I had an extremely disappointing experience with this restaurant and cannot recommend ordering from them. I placed an order through Uber Eats, and after receiving a notification that my delivery was complete, I was shocked because I did I receive it. After I called the delivery person to reach out, he claimed that another driver had picked up my order from the restaurant. Instead of addressing this issue, the delivery person rode to my hotel without delivering my meal, falsely claiming that it had been delivered. This not only ruined my family's dinner plans but also raised serious concerns about the restaurant's accountability and communication. For the safety and convenience of others, I strongly advise against ordering from this restaurant. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service is unacceptable.

Normally a great kebab shop. Unfortunately very, very weak today. I have a lahmacun with veal and a kebab with chicken. Both orders were simply completely cold (12 minute drive time and normally it is still hot) hardly any sauce and, importantly, hardly any meat. What would I give 10 euros for such a failed piece when I know that things will never be as good as they were today. Saw the guy at the counter for the first time too. In any case, a big minus today. It's a shame that the quality is deteriorating for some 👍🏻

We have been loyal eaters at Ramos for 4 years. You have to know, we used to live in Mannheim, which is the stronghold for the best kebab and delicacies of this kind. Since then, we have actually been ordering kebab pizza from Ramos with an incredible number of special requests, but I'll tell you, it's just damn good. My husband really enjoys eating the Adana Dürüm - 4/5 for him. The bread could have been baked a little more. About the ambience: it's just Gallus, it's getting better and Ramos has renovated it really nicely. So 4/5. Regarding service: you have to remember that we are in FFM. The guests are usually incredibly unfriendly and yet all the employees smile at you and are nice. It's a really good store for us because the prices are really fair.

We arrived at iftar time, a friendly man welcomed us, we ordered the mixed grill for two, it was incredibly delicious, the tea was fresh, everything was very nice, thank you, we will come again if we come across it, the price performance is very good and delicious.

We really like going to Ramos. The food is very good and the price-performance ratio is right. We are always served well and in a friendly manner, and the waiting time is always kindly shortened with a tea. We enjoy going there.

Super tasty, very satisfied, would love to come back. Even if the waitress didn't understand much German, he tried very hard and brought everything, even if it all came separately. We had bayti for €14.50 Mixed grill plates €20 including Lahmacun. Lahmacun was freshly baked and very tasty like the rest. At the end there was tea on the house very friendly. Tip: A sweet baklava or these little sweet balls would be perfect with the tea gesture. Otherwise you can't say anything is perfect. 😋😋😋

The food is good, I recommend it. Very nice service. The only minus is the smell of tobacco smoke coming from outside. This is very bothersome for non-smokers. At least it bothered me. I would give five stars, but the tobacco smoke in the place spoiled everything. Property owners should pay attention to this. Not everyone smokes cigarettes. I wouldn't take my children there. If I were to go to this place again, I would think twice.

No one can beat the old man server here, he's the best and always smiling. I have been around 4-5 times to this restaurant and the portion size is quite large for a person. The best i liked is kofte teller, all ingredients are fresh, once at dinner i was also served cey/turkish chai free of cost and surprisingly it wasn't just me they served but every diner. I highly recommend this restaurant and the server (middle aged man) is best in class.

The place itself is okay – tables and all. But, gotta say, the staff can be pretty rude, and the meat they serve is way too fatty. Skewers don't look all that appetizing either. Every time I order from there, it feels like I'm doing them a favor. Seriously, someone needs to give them a crash course in good service. Talked to some friends, and they've faced the same rudeness, especially from this younger guy at the cash register.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Sie können jede Mahlzeit finden, die Sie suchen. Es gibt vegane Gerichte.

Die haben die beste Kelle Paça Suppe in Frankfurt und beste Falafel!!!! Sowas habe ich in meinem ganzen Leben nicht gegessen! Und das beste Scharf 🌶️ !!! Der etwas ältere, gepflegte Mann (Bedienung) ist sehr sympathisch und macht seine Arbeit einfach Klasse! Der jüngere (Bedienung) dort, kann sich eine Scheibe davon abschneiden…! Ist zwar nett aber einfach zu langsam…! Musste 2 mal aufstehen und mein Zeugs selbst holen…!

Von Anfang an wurde ich von der herzlichen Gastfreundschaft und der authentischen Atmosphäre des Restaurants beeindruckt. Die Speisekarte bot eine breite Palette von traditionellen türkischen Gerichten, und ich entschied mich für das Lammkotelett, das mit einer köstlichen Mischung aus Gewürzen zubereitet wurde. Die zarte Textur und der reiche Geschmack des Gerichts waren einfach vorzüglich. Begleitet wurde das Ganze von frischem Fladenbrot und einer Auswahl an verschiedenen Saucen und Dips, die die Aromen noch verstärkten. Die Portionen waren großzügig, und der Service war erstklassig. Das Personal war aufmerksam und konnte alle Fragen zur Speisekarte beantworten, was die Erfahrung noch angenehmer machte. Die Getränkeauswahl war ebenfalls beeindruckend, mit einer Vielzahl von türkischen Tees und erfrischenden Limonaden. Was die Atmosphäre betrifft, so sorgte die traditionelle türkische Musik im Hintergrund für eine authentische Stimmung, und die Einrichtung des Restaurants war geschmackvoll und einladend. Zusammenfassend kann ich dieses türkische Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen. Es bietet nicht nur köstliche Gerichte, sondern auch eine einladende Atmosphäre und freundlichen Service. Es ist definitiv einen Besuch wert, um die kulinarischen Schätze der türkischen Küche zu entdecken.

War heute dort es war rapellvoll und ich musste länger auf meine Bestellung warten, habe dann am Ende ein Getränk aufs Haus bekommen wegen der Wartezeit, hier weiß man wie Gastro funktioniert ;) Der Döner war lecker, kann ich nur weiter empfehlen!

Ich war in vielen Kebab Restaurants on Wiesbaden und Frankfurt und muss gestehen, dass dies viele Restaurants übertrifft. Das Essen ist frisch und lecker und die Mitarbeiter vorallem der Kellner super nett! An dem Besitzer von Ramos: weiter so!

Hungrig betreten Hungrig verlassen Unglaublich wie wenig mittlerweile in einen Döner und Dürüm rein gemacht wird. Nicht das nur am Fleisch gespart wird, nein auch an allem anderen. Das der Mitarbeiter mir den Salat nicht mit einer Pinzette in den Döner getan hat war alles. Neues Geschäftsmodell von Ramos: Preise hoch - Qualität runter. Vom Service vor Ort brauchen wir garnicht zu sprechen. Ein halbstarker Jungspund mit Bollywood-Charme verprellt mit seiner ach so lustigen Art Stammkunden. Ein alter Kellner welcher es nichtmal schafft bis 2 zu zählen lässt dich nach deiner Bestellung zittern ob du auch wirklich das kriegst was du bestellt hast. Das Gefühl ist so ähnlich wie wenn du zu einem neuen Friseur gehst und schiss hast das der deine Haare verkackt. Als das Essen von meinem Kollegen kam war es kalt, meins kam original 15 Minuten später. Sorry aber das ist ein NO-GO! Wir kommen auf keinen Fall mehr wieder und können nur dazu raten an der Theke zu erwähnen gerne etwas extra zu bezahlen und darum zu bitten keinen 50% gefüllten Döner/Dürüm zu bekommen damit du Satt wirst. An sich ist das Essen lecker, daher die 2 Sterne.
