Unfortunately I can't rate the food. Waiting 45 minutes without being able to place an order is outrageous. As a restaurateur, I can only recommend using more or more attentive staff because it wasn't overly full.

Food is super good. Great value for money, service is excellent. Parking is nearby, as are the Volksbank and Sparkasse. You can pay by card and cash. What stands out particularly well is the incredibly good menu.

Overall, I had a decent experience here. I don’t want to take away from anything from the workers, all professional and good people, but the food just didn’t taste that great. I can see Quesadilla being a cool spot for after work drinks, or even a group gathering, but to be honest the seasoning for the chips and the burrito I had just tasted a little bland.

Cozy, nice ambience, pleasant music, nice staff and clean toilets. When the weather is nice you can also sit on the market square, where there is enough space. I can't say anything about the food because I only had a drink.

We’ve tried it for the first time. Was a good lunch. The plates are fully loaded. I had a Quesadilla con asado (meat) my wife had Tacos con asado and my lil one had a kid menu with nuggets. Nothing to say more. It was good

Service is okay, I think you know the cattle market. Food is mixed. Some things are delicious (nachos and salta), others not so much. Also in comparison to other Mexican or Tex-Alex restaurants. Hence 3 points

We had breakfast here today. The breakfast was excellent! The selection was varied, the ingredients were fresh and of the best quality. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. A perfect start to the day – we’d love to come back!

We had lunch there on Sunday and were pleasantly surprised. Food was very tasty and plentiful. In terms of price, the amount of shrimp and fillet strips is right for you! We sat outside and were served very friendly and quickly.

We arrived around 2:15 p.m. We first wanted a coffee, then something to eat. When we wanted to order at just under 2:30 p.m. and then the other waitress came, we were succinctly informed that there would no longer be a lunch menu from 2:30 p.m. We could have some of the appetizers instead. During the 45 minutes we waited, lunch orders were constantly being served, obviously from guests who arrived after us. The service as a whole was quite ignorant, even though the forgotten cheese sauce was added. The food delivered tasted quite good throughout, the coffee was very good, but it is the glaring points in the service area that cannot persuade me to recommend this restaurant. A pity!

My family and I were looking for some Mexican food after having lots of delicious German food And we were pleased to find this restaurant. We did not have to wait very long, and the staff was friendly and communicative. This is why they get two stars. The food took an extraordinarily long time to come out, and if you’ve had any kind of Mexican food before, this is not it. By the time I was able to get my food I had to go and when I could sit down seven minutes later to eat it at my car and the parking lot, the potatoes were cold and the burrito tasted strangely. I went there because there is good reviews so I felt it my responsibility to report my terrible experience. It was the most expensive meal I’ve paid for so far in Germany and personally, I will not return here and will not recommend any of my family return .

The burger patties were frozen cheap patties, which made the actually not bad burger almost inedible. For €17.50 you can also expect a pattie that doesn't taste like McDonald's. The other dishes also had a lot of similarities to frozen food. It was nicely prepared but the taste was not convincing. I don't understand why you can't put in a little effort and only offer what feels like ready-made things. It doesn't have much to do with cooking. The service was nice but seemed unprofessional. It's actually a shame - as I said, the food looked good

This time the enchiladas were not so convincing (from the day before???? Food was in front of us after 10 minutes) a bit dry, but the taste was ok - the burger my companion was in, however, was very good. The sweet potato fries are always great. Service friendly and on the ball. We come here often and will do so again.

We sat outside in the best weather. Service was very friendly. Food was visually good, but tasted exactly the opposite. The pimientos were ok, but not fresh. The coleslaw didn't taste like anything. Never had such a bad coleslaw and at 5 euros it was absolutely overpriced. The sweet potato fries were OK, but nothing special. The tacos 🌮 weren't my cup of tea either. Hardly had any taste. I also got stomach cramps from the food. This only happens to me when it's finished products/mixtures etc. My daughter's food wasn't any better. Deep-fried burrito... It wasn't fried and tasted so bad that more than half of it was left behind. It's a shame, for 66 euros for 2 people and especially the good reviews, I would have expected more. It really makes me wonder where else people go to eat if they think this is good.

Food tastes good, but the prices have increased a lot and are not proportionate for the food on offer! The service hardly paid any attention to us as guests, they were busy with other employees and then miscalculated in their favor when billing! I actually enjoyed going there before, but I can no longer recommend it!

The food is great, but it's just the standard Mexican in Germany. They always have the same STINKY RICE that nobody likes, and never enough sauce (always only 3 mini containers), which are used up after dipping twice. Even if you order nachos for 6.50, you get a pack of standard supermarket nachos with minimal guac on a plate, meaning you have 5 to 6 nachos with guac, and you have to eat the rest of the huge bag dry. Then they should ask more and add a lot of guac. Still a nice restaurant, except for the rice and the lack of sauce :) The prices are already high, but still reasonable.

Unfortunately my experience was not very satisfactory. The food was okay, but the portions were far too small for the price. The price-performance ratio therefore left a lot to be desired. Another negative point was the delivery of the drinks. We had ordered two drinks that were forgotten on the first delivery. After we complained about this, the drinks were delivered, but there were problems here too: one drink was the wrong one and the other was already opened, with two sips missing. Overall, the service was friendly, but mistakes like this shouldn't happen with a delivery service.

Delicious Mexican food. All dishes were well balanced in terms of taste and large. The tables could be set up a little better. You sit close to the person sitting next to you at the table. The service also recommended sauces to us, but these were completely unnecessary as there were enough dips for every dish anyway.

Had breakfast there a few years ago and it was really good. This time I was there in the evening. Despite asking, the waitress brought the wrong salad to my companion. Unfortunately, the side dish for my main course was only lukewarm and the cocktail for 10 euros was very, very small. A pity...

Very tasty, authentic food, very nice service, who is happy to explain the dishes in more detail if you are confused. The drinks are great too! It's really hard to find a good Mexican restaurant, so I'm a little sad that I don't live in Trier and can't eat here more often :D Highly recommended!

An absolute must if you want to try something out in Trier or if you would like to eat Mexican food. What particularly struck us was the hospitality for children and dogs. The homemade lemonade was particularly delicious. We will be back!

Typical Mexican, unfortunately came late for the meal but I have to give a review for the service. He was about to close, but we were still able to have a drink and he waited calmly. This is not something that can be taken for granted these days.

Nice place, a little tucked away at the other end of town. Food is very good, size of the dishes is big but good. One might consider to skip the starters or take them as the main menu. Enough beers to choose from. Also a couple of wines. Atmosphere is very nice. They have a couple of old ceiling fans connected with a chain which was nice to look at and worked great for cool air. Employees were super friendly and helpful

The restaurant is in a good location near the city center on Viehmarktplatz. The service was very friendly and attentive. The food was also very good, but it lacked that certain bit of taste that would have been worth 5 stars to me. I can definitely recommend the restaurant highly and the price-performance ratio is also right. So, if you would like to try something Mexican, I can only recommend it.

Wir waren sehr begeistert, wir hatten vorab reserviert und konnten bei sommerlichen Wetter entscheiden ob wir draußen oder drinnen sitzen möchten. Über den kompletten Zeitraum wurden wir super nett Bedient und hatten ein klasse Essen. Wir werden wieder vorbei kommen wenn wir in Trier sind und man kann das Restaurant sehr Empfehlen. First: We ate outside, so I can't write anything about the ambience in the house and can only evaluate it from the outside. The staff is friendly, the waiting time is a little longer. There are children's high chairs. We ordered vegetarian quesadillas and tacos. The food was nothing special. The quesadillas reminded me of pancakes and were rather soft. The nachos tasted like something you would order at the cinema. All in all, the food was okay, but it didn't really "pick us up" in terms of cuisine and, in my opinion, was quite expensive (compared to other restaurants). What was praiseworthy, however, was that there was a large selection of vegetarian dishes.

Had yummy nachos, the perfect size if you aren't too hungry (all of the other dishes had huge portions!) Good service and the place is adorable, although we were lucky enough to have nice weather and sit outside on the square.

During my visit to Quesadilla Restaurant, I found the dishes to be lacking in flavor and attention to detail. The quesadillas I ordered were tasteless. The vegetables inside were cut into too large pieces, which made the texture uneven and the tasting not pleasant. Additionally, the burrito I also ordered suffered from the same problem: no distinct flavor and a distinct lack of seasoning. I understand that everyone has different taste preferences, but I expected a more satisfying dining experience, especially given the price of the meal.

Place is nice, food is actually really good. However service was poor and terrible. We waited 45 minutes for our food, after it came he asked 3 times for extra plate, silverware, napkins and spicy sauce which e never came. I had to stand up and go to the server area to get the utensils and was told “there were no more plates” hard to believe in a restaurant. Once we finished after asking 3 times for the check I had to chase a server in order to pay. Great food but horrible service. Needs definitely more organization. Servers are all around the place with no specific tables and such lack of organization leads to a poor service. They should be assigned specific tables to improve the service.

Nice and trendy restaurant, always full, so reserve in advance. The service is friendly, although focused on selling cocktails and Tequila. The chicken wings are extremely salty. The nachos are very basic and also too salty. The chicken fajitas are perfect, sizzling on a hot plate. The salsa and crème fraiche are OK. The lava chocolate dessert is nice to top it off.

Frozen food from the modular system. Completely tasteless and dry. Has nothing in common with Mexican food.

We really enjoyed the quesadilla. It is a very nice smaller Mexican restaurant with excellent cuisine. Above all, I can say in retrospect that the food is probably cooked without any additives, because as a person with irritable bowel syndrome and histamine problems, I am sensitive to many additives and especially glutamate. That alone would be a reason for me to go to this restaurant again and again and I mention this explicitly because I know that there are many people with my symptoms. So the food is wonderful and very tasty. The waitress, Yaminah, was lovely and very accommodating. Another point to visit the restaurant again. And the atmosphere is modern and cozy. Not too loud. Simply beautiful and enriching. I'll probably try breakfast there soon

It’s one of my constant. Love the food and the drinks. If you have a taste for spicy food, it’s just amazing. I love the cocktails especially gloover club. Getting a place is a little difficult, but u can reserve a table via open table. I have also tried the breakfast menu and it’s also nice, although a little too sweet !

I came here with my boyfriend, who is from Texas and has therefore had a lot of Mexican food in his life. While the server was super friendly and the atmosphere was really nice, unfortunately the food does not taste like legit Mexican food. That being said the food didn't taste bad over all, just not very Mexican.

Food was not bad, but extremely overpriced. Also a bit confusing, as the restaurant screams mexican but serves its tacos with potato wedges and some coleslaw that tasted horrible. As Hispanics, my wife (who is Mexican) and I have ample exposure to authentic Mexican cuisine, and the food in this restaurant was missing the authentic part, it left our bellies full but confused, and with a lingering sense of having overpaid. The waiter was honest and told us that he can't vouch for the food since he has not tried any of it due to his personal dislike for mexican food. While I valued his honesty, it was unfortunate to hear that directly from the waiter. Would I return or recommend? Absolutely not.

For a midday meal during a day in Trier, we stopped there for lunch. The kitchen is open non-stop. We had chicken quesadillas and a surf & turf salad. Everything was well stocked and very good. We had strawberry margaritas as a drink, they were mediocre, the taste of the tequila was way too strong compared to the rest. The service was very good, the waiter made an effort to speak to us in French.

The atmosphere is cool and seems like a fun Friday night place. The food is inspired by Mexican cuisine but misses the mark. Friendly staff though!

Wir waren bereits mehrmals abends im Quesadilla essen. Das Essen war immer lecker. Heute waren wir zum Frühstück da und waren sehr positiv überrascht. Besonders aufgefallen ist mir die Präsentation der Gerichte auf dem Teller. Das Personal ist auch zuvorkommend und freundlich. Gerne, auch zum Frühstück, wieder!

Das Essen ist sehr gut und das Personal immer nett. Hier waren wir schon öfter und es war immer genial. Definitiv zu empfehlen!
