Sehr schöne Inneneinrichtung und im Wintergarten sehr hell und freundlich. Gute Karte, auch wenn die Spetten-Carbonara mit Schinken und Sahne gemacht wird. Aber für Ritterhude reicht‘s😉. Faire Preise und sehr aufmerksamer Service. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten zu 19 Uhr einen Tisch reserviert. Dass uns der Tisch zu Verfügung stand, war auch das Einzige, was an diesem Abend gepasst hat. Auf mehrmaliges Nachfragen wurde nach einer dreiviertel Stunde unsere Bestellung aufgenommen. Eine weitere Stunde später haben wir (auch wiederum auf Nachfrage) unser Essen bekommen. Besonders empört waren wir darüber, dass Gäste, die nach uns kamen und bestellten, vor uns essen konnten. Wenn man das Restaurant so vergrößert, muss an solchen Tagen (bei uns war es Muttertag) zwingend mehr Personal zugegen sein. Es war brechend voll!! Es wurde nicht einmal nachgefragt, ob wir noch weitere Getränkewünsche hätten. Das Essen war absoluter Durchschnitt!

Firenze ist ein modernes, durch die Inhaber liebevoll geführtes, Restaurant mit angrenzender Eisdiele und Kaffee. Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend und man kommt sehr gut mit Harold ins Gespräch, ohne dass es aufdringlich ist. Das Essensangebot ist sehr umfangreich und fair bepreist. Ich kann Firenze wirklich nur empfehlen. Tolles Restaurant.

Ein alteingesessenes Restaurant in Ritterhude... Was uns angenehm auffiel, war das sehr aufmerksames Personal ! Wir waren zu 2. da und hatten einen kleinen Tisch... Als wir dann eine große Vorspeisen Platte bestellten, wurde uns sogleich ein größer Tisch zugewiesen...! Auch wurde gefragt, wann der nächste Gang serviert werden soll... Mitdenkendes Personal ist sehr selten heutzutage... Geschmacklich war es sehr gelungen, das Fleisch hingegen, war eine 12 von 10 - absolut perfekt ! Gerne kommen wir wieder...

Uns hat es nicht gefallen. Giros überwürzt, Lamm zäh, Tzatziki war eher eine Mayonnaise. Nie wieder in dieses Lokal.

Ich war das erste mal dort, meine kolleginnen waren schon mehrmals dort. Was ich durchaus verstehen kann. Griechich und Italienisch. Im ersten Moment dwnkt man das es eine wilde mischung ist aber die kartebist wirklich toll. Ich konnte mich erst gar nicht entscheiden weil alles so lecker war. Letzendlich gab es eine antipasti platte vorweg, mega gut. Ich hatte dann griechisch, calamari und Gyros,richtig gut. Meine Kolleginnen hazee einmal ein mit feta, peperoni und tomate gefülltes schweinefilet, einmal eine pizza mit spinat, und schinken, wirklicht gut belegt und die andere Kollegin hatte von der tageskarte die linguine mit Trüffel. Top! Zum Dessert hatten wir tartufo und cassata. Jeder der kandierte früchte mag sollte sich dieses cassata eis Dessert bestellen. Sehr zu empfehlen. Man sollte aber einen tisch reservieren. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut besucht. Hier ist für jeden das passende gericht verfügbar. Bei schönem wetter ist der aussenbereich fantastisch.

Service war sehr schlecht! Die essen kamen zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten. Gebraucht Teller sowie leere Flaschen wurde nicht vom ohne hin schon vollem Tisch geräumt und es fehlt e Besteck .

Sehr guter Service und sehr aufmerksam. Leider war es sehr voll an diesem Tag und damit etwas laut, man konnte sich aber dennoch gut unterhalten.

Das war unser erster und auch letzter Besuch im Firenze! Wir haben eine Stunde auf unser Essen gewartet und ein Teil meines Essens , welches eigentlich eine Vorspeise ist kam viel später als alles andere. Das Essen war okay aber der Service schlichtweg nicht vorhanden!! Es wurde ein einziges Mal nachgefragt, ob wir noch etwas trinken wollen . Danach kam erst wieder jemand um die Teller abzuräumen. Aber da wurde auch nicht gefragt, ob man etwas trinken oder noch einmal die Karte möchte. Wenn man sich schon vergrößern muss , dann muss man ggf auch das Personal aufstocken!! Schlechte Leistung.

Eine Lokation, die ich immer wieder gerne aufsuche. Service, Essen und Ambiente einfach Top.

Würde ich niemanden weiter empfehlen sehr sehr schlechtes service wir haben mit Reservierung über ne Stunde auf das Essen gewartet das war die schlechteste Brokkoli Suppe die ich je gegessen habe hat nach Garnichts geschmeckt man spricht ne Kellnerin an sie guckt auf Boden geht weiter selbst beim bezahlen hat es gedauert mein Lamm Spieß war ok muste sehr viel kauen für das was man bezahlt was man kriegt ist schon echt heftig.

Heute am ersten Weihnachtstag dort in großer Runde essen gewesen. Kurz und knapp: Nächstes Jahr kommen wir nicht wieder.

Liebes Firenze Team ich weiß das es in der Vorweihnachtszeit sehr stressig sein kann und auch das im Lokal super viel los war aber eine behinderten Toilette als Abstellfläche zu benutzen und wirklich es war alles drin was reinpasst und dann mich und meinen Sohn dorthin zu schicken damit ich seine Windel wechseln kann ist nicht in Ordnung! Natürlich wurde uns angeboten alles raus zu räumen aber darum geht es ja nicht es ist sehr schade das wenn man schon ein behindertengerechtes WC bereit stellt es nicht auch genutzt werden kann! Insgesamt war es wirklich sehr voll und dementsprechend warm und natürlich eine hohe Lautstärke durch die unterschiedlichen Feierlichkeiten! Nächstes Jahr kommen wir nochmal wieder und dann wird Pizza und Pasta ausprobiert! Wir geben jedem eine weitere Chance!

Leider war unser Besuch im La Firenze in Ritterhude eine große Enttäuschung. Die Lammspieße waren sehr teuer, dafür aber stark mit Peperonis gestreckt und enthielten viel zu wenig Fleisch. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier überhaupt nicht. Die Kräuterbutter war ebenfalls ein No-Go: Statt echter Butter wurde offensichtlich Margarine verwendet. Der starke Margarinegeschmack und das fettige Mundgefühl gingen gar nicht. Auch das kostenlose Brot als Vorspeise war völlig geschmacklos – null Salz, total nüchtern. Wenn man schon an solchen Basics spart, sollte man sie lieber gar nicht anbieten. Wer schon einmal bei einem guten Griechen oder Italiener gegessen hat, weiß, wie Qualität eigentlich aussehen sollte. Hier wurde leider an den falschen Stellen gespart. Keine Empfehlung.

Sehr empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne dorthin, Tischreservierung ist besser, es ist immer sehr gut besucht. Trotz vieler Gäste ist der Service sehr freundlich

Hier gibt es eine Italienische/ Griechische Küche. Die Portionen könnten etwas größer sein. Der Pizzateig war etwas fest. Aber geschmacklich gut. Preis Leistung ist o.k.

Wir waren früher sehr häufig dort essen. Über das Essen konnte man sich eigentlich nie beschweren. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und die Auswahl an Speisen war auch gut. Das Restaurant war meistens recht voll. Vielleicht hat auch deshalb der Service mit der Zeit ein bisschen nachgelassen. Das Personal wirkt stellenweise etwas abgehetzt und dadurch auch unfreundlich. Mein Hauptkritikpunkt jedoch ist, weshalb auch wir nicht mehr hingehen: Das Restaurant scheint sich zu einem echten Hotspot für Hundeliebhaber entwickelt zu habe. Wo früher mal ein kleines Hündchen unter dem Tisch saß (was noch im Rahmen war), waren es mit der Zeit immer größere und mehr Hunde, die teilweise auch nicht nur brav unter dem Tisch saßen, sondern mitunter bettelten und Töne von sich gegeben haben. Auch habe ich schon bemerkt, wie Hunde vom Tisch gefüttert wurden. Ich habe nun wirklich nichts gegen Hundeliebhaber, aber wenn ich gepflegt in ein öffentliches Restaurant gehe, dann möchte ich nicht so viele Hunde um mich haben. Naja, vermutlich ist das die Entscheidung, die ein Restaurantinhaber treffen muss. Entweder auf die Hundeliebhaber verzichten oder auf diejenigen, die lieber ohne Hunde essen möchten.

Essen ist ok. Service, welcher Service? Wir hatten reserviert & ich war zu früh. Geschäftig liefen alle Kellner an mir vorbei, auch bei Ansprache ob mir jemand helfen könnte. Gekonntes Ignorieren. Der Tresen hatte versucht zu helfen, wurde aber von einem unfreundlichen Kellner abgebügelt. Ich solle gefälligst schauen ob schon jemand da wäre. Genervt bin ich raus aus dem Laden. Wären wir nicht verabredet, wäre ich gegangen. Eine aufmerksame Kellnerin kam mir hinterher und fragte nach, just in dem Moment tauchten unsere Freunde auf. Allerdings zog es sich den restlichen Abend so weiter. Völlige Überforderung oder schlichtes Desinteresse. Ich weiß es nicht. (Und von anderen Tischen erhielten wir den Hinweis bitte mitzuteilen, wenn jemand einlädt, bitte laut am Tisch vor allen sagen! Sonst könnte es sein dass die Rechnung 2 mal bezahlt wird. Einen Hinweis des Kellners erhält man nicht.) Schade. Eigentlich ein netter Laden aber dieses Benehmen geht nicht.

Haben es jetzt 4x ausprobiert. Die Pizza ist gut, der Rest leider nicht. Weder die griechischen Gerichte noch die italienischen. Kuriose Dinge sind und beim letzten Besuch passiert und waren dann auch letzter Anlass für die Bewertung: Hatten zwei Gerichte von der Tageskarte. Die versprochenen Pfifferlinge waren Champignons (kein Hinweis, kein Preisnachlass) und die gefüllten Nudeln mit Lachs und Spinat enthielten - man glaubt es nicht - keinen Lachs und keinen Spinat. Fazit: Pizza holen ja, hin gehen wir wohl leider nicht mehr.

Wenn du nach authentischer italienischer Küche suchst, ist das nicht die Lösung. Die Pizza ist zu salzig, die Brokkolisuppe schmeckt eher wie Brokkolisaft 🤢

A fantastic restaurant, delicious food with plenty of charm. The staff are always incredibly friendly, with a family atmosphere, and the lovely owner, Anna.

Italian and Greek dishes are fine, yes, especially since there's a small daily special that stands out from the rest of the menu. The value for money is good to very good; you should reserve a table on weekends. The food comes hot from the kitchen. Anna, the manager, always asks guests if there's anything missing or not OK. Drink prices are the same as everywhere else. The service contributes to a pleasant evening; we enjoy coming here. With the obligatory quzo, red wine, masala, and coffee curetto, guests decide what they'd like.

The food was okay! The service. What kind of service? A customer might leave money there. We probably would have had another drink or two. No service! No questions asked! And ouzo is only available for the restaurant's good friends!

Consistently delicious, everything on the menu. The owners are very friendly. Every evening is like a little vacation.

Things have deteriorated considerably. A few years ago, I gave it 5 stars, but unfortunately, not anymore. There were five of us there, and we ordered a bottle of Prosecco and other drinks. When the Prosecco arrived, the glasses weren't brought; we had to specifically ask (how should we drink it?), and then the waitress asked us which glasses we wanted, regular or wine, and how many... huh? There were five of us, and it was Prosecco. Which glasses? Plastic would be best 😂... Then, instead of Hefeweizen, they brought Alster beer, and we had to say again that it wasn't right. And the waitress was also confused about the salads for the main course. The food was okay, but not like it used to be. At the end, they either didn't tip at all, or they gave a small amount... but only out of politeness, not because they liked the food. Unfortunately, my last visit..... 😟

Overall, it was very tasty. Great selection of food. Greek and Italian cuisine. Definitely recommended. One star deducted for: The mushrooms weren't fresh. The steak wasn't served medium as ordered, and the food we ended up taking home was unfortunately incomplete.

Despite the restaurant being busy, the service was very attentive and quick. The food (10 people according to menu) also came almost at the same time. I don't experience something like that very often. The atmosphere is rather businesslike. Space is always limited. Very good : There is a separate, completely glazed room for private parties. The restaurant is generally well attended. I would recommend a reservation. Parking spaces are available. I have not checked accessibility to the entrance. The restaurant itself is barrier-free.

This Italian is simply great! The food is always incredibly tasty and you can taste the freshness and quality of the ingredients in every dish. From pasta to pizza – everything is perfectly prepared and authentically Italian. It's no wonder that the restaurant is always busy - true lovers of Italian cuisine will get their money's worth here. Despite the crowds, the staff remain friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is lively and pleasant. It's best to reserve in advance because it's often full, but it's definitely worth the wait. For me it's one of the best Italian restaurants in the area and I can recommend it to anyone who loves authentic Italian food. In that sense, thank you for reading ✌

Food is super tasty, whether gyros or lamb is super delicious. The rolls and herb butter are also perfect and always great. The tables are a bit cramped and unfortunately it's not that comfortable.

The employees are very, very friendly, in contrast to the boss! A very snotty, unfriendly and grumpy choleric - I won't go there any more and won't even begin to recommend it!

We had bruschetta as a starter, which was extremely good. For the main course there was farmer's bifteki, which was a little over-seasoned, and calamari with gyros. The calamari was extremely wobbly but just about edible. The gyro was OK. Unfortunately it wasn't comfortable, and the service wasn't the best either. What we really liked were the small rolls with herb butter that were available at every table.

The four of us spent the evening. We couldn't sit in the main building because it was already full, even though we had a reservation. There is another large room in front of the restaurant that was bright, but unfortunately a bit cold. However, the heating was switched on after 90 minutes. The food and menu are lavish. My Gamberetti pizza was first class. Unfortunately, we waited ages to pay the bill until we had to go to the checkout with everyone. It probably sank.

Celebrated my birthday here today and everyone was very excited. Food class! Totally lovely service! And big praise for being so family-friendly with the children. There were 16 of us in total and we all had dinner at the same time. Price/performance is totally right here. Will definitely recommend you to others and will come back ourselves. Get a table without a reservation

This is the fourth time we've eaten there in two years. Even though the food is good, we NEVER had a shorter wait than 45 minutes. Our visit today, with a wait of almost 1.5 hours for the main course, is no longer acceptable (by the way, the food is still not there as I write this). Reordering drinks also takes more than 25 minutes (just arrived now). Sorry, Firenze...that's it for me! I have shown patience several times and tried it several times. But others can really do THAT better and, above all, faster. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I won't eat there anymore. We had to wait 45 minutes for the drinks. The food came for 3 of us at the same time. The other 3 had to wait another 15 minutes. Service was very unfriendly and taciturn. Something was constantly being forgotten and it was far too loud. Food itself was okay, but not outstanding.

Food was good, service was great despite being busy, but in the rear annex it is far too loud in terms of background noise from other guests, which is constant noise

The food is delicious, but recently the portions were significantly larger and the pizza rolls were hotter and crunchier. You can only get parmesan if you ask. But overall good for the price. Service is polite but could be cheerier. The tables are close together, unsuitable for a private conversation.

We were in the hall next to the restaurant. Unfortunately the background noise is very loud. My chair didn't have a seat cushion. I don't want to go into the hall anymore. The food is good, the staff very friendly. Gladly again, but only in the restaurant...

Greek Italian. A wonderful combination. Started with a large antipasti starter and ended with a fantastic gyros platter. Deliciously prepared with fresh ingredients. Big praise to the team and thank you for the first-class service.

Firenze is simply a great restaurant! We particularly like the vegetarian dishes. There is a good selection and all the ingredients are always fresh and of good quality. Firenze impresses with its fresh ingredients, great service and exceptional friendliness, especially when it comes to families with children.

Rechtzeitig vorbestellen zum WE, wird in den frühen Stunden sehr voll , viele Stammgäste. Die Italienischen Speisen können sie Teilen um sie als Vorspeise zu nehmen zb.die Pizzen sind Super knusprig und gut belegt, aber auch das Griechische Essen ist Geschmacklich sehr lecker beim Giros könnte es etwas mehr sein, weil es sehr knusprig ist! Wartezeit muss man überbrücken, aber Anna die Wirtin macht alles möglich, Die Tageskarte hat auch Ihre Highlights! Sie ist wirklich anderes . Wir kommen sehr gerne hier her, besonders im Sommer wenn wir draußen sitzen können.

Great local! Good portion, very good service and great atmosphere. Even when the restaurant is full, the acoustics are pleasant. Within less than an hour the restaurant was full, with only one small table left - so it's better to reserve a table. We were without one and were lucky to get a free table. It was also ok in terms of price.

I celebrated my birthday at Firenze yesterday. The food was excellent and the service was also very good 👍

We ordered out for 3 people, this was also our first visit here. The parking location is modest, but it doesn't bother you to walk a few meters. The restaurant has a large covered and glazed terrace, which is very nice to look at, the picture is reflected inside, it looks very simple but cozy, next time we will definitely eat there. We ordered by phone and pick-up time was given as 45 minutes, which is completely reasonable for orders taken away from home. However, when I got there on time, it still took some time before I could speak to someone about my order. After a short consultation, the friendly lady took the order again and apparently it was only then prepared, so we had to wait another 20 minutes. I was offered another ouzo, which I politely declined. Since the restaurant was full to the last seat at the time, you can look past the forgotten order with a bit of gnashing of your teeth; I'm looking forward to our next visit. The food itself, calzone, pizza and bruschetta, tasted wonderful so far, and portions were also reasonable for the prices. Gladly again.
