Das beste vietnamesische Restaurant in Wiesbaden! Das Hähnchen mit Mangosauce und die Pho sind unglaublich.

Essen war sehr reichlich und geschmacklich gut. Leider war der Laden nicht sehr sauber. Die Bedienung war war auch nicht sehr freundlich. Sehr staubig der Laden.

Ein kleines aber absolut authentisches Restaurant!! Die Speisen sind gut portioniert und schmecken sehr lecker.

Wir waren um 14 Uhr an einem Wochentag hier. Ich habe mir Saigon Curry (15) bestellt, sehr lecker. Man sitzt in einem kleineren, offenen raum der das Ambiente gemütlich und typisch asiatisch macht. Sehr zu empfehlen

Haben bereits dort gegessen und auch mitgenommen. Der Service ist Klasse. Das Essen schmeckt wirklich super. Preislich ist es auch noch vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Pho kann ich empfehlen!

Meine verlobtin und ich können das kleine Laden dort nur empfehlen. Die suppen die Sie vorbereiten sind sehr geschmack voll und die Gebratene Gemüsse mit Enten Fleisch sooo aromatisch. Wir hätten nie gedacht das es solch eine gemschack explosion geben würde, großen lob an den Chef Koch und von uns mit verdienst die 5 sterne verdient.

Sehr lecker und preislich voll fair

Die Nudelbar hat mich echt überzeugt. Ein eher kleines, aber sehr feines Restaurant mit angenehmer Atmosphäre. Ich hatte Pho Bo und gebratenen Reis mit Garnelen. Beides war richtig lecker. Die Pho war aromatisch und schön frisch, und der Reis perfekt gewürzt mit saftigen Garnelen. Man merkt einfach, dass hier mit guten Zutaten gekocht wird. Klare Empfehlung 👍

Das Essen war köstlich! Ich hatte das Saigon-Curry mit Hühnchen. Es wurde schnell serviert und war heiß. Ich habe Google Lens benutzt, um die deutsche Speisekarte zu lesen.

Kleines, aber feines Restaurant. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und günstig. Die Portionen sind groß. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich. Lediglich die Einrichtung ist nicht so toll. Man sitzt auf Hockern. Trotzdem werde ich wieder dort Essen.

Sehr leckeres Essen besonders die Pho mit Rind aber auch der Reis mit Hähnchen war lecker. Beides große Portionen. Gute Menge an Fleisch in der Suppe, war positiv überrascht. Sehr hektisches Restaurant mit wenig Platz. Wer Pech hat wartet auch mal 10/20 Minuten draußen. Hatten aber Glück und haben im Eck noch ein Platz bekommen. Durch die hektische Stimmung im Restaurant fühlt man sich ein wenig unter Druck beim Essen. Aber wer eh nur für ein kurzes Essen hinsitzen möchte stört das nicht. Zum lang verbleiben ist das aber nichts. Fazit: gutes Essen für das man die Atmosphäre auch mal in Kauf nimmt

Restaurant in Mitte von Wiesbaden. Sind zufällig vorbei gelaufen und uns entschieden rein zu gehen. Es ist sehr klein und war voll.Haben dann noch einen kleinen ecktisch bekommen an dem man aber kaum Platz hatte.Gemütlich essen ist anders . Essen wurde schnell aufgenommen Bedienung sehr freundlich. Haben dann eine Pho Suppe und Curryreis sehr schnell bekommen (Max.5min Wartezeit) Portionen sind richtig groß. Preislich völlig in Ordnung und sehr lecker.

Sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis! Ich hatte leckere Bratnudeln. Ein bisschen wenig Gemüse dazu, aber dafür sehr satt und viel Fleisch.

The food was good, with generous portions and outstanding variety. Unfortunately, the service was extremely unpleasant and rushed, which detracted from the overall experience.

First, the positive: You can definitely take good pictures. The food is very beautifully presented. It looks truly incredible. The decor is also lovely. The filling for the summer rolls was really good. Now, what we didn't like: The taste was a complete disappointment. The sweet and sour sauce is the worst I've ever eaten in my life. Even worse than the one from a bottle. The chicken didn't look that appetizing. I think it wasn't fried, but rather boiled in the sauce. I wouldn't have been able to eat it. But my companion persevered. The filling for the summer rolls tasted really good. But unfortunately, the rice paper on the bottom was very dry. Very tough and definitely not fresh. Unfortunately, the sauce here was also really strange. The room is very small. Which isn't a problem at first. But it's incredibly hot and stuffy. There are no restrooms in the dining room. There might be some behind the kitchen if you ask.

The food was really good and the price was on point! The place was clean and the staff was very friendly. What amazed me the most of this small place was how quickly they delivered the food after we ordered it. They never rushed us and very respectful of our time. While they didn't speak English, she communicated well and we couldn't be happier.

This is the only proper pho place there is in this town. We come here only for the food definitely not to hang out or to get comfortable, because seating is anything but comfortable... soup comes out piping hot just how pho supposed to be, we eat and leave. Today I made the mistake of ordering Asian food somewhere else and I regretted it, I think the food at Nudelbar is so good and very reasonably priced for the quality you get. I've been there several times and the food has always tasted very good. Even the grilled chicken, which can easily be overcooked, was always very good and juicy. The Pho soups are also always good, definitely recommended if you want to eat well and cheaply, especially in Wiesbaden where the prices of food are too high everywhere.

Customers should have the opportunity, for example, to wash their hands before eating. Or if your stomach reacts differently to the ingredients, what then? Exotic products are used here. Courteous service, delicious homemade lemonade and the food: sumptuous, hot and tasty. We had the following dishes: Starter: Edamame and vegetable gyoza with peanut sauce (recommendation!!!!) Main courses: Udon noodles with chicken (favorite!!!), rice curry, vegetarian fried noodles and rice noodles with peanut and fish sauce. All dishes were served with fresh, crunchy vegetables. It was simply delicious! We will be back!

Small restaurant, unfortunately the seating is very cramped in places when it's full, otherwise you can say that the food is good and the price-performance ratio is right - the Pho Bo beef soup is 12€ and the portion is also OK - the taste is similar North Vietnamese original 👌.

The food was always delicious. Unfortunately, this company has a problem with pests. Fruit flies live everywhere in the restaurant and in the soy sauce. We asked for a new sauce and there were fruit flies swimming in it too.

We had a wonderful time in the small but cozy restaurant. The service is very friendly and accommodating and this is the perfect place to try Vietnamese specialties. As well as the starters, the main courses were delicious. The vegetables are fresh and the meat is tender, so the price-performance ratio was simply great! We will definitely visit the “Nudel Bar” again.

Visited from Atlanta, GA and this was some of the best food that we ate while in Germany. I gave the atmosphere 4 stars because the space is small (out of their control). But the food was awesome. When I visit Germany again I will be visiting this location again

Unfortunately a bit disappointed. I was in the mood for fried noodles - and thought I couldn't go wrong here: The noodle bar focuses primarily on Asian noodle dishes. Combined with the good reviews, I was looking forward to a delicious dinner. The store has already been set up, the service employee was a little stressed. But no problem. I ordered the fried noodles with egg and crispy chicken as well as the homemade lemonade. Unfortunately, neither is at all convincing. The lemonade was quite sweet and otherwise very tasteless, but there was a good amount. The noodles were also a generous portion, but unfortunately they hardly tasted like anything. I couldn't detect any seasoning - and unfortunately no trace of the egg either. However, with the soy sauce at the table, the hot sauce and the salt, everything was saved. The crispy chicken wasn't nearly as big as the pictures. A lot of dough that was steeped in oil and unfortunately arrived at the table rather lukewarm. Here too, only the sweet and sour sauce on the plate could bring in the flavor. But unfortunately it also reminded us more of wholesale needs.
