Kim Lan Asia in Wiesbaden

I've been here many times now, whether with friends or family and sometimes for a birthday. The food and restaurant are truly one of the best here in the Rhine Main area. So far there have never been any objections to the food and the prices are completely reasonable. In addition, you always feel full, which is not a given for me. Always nice in the family atmosphere here in the restaurant. I always enjoy coming back :)

Unfortunately the delivery took a very long time, only half of the food came at first, but when we called the restaurant the second part was delivered later. Unfortunately, the food was already almost cold, even though the shop is not far away. The receipt from my stomach came afterwards. I didn't tolerate it at all. I wouldn't order there again.

Unfortunately, I didn't expect that there was a paste made of chopped onions on the "crispy" duck with lemongrass, pepperoni and vegetables, which unfortunately meant that the duck wasn't crispy at all, but rather mushy. The rice underneath couldn't be saved either. It wasn't spicy at all. The vegetables were slightly burnt and the summer rolls had little taste. Maybe I should have chosen better what I ordered, but unfortunately it tasted so bad that I almost didn't eat any of it. 20€ for the garbage can and a hungry evening, a shame...

I've been there for lunch a few times now and there will be many more visits to come. We were always greeted and served in a very friendly manner. The food tastes great, large selection and portions at a very fair price. Everything just fits here.

The portions are small for the price. It was so hot inside that we had to ask for takeaway. My wife almost passed out.

Ambience is simple, due to the location. Vietnamese map. Very tasty, plentiful and relatively cheap. 👍Food comes quickly, very nice service.😊

The food wasn't bad but I couldn't pay with EC card. A big no no for me.For my taste the tofu was a bit overcooked and the vegetables too undercooked. But the veggies were nearly raw and it was based on my friend's request. I also found them Lukewarm, not friendly and not unfriendly. Not the smiling and humourous communication I am used to at other places. I asked them to pack the food for takeaway. Normally I bring my own boxes to make things easier for the restaurant. This time I forgot to bring boxes They packed the rice, tofu and veggies altogether like a doggie bag!!! I planned to cook the vegetables at home to make them more tender.I had toothache since the day before and didn't have time to see the dentist yet. Moreover they didn't give back the small change but understood that I gave them a tip.😡I do give tips but not for the service they provide.

It is always very tasty 😀 We often go to this cute little shop when we feel like eating Asian food. The young gentleman who always serves us is extremely friendly, no matter what I ate there it always tasted good. Can only recommend it to everyone.

It looks very inconspicuous from the outside, but you can also sit outside in summer. The food was really perfect. Very authentic and delicious cuisine. The duck in particular was the best I have ever eaten in Germany. So crispy and fresh! The vegetables are fresh and crunchy! We'll definitely be back.

The food is good, the staff is always very friendly. The selection on the menu could be a little larger.

So far I've always been happy with the food. The last order via Lieferando was a disaster. The driver called me and said he couldn't find the address, it turned out he went to a completely different address. Of course, something like that can always happen and it wouldn't have been a problem at all. He then wanted to know a street nearby and said he would be there shortly. I then went out to wait for him so that he didn't lose any more time. After 5 minutes I was called and asked to pay an extra 2 euros because he would be away for so long and his boss would have told him that. Since I didn't agree with this, he wanted to contact his boss again. After another 10 minutes he called me again and said he was there now. He was still a street away, but I then walked to him. He held out a cell phone to me because his boss wanted to speak to me. He complained to me via speakerphone in a very unfriendly tone and told me that I should pay the extra costs. I explained that I had checked the address when I placed my order and that it was correct. He read out the address of the order, it was also the correct one. Then he just told the driver that the driver had made a mistake and that he should come back and give me the food and then hung up immediately. There was no apology, although it would have been more than appropriate given such treatment. Unfortunately the food was also cold. will not order here again

I ordered Bun Bo Hue, WonTan and rice with roast duck here. Unfortunately, the sauce from the duck was too sweet and the taste of Bun Bo Hue was unfortunately too watery. No spice. But the wonton was very tasty and fresh. And delivery was very quick. Maybe I expected too much from the soup.

The Vietnamese family restaurant impresses with delicious, authentic cuisine and a warm atmosphere. The fresh ingredients and attentive service make it a recommended place for a successful culinary experience.

Small and very fine, if you love Vietnamese cuisine, or Asian will love it as much as I do! I would call it an insider tip, the portions are really generous and afterwards you can take a walk along the Rhine.

Wir essen regelmässig hier seit es das Kim Lan gibt und bisher waren alle Gerichte frisch und lecker. Super Qualität der Speisen und man wird sehr freundlich bedient. Immer wieder wird gefragt, ob alles recht ist. Besonders mögen wir als Vorspeisen die Sommerrollen und den Papaya Salat. Bei den Hauptgerichten schmecke alles aus der Gusseisen Pfanne super. Wir können das Kim Lan uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen!

Wir bestellen grundsätzlich bei Kim Lan Asia das Essen mit der Lieferung nach Hause, weil das Essen immer top und frisch zubereitet ist. Gestern haben wir uns entschieden vor Ort zu essen und es hat nur unsere Überzeugung verstärkt. Fazit: - Bedienung: sehr nett und höflich und vor allem auf Zack. Das Essen wird wirklich in wenigen Minuten serviert. - Qualität: wie immer alles frisch zubereitet, vor allem im frischen Öl gebraten. - Preis / Leistung stimmt auf jeden Fall - Lokal: gemütlich, sauber Ich hoffe es bleibt weiterhin auf diesem Niveau. Jederzeit zum Empfehlen.

Schmeckt, gutes Service, sauber

One of my favorite restaurants in Mainz! Everything is so good! And being vegan they have plenty to choose from. Plus their cocktails are delicious (and cheap compared to most other restaurants). The family who own and run the restaurant are such sweet and genuine people, they deserve and will appreciate your business 😊 plus the bus stop is right in front - you can easily travel from Mainz or Wiesbaden. Highly recommend!

Sehr sympathisches kleines, familiengeführtes Restaurant. Jedes Essen wird liebevoll zubereitet und ist typisch vietnamesisch. Wir gehen immer wieder sehr gerne zu Kim Lan Asia.

Geschmacklich Top, auch der Schnaps danach. Doch die Portionen sind sehr klein. Ich kann alles nachvollziehen gegenwärtig mit den Einkaufspreisen und Nebenkosten. Wenn schon die Portiongröße, dann spart nicht mit 🍚🙂

Gesamtpaket ist perfekt! ・Bedienung: nett, höflich, zügig, aufmerksam ・Preis: Preis-Leistung stimmt ・Qualität: frisch zubereitet, hatten vier Gerichte, jeder hat individuell geschmeckt, optisch sehr einladend serviert, Portion reichlich, Gerichte kamen dampfend (sieht man auch auf dem Foto) ・Lokal: sauber und freundlich, Räume luftig ・Zusatz: verbrachten zwei Stunden darin und haben im Nachhinein nicht nach Essen oder Fett gestunken. ・Ergo: Küche ist sauber und sie benutzen frisches Öl etc. Jederzeit wieder!

Super leckeres, authentisches Essen. Vor Ort unbedingt die Gerichte in der Gusseisenpfanne probieren! Zudem tolle und sehr aufmerksame Bedienung, hier fühlt man sich einfach wohl. Und auch wenn mal geliefert werden soll: alles kommt heiß und schnell dort an, wo es hin soll :)

Warum gebe ich 5/5 Sterne - Hier kocht die Mama 🤩 - Vorspeise handgemacht, frisch und jedes Teil sehr würzig und lecker, die Dipp sind selbst gemacht - Hauptgericht, leichte Kokosmilch-Soße mit einem Hauch Zitronengras, Gemüse frisch (kein TK👍🏻) und würzig 🌶🌶 gebratene Hähnchenbrust, dazu Reis - Das Ambiente ist ok - es ist sauber! - Service sehr freundlich und aufmerksam - ... ich habe heute das "Kim Lan Asia" zu meinem aktuellen lieblings Asia-Restaurant erkoren 👍🏻 sehr lecker! Leckeres Essen, typisch Vietnamesisch für den schnellen Genuss zwischendurch. Sehr freundliches Personal! Im Außenbereich sauber mit vielen Pflanzen, jedoch recht laut durch die Straße. Eher Imbiss Charakter durch die einfach gehaltene Dekoration. Ganz klar 4/5

Sehr gutes Essen und sehr nette Familie. Viele Vietnamesen servieren ihre Kunden Gerichte die chinesisch aehneln und sind eine grosse Enttäuschung hier aber nicht. Wir gehen dort seit der Eröffnung.
