Very nice Italian restaurant with very friendly service

The restaurant has been open again for about a week under the name "Au Lack 51." Very good service, excellent food, and a similar wine selection.

Value for money is a solid 6. I ordered currywurst without fries, even though the menu listed it as being served with fries. When I got the bill, the very flippant waiter said it was the same price (1 currywurst with just the sauce costs €14.50!!!) and he wouldn't deduct anything. That's cheeky.

Unfortunately, we can't award more points. Having to wait over an hour for our drinks is simply too long. The pizza was okay, but nothing special—especially for the price. While they apologized for the poor service when we paid, a small compensation like a shot on the house would have defused the situation. Our visits here used to be much better. It's a shame!

Monika personally comes to the table and asks how everything tastes, while Udo stands at the grill with angelic patience. This kind of hospitality has become rare. Here, you feel like a guest, not a customer. A huge compliment!
