlenswert weiter so

Das Ambiente war einfach wunderschön und die Aussicht atemberaubend. Die Dekoration hat den Besuch noch angenehmer gemacht. Der Service war freundlich und extrem schnell, was den Abend noch angenehmer gestaltet hat. Und nicht zu vergessen, das Essen war köstlich und die Portionen ausreichend. Ein rundum gelungener Besuch!

Mir war nicht bewusst, dass es dort wie bei Mäcces Selbstbedienung gibt. Sehr hochpreisige Pizza! Ich dachte nur: Ok, stolzer Preis, wenn sie aber schmeckt ist's ok. Bin wirklich eine Pizza -Liebhaberin. Diese Pizza hat mir leider gar nicht geschmeckt. Der Thunfisch hat sehr tranig geschmeckt. Meine Freundin hatte eine Salami Pizza. Die Salami war total fettig, hatte ansonsten gar keinen Geschmack. 35,00 € für 2 Pizzen und 2 Getränke. Ich bin enttäuscht!

Super leckere Pizza und nettes Personal!

Pizza essen am See, wie geil ist das denn?! Leider nicht so geil wie es klingt. Eine belegte Pizza für 14 Euro? Ok sie war schon groß, aber der knaller war es nicht. Eine einzige Bedienung war an unseren abend da. Sie war sehr bemüht aber alle konnte eine Bedienung Nicht zufrieden stellen. Fazit, top Lage, teure aber keine schlechte Pizza. Kann man sich mal gönnen und mit ein Glas Wein die Aussicht genießen...

Griechischer Salat: von der Menge recht wenig, Zutaten lieblos zugeschnitten, 3 Tropfen Öl, kein Essig, Schafskäse schmeckte nach Kuhmilich, alles ohne Geschmack wie auch die drei trockenen Brotscheiben bestehend aus Pizzateig. Pizza: Pizzakäse schmeckte wie Analogkäse, war nicht die beste Pizza meines Lebens. Einziges Highlight war die sehr freundliche Bedienung.

Positiv: Essen gut, Preise in Ordnung, gute Lage am Phoenixsee mit Seeblick. Negativ: 1) Selbstbedienung - dafür dann doch zu teuer. 2) Bier schlecht gezapt und in den falschen Gläsern. 3) Laut Aushang hat die Küche bis 21:30h geöffnet. Wir bekamen unsere Pizza gegen 21:20h. Direkt danach wurde das Licht gelöscht, auf unsere Bitte dies an zu lassen wurde nicht reagiert. Küche war also definitiv vor 21:30h geschlossen. Wir durften zwar aufessen, saßen aber wie beschrieben im Dunkeln und es fühlte sich sehr nach 'Rauswurf ' an. Bei allem Verständnis dafür, dass Angestellte (pünktlich) Feierabend machen möchten wäre ein Hinweis gut gewesen bzw. sollte dann hingewiesen werden, wenn Verzehr vor Ort nicht so lang gewünscht ist. Schade, geschmacklich echt gut aber so hat man wenig Lust wiederzukommen .

14€ für eine Pizza sind völlig überzogen, vor allem bei Selbstbedienung. Das kann die Aussicht auf den Tümpel auch nicht wett machen. Auf die Pizza mussten wir dann auch noch sehr lange warten, obwohl nicht viel los war. Die Sterne gibt es nur weil die Servicekraft welche die Tische sauber machte sehr nett war.

Naja…🤔 Selbstbedienung, dafür gute Aussicht draußen auf die Promenade und den See. Die Tische mit Leergut und Tellern vollgestellt. Abräumung erst nach Aufforderung der Thekenkraft im Inneren. Preislich fraglich aber anscheinend ortsüblich🫤 Essen wurde nicht geordert.

Das Konzept ist okay. Die Preise Phönixseegerecht. Die Pizza ist okay, aber nicht herausragend.

Ich kann von diesem Restaurant nur abraten. Das Essen ist viel zu teuer und schmeckt überhaupt nicht. Die Pizza war leider nicht mehr frisch und schmeckte überhaupt nicht. Wenn wenigstens der Service passen würde, könnte man hier wenigsten etwas trinken. Der passt leider überhaupt nicht. Wir mussten ewig auf unser Essen und uns konnte nicht gesagt werden wie lange das Essen brauch. Teilweise wurden wir einfach ignoriert.

Die Pizza schmeckt gut,das Personal ist sehr freundlich und gehen auf Wünsche ein.Das ganze Ambiente ist super.Wir kommen gerne wieder.👌
