The three of us went there for dinner for our silver wedding anniversary. The food was very good, and the price/performance ratio was right. Only the drinks were overpriced, which is completely out of proportion. What bothered me personally was that we were automatically addressed informally; I don't think that's appropriate in a certain setting. At the very least, people should be able to judge for themselves who they're comfortable with. However, the service was otherwise very friendly and attentive.

We managed to get a table on a Saturday evening without a reservation. Unfortunately, the chairs, including the cushions, were quite uncomfortable and worn out. The area where we sat was more like a conservatory. The front of the restaurant, however, looked much more inviting. A big thank you to the waiter, who was extremely knowledgeable about food intolerances and could always tell us whether a dish was gluten-free or not. Our food arrived within 15 minutes. We also saw at the next table that even with a large group of 10-12 people, everyone received their food at the same time. You don't see that very often. We found it a bit disappointing that there was an extra charge of €1.50 for fries. The food itself was tasty and plentiful. The side salad, in our opinion, was rather unappealing; they could definitely improve it. The prices are average for the dishes. Overall, it was good!

Once again we stayed at Casa Mariana - and for good reason: the welcome and service from Mariana are always very warm and attentive. Combined with the ambience, you immediately feel at home. The dishes, prepared by her husband, come to the table beautifully presented and hot. All ingredients are fresh, the dishes are wonderfully seasoned. Steaks are perfectly prepared to the desired doneness. The daily specials are also highly recommended. Even special requests are fulfilled immediately. Mariana is a very friendly host who never loses her calm, even under the greatest stress. You can tell that the guest is still king here.

Delicious food and very fair prices.

We used to eat there very often. You could never really complain about the food. The value for money and the selection of dishes were also good. The restaurant was usually quite full. Perhaps that's why the service has declined a bit over time. The staff sometimes seem a little rushed and therefore unfriendly. My main criticism, however, is why we no longer go there: The restaurant seems to have become a real hotspot for dog lovers. Where there used to be just one small dog sitting under the table (which was still acceptable), over time there were more and more dogs, some of which didn't just sit quietly under the table, but sometimes begged and barked. I've also seen dogs being fed from the table. I really have nothing against dog lovers, but when I go to a nice public restaurant, I don't want to be surrounded by so many dogs. Well, I suppose that's the decision a restaurant owner has to make: either do without the dog lovers or those who prefer to eat without dogs.
