Rampendahl Hausbrauerei in Osnabrück

Bin dort Stammgast und fahre immer wieder gerne dorthin. Bin noch nie enttäuscht worden. Das Angebot dort ist unübertroffen. Lutz Middeldorf

Das Essen ist Mittelmaß, wirklich nichts besonderes vom Burger bis zu den Rouladen und dafür dann doch recht teuer, doch das Bier ist sehr sehr gut. Kann ich jedem nur empfehlen der abends in Osnabrück noch was trinken will.

Aan de buitenkant zou je er zo voorbij lopen, maar achter de onopvallende gevel schuilt een bierbrouwerij met een groot restaurant (2 verdiepingen). Veel tafels, knusse hoekjes, houten interieur en gedimd licht. Vaardig personeel draaft heen en weer met traditionele Duitse schotels. Ook lokale specialiteiten. Wij hebben voor de lunch nog geen trek in die machtige kost en houden het bij een uitstekende Goulashsoep met lekker brood. Huisgebrouwen biertje erbij, helemaal goed. Vriendelijk geprijsd.

Was only in Osnabruck for one night, and came across this restaurant, and it was fantastic. The service was great (the menu is in German but there’s a QR code for English). We had the pork knuckle and another pork meal - both delicious. I believe there’s also a buffet option. If you’re in town, definitely recommend.

Rampendahl Hausbrauerei is a must visit in the city. The beer is brewed on site in the brewery in the middle of the building and is delicious. You get a good view into the brewery area from all floors of the bar and restaurant. I went before attending the DFB Pokal game between VFL Osnabruck and Freiburg, so the atmosphere was great. Fans mixed in the bar area and chatted over the buffet in the corner of the bar. Despite not eating, my seat on the corner of the bar afforded a great view. The food looked wonderful, traditional and constantly refreshed by a team of chefs. The bar staff were polite, attentive and welcoming. I’d recommend getting beers in 0.2cl servings to a) try a variety, and b) find what you love before committing as they all offer something different to the palate.

Lekker zitten eten met z’n 4-en . Geen overdreven porties ,precies goed . Omdat wij niet gereserveerd hadden,moesten we een kleine 20 minuten wachten aan de bar ,onder t genot van een huis gebrouwen biertje.

Leuke plek om te eten en te drinken, heeft eigen brouwerij. Gutburgerliche kuche. Maar eten was niet zo goed. Flinke porties maar vlees ( schweinemedaillons en rindfleisch) was erg droog en zeker te lang door gebakken. Kregen het met moeite weg. Bijgerechten, rode en groene kool waren ok. Vriendelijke bediening. We hebben niet geklaagd maar hadden dat eigenlijk moeten doen.

Super leckere Essen, vegetarisch für meine Frau, meine Tochter und ich Fleisch, wobei es kein Problem war Schwein durch Huhn auszutauschen. Immer wieder

Ein wirklich uriges Brauhaus. Sehr leckeres, hausgebrautes Bier in verschiedenen Sorten. Die Speisen sind rustikal und wirklich lecker. Achtung! Die Portionen sind sehr groß! Der Service war wirklich freundlich und schnell. Gerne wieder.

I’m just in Osnabruck for two nights - just passing through as part of a longer car trip. I live in Canada but have German roots, so was looking for a traditional German restaurant. I knew I was in the right place when the Germans I was at a table with ( while waiting for my table) told me that they had specifically driven down from further up North to go to Rampendahl to drink their excellent beer. It’s brewed right there. I chose the buffet option and had great schnitzels, rot kohl, potato salad . A la carte is also available. Two large beer and food set me back 21.53! The waiters were busy but very friendly. Don’t eat here if you’re counting calories! By far my best eating experience during my 3 week trip so far in Europe. Vielen Dank!

We were looking for something traditional of the area, and this brewery didn’t disappointed us at all. It is a very cozy and traditional place, food is very tasty, and beer is made there :) I fully recommend this place if you are looking somewhere to eat in Osnabrück!

We had a nice beer retreat in an old fashioned setting full of copper and green. Beers are simply amazing and complement well with typical German food, well made. Service is nice and attentive. Highly recommended!

Not worth the detour, we had better stayed on A1 and stop at one of the raststätte. It took the kitchen 50 minutes to bring out the food, that was no more than ok. Their beer is ordinary, no more. Restrooms were out of toiletpaper and papertissues etc. No sorry, but you can definetely do better than this.

Fantastic traditional family brewery. We really enjoyed our meal and the beer was delicious too. Really friendly staff who are happy to advise guests. If you like cider ask for the homemade cider. It is lovely and refreshing.

This is a microbrewery in a traditional building near the cathedral. The beer was excellent, and was accompanied by bread and garlic spread. Such an amazing place and we would return.
