Bad service, I ordered two lamb skewers dürüm and a lahmacun, but I just got three dürüms with meat and all vegetables. We then called them and they said they had mixed up the order. When I wanted to pick up the food, the food was being prepared and no one picked up anything to eat during that time. So they didn't admit the mistake but simply looked for an excuse.

Our attempt to order for three people on site failed, we were simply ignored. Two customers in front of us did not agree with the counter crew's arithmetic skills, and after a long discussion the "tip" was deducted again. Let me put it this way, if the gentlemen only want to serve select people, they are very happy to do so. But without us, alternatives are close at hand, even with card payment.

I was served very unfriendly. I entered the store and was completely ignored. The store is small and I politely avoided all the employees. I didn't behave badly, quite the opposite. However, that seems to be the wrong approach in this store, as you are completely ignored. I then sat on the small chair in front of the ordering counter and new children were served, but I didn't pay any attention. At some point I went out and told my small children who were waiting outside on their bikes (we were very hungry) that I didn't want to order anything there anymore. The two boys were so sad and then tried it themselves. When they came out a long time later, they were both quite disturbed. Although they were taken in at some point, they were treated very unkindly. The price was also incorrect, which was only noticeable because I told my children exactly the amount we had to pay. The man behind the counter wanted a few euros more and only when the 12 year old complained did he say the correct amount. They then had to go out and stand on the sidewalk in front of the window because they were told that they would receive their order there. That took a very long time, but at some point a bag was passed through the window, again unnecessarily unfriendly. We eat here regularly (takeaway) because the bread is very tasty since they bake it themselves in the pizza oven. The behavior of the workforce among themselves also does not indicate a good climate. Something like that can't result in good food. But this is also just unprofessional towards customers. What is striking is that only one of the men shows any friendly behavior at all: it is the one who serves the tables. Why? The rest don't think it's necessary. It's a shame, we'll now go to the kebab on Hohemarkstrasse, which is much tastier, but the bread isn't that good there.

I wanted to pre-order food for 5 people by phone so I didn't have to wait forever. I tried 10 times, the phone rings for a long time but no one answers. I then decided on another snack bar.

We were there for the first time and also the last time. The falafel plate was not good. The falafel consisted mainly of breading and tasted greasy and like old frying fat. There was a small dollop of mustard dressing on the salad instead of garlic or yogurt sauce, otherwise there was no sauce. The fries were inedible. They tasted slightly sweet, unseasoned and also like stale fat. My partner had a Lamacun, which was below average. We went there because of the good reviews, we really can't understand the good reviews...and all that for 20€ is really steep...

Unfriendly employees who leave you standing even though the food was already ready. When we asked when the food was ready, it was thrown over the counter in a bag. We (2 women) were looked at as if we had never seen a woman before. The food is tasty, but I would still avoid this shop if I were a woman alone!

The kebab shop looks dingy from the inside. Chairs, tables, walls, etc. are already very worn out. Generally a very dark atmosphere. The toilet stinks extremely and is no longer up to date. You have to go further away to get a decent kebab.

I can't recommend it! Some of the meat wasn't cold because of the fries. The side salad was ok. Here you can tell that it is mass processing. We were very dissatisfied and will not eat there again.

I've been eating here often for a long time. 1 month ago a metal shavings on the pizza. Which somehow might happen. Waited 2 minutes for my kebab today, didn't get what I wanted, meat was lukewarm and carelessly topped and everything was saved, which is something I'm not used to here. It didn't get spicy, which I had repeated several times, the kebab pocket wasn't crispy, but rather hard. However, unfortunately after today's experience I can't recommend it. If it's crowded, go there and you're more likely to get something fresh. Lg

The lahmacun and normal kebab were really delicious. Lots of fresh ingredients, good sauces, juicy and lots of meat and the breads are homemade. The service, however, was a disaster! We ordered by phone beforehand and when we arrived there was a huge chaos. All the orders were mixed up, we had already received half the order and we had to wait another 10-15 minutes for the rest, so of course the first part was already cold. So that can definitely be improved. Prices are ok.

Sorry, I'm not a fan of bad reviews, but I think you should have one at Carnival or the parade a: offer a small card b: Operate entry control I've had very bad experiences in this store two years in a row now. Best kebab shop in the area. Vegetables are fresh and the kebab meat is very high quality veal. Don't forget the charcoal grill, great Adana skewers and lamb skewers. You can tell that the owners put a lot of passion into the store by renovating it often. I can warmly recommend that.

Also das Essen und der Service ist gut. Service vor allem Abends finde ich… Ansonsten war Ramos immer das kebap haus wo ich immer war, wenn ich mal in Oberursel unterwegs gewesen bin. Ein stern-abzug da es etwas lang dauert nachdem man bestellt hat (und weil der preis etwas hoch ist)

Leider nicht mehr das was es mal war. Musste mir meine dönerpizza selbst einpacken, was ist das bitte für ein grotten schlechter Service? Für 10€ mir nichtmal mein übrig gelassenes Essen einzupacken, weder hallo noch tschüss zu sagen, einfach sprachlos...

Ein 1A Dönerladen! Habe sämtliche Dönerläden der Republik probiert und Ramos ist definitiv der Beste. Komme seit Jahren immer wieder vorbei!

Mehr als ein Dönerimbiss. Mega lecker!!! Treffpunkt für viele Jugendliche. Günstig, aber tolle Qualität. War ein Tipp unseres Sohnes.

Die fallafel hat nicht gut geschmeckt und was auch nicht toll war das wir knoblauch Soße stadt Joghurt sosse bekommen habe

Ich bin aufgrund der guten Bewertungen hier essen gegangen. Essen war echt lecker, die Portionen auch entsprechend groß. Was mir nicht zugesagt hatte, dass sie nur Hähnchenfleisch hatten und darauf nicht hingewiesen haben. Sonst war alles in Ordnung.

Klassischer dönerladen wie es sein soll. Wenn man reinkommt wird einem der Appetit mit dem lieblichen Döner Knoblauchsaucenduft angeregt. Service super und aufmerksam. Lahmacun war sehr lecker.

Update 2023: Leider muss ich schlechte Nachrichten bringen. Es ist verständlich dass der Preis gestiegen ist wegen offensichtlichem Events, aber leider hat sich in der Zeit auch die Qualität stark gesenkt. Früher bin ich von einem lahmacun sehr Satt geworden bei einem Preis von 6 euro. Jetzt bezahlt man 8 und der Inhalt ist ungefähr um 1/3 gesunken. Also kleinere Portionen für mehr Geld. Die Öffnungszeiten haben sich auch verändert: damals 03:00 an Wochenenden Jetzt: 01:00 (Rezension Stand 2020: Essen ist perfekt, Personal ist familiär und nett, hat lange offen. Das perfekte allround Paket.)

War einfach klasse wie das Chaos durch den hohen Andrang mit den Bestellungen von den bis zu 6 Mitarbeitern hinterm Tresen vom Chef gelöst wurde. Leider wurde meine Bestellung irgendwie durcheinander gebracht weil hatte ein bestimmtes Gericht bestellt und es wurde etwas anderes dafür eingepackt. Sonst war alles okay, sehr schmackhaft. Hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

Aufgrund der guten Bewertungen bei einer großen Stichprobe (N > 800) schenkte ich dem Laden mein volles Vertrauen. Der Verzehr meines Dürüm-Döners konnte hier allerdings nicht mit den Erwartungen mithalten! Neben dem nicht gerade freundlich wirkenden Personal wies der Dürüm meiner geschmacklichen Expertise nach einige Mängel auf. Der Teig wurde entweder falsch zubereitet oder unangemessen lange im Ofen gelassen, sodass mein Knäckebrot am gestrigen Abend einen saftigeren Eindruck hinterlassen konnte als der Dürüm-Döner. Glücklicherweise nutze ich als Nahrungsergänzungsmittel jeden Morgen Magnesiumtabletten. Diese konnten gewähren, dass ich nicht aufgrund eines Krampfes oder einer Zerrung der Kiefermuskulatur einen Orthopädischen Facharzttermin ausmachen musste. Eventuell handelt es sich um einen einmaligen Ausrutscher seitens der Küche, da die zuverlässige Bewertung des Google-Anbieters eigentlich Besseres verspricht! Positiv zu erwähnen ist die in den Rezensionen angemerkte Hygiene. Die häufigen Äußerungen zum Hygiene Mangel kann ich hier nicht bestätigen.

Keine freundliche Begrüßung, Ambiente naja und das Essen war nur okay. Nicht mehr und nicht weniger, für den Preis aber definitiv nicht berechtigt. Das Dönerfleisch war sehr durchwachsen und die Pommes noch fast roh. Hatte eine Dönerbox mit Pommes, einen Döner und einen Salat.

Bester Dönerimbiss im ganzen Umkreis von Oberursel. Ich kann für den "kleinen" Hunger den Schülerdöner für 5 € empfehlen.
