Very nice restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. The selection on the menu is also available, although some of the prices have been significantly increased. Seating is available inside or outside (weather permitting). The food is delicious and can be packed.

The food was very tasty. The service was very friendly, but it's a bit annoying when you're asked every two minutes if you'd like something else to drink.

We had breakfast at the restaurant for the first time today. The food was delicious and plentiful. It was also beautifully presented. If you like Mexican food, this is the place for you. The service was very friendly and often asked for your order.

We had a good time as a family. The dishes are plentiful and good.

We went spontaneously and quickly got a table in the outdoor area and then the waiting began. 15 minutes until someone came and brought the card, another 15 minutes until we could order. Drinks 2 cocktails and 2 cokes also took another time. Cocktails arrived before the cokes. At some point the starter arrived and it started to get fresh outside. After about 2 hours the main course finally arrived. A huge disappointment. The tacos were dry, cold and slightly burnt. The quesadilla wasn't a quesadilla. I have no words for it. I had it packed up out of politeness because I didn't feel like arguing and the evening was already over after the long wait. I'm used to other Mexicans and much better food. If I feel like eating Mexican again, I'd rather go to Saarbrücken or Kaiserslautern.

Typical Mexican dishes, beautifully presented and large portions. Personally, the vegetables in my quesedilla were too soft for me. Still tastes good! Nice ambience. Prices absolutely OK.

Food itself is quite good...or... it was already better. The service staff are probably doing their best, but the last time we were there we waited forever until someone came to take our order, then the starter came before the drinks were supposed to come, after repeatedly pointing out that we were thirsty because the starter was very spicy, we were put off, she would do her best and the drinks would come straight away. The starter was all and still no drinks, we then canceled the main course and asked for payment and complained about our discomfort. We were there again last week, ordered, now the drinks came quite quickly, but we waited a whopping 2 hours for the food... so yes. That's it for us, we're not coming anymore...it's a shame actually

NOT authentic mexican food! Lets start with the cooked vegetables they always use: red paprika, carrot and zucchini???? Girl… you cannot seriously server ALL your dishes with those 3?!? Why the f would you use carrot and zucchini?!?!? Why wpuld you put that in a burrito or a taco or fajitas?! Also the vegetables are cut in huge chunks! Not evenly sliced or sliced appropriately in any form. Just as you would take a paprika and chop it coarsely into 4 pieces thats whats literally served. Your chef needs to switch the zucchini and carrots for REAL chiles and some onions. Next we will go to what they think pico the gallo is: If you thought pico the gallo was a bunch of cilantro leaves with a SPRINKLE OF ONION and a single chile ringlet then you would be wrong 😭😭😭 but maybe thats why it is misspelled in the menu as pico de galo instead of pico de gallo, cause its another completely separate dish. Meat was dry AF the shrimp where overcooked. To serve this dish with 80% of overcooked zucchini, undercooked paprika (served in those big ass chunks hence why it will take even longer to cook) and carrot with only 4 slices of meat and 4 overcooked shrimps for 26€ is delusional. La Quesadilla your restaurant has a nice ambience, the churros where nice. I would suggest get a better cook who at least knows mexican food if you wanna keep charging those prices.

Six of us came for breakfast. The restaurant was busy. The waiters were clearly busy with the large number of customers. Unfortunately, we waited over an hour for our food and for a drink, which had apparently been forgotten. When we asked, the staff were apologetic and helpful. When the food finally arrived, some dishes were only lukewarm. Taste is subjective, after all. I think it was okay in that respect. The bagels and pancakes, however, didn't seem fresh. It's a shame, really, because the restaurant has a really nice ambiance and a good location. I'll definitely stop by in the evening for dinner or a few drinks, as I think the place has great potential!

We were there for breakfast. - Reservations are recommended as the house is usually full. Therefore, there are sometimes very long waiting times of up to an hour until the food arrives. Prices and selection are ok. Service is nice and attentive.

Juice shop... Unfortunately I can't rate the food... Reserved a table for 2 people online at lunchtime at 6:00 p.m. Since there was no reservation confirmation by email, I called after an hour and asked if the reservation was going through. I was then told that everything was fully booked but it would leave at 8 p.m. Of course it wasn't a problem, I then reserved the table for two people at 8 p.m. After 45 minutes of arriving at the restaurant, the surprise... "we don't have a table free." I kindly pointed out to the waiter that I had made a reservation by phone, but unfortunately my reservation couldn't be found on his note... So we were able to leave the restaurant hungry. At least the waiter apologized for the circumstances, so 1 star for the “good” service 😅. So should you be hungry and want to eat something good? Then you'd better go to the kebab shop around the corner because at least you'll get something and won't be disappointed...

Great breakfast unfortunately too few staff

We ordered from Lieferando and had to wait 2 hours for the food, which was just about acceptable on a Friday. However, the minced meat tastes like it has been frozen and processed several times! The chicken sticks were so hard (fried way too long) that you couldn't eat them. You could eat the rest but it wasn't tasty at all.. It's just too expensive for that.. very disappointing. We definitely won't order anymore and will look for another Mexican restaurant.

Great breakfast, the 2 person breakfast was expanded to 3, and with everything you need. Everything was delicious and really plentiful. The service was nice and friendly, even if she was alone in serving a lot of guests. An error in the bill was resolved quickly and easily. It can happen. It was a bit too cold for us in the room because the door was open most of the morning even though we were sitting far away from the door.

Had breakfast there for the first time today. A very cozy ambience and atmosphere. The breakfast was incredibly tasty and a lot for the money. The waiter was extremely friendly and accommodating. We would love to come back here and also want to try the warm dishes.

I can't say much about the atmosphere as I've never eaten there before, but the food that was delivered was excellent! I ordered a portion of chili con carne and nachos con carne! They were super tasty and always a pleasure! It was also a huge portion! :) Just thinking about it makes my mouth water! I can recommend the dishes I ate without hesitation! You don't see Mexican food often, and well-made food even less so. But this store is really great when it comes to food and delivery times. The first time I ordered there wasn't that much on the nachos, so when I ordered the second time I wrote that you should put a little more on it! My extra wishes were heard and more was actually done! Great food, great shop!

Unfortunately, I can't say anything positive because the reservation I made personally for the table by the window was not fulfilled. Particularly embarrassing since it was supposed to be a surprise for my wife on our wedding anniversary. I made a special effort and made a personal reservation fourteen days in advance. There's nothing to apologize for, it was our first and last visit to this store.

We always think it's really great here, it's a really nice shop to end the evening with, especially at the moment when there's a Christmas market in Saarlouis. The food is really great (tortillas baked with con carne are my holy grail 🙏🙏) and the service is also good, although you can also read other things here, but that doesn't really correspond to my experience (a longer waiting time doesn't really bother me). Overall, highly recommended, the restaurant looks really great from the inside, the staff is friendly and music is played at a low volume through the speakers. Keep it up 👍

Pretty Mexican restaurant in the old town of Saarlouis. We were there during the week and had previously reserved a table online. The service for us was very nice and attentive. The food and drink menu is extensive and you can't decide... The prices are in the middle range, but you also have a lot on your plate. We thought it tasted very good and are looking forward to our next visit!

Food was delicious. Service was nice. The ambience is rather universal and doesn't necessarily remind you of a Mexican restaurant. But that's not what it's about in the end.

We had our Christmas party this year at Quesadilla. The service was very attentive and the atmosphere was cozy. The food (starter and main course) could have been a little warmer, one or two people at the table also confirmed this. Gladly another visit

Very, very tasty food and great drinks. There were four of us with a starter, main course and 2 drinks each. Everything is great. All dishes were beautifully presented and the drinks (margaritas, iced tea and homemade lemonade) were nicely decorated and tasted delicious. The atmosphere is cozy and invites you to sit for longer. Service very nice and accommodating. Great visit! Gladly again!!

If you want to have a sumptuous and good breakfast, this is a great place for you, but a visit at lunchtime or in the evening to eat is also more than recommended

The beef quesadilla was ok - I found the beef very bland. Not well seasoned. But the sauces were very tasty. The salad and rice were just ok. The drinks were really good and the service was outstanding. Hence the 4 stars; I would personally only give 3 stars for the food.

Serves 3 main courses: quesadilla; We paid just under €95 for fajita and tacos and 5 drinks (3 cocktails), so you can't complain.

We have ordered from Quesadilla many times and have been thrilled every time: large selection of consistently delicious dishes and everything beautifully prepared even when delivered. We're already looking forward to the next time!

I had the tacos with 3 types of meat. The first two were good, soggy but still edible, the third with the chicken tasted spoiled. I pointed this out to the waitress and she asked if I wanted a new one... but unfortunately my appetite was spoiled afterwards. The waitress asked why I didn't say something straight away... I said so as soon as I noticed the inedible chicken. When we paid we were offered an espresso. But we didn't want this, we suggested that we be given a discount on the extra charge for the meat (2 euros!). The waitress then asked her colleague whether she was allowed to do this. She then came back with the comment “the plate was empty” (which was not true at all, the plate was still half full) and a price reduction was not possible. . We were presented as if we wanted to “eat cheaply”. Very annoying, you should deal with criticism differently!!!

The food is very good, it is one of my favorite restaurants in Saarlouis, I eat the salad with shrimps very often, but the other dishes are also really excellent. The only drawback is the service. Since they have a lot of customers, they are not very careful. I had to wait 20/30 minutes to order or even get up and leave because they didn't notice my table. Otherwise everything is perfect. I can absolutely recommend it :)

Sunday breakfast - complete disaster. Drinks only came after an hour. Service staff were completely overwhelmed and had no overview. Food didn't come sporadically, nor did the drinks.

We order here regularly and are actually very satisfied. Today it was horrible. We don't know what went wrong today. The enchiladas tasted like ashtray, it was really terrible. Hope it's not the new standard. Unfortunately we even had to throw the food away. Otherwise it's always great, I just really hope that today was an exception.

We were there for breakfast today. The drinks didn't come together but individually. In total we waited an hour just to receive the drinks. The staff was totally overwhelmed. The store was full and not enough staff for the number of guests. It was over an hour before the food arrived and, like the drinks, not everything came together. Some were already finished before the others' food arrived. The dishes, especially the glasses, were not clean. The waitress responded to our criticism, which was then expressed snippily at some point. We understand that it sometimes takes longer, but we don't understand that the store is so full and there aren't enough staff to guarantee the service. We're definitely not coming back.

We have eaten at Quesadilla several times now and have received extremely friendly service every time! The food tastes very tasty and the portions are large. The (homemade) lemonades/cocktails are also recommended. We always enjoy coming back. The friendly and courteous behavior of the waitresses is really worth highlighting. Very pleasant.

Great, unique Mexican food! Although on the high side compared to what we are used to for Mexican food, it was still never the less very good. Love all the veggies in the tacos. We recommend and would come back if ever in the area again!

We were really pleasantly surprised by the quesadilla. The service was very nice, quick and courteous, the food was really excellent and all at a fair price. I really didn't find anything worth complaining about here. At most, you could perhaps screw a locking machine onto the toilet doors so that they close behind you - but that's really criticism at a high level. Absolutely recommended. xxxx EDIT a month later. xxxx After we were very enthusiastic about our first visit, as described above, we of course visited the restaurant again - unfortunately the result this time was much more disappointing. The special beer I ordered was turned into a country beer, and a chicken dish my wife ordered was incorrectly delivered as a vegetarian option. Corresponding complaints led to a quick exchange for the correct dish, but so quickly that it was still almost cold in the middle (and the grated cheese used, for example, had not melted) and some of the sauce was also on the bottom of the dish, probably due to the hectic preparation Plates hung. We didn't want to complain a second time because it would have made it impossible to eat together. The waitress during the payment process didn't seem to know anything about what the colleagues had done, otherwise the question of whether everything was okay would have already been answered. To cut a long story short: Although the service appeared to be trying hard and was always friendly, it quickly lost control of the chaos it had caused itself.

The food wasn't bad, but for the money you can eat better elsewhere. The sour cream and guacamole were not homemade but purchased. The aioli was almost inedible. The empty glasses were cleared away even though we wanted to stay seated and hadn't paid. We were not given any cutlery or napkins for the starter (nachos with sauce). There was no plate and when we asked, the waitress gave us a plate that was already at the table and which was previously used as a saucer. The atmosphere is quite nice because of the old town. The meat and vegetables were also delicious. Unfortunately the service leaves a lot to be desired.

We will definitely come back. The food was delicious and we also enjoyed the cocktails.

There is only one star because you have to give one. -5 stars are deserved. The meal cost me €125 and ended up in the organic waste bin. Food is way too spicy, meat smells and tastes spoiled. The citizen is fried dead. Never again. When you ask, you are put off and told that the boss has to decide whether to cancel. You are put off on the phone, you get in touch again but nothing happens.

We were there for our mom breakfast with our babies. And we helped to get the strollers into the location, and space was also made for everyone without any problems. The service was great and the breakfast was really great. Lots of choice and fresh.

We ordered there once, but unfortunately the salad was forgotten. I then notified Lieferando and the owner immediately contacted me via WhatsApp. He apologized warmly and promised us that the next meal would be on the house. Today we wanted to order again, and to our huge surprise, not just two, but four meals including chips were free! I have truly never experienced such fantastic service. The food was incredibly tasty, super hot, fresh and simply cooked to perfection. The kindness and generosity of the owner are simply overwhelming. I've never experienced anything so positive - simply unbelievable! We are absolutely thrilled!

We ordered via Lieferando and all I can say is that my next goal is to eat there on site. It was just incredibly delicious! The portions are really generous. Mega! I would recommend it to everyone!

I would like to write something about the food, but unfortunately we weren't asked to order. We had reserved a table for 8 p.m., were immediately escorted to our table and given the menu, so far so good... of course other guests arrived after us and were served immediately. After waiting for 40 minutes without even being asked what we wanted to drink or eat, we decided to visit another restaurant.

Super delicious breakfast (breakfast for 2), very nicely and appetizingly prepared in impeccable quality, would be happy to come again at any time!!!

Beautiful new location in the heart of Saarlouis. We had to wait over an hour for our food but it was delicious and fresh. There is also a large selection of drinks. Would love to come back Update We wanted to order something to eat because as unvaccinated people we are no longer allowed to go to the local. We called in the afternoon to save the kitchen stress and pick up ours at 7 p.m. Unfortunately this wasn't possible and we were asked to call from 6 p.m....it's questionable whether we would have received our food on time... Were there today for happy hour... Very disappointing. Had a margarita that consisted more of ice than anything else and to charge over 6 euros for it is outrageous.

Highly recommended, especially the quesadillas of the same name. It also has a bit of flair and is well attended. Delicious and still fair prices plus attentive, hard-working service.

When the waiter dropped dishes, 3 guests at the table were left with shards of glass and sauce on them. No apology. Subterranean service, loud noises from the scullery all evening. Once and never again.
