Everything was great. Breakfast was open buffet. Drinking tea was great.

I have been here a few times and tried some dishes in Minka. For this reason I give 3 stars for the food. I had 5 star food but also 1 star. Today was the one star because at a hefty price of around 20 euros the Iskender was absolutely not justified. The bread was chewy and not soft and buttery like I usually get from Iskender. Among the good meat there was also a lot of meat that was so tough and burnt that I couldn't chew it. The Kajmak was more like yoghurt, which is something else I know and like. The sauce wasn't tomato sauce but was a strange color with a different taste, more like gravy or something similar. Maybe I was unlucky today. Still a shame. My friend's pizza looked phenomenal and she really enjoyed it. But the service was great and very friendly, funny and put you in a good mood.

This is the restaurant where I used to enjoy having lunch, but a very terrible situation happened to me. I waited one half an hour and none of the waiters came to me. They just looked at me and I called out to them and they did. doesn't matter. I'm an Arab girl and they were very racist. I've been to them the last three times and they repeated the situation and I said... They are very racist, very rude and treat very badly. My rating for this is 0.

The breakfast buffet from the Minka was very disappointing, nothing extraordinary, a little bit didn't suit my taste or didn't taste good. In Frankfurt there are definitely far better breakfast buffets, especially those that are cheaper.

It is different that tea is free at the open buffet breakfast but you sell coffee for money. The perfect place for Turkish breakfast in Frankfurt. The owner has probably changed and he doesn't seem to care at all about the quality of his restaurant. * Waiter a mega disaster (not interested in his guests) * Food tastes like convenient cuisine * we ordered starters and main courses and everything came to the table at the same time. The waiter didn't give a damn and said he had to discuss with us why it was okay. Totally resistant. Will not visit this store again. Every kebab shop with 2 bar tables offers better service. We will definitely find another great restaurant that can compete with the old Minka.

Party for lunch with family, wife and 3 year old child. Almost nothing available, the fruits, the cheeses were almost petrified. The most important are vegetables. When asking for Nutella for the child, we were told that it was no longer available, that we had to come earlier. At the exit they made me pay two adults and a child who didn't take anything (9 euros for a 3 year old child) who didn't even taste what he wanted. They complain, I am told that the child must pay when it is mentioned that it is free for children. In short, never again at their place, whether for the behavior of the staff as well as the quality of the food served.

I ordered a strawberry cake that neither tasted convincing nor seemed fresh. The cream was extremely hard and you couldn't even tell if it was butter or something else. The cake had absolutely no taste and was the worst I have ever eaten. I politely pointed out that the cake was neither fresh nor edible, to which the waitress asked a colleague. A PURE DISASTER! Please look at your invoice!!!! Things are charged for things that were not ordered at all + the bill is rounded up again by a few euros if you pay by card. Always ask for proof here!!! Otherwise you will be completely ripped off! We kindly pointed this out to the waiter, and instead of apologizing for it, they made fun of you and made stupid comments. Furthermore, the dishes are not all brought at the same time, but rather alternately (waiting time 15-30 minutes). The restaurant was surprisingly empty, although similar restaurants next door were well-filled. But I like to give everyone a chance and see for myself. We had lunch with three people and ordered a kebab sandwich, a kebab plate and a cheeseburger. Unfortunately all dishes were inedible. The kebab meat only consisted of finely chopped leftovers and tasted like it came from the freezer. The cheeseburger had a slightly sour taste and otherwise didn't taste like anything. The prices are generally reasonable, but still too high in relation to the low quality of the food.

Service was incredibly bad. Food came and we had no drinks. Then food arrived and 1 meal was missing. The restaurant wasn't even remotely full and the service staff didn't feel like serving us. The blonde waitress was more attentive to us than the actual waiter who took our orders and was in charge. The first two meals arrived cold. There were three of us on Halloween October 31st. there at 9 p.m. I don't recommend it at all, it ruined my evening.

I last visited Minka about 6 months ago. The quality of the food was very good at the time, but has now deteriorated significantly. Both the service❗️and the cleanliness of the table and surroundings could be improved. Based on my experiences, I advise against visiting during the week, especially at lunchtime. I would recommend eating there on the weekend (Saturday evening) instead. Since I had very good experiences last year, this is very unfortunate for me personally. I prefer to recommend Saf-ET

I haven't seen such bad service in a long time. There were 5 people, the plates came one at a time until everyone had their plate and the first ones were already finished with their food. The waiter was so unfriendly. No matter what you asked for, you had to wait 10-15 minutes even for the bill. We used to love coming here but never again!

Every time we are in FFM we like to have lunch here. The staff are very friendly, attentive and helpful. We had a really delicious meal here again. The place is super nice and very clean.

I eat there every two weeks and it's fabulous. The hospitality is great and the mascot Kaan looks funny. I always laugh when I see him. That's what makes eating at Minka's so exciting because Kaan is always barking.

I visit more than 2 times a month, but they bring different dishes, e.g. mixkebab for 4 costs €120. I have films, there were 7 of us including children. In the end, we packed the food and took it with us, but 2 days before I was very disappointed too little and enough for us the kebab wasn't too juicy unfortunately I don't recommend it instead I recommend doy doy or anatolia 🤒

Who burns pizza ? By far the worst pizza I have ever tasted , burned and slimy and bad Orange juice advertised as freshly squeezed, machine never ran. Arrived with a flier in the juice. Disgusting Other dishes were okay Menu is only available in German. Made ordering really difficult Kids portion said lamb kabab, arrived in gyro. Which they said it’s a doner kabab but this is not what the menu said Atmosphere was horrible. A lot of actions in the table next to us. Unhappy customers, things dropping in the floor, moving tables .. Overall very bad experience, I would not recommend it

Apparently freshly squeezed orange juice! is sold for €5. When asked if the juice was diluted with water, the waiter assured them that they would never do such a thing. But you can see this very clearly in the photo. Therefore no recommendation, rather have breakfast at a bakery and save yourself the hassle. Large selection, but not good quality of products.

This restaurant is an absolute disgrace! Such a horror evening. There were several mice on the terrace, so we sat down inside. Even upon request, no bread came with the starter. The main course - pasta in mushroom cream sauce was completely overcooked, so the pasta was far too soft. Sauce had zero seasoning, even adding more salt several times didn't help. The icing on the cake was that the waiter also wanted to take my glass of water with me, even though the glass wasn't empty.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend the Minka restaurant. The visit was a big disappointment. The waiter was extremely rude and made negative comments about a friend, which made us very uncomfortable. The food was also a disaster. The meat was raw and was spread with bread and so that you couldn't see it, some sauce was spread over the food. The dishes were listed incorrectly, causing confusion. When we pointed out that the meat was raw it took forever to redo it. But instead of fixing the problem, the old meat was simply fried again. It was so overcooked that it was barely edible. Then the waiter made a fool of us, as if it were our fault that we didn't immediately notice that the food was raw, and said that he had had an argument in the kitchen because of us. Then we wanted to have something packed, but the cellar only gave us a small plastic packaging so that we had to pack it ourselves. Overall the service was poor and the food was of poor quality. Attention rip-off waiters... I just wanted to eat some baklava and drink tea with a friend late in the evening. There were hardly any people in the Minka. Since I didn't have any cash with me, I asked the waiter right at the entrance if I could pay by card. He confirmed this to me immediately. Now I wanted to order baklava (6 euros) from the nice lady at the counter and pay straight away. The waiter intervened and insisted that I take a seat and he would bring me the baklava. I politely agreed and wanted to pay directly. He literally pushed me until I gave in and took the plate of baklava and only then told me that you can pay with a card from 15 euros. That really annoyed me. To get the 15 euros, I ordered a pot of peppermint tea. I got a pot with 2 euro tea bags from Rewe. And instead of peppermint tea, the waiter gave me green tea. The jug for 5 euros is more like a slightly larger cup. It's clear to me that you don't just go to Minka to drink and that you definitely pay an amount of over 15 euros. It is a disgrace to assure guests that card payment is possible and only after receiving the order to inform them that a minimum amount of 15 euros is required.

We always come back because of the delicious cakes, which are available in a large selection, the food is also top, the ambience 10 points. The staff is extremely nice and warm, even though it is always very busy, the employees always remain professional and calm. You just feel wanted there.
