Delicious rice noodles with shrimps and a nice jasmine tea. It was delicious, I was able to sit comfortably with my dog ​​and eat there and would be happy to come back. This small, inconspicuous restaurant is a real insider tip. The red curry is amazing! Served with perfectly cooked breaded chicken breast, it is a delight. You can almost always get a seat here and before you know it, the food is already on the table. Size and quality? Simply unbeatable!

Today I made the mistake of ordering Asian food somewhere else and I regretted it, I think the food at Nudelbar is so good and very reasonably priced for the quality you get. I've been there several times and the food has always tasted very good. Even the grilled chicken, which can easily be overcooked, was always very good and juicy. The Pho soups are also always good, definitely recommended if you want to eat well and cheaply, especially in Wiesbaden where the prices of food are too high everywhere.

The food and lemonade were very tasty, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was nice. Overall very good value for money. So why only 3 stars? Because there is no customer toilet. Customers should have the opportunity, for example, to wash their hands before eating. Or if your stomach reacts differently to the ingredients, what then? Exotic products are used here. I think that's not possible and needs to be done urgently.

Courteous service, delicious homemade lemonade and the food: sumptuous, hot and tasty. We had the following dishes: Starter: Edamame and vegetable gyoza with peanut sauce (recommendation!!!!) Main courses: Udon noodles with chicken (favorite!!!), rice curry, vegetarian fried noodles and rice noodles with peanut and fish sauce. All dishes were served with fresh, crunchy vegetables. It was simply delicious! We will be back!

Small restaurant, unfortunately the seating is very cramped in places when it's full, otherwise you can say that the food is good and the price-performance ratio is right - the Pho Bo beef soup is 12€ and the portion is also OK - the taste is similar North Vietnamese original 👌.

The food was always delicious. Unfortunately, this company has a problem with pests. Fruit flies live everywhere in the restaurant and in the soy sauce. We asked for a new sauce and there were fruit flies swimming in it too.

We had a wonderful time in the small but cozy restaurant. The service is very friendly and accommodating and this is the perfect place to try Vietnamese specialties. As well as the starters, the main courses were delicious. The vegetables are fresh and the meat is tender, so the price-performance ratio was simply great! We will definitely visit the “Nudel Bar” again.

Visited from Atlanta, GA and this was some of the best food that we ate while in Germany. I gave the atmosphere 4 stars because the space is small (out of their control). But the food was awesome. When I visit Germany again I will be visiting this location again

Unfortunately a bit disappointed. I was in the mood for fried noodles - and thought I couldn't go wrong here: The noodle bar focuses primarily on Asian noodle dishes. Combined with the good reviews, I was looking forward to a delicious dinner. The store has already been set up, the service employee was a little stressed. But no problem. I ordered the fried noodles with egg and crispy chicken as well as the homemade lemonade. Unfortunately, neither is at all convincing. The lemonade was quite sweet and otherwise very tasteless, but there was a good amount. The noodles were also a generous portion, but unfortunately they hardly tasted like anything. I couldn't detect any seasoning - and unfortunately no trace of the egg either. However, with the soy sauce at the table, the hot sauce and the salt, everything was saved. The crispy chicken wasn't nearly as big as the pictures. A lot of dough that was steeped in oil and unfortunately arrived at the table rather lukewarm. Here too, only the sweet and sour sauce on the plate could bring in the flavor. But unfortunately it also reminded us more of wholesale needs. The price is cheap, but unfortunately the food left me completely cold. A pity.

Ordered PASTA with duck for the second time in a row and got rice instead. The first place on the right at the door is particularly uncomfortable because you always have the door and customers behind you. Das Essen, das wir bekamen, war gut. Da lag aber auch das Problem. Grundsätzlich bin ich kein Freund von dem Anspruch nach kostenlosen Getränken oder Desserts bei Service-Problemen, hier habe ich mich aber sehr geärgert. Bei Ankunft saßen wir an einem verschmutzten Tisch. Meine Begleitung bat um einen Lappen. Dies war wohl so ungewöhnlich, dass darauf hin ihr Gericht vergessen wurde, und sie mir beim Verspeisen meines Essens zusehen konnte, bis auf Nachfrage dann mal auffiel, dass da ja was fehlt. Zahlreiche andere Gäste wurden währenddessen um uns herum bedient. Wir haben dann auf das zweite Gericht verzichtet, mussten aber immer noch den vollen Preis für 1 Hauptgericht und 2 Getränke zahlen. Ok, das haben wir ja auch alles konsumiert, aber meine Laune oder Meinung bessern sich dadurch nicht. Jemand beim Essen zuzuschauen ist unangenehm, während man selbst Hunger hat. Und anders herum ist es auch nicht unbedingt besser.

Thiny Nudelbar! Die Gyoza zur Vorspeise waren zu meiner Überraschung frittiert statt gebraten aber vielleicht ist das in Vietnam üblich. Serviert wurden sie mit einem Erdnussdip, was ich eher mit Saté aus der Thai Küche in Verbindung bringe. Mal anders, aber gut gemacht. Die Pho Bo hatte für meinen Geschmack ein bisschen zu wenig Kräuter, das verwendete Rindfleisch war Top und in großen Streifen geschnitten. Auch die Brühe war köstlich. Die Sensation war der Dip aus eingelegtem Bambus Knoblauch & Chili, abgeschmeckt Essig, Zucker und einem Schuss Fishsauce. In der Nudelsuppe 🍜 sensationell! Keine Toilette im Lokal.

Leckeres Essen zu angenehmen Preisen. Nette unkompliziette Mitarbeiter. Kann es nur empfehlen. Vegetarische Freundin ist ebenfalls begeistert.

Naja schön ist was anderes das einzigste was ich Positiv bewerte ist die Ambiente ansonsten Essen nur um den Hunger zu stillen es schmeckt nach nichts die Erdnuss Soße ist sehr fraglich mehr möchte ich nicht sagen ……

Ich habe bereits im Restaurant gegessen und auch zur Abholung bestellt. Beide Male war ich mehr als zufrieden. Die Preise sind trotz Inflation günstig - hier kann man noch zu zweit unter 30 € essen. Tofu ist sehr cremig und hat eine tolle Textur. Da vermisst man das Fleisch in Gerichten gar nicht. Fanden aber auch die Fleisch-Gerichte sehr lecker.

Ich liebe das Essen und komme wirklich oft. Aber als ich am Freitag mit meinem kleinen Sohn (2) dort essen wollte, hieß es, es sei alles reserviert, zwei große Tische waren frei, hatten aber eben ein reserviert-Schild drauf. Ich habe dann zum Mitnehmen bestellt und wurde aufgefordert, draußen vor der Tür mit meinem Kind zu warten, obwohl es sehr kalt und windig war und beide Tische ja noch nicht besetzt. Draußen kam dann eine Gruppe von vier Personen, von denen einer rein ging, die anderen warteten draußen. Ich meinte, dass leider alles bereits reserviert ist, allerdings kam dann der eine wieder raus und meinte, es sei ein Tisch frei. Die Tische waren also nicht mal konkret reserviert, sie wollten sie nur nicht an eine einzelne Person mit kleinem Kind geben. Verstehe ich noch irgendwie, weil das Restaurant echt klein ist, aber mich dann nicht mal dort im warmen warten zu lassen, ist echt daneben.

Seit einiger Zeit besuche ich gern immer wieder mal dieses kleine, gute Lokal. Ich esse meist den gemischten Salat mit angebratenem Seidentofu oder die Reisbandnudel-Suppe, trinke gern dazu den frischen Ingwertee (mit frischer Minze) oder klassischen Jasmintee. Bisher wurde ich nicht enttäuscht, immer frisch zubereitet. Mittags ist es gut besucht, es wird anscheinend sogar reserviert.

Worst noodles ever, not nice. Service quite austere and unfriendly. No very pleasant in general. Not recommended.
