I last visited Minka about 6 months ago. The quality of the food was very good at the time, but has now deteriorated significantly. Both the service❗️and the cleanliness of the table and surroundings could be improved. Based on my experiences, I advise against visiting during the week, especially at lunchtime. I would recommend eating there on the weekend (Saturday evening) instead. Since I had very good experiences last year, this is very unfortunate for me personally. I prefer to recommend Saf-ET

I haven't seen such bad service in a long time. There were 5 people, the plates came one at a time until everyone had their plate and the first ones were already finished with their food. The waiter was so unfriendly. No matter what you asked for, you had to wait 10-15 minutes even for the bill. We used to love coming here but never again!

Every time we are in FFM we like to have lunch here. The staff are very friendly, attentive and helpful. We had a really delicious meal here again. The place is super nice and very clean.

I eat there every two weeks and it's fabulous. The hospitality is great and the mascot Kaan looks funny. I always laugh when I see him. That's what makes eating at Minka's so exciting because Kaan is always barking.

I visit more than 2 times a month, but they bring different dishes, e.g. mixkebab for 4 costs €120. I have films, there were 7 of us including children. In the end, we packed the food and took it with us, but 2 days before I was very disappointed too little and enough for us the kebab wasn't too juicy unfortunately I don't recommend it instead I recommend doy doy or anatolia 🤒

Who burns pizza ? By far the worst pizza I have ever tasted , burned and slimy and bad Orange juice advertised as freshly squeezed, machine never ran. Arrived with a flier in the juice. Which they said it’s a doner kabab but this is not what the menu said Atmosphere was horrible. A lot of actions in the table next to us. Unhappy customers, things dropping in the floor, moving tables .. Overall very bad experience, I would not recommend it

Apparently freshly squeezed orange juice! is sold for €5. When asked if the juice was diluted with water, the waiter assured them that they would never do such a thing. But you can see this very clearly in the photo. Therefore no recommendation, rather have breakfast at a bakery and save yourself the hassle. Large selection, but not good quality of products.

This restaurant is an absolute disgrace! Such a horror evening. There were several mice on the terrace, so we sat down inside. Even upon request, no bread came with the starter. The main course - pasta in mushroom cream sauce was completely overcooked, so the pasta was far too soft. Sauce had zero seasoning, even adding more salt several times didn't help. The icing on the cake was that the waiter also wanted to take my glass of water with me, even though the glass wasn't empty.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend the Minka restaurant. The visit was a big disappointment. The waiter was extremely rude and made negative comments about a friend, which made us very uncomfortable. The food was also a disaster. The meat was raw and was spread with bread and so that you couldn't see it, some sauce was spread over the food. The dishes were listed incorrectly, causing confusion. When we pointed out that the meat was raw it took forever to redo it. But instead of fixing the problem, the old meat was simply fried again. It was so overcooked that it was barely edible. Then the waiter made a fool of us, as if it were our fault that we didn't immediately notice that the food was raw, and said that he had had an argument in the kitchen because of us. Then we wanted to have something packed, but the cellar only gave us a small plastic packaging so that we had to pack it ourselves. Overall the service was poor and the food was of poor quality. The ambience wasn't that great either. I definitely won't visit this restaurant again and don't recommend it to anyone. I hope this is helpful for you.

Attention rip-off waiters... I just wanted to eat some baklava and drink tea with a friend late in the evening. There were hardly any people in the Minka. Since I didn't have any cash with me, I asked the waiter right at the entrance if I could pay by card. He confirmed this to me immediately. Now I wanted to order baklava (6 euros) from the nice lady at the counter and pay straight away. The waiter intervened and insisted that I take a seat and he would bring me the baklava. I politely agreed and wanted to pay directly. He literally pushed me until I gave in and took the plate of baklava and only then told me that you can pay with a card from 15 euros. That really annoyed me. To get the 15 euros, I ordered a pot of peppermint tea. I got a pot with 2 euro tea bags from Rewe. And instead of peppermint tea, the waiter gave me green tea. The jug for 5 euros is more like a slightly larger cup. It's clear to me that you don't just go to Minka to drink and that you definitely pay an amount of over 15 euros. It is a disgrace to assure guests that card payment is possible and only after receiving the order to inform them that a minimum amount of 15 euros is required.

I visit this place for breakfast at least twice when I come to Frankfurt. I like the open buffet breakfast Price ; 15 euros, nothing shortcomings except water is extra, nice It would be better if the dear employees were a little more customer friendly. We always come back because of the delicious cakes, which are available in a large selection, the food is also top, the ambience 10 points. The staff is extremely nice and warm, even though it is always very busy, the employees always remain professional and calm. You just feel wanted there.

The food is bland, the meat is dry, the salad is watery and the sauces have no taste. I gained the experience there and cannot and will not go there again.

After many years, I gave it another chance and was disappointed again. I ordered a chicken burger at Minka STEAKhouse and got a toasted frozen something. The fact that he bought a burger bun isn't even a bad thing. But there are significantly better buns, which should be the standard in a steakhouse. The patty was a standard crispy frozen patty. Here again there are much better patties. For the first time in my life I saw fresh cucumbers in a burger. Not even pickles. It was a very strange taste because it's not something you're used to. Even the bad all-inclusive hotels get better burgers by the pool. There were also complications when ordering. The description clearly mentions onions. I wanted these to be caramelized upon request. Doesn't mean anything other than frying them. He said there aren't actually any onions in the burger so he puts them in extra. Also no problem, maybe the map wasn't up to date. When I asked what peach iced tea they had, the waiter told me, peach. And yet he spoke German well. I asked in more detail which manufacturer it was from but he didn't know, but it would taste good... well ordered. 5 minutes later he came to our table again and said there were no onions in the burger and that roasted onions cost extra. I said again that it's on the menu but he's happy to charge me extra for the searing. He then showed me his order cell phone that said “roasted onions €4.50” and that was the end of it 😀 4.50 for the fact that it wasn’t even what I would like. In order to avoid misunderstandings, I asked you to simply leave out the onion completely, which was too tiring for me. He then commented on the salad he brought per person with “salad is on the house,” as if that wasn’t the case for all customers. He probably thought I was being stingy because I didn't want to pay a whopping €4.50 for roasted onions. (That would definitely be the ones I bought in a can) Well then came this burger in the photo and my iced tea, which I still didn't know the manufacturer of. It didn't taste good either. But then I didn't say anything, but I ask you not to go to this store. Take a look at Steakbros burger and compare the prices please. I paid just under €13 for this burger, which isn't much for the current prices, but then I expect a burger of current standards. (I'm not even talking about the appetizingly prepared fries 😄)

Yesterday I bought a cake for 38 euros. Back when the cakes were still 25 euros, they tasted much more. When I asked what filling the cake had, I was told white chocolate with strawberries. Sorry, there wasn't any white chocolate and there weren't any strawberries either. That was just the buttercream with black raspberries, which had probably been in there too long and you couldn't eat them anymore. The cake dough was so hard and dry it wasn't worth it for 38 euros. If you want cakes, please go to yildirim because the cakes are 1. cheaper, 2. bigger and 3. they taste good too. Never minka cakes again

We were very disappointed with the Iftar menu. Unfortunately, it's far too expensive for an iftar menu. That's a disgrace. Unfortunately, I won't be coming here again.

You can only order menu which are really very expensive because you get soup, dates and fruit buffet. You don't even get a glass of water. The soup was good, but the fruit buffet was not fresh and there was only banana, tangerines, grapes and pineapple. Oh and don't forget apple. So for the price it's not worth it.
