Enjoy eating here. Curry with duck is very tasty. Could pay more attention to order and the ambience inside and the waiters could be a little more attentive and structured. Otherwise, gladly again!!

While we were passing through we were in the mood for Thai food and stopped off in Wiesbaden. The Quan Tre restaurant is not too far from the main train station and, although the restaurant was very busy, we were assigned a table promptly. The menu included numerous starters and main courses - also vegan, so there should be something to suit every taste. The service during our visit was quick and friendly and the food was a tasty experience. The only negative point: the toilets should be renovated

The food was good. It was fresh and we all enjoyed it. Others better than me. The service was very slow and not very attentive. When I pointed out that there was a piece of metal in my food (probably a piece of steel brush), it was handled very insensitively. The toilets were mostly broken and it smelled very bad. Plus the prices were pretty high. Card payment was not possible. Only cash or PayPal friends.

We were at Quan Tre for the umpteenth time, but unfortunately everything has deteriorated considerably. I reserved a table for four people. Since we arrived separately as a couple, we were seated at two different tables. This was not apparent to us either. Ok, it can happen. We then connected via smartphone. Drinks and food came relatively quickly. However, the food has decreased significantly. We ordered duck three times and ate it much better elsewhere. After eating, clearing the plates and ordering drinks is difficult because the ladies stay at the counter and don't keep an eye on the guests. I think three service staff is enough for the location, as long as they are on their toes. Unfortunately they weren't The back area is in dire need of renovation and looks very bad. The wallpaper is peeling off on the wall and in the ceiling area, in short everything looks very neglected. It was a shame that it was one of the best restaurants in Wiesbaden. Maybe they can get it back, with of course food and service being the top priority.

The dishes were well seasoned and the good ingredients rounded off the taste.

We sat at the bottom right with 6 people. The food is no longer as good as it used to be but is still of a high standard. Service is very lackluster. 6 dishes didn't come at the same time but in stages within 10 minutes. The first one was already cold when the last one arrived. What's really not possible is that the entire room (walls, ceiling) is covered in water and mold. The ceiling above us was particularly bad, thick deep black mold and the plaster hanging down and crumbling onto the plates and heads.

We came at prime time and had to wait a long time for our food. The service noticed this and offered us free dessert. Really very attentive and the waiting time was forgotten. The food was generally very good in terms of taste, I was particularly impressed with the vegetarian Pho. Tip: Be sure to reserve during the week!

Great vegan dishes, good value for money! Recommended!

Unfortunately, I have to give an update (October 2024), which is no longer positive at all. Today's online order was not completed when we went to pick it up. Apparently the boss didn't pass it on. They didn't even offer compensation! I asked for a discount because I then had to wait ANOTHER 30 minutes (instead of only 10 as promised)! They didn't want to offer us any compensation; a price reduction was apparently not possible. After a discussion and a long face and a lack of friendliness, you were given two iced teas (wow). Unfortunately, the soup wasn't quite as good and there was less meat in it than usual. We will NOT be ordering here again. Since objections are always lodged here and it is important to prove that we were here, the picture. ——————————— Super tasty food, stands out. Also a very friendly team.

Food is still good, unfortunately the back area is characterized by noticeable moisture on the walls, smells musty to putrid and black mold can be seen on 2 of the 4 walls.

Cozy Asian restaurant. Quaint atmosphere with natural stone walls and bamboo (and a few older spider webs) Food was fantastic. Very good and unusually seasoned. Very attractively prepared and really large portions. The service was very unspectacular. No “enjoy your meal” or “we hope you were happy with your meal”. Hence the star deduction. All in all, super delicious cuisine!!😉

Very long waiting time and unfortunately the food was very disappointing and not authentic even though the ambience was good.

Lunch was solid. However, not a restaurant that I would specifically go to again. Price-performance for the lunch break is completely satisfactory. The service was very friendly.

The food tasted fantastic, the service was quick and friendly. An absolute recommendation! Only the air was a bit humid and because the restaurant is in the basement of the building, there was unfortunately no draft. But I would still eat here again at any time.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my visit to this restaurant. Although at first glance it offers authentic Vietnamese food, the quality leaves a lot to be desired. The dishes mostly tasted like a typical fast food Asian restaurant and were not at all what you would expect from real Vietnamese cuisine. It even seemed to me like some of the sauces and soups were diluted with water to reduce the cost - totally unacceptable. The service was also below average. The service seemed inattentive and not very friendly. Added to this are the completely exorbitant prices, which bear no relation to the quality offered. For the same money you can find much better Vietnamese restaurants in Wiesbaden that offer really authentic cuisine and also have better service. Conclusion: The restaurant offers neither good quality nor an appropriate price-performance ratio. Unfortunately I cannot recommend it.

Juice shop: Waited at the table for 45 minutes, but no one came to take an order. Not even drinks

It is getting old and the outside area is worn out. The food was great

long waiting time for order. Food arrives, cutlery upon request about 10 minutes later! Beef fillet cubes are not fillets but rump steaks (at least as hard as rump steaks) and are quite unseasoned. a few onions, strips of pepper in a light, thin, unseasoned sauce. Sweet potato chips cold, greasy and soggy. You have to pay in the basement. never again!

We came to Quan Tre via the gourmet block... The food was extremely good and the portions were large too! There are also many vegetarian/vegan dishes!

Wir waren zu viert, zwei Paare. Leider konnten wir nicht draußen sitzen, da Regen drohte. Trepprunter im Restaurant ist es dunkel, eng und laut (wenn viele Gäste dort sind). Das Essen war unspektakulär und wenig in Erinnerung bleibend.

The food was really very tasty. The service was disorganized with long waiting times for drinks and another glass of water and ultimately also for the starter. Mine only came when my companion had already empty his plate. If you looked closely, the atmosphere (we were sitting in the back room) was quite creepy. Thick black mold on the ceiling, cobwebs and dust everywhere and various “dirty corners”. It's not that appetizing. It makes you wonder what the kitchen might look like. Although we really enjoyed the food, we probably won't go there again.

Eat: *Wrong meat in Bun Bo Hue: Instead of just beef, as described in the menu, it also contained pork. This can be problematic for people with pork allergies or religious restrictions. *Tasty and bland dishes: Although the dishes were nicely presented, they did not correspond to the authentic Vietnamese taste. *Too much salt in Bun Bo Nam Bo *Tasteless and greasy spring rolls *Overpriced iced tea Service / Long waiting times until ordering: *The service was overwhelmed and initially overlooked us. *Late delivery of food: The dishes arrived after 40 minutes, the drinks even later. *Lack of apologies for the delays *Uncooked meat in the chicken dish: Despite a complaint and the promise of a new preparation, we were served the same dish again with raw meat. *No request for additional drinks or satisfaction with the food. No offer of a discount or compensation for the inconvenience Conclusion: Overall, visiting this restaurant was a very negative experience. The quality of the food and service was unsatisfactory, the staff was unfriendly and the waiting times were significantly too long. We're definitely not coming back.

We ate there with friends as the restaurant is also listed on Neotaste. All three of us had the app and wanted to redeem our offers, but the operator initially didn't agree. Ultimately, only one person was allowed to use their Neotaste offer. If you don't want to accept promotions, you may not want to participate in such programs. The food was nothing special; We could have also eaten at the Asian restaurant at the main train station, where we think it tastes even better. There were also a lot of flies. I've sat on the terrace in many restaurants, but here it was a real plague of flies. The only positive thing I can mention is the interior design, which was really attractive, and that the waiter still always asked if everything was okay.

Leuk ingerichte zaak, warme ontvangst door het personeel. Als voorgerecht gefrituurde loempia's. Hoefdgerecht noedels met groenten en rundvlees, prima van smaak. Het andere hoofdgerecht met vis en groenten top. Een grauer burgunder erbij gedronken. Al met al zeker aan te raden.

The food is delicious. Unfortunately, this is overshadowed by the service and moldy interior. We had to wait an hour for our food. There was no professional response from the service staff. Apparently the restaurant seems to be overwhelmed when there are diners present and orders come in for delivery. And then you sit at tables where the mold comes out on the walls next to you. Disgusting!

There is mild Asian food. I.e. seasoning would make sense here and there. I had ordered V26 and received number 26 even though I had even emphasized this when ordering. Therefore I have downgraded the service a bit. Luckily I'm not a vegetarian. Otherwise the place is really okay.

Saw pictures of the food from a work colleague and decided to go there too. The ambience is a bit dusty and not particularly nice, with corresponding dirty corners. But the toilets were clean. But that's not why we're there. We were attracted by the food. It was quite full and the small terrace was also full, but waiting over an hour for the starter is a bit too long. The drinks also came quite late. The food was really amazing. Very tasty and completely freshly prepared. Which also explains the long waiting time. The quality is first class. The price is correct for the quality. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back. Reservations make sense.

Fantastic food in a great atmosphere!

Very tasty Vietnamese. The service could be a bit more attentive, the pho is great. The only thing I would strongly advise against is the Bánh Bao Burger, which is dry and relatively bland. The ambience is cozy, but can also become a little claustrophobic over long periods of time.

As always, I'm looking forward to summer, you can sit outside.

Wir waren an einem Sonntag Abend mit zwei Personen und Schlemmerblock zu Gast. Das Restaurant war ‚ausgebucht‘ , dementsprechend muss man etwas längere Wartezeiten einplanen was sich jedoch lohnt. Sowohl geschmacklich als auch die Portionen betreffend ist es ein sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Karte ist nicht zu groß und die Küche ‚authentisch‘. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Kartenzahlung möglich.

In the past I didn't think it was bad at all, a bit expensive but tasted quite good. Now I had made a reservation two weeks in advance for a business lunch for 11 people and asked in advance whether we could pay on account. “No problem” they said. The evening before dinner I got a call saying that the bill wasn't working. One day before... So that's how you treat your customers here. Someone must have speculated that we had no other choice... Luckily there are other, very reliable locations in Wiesbaden.

The atmosphere warmly welcomes you. The food and the good selection on the menu were top. Price and performance ratio were great.

Hidden Gem! Great food and very friendly staff. I ordered number 22 and some spring rolls with meat as a starter, and it was amazing!

The food was really tasty, but unfortunately the salmon was breaded way too much. The summer rolls and the rest were great. The ambience is ok but nothing outstanding and the service was a bit disorganized but still everything worked out quite well and they are friendly :-)

The selection of vegan dishes is great, as is the menu itself with nice pictures of the dishes. The staff was nice. However, the food itself was pretty tasteless. Of course, it could be that this is how original Vietnamese cuisine tastes and the German palate doesn't know it, but it's relatively sobering for the money. The starter and both main courses tasted like nothing. But it was nice to look at and the portions were quite large. Unfortunately the waiting times were too long, we only had our food after an hour even though subjectively there wasn't much going on. But try there again sometime.

Solid place, food not 100% authentic, but delicious and generous portions. Value for money excellent, lovely waiters / family-run business. The chilis are really as spicy indicated by the waiters :). Recommended for groups, many vegan and vegetarian dishes and something for everybodies taste.

A little tucked away - some of the best hidden gems are such places. The service was pleasant and courteous. It can be a challenge to find your heritage’s food away from home. Quan Tre offers food that helps one remember the taste that one had at one point. The spring rolls has shrimp and beef, but what makes it better is that the beef is marinated and grill prior to being added. The Bun Bo Hue was solid - just missed some of the blood cake to make it fully traditional.

Umwerfend gutes Essen. Die Küche besticht durch ihre frischen Zutaten. Die Speisen sind ansprechend auf getöpfertem Geschirr und auf Bananenblättern eingerichtet. Sehr zu empfehlen sind die Sommerrollen Bausätze, hier kann man sich die leckeren Teigtaschen selbst zusammenstellen, wahlweise mit Fleisch oder vegan. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und das Ambiente im Gewölbekeller passt auch. Ebenso der Preis.

Das war der zweite Besuch für mich, in diesem Restaurant. Da wir nicht reserviert hatten, konnte man uns nur einen Platz auf der Terrasse anbieten (zuvor hatte es stark geregnet). Die kühl-nassen Temperaturen haben wir gerne in Kauf genommen, da das Essen wieder hervorragend war! Auf Gästewünsche wird eingegangen und trotz ausgebuchten Plätzen und zusätzlichem Lieferservice, wurden wir in angemessen kurzer Zeit bedient. Alles war frisch zubereitet und schmeckte fantastisch.

Suuuuper leckerer, authentischer Vietnamese. Bisher habe ich einige Gerichte der Karte probiert und war immer total zufrieden.

Service war total lieb und das Restaurant seehr schön. Die Frühlingsrollen ware super! Leider war das Fleisch etwas trocken und es könnte besser gewürzt sein. Ich empfehle auf jeden Fall den Reis!

Always very kind, and their pho is always great!

Trotz voller Auslastung kam das freundliche Personal allen Anforderungen nach und half gut, sowie gerne bei Fragen aus. Das Essen, sowie die hausgemachten Getränke waren sehr lecker gewesen, die Wartezeiten für die Gerichte waren vollkommen normal. Ein Wunsch wäre mehr Cocktails mit Nep Moi zu haben, gerade mit Kokosmilch eine tolle Spezialität.

Das Essen schmeckt. Aber auch nichts besonderes. Auf Grund der Bewertungen hätte ich mehr erwartet. Der Service war freundlich aber etwas chaotisch. Fleischfrühlingsrollen und die ohne Fleisch wurden vertauscht. Wir mussten unsere Vorspeisen dann tauschen. Bestellen wollten wir einen Eistee Zitrone/Limette für 4.80 Eur. Der Kellner fragte, den Hausgemachten? Ich dachte, dass er für diesen Preis sicher hausgemacht ist und bejahte einfach mal. Bekommen haben wir dann ein Getränk, das eher an Limetten Limonade erinnerte, aber für 7,50 Euro. Das fand ich viel zu teuer und auch wenn es lecker war, würde es dem Preis nicht gerecht. Auffällig auch, dass man zwei gleiche Getränke anbietet und dann zum teureren hausgemachten Getränk gelenkt wird. Ambiente geht so. Ziemlich schmal und sehr laut. Man sitzt im einem Art Kellergewölbe. Die Einrichtung ist aber gemütlich.

Wer authentische asiatische Küche liebt ist hier richtig. Sehr freundliches Personal, leckeres Essen, dass auch bestellt und geliefert werden kann und eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre - hier gehen wir immer gerne hin, wenn wir vietnamesisch essen möchten. Das Restaurant ist such für Vegetarier und Veganer sehr zu empfehlen. Insgesamt ein toller Abend.

Sehr schönes vietnamesisches Restaurant. Wir haben draußen sehr schön gesessen und innen sieht es auch sehr gemütlich eingerichtet aus. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Es gibt einige vegane Gerichte. Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist gut.

Leckeres Essen und sehr freundliche Bedienung.

Das Essen war außergewöhnlich gut. Ich hab selten so gut thailändisch gegessen. Der Außenbereich ist jetzt kein Hingucker aber ich esse auch unter na Autobahn Brücke wenn's dafür schmeckt also zu vernachlässigen. Etwas teurer aber wird durch die Portionsgröße ausgeglichen.

Ein sehr süß gelegenes Restaurant. Das Restaurant ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und hat eine tolle Ambiente. Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Essen schmeckt sehr lecker und authentisch und wird sehr schön angerichtet. Es gibt sehr viele Vegetarische und Vegane Gerichte die zudem auch noch sehr lecker schmecken.

Sehr leckeres Essen, wären wir hier zu Hause kämen wir regelmäßig um uns durch die ganze Karte zu probieren.

Great Vietnamese food, the first restaurant I visit when it town and sometimes also my last. Their spring rolls are awesome and the Pho is some of my favorite anywhere.

Food was excellent. Had Frog legs and Mango salad. The outside part of the restaurant is not as nice as the inside of the restaurant. Service and prices were good. Will be visiting again.

Wir haben Bestellt 1 Stunde und 40 Minuten und wir warten immer noch. Anrufe an das Restaurant haben nichts gebracht. Schade..... aber NIE WIEDER!!!!!
