I placed an order through Uber Eats, and after receiving a notification that my delivery was complete, I was shocked because I did I receive it. After I called the delivery person to reach out, he claimed that another driver had picked up my order from the restaurant. Instead of addressing this issue, the delivery person rode to my hotel without delivering my meal, falsely claiming that it had been delivered. This not only ruined my family's dinner plans but also raised serious concerns about the restaurant's accountability and communication. We have been loyal eaters at Ramos for 4 years. You have to know, we used to live in Mannheim, which is the stronghold for the best kebab and delicacies of this kind. Since then, we have actually been ordering kebab pizza from Ramos with an incredible number of special requests, but I'll tell you, it's just damn good. My husband really enjoys eating the Adana Dürüm - 4/5 for him. The bread could have been baked a little more. About the ambience: it's just Gallus, it's getting better and Ramos has renovated it really nicely. So 4/5. Regarding service: you have to remember that we are in FFM. The guests are usually incredibly unfriendly and yet all the employees smile at you and are nice. It's a really good store for us because the prices are really fair.

No one can beat the old man server here, he's the best and always smiling. I have been around 4-5 times to this restaurant and the portion size is quite large for a person. The best i liked is kofte teller, all ingredients are fresh, once at dinner i was also served cey/turkish chai free of cost and surprisingly it wasn't just me they served but every diner. I highly recommend this restaurant and the server (middle aged man) is best in class.

The place itself is okay – tables and all. But, gotta say, the staff can be pretty rude, and the meat they serve is way too fatty. Skewers don't look all that appetizing either. Every time I order from there, it feels like I'm doing them a favor. Seriously, someone needs to give them a crash course in good service. Talked to some friends, and they've faced the same rudeness, especially from this younger guy at the cash register.
