Ich bin Stammkunde und immer wenn ich einen guten Döner essen will,geht mir dieser Laden durch den Kopf,da es hier einen zuverlässig und immer performenden Döner kriegt.auch die Mitarbeiter sind alle lieb und nehmen sich auch Zeit für dich.Insgesamt auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Ich kann dieses Restaurant leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Die Hygiene war meiner Erfahrung nach sehr schlecht, und das Essen hat weder frisch noch gut geschmeckt. Das Brot wirkte alt, trocken und wurde offenbar nur wieder aufgewärmt und serviert. Außerdem wurde bei Kartenzahlung eine zusätzliche Gebühr/Kommission verlangt, was ich sehr unangenehm fand. Insgesamt eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung.

Der Falafel-Wrap bei Ramos gehört zu den besten, die ich je gegessen habe. Aufgrund der großen Beliebtheit des Restaurants muss man beim Abholen oft mit etwa 15 Minuten Wartezeit rechnen. Ich rufe daher meist 20 Minuten vor meiner Ankunft an, um die Wartezeit zu verkürzen.

Sehr leckeres Essen und freundlicher Service! Das Dönerfleisch ist saftig und gut gewürzt, das Brot frisch und knusprig. Auch die Beilagen sind immer frisch und geschmackvoll. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr höflich und gehen auf Wünsche ein. Die Atmosphäre ist sauber und angenehm. Ich komme immer wieder gerne vorbei – absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Essen ist mir mittlerweile zu teuer, außerdem habe ich festgestellt, dass türkische Gäste wesentlich größere Portionen bekommen, was ich unmöglich finde. Wir zahlen alle den gleichen Preis. Das habe ich leider schon sehr oft beobachtet, es ist also keine Ausnahme. Bei 10€ für einen Döner erwartete ich dann schon, dass er gut gefüllt ist. Leider ist das oft nicht der Fall, da muss man schon die gleiche Nationalität wie die Betreiber haben, dann geht es. Deswegen gehe ich mittlerweile nicht mehr dorthin.

Ramos Grill ist eines meiner Lieblings-Grillrestaurants, das ich sowohl mittags als auch abends immer wieder gerne besuche. In Bezug auf Preis-Leistung und Qualität ist es für mich die erste Adresse, die ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen kann. Der Service sowie die Qualität der Speisen stehen hier stets im Vordergrund. Die köstlichen Fleischgerichte aus den Händen von Herrn NECIP zu genießen, ist ein besonderer Vorteil. In jeder Fleischsorte spürt man Einflüsse der anatolischen, insbesondere der ostanatolischen Küche – das verleiht dem Restaurant einen ganz eigenen, authentischen Charakter. Der Service hier ist eine bodenlose Frechheit. Der Kellner hat mir nach dem Essen mein Handy aus der Hand gerissen, nur um die Uhrzeit zu checken. Ich habe aktiv dagegengehalten, aber er hat es mir einfach mit Kraft entrissen. Es kann nicht wahr sein, dass ein Mitarbeiter die persönlichen Gegenstände eines Gastes ohne Erlaubnis und gegen dessen Willen an sich nimmt. So ein Verhalten ist unprofessionell und respektlos. Ich werde dieses Lokal definitiv nie wieder betreten!!!

Sehr gute Qualität mit selbstgemachten Brot

Ich lebe schon seit vier Jahren in Deutschland. Aber ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass ich sogar in einem Dönerladen Rassismus erleben würde. Das ist wirklich nicht in Ordnung. Ich bin sehr gerne in diesen Laden gegangen. Manchmal habe ich sogar 30 Minuten gewartet. Aber heute war es wirklich schlimm. Ich musste eine Stunde auf meine Dönerbox warten. Die Verspätung wäre ja noch okay gewesen. Aber das Problem ist: Die Leute, die nach mir bestellt haben, haben ihr Essen schon nach etwa zehn Minuten bekommen (mindestens zehn Personen). Ich saß direkt vor der Küche, also konnten sie mich natürlich sehen. Irgendwann wollte ich nicht mehr warten und habe noch einmal nach meiner Bestellung gefragt. Sie sagten, dass mein Essen in ein paar Minuten fertig sei. Aber am Ende musste ich noch einmal etwa 20 Minuten warten. Ich muss ehrlich sagen: Für mich fühlt sich das nach Rassismus an. Außerdem haben sie untereinander über mich gesprochen und mich „Chinese“ genannt, weil sie wahrscheinlich dachten, dass ich kein Deutsch verstehe. Das fand ich sehr respektlos. Besonders traurig finde ich diese Situation, weil ich aus einem Land komme, das gute Beziehungen zur Türkei pflegt. Deshalb hätte ich so etwas in einem türkischen Restaurant nicht erwartet. Ich hoffe wirklich, dass andere Asiaten so eine Erfahrung nicht machen müssen. Ich bin etwa drei Jahre lang gerne in diesen Laden gegangen. Wenn Freunde von mir Deutschland besucht haben, sind wir auch zusammen dort essen gegangen. (Auch damals kam das Essen oft sehr spät.) Aber nach dieser Erfahrung werde ich dort definitiv nicht mehr essen. Zumindest in diesem Restaurant wird es für mich kein türkisches Essen mehr geben.

Das Essen war lecker, leider für den Preis etwas kleine Portion. Ich wurde nicht satt und ich bin eine junge, normalgewichtige Frau, d.h. ich brauche keine Riesen Portionen, aber diese war schon wenig.

Das wohl „interessanteste Erlebnis“ … Nach der Bestellung bezahlten wir natürlich bar, und er wollte uns keine Quittung geben. Ich fragte nach der Quittung, aber er meinte, das ginge jetzt nicht, es würde länger dauern. Da ich nicht gehen wollte, fing er an, etwas am Computer zu tippen. Natürlich tat er so, als würde er etwas löschen, machte dabei Fehler und dachte wohl, ich würde die Quittung sowieso nicht mehr verlangen. Schließlich bekam ich sie doch, und natürlich stand nicht alles darauf. Später suchten wir uns einen Tisch, setzten uns und warteten, bis unsere Bestellung fertig war. Ich möchte erwähnen, dass noch drei weitere Artikel auf der Quittung fehlten, im Wert von ca. 14,50–15 €. Und ich wartete mindestens zehn Minuten, bis die gesamte Bestellung kam. Natürlich fragte mein Kollege, wann sie fertig sei, und er hatte uns Essen zum Mitnehmen gegeben … obwohl wir schon bedient wurden … Und die Menge war im Vergleich zu dem, was ich bestellt hatte, winzig (typisch). Später wurde es uns gebracht und wir konnten es selbst servieren… Die Qualität des Essens war, abgesehen von der Konsistenz, nicht besonders gut… Der Geschmack war auch nicht der beste… Die Angestellten sprachen übrigens überhaupt kein Englisch, man konnte sie kaum verstehen… 🫣😱

Der beste Kindheits Dönerladen für mich

Zu teuer für das was man bekommt. Keine Empfehlung, das Essen hat nicht wirklich überzeugt.

Hat geschmacklich nachgelassen. Kennen kein Danke bei Trinkgeld, kennen kein tschüss oder auf Wiedersehen. Nur ein junger schlanker „Kellner“ war sehr höflich. Bärtige am Spieß unfreundlich . Der an der Kasse kein Ton trotz Trinkgeld….okay….letze Mal 🤷🏻‍♂️ Wenn läuft zeigen die Leute ihr wahres Gesicht.

Sehr leckeres selbstgebackenes Brot beim Döner Sandwich! Kann man empfehlen! Bedienung etwas aufdringlich, Sitzgelegenheiten top! Schöne Auswahl!

Leider war mein Besuch bei Ramos Grill und Kebap Haus Oberursel eine absolute Katastrophe. Das Fleisch war ungenießbar und offensichtlich verbrannt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Angestellten war sehr schwierig, da er kaum Deutsch sprach und ich meine Bestellung mehrfach wiederholen musste, bis sie überhaupt verstanden wurde. Am Ende kam dann auch noch ein sehr unfreundliches Verhalten dazu. Insgesamt eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung, die ich definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen kann.

War neulich mit einem Freund das erste Mal bei euch und haben euren Dönerteller genießen dürfen. Die Portion war schon sehr ordentlich, beim Krautsalat war ich dann das erste Mal echt enttäuscht. Ich hatte das Gefühl einen Fertiges Produkt aus dem Gastro Eimer gegessen zu haben. Aber sonst muss ich wirklich sagen war der Dönerteller schon eine ordentliche große Portion der Preis dezent hoch, da bezahlt man für ein ähnliches Produkt in anderen Städten etwas weniger. Aber darum geht es nicht. Euer Lokal war an dem Abend sehr gut gefüllt, auch die Essensabholer während unseres Aufenthaltes war erstaunlich hoch. Sollte ich mal wieder in Orschel sein, komme ich gerne wieder vorbei.

9€ für einen Döner in einer Kleinstadt finde ich etwas zu teuer. Für zwei Personen bedeutet das - mit Getränken - eine Rechnung über 20€. Geschmacklich überzeugt Ramos sehr und auch der Service ist immer gut drauf und scherzt nett mit den Gästen rum :)

Früher war der Laden deutlich besser und lockerer. Es geht mir nicht um den Preis, sondern um die Qualität. Das Dönerbrot war früher selbst gemacht und größer, inzwischen ist es deutlich kleiner. Auch das Fleisch schmeckt leider nicht mehr wie früher. Außerdem ist fast immer zu viel Soße und zu viel Salat im Döner. Das ist mir nicht nur einmal passiert, sondern bestimmt schon 8-mal, deshalb spreche ich es an. Pizza bestelle ich inzwischen gar nicht mehr, weil der Teig sehr dick ist und ebenfalls zu viel Soße drauf ist. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich** und sonst ist alles in Ordnung – nur die Qualität könnte wieder besser werden, so wie früher.

The meat here is truly delicious. Whether it's grilled chicken, lamb, or Adana... everything was truly amazing. Decent portions at a "normal" price. It's great value for money! I've had several dishes here before and have always been 100% satisfied. The ambiance and service are standard, so all in all, I definitely recommend it. A chicken skewer plate with extra rice and a drink comes to over €20, but that's fine for this location, quantity, and quality.

Hello to the entire team. I live in Hochheim am Main, my son lives in Oberursel. I visited him yesterday, and we ordered for dinner. We're both big fans of Turkey and are on holiday there. But the food is unique. They're very accommodating and friendly. My son had to wait a bit yesterday because they forgot something, but everything was fried and grilled right away. It was all very good, and the food was amazing. I've just returned from a holiday in Turkey, and this is by far the best food I've ever had. Thank you.

For €12.50, a kebab plate with so little meat and fries. And then the unfriendly staff. I won't be visiting that snack bar again.

Guys, let's be honest: You used to bake your own bread, now it comes as a sticky, ready-made product. Why? You have a great oven. Much worse, I've seen it several times now: Employees go outside to smoke or use the restroom without washing their hands, then touch the doner bread and everything else directly. It couldn't be more unhygienic. One employee even wore a glove while smoking, which he didn't even take off or change afterward. Absolutely disgusting. You used to be very good, but now you're just in the lower category. Even though the doner kebab is a bit smaller, I now prefer to go to Memos Döner in Oberursel. The hygiene is definitely better there!

Today I found the ownership changed. New kitchen staffs, servers and menu card even. I had Lamachun without meat and Döner Pizza which is hard to fail, usually. Unbelievably, failed today. I lost my favorite Dönerhaus.

The atmosphere is really good for a kebab shop. I ordered something and was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I arrived and the kebab was already ready. By the time I'd eaten it after about 5-10 minutes, it was already cold. I then concluded that the kebab shop had probably started processing it after I'd placed my order. It's probably cooled down in that time. I call kebab shops where I order often and they say it'll be ready in 10 minutes. If I arrive after 7, the kebab man is still preparing it, and I get it warm and on time for pickup. Otherwise, I didn't think the kebab was bad, but it was cold. And 500ml of Ayran Bro was too much. I make 300ml like everyone else.

My husband really likes the Adana plate. The mixed salad with doner kebab is also highly recommended (a large portion). The garlic sauce is especially delicious.

I ordered French fries, they arrived in less than 10 minutes. You can see how the people prepare the food, and everything is delicious and looks healthy! The fries were excellent, well-seasoned, and very fresh. Highly recommended!

You should teach your service staff some respect. If one of your employees treats me with such disrespect and responds to my requests in an annoyed manner on my next visit, you'll hear what you're up against. I wanted a fork with my meal, and your dwarf employee then threw the fork across the counter in a completely disrespectful manner, shocking even your own employee next to you. I've had the same problems with the same employee several times. Get your staff in order before someone else has to.

The food is typical of a Turkish restaurant, lots of vegetables, good meat, rice too, good sauces. I also ate soup but I don't remember the name... Which is a pity because it was good😃

Ramos Grill Kebab Haus in Frankfurt Oburursel is the only address I can recommend you for the tastes you have not tried before. Excellent tastes, unique taste, everything is freshly made, warm family atmosphere and many things, especially the charcoal of the grill, the taste it gives makes you feel like you are in your hometown. I recommend it to everyone, attentive and attentive service, top level, I have never come across anything like this in this area before.

The kebab sandwich was extremely filling. However, the very cold salad cooled down the lukewarm meat. The bread wasn't baked properly either. So what a kebab at refrigerator temperature that doesn't really taste good. Maybe I was just unlucky but I can't recommend the food.

A busy shop but worth the wait. Bread is homemade and is fresh. Food is really very good. Meat and salad is always fresh. We respond to requests, even with a large order and a full store, everything was right.

The most important criteria are met above average. The food, the price and nice staff. I always go there for lunch alone.

Bad service, I ordered two lamb skewers dürüm and a lahmacun, but I just got three dürüms with meat and all vegetables. We then called them and they said they had mixed up the order. When I wanted to pick up the food, the food was being prepared and no one picked up anything to eat during that time. So they didn't admit the mistake but simply looked for an excuse.

Our attempt to order for three people on site failed, we were simply ignored. Two customers in front of us did not agree with the counter crew's arithmetic skills, and after a long discussion the "tip" was deducted again. Let me put it this way, if the gentlemen only want to serve select people, they are very happy to do so. But without us, alternatives are close at hand, even with card payment.

I would prefer to give negative points for the service, no greeting at all, an outrageous, rough, passive aggressive tone and they scream through the store even though you are standing half a meter in front of them.
