I ate noodles, but the food overall seemed oily. It was really tasty, but if you don't like oily food, I wouldn't recommend it.

The staff is horrible, the food is horrible, I don't like it at all, I don't want to pay for it... Where is it normal when the staff speaks badly about the customers? The menu and the food are two different things... Horrible!!!!!! I will not recommend... There are chef's hairs in the soup... horrible... horrible

I don't recommend it. Poor service. Terrible German language. The menu doesn't reflect the actual dishes. When I contacted them and asked for a change, the staff's response was nonexistent. The staff ate lunch and discussed customers... the horrible woman who served us and the staff are so rude, I refuse to pay for it!!!!!

My girlfriend and I eat here practically every Friday after work! Incredibly delicious! The guys and the service are top-notch. See you next week! Best regards Moritz

My wife has celiac disease (gluten intolerance). Everything is explained here, and they understand you in German. The food is plentiful and the prices are very fair. For us, this is the first choice.

Bad restaurant, bad fish and stomach ache

Tasty beef pho + fried rice with eggs, vegetable and garlic for 20.5€, paid with card.

Unpleasant experience with the service staff I ate at this restaurant on June 21, 2025. Shortly after ordering, I went to the restroom and left the Coke I had brought with me on the table. When I returned, the can was gone. I asked the server if he had taken the Coke away – he said no. He then went behind the counter and laughed along with his colleagues. I found this behavior very unprofessional. I am absolutely certain that he had removed the can. I understand that bringing your own drinks is not welcome in a restaurant. However, this can be communicated in a friendly manner – simply taking the Coke away without comment and then making fun of it is disrespectful and unfriendly to customers. Unfortunately, this behavior negatively impacted my entire visit.

The food is delicious and the portions are large. Very good value for money. The service is friendly and quick. The food is also prepared and served quickly. Seating is available inside and outside. One star deducted for the restrooms. There's even no toilet paper holder.

We were just expecting a standard takeaway, but the food here really surprised us - in a good way! Everything was fresh, well seasoned and just really tasty. No matter whether classics or specialties, it tastes good here in droves! Absolutely recommended, five stars out!

Disappointing experience 💔 1️⃣ The grilled pork was heavily charred, with blackened edges. Throughout the meal, small black particles kept appearing and made eating painful as they got stuck in my teeth. 2️⃣ When I brought up the food quality issue with the staff, instead of addressing the concern, they insisted that there was nothing wrong with their food and claimed that I was eating it incorrectly (?). 3️⃣ There was no visible sign at the entrance shows ‘Cash Only’. However, when we tried to pay by card, we were suddenly refused and then directed to a random A4 paper taped to a wall, stating “cash only” in German—without any English translation, which is not tourist-friendly. After we said we had no cash, they surprisingly brought out a card machine, and the payment went through without any issue. Never coming here again

Bland food and unfriendly owner (I was shouted at because I objectively criticized the quality and taste of the dish I ordered). The red seating was definitely the best part of this restaurant visit! Little tip: Asia77 (same street) is a little more expensive, but offers significantly more generous portions, tasty food and friendly owners.

Service is good and the prices is good

The food is okay, typically Asian. The lady behind the counter is really not friendly, instead of saying hello and answering a question she directly asks “take away or here” They also don't understand German well, which can lead to confusion.

Insane how quality of taste, they know how to cook & serve! I love the vegetarian dishes (we tried noodles with peanut & tofu & vegetables and fried in soya sauce noodles) We loved it and the prices are just so welcoming. My friends got nice chicken and rice for very low price especially for düsseldorf, but the whole thing tasted as a 15€ dish. Absolutely coming again and bringing more friends

We have been visiting this restaurant for several years now and have remained loyal to it even during the challenging Corona period. The restaurant is family run. The quality of the food is really fantastic. To be honest, when I read 2 star reviews here, it really upsets me. It should be clear that there are no star restaurants in the old town. I have already taken several friends to Quang Minh and EVERYONE was thrilled. If you want to fill up deliciously AND inexpensively, this is absolutely the right place for you. For me, Quang Minh is by far the best Vietnamese snack bar in Düsseldorf. No, you're not hip and you don't follow trends. Despite this, or perhaps precisely because of this, I am thrilled. My tip: Soup No.5 with red curry and No.36 fried chicken with red curry.

Very tasty food at absolutely reasonable prices and extremely friendly hosts!

The service has always been quite unfriendly, which I was able to ignore. Today I was served the wrong food, when I pointed this out they got snappy and insisted on their position and loudly pointed out to me that I would have ordered something different. I haven't eaten meat for 15 years - there can always be a misunderstanding, but I would NEVER consciously order a dish with chicken. There are nicer locations, with friendly staff in Düsseldorf

See delicious summer rolls. Traditional main courses are far too expensive in terms of price-performance ratio. Unfortunately. Yummy. 😋 But portions far too small. Ginger tea is also delicious, but €3.50 for a cup is too much.

The food is good as always. The service can be too good. We had our starters (soup) and our main courses came at the same time, so that was a bummer.

Yesterday I discovered this Vietnamese restaurant in Düsseldorf's old town by chance, which can hardly be described as having an ambience in the true sense. The food we ordered came extremely quickly. I'm amazed at how it can be made in about two minutes... On the one hand, I ate a vegetarian dish with tofu, curry and coconut milk. It didn't taste bad, but unfortunately it wasn't remotely spicy. On the other hand, I ordered a mixed salad, which was extremely unimaginative. The ready-made dressing also left a lot to be desired. The jasmine tea in the pot was okay, but the taste was by no means outstanding. The jug was already damaged. The staff seems apathetic. As is well known, good service is not only characterized by quick delivery of food and drinks and extremely quick clearing away. Overall, there is simply too much lovelessness in various areas...

There were too few vermicelli and the soup had too much flavor. Came here because of its reputation, but unfortunately the taste doesn't match the reputation.

if you want to eat noodles with chicken then this is the perfect place but nothing more all other unusual dishes are not very good or the portions are small or not tasty

Bestes Essen in der Altstadt 👍🏼

At the end of almost every stroll through the old town I am drawn to this restaurant. Here you get a delicious meal at surprisingly affordable prices, which the chef personally prepared and therefore reliably impresses with its consistent quality. This seems to be a family business, the atmosphere is very pleasant and familiar. Instead of the obligatory kola, I can also recommend the Lichee juice as a drink or, on hot days, the 1.5 liter bottle of water at the gas station price. And because saving can be so delicious, I like to include a dessert every now and then: the baked banana is particularly recommended here.

Very nice place. Although it isn't a fancy restaurant the food is delicious it really has the taste of home. ❤️ I came here on a freezing winter day. The vegetables soup was delicious and warming. I would also recommend their ginger tea, simple but it was very tasteful, one of the best I have had. If you want good food and a nice tranquil place to sit and enjoy it. Look no further, this is the place you want.

Für den Preis mittlerweile zu einfallslos, zudem sind die (grossen) Suppen echt zu teuer. Extrem lästig: Keine Kartenzahlung. Das Lokal war früher interessanter, aber nie mehr als Altstadt-Mittelmaß. Die Bedienung ist aber schnell und freundlich.

Sehr leckeres Phở. Der Landen an sich sieht schäbig aus aber das ist vollkommen okay. Die Toiletten sind sauber und der Service sehr lieb!! Gerne wieder 💓

Box 3 🥡 Gebratene Nudeln mit Gemüse, Ei und paniertem Hühnerfleisch für 6,50 € bestellt. Nudeln schmeckten etwas nach abgebranntem Öl. Hühnerfleisch und die panierte Ummantelung war sehr zart und lecker. Erinnert irgendwie an Fischstäbchen. Leider keine Soße drin. Deshalb hat es mir nicht so geschmeckt.

Hier gibt es auch gute Suppen, aber nach der Pho-Karte muss man extra fragen.

Geschmacklich sehr schlecht, es hat einfach nach schlechtem Butter oder Margarine geschmeckt. Leider Flop, hat nichts mit red Curry zutun.

Kundenfreundlichkeit sehr weit unten. Wollte als Außenstehender auf die Toilette. Nach Rücksprache in einer anderen Sprache mit einem Kollegen wurde ich abgewiesen. Äußerst frech. Selbstverständlich kann ich es verstehen, wenn es gewisse Personen gibt, die man nicht in seinem Geschäft haben möchte. Allerdings sollte man ein Feingefühl als Gastronomiebetreiber dafür haben, welche Personen ggf. potentielle Kunden sein könnten. Das nächste Restaurant ließ mich auf die Toilette, dort haben wir dann auch gegessen. So einfach geht es. Fazit: Bei der reichen Fülle an asiatischen Restaurants in Düsseldorf werden wir dort definitiv nicht hingehen und können es demnach auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

Essen war ok. Die Pekingsuppe war lecker. Hühnerfleisch mit Reis hat gut geschmeckt. Preis-Leistung stimmt. Service war nicht so toll. Ich mag es nicht, wenn der Hauptgang schon gebracht wird, wenn die Vorspeise noch nicht aufgegessen ist.

Portion size, veggies and meat were okay. We ordered via wolt. One dish should be curry, but the whole curry sauce was spilled over the rice. The other dish also spilled a little over the rice. The curry should also be spicy, but it was the most mild curry we ever tasted. We would not order again

Immer wieder sehr lecker und sehr freundliches Personal. Alles was wir bis jetzt probiert haben, war sehr gut. Das Ambiente nach der Renovierung ist richtig schön.

The food was good with a moderate price and the staff were friendly and welcoming as I experienced. Payment with card was also possible. It was very fast after ordering the food, it took around 10 min to be on the table. For having a good meal in a cozy place in the Düsseldorf city center, this place would be recommended. There is a quite interesting variety of food with different ingredients. Sushi is available to order as well.

Sehr schöne Ambiente, ein kleiner Familienbetrieb in Heinrich Heine zwischen all den fast food restaurants eine gute Alternative sich auch hier asiatisch zu ernähren. Die gebratenen Nudeln mit Salat waren sehr lecker, Hähnchen gut paniert. Essen wurde nach ca.3min sehr schnell und frisch serviert, sushi gibt es auch, zu einem sehr fairen Preis und auch leckere scharfe Soßen, vor allem vietnamesisch. Getränke teuer, aber ist heutzutage so, einfach hinnehmen. Preisleistungsverhältnis ist top, gerne wieder

Sehr unhöfliches Personal, die Dame hat die Speisekarte auf den Tisch geschmissen, auf fragen sehr unhöflich geantwortet, hat dann lautstark mit den Koch über uns gelästert daraufhin ist uns der Appetit auch wieder vergangen. Dann kam sie wieder zu uns hat uns patzig gefragt was wir bestellen wollen. Woraufhin ich meinte, dass wir noch gucken. Sie fing an uns anzuschreien und meinte, das wir sofort gehen sollen, wenn wir nichts bestellen wollen. Diese Frechheit haben wir uns nicht bieten lassen und sind dann gegangen. Wenn’s 0 Sterne geben würde hätte ich das mit liebe getan. Verschwendet ehrlich euer Geld dort nicht.

Eigentlich ein nettes Ambiente aber die Speisen nicht schmackhaft und dafür auch preislich überzogen. Ich war mit vietnamesischen Besuch dort, die wissen wie Pho schmecken muss und das war weit davon entfernt

Eten was lauw geserveerd. Personeel niet echt vrolijk. Kan alleen cash. Tot dat ik zei ik heb geen cash kon ik uiteindelijk wel pinnen. Wel leuk kleinschalig tentje.

Als wir in den Laden reinkamen, wurden wir ignoriert. Als wir uns dann hingesetzt haben, wurden uns Menü und Besteck auf den Tisch geschmissen. Als wir dann aber vom Personal ohne Grund angeschrien (!!!) wurden, ist uns der Hunger vergangen. Leider hatten wir schon bestellt und waren zu geschockt um aufzustehen und zu gehen. Geschmeckt hat das Essen leider auch nicht. Nehmt es als Warnung und verschwendet euer Geld nicht in diesem "Restaurant". Nie mehr wieder. Furchtbar!

Das Essen schmeckt nach mehrmals gebratenem alten Öl. Mit Reis geht es noch irgendwie, wenn man viel Soße zugibt. Unangenehmer Nachgeschmack bleibt aber lange. Nudeln waren nicht essbar, sogar mit Soße, deshalb haben wir diese zurückgegeben. In die Rechnung wurde natürlich das alles fleißig gestellt. Nie wieder.

Ich habe hier schon oft Essen zum Mitnehmen gekauft. Mit der Qualität und dem Personal war ist stets zufrieden. Ich freu mich auf das nächste Mal

Nicht zu empfehlen. Laden ist sehr unhygienisch. Lebensmittel waren nicht frisch. Haben alle magen Probleme bekommen. Wenn euch eure Gesundheit lieb ist dann geht bloß nicht hier essen!!! Kein stern wert

We are a regular visitor here. Love the fried rice, fried noodles, veges with chicken in hoisin sauce etc. Wonderful staff.

Seit Jahren ein Rückzugsort vom Arbeitsstress. Die üblich üppige Speisekarte der Asiaten, einfach und lecker. Wenn die Chefin Zeit hat gibt es auch mal einen kurzen Small Talk. Auch das andere Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. War bei meinem letzten Besuch nach längerer Abwesenheit dort Esse und wurde auf das herzlichste begrüßt als wäre ich nie fortgewesen.

Zweites Mal dort gegessen. Die Getränkeauswahl könnte noch verbessert werden. Es gab kein Bier in der Altstadt. Das Essen war aber lecker. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Nettes Personal und gut draussen in einer ruhigen Gasse gesessen.

Wir waren dort essen und sassen draussen. Es stank nach abwasser und nach kotze. Das essen war nichts besonderes. Lieblos das gemüse reingeschnippelt viel zu wenig gemüse war in dem gericht drin. Die bedienung freundlichkeit keine spur. Nachdem wir zuhause waren mussten wir uns übergeben und bauchkrämpfe haben wir bekommen. Nie wieder zu schade für das geld was man für so ein essen bezahlt hat.
