I tried to contact Purino personally twice and received no response. Unfortunately, I must now voice my criticism here. I don't know what disappoints me more, the ignorance afterward or the disappointing evening. My daughter celebrated her birthday at Purino that evening. We go out to eat for every family birthday, so we have a basis for comparison. The reason for the reservation was stated in advance. When we arrived, my daughter wore a birthday crown and proudly announced that it was her birthday. The waiter was completely ignorant, not even a congratulations! He was generally very annoyed by our four children. I then asked again if the pizza could be shaped into a heart, or if there was a small candle, etc. I was then snapped at: "No, and we're closing right away!" Excuse me? Several guests ordered after us. Officially, they were open for another two hours. Other restaurants invariably offered small birthday gifts, but not here! Then the food was served at different times, which was very poorly organized, and on my birthday. Some dishes were missing ingredients. The pasta was completely overcooked and a complete mess. The pizza was okay. It's a shame; we used to come here often, but I've never experienced such poor service. If Purino gets in touch and explains what happened, I'll of course edit this review, but we won't be coming back. It's a shame about their previously good reputation.

Everything at Purino is just right – the food is fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. I'd especially like to highlight the super friendly and attentive staff, who make the visit something special. The atmosphere is pleasant, and you immediately feel welcome. The value for money is also excellent – ​​we now eat there once a week. Absolutely recommended!

Terrible: My girlfriend is allergic to peanuts. One dish didn't mention peanuts, and when I asked (just to be sure!), the answer was extremely rude: "If it doesn't say so, it's nut-free." Well, I thought wrong: After just the first bite, her throat swelled up; she had an allergic reaction. Even a repeated question wasn't taken seriously. The motto: "It doesn't matter." When I then asked the kitchen, the answer was: "Yes, it has peanuts." My girlfriend then had to see the doctor. Thanks, Purino! Gross negligence – on such an important topic, which can be life-threatening (!) in an emergency. And to top it all off, unfriendliness and disinterest. Simply irresponsible.

I recently ate here with my girlfriend. The food was good, we enjoyed it. Good ingredients. It's not cheap, but not too expensive either. However, in this price range, I still expect a bit more diligent, less distracted service. By the way, I chose the restaurant based on the "special menu" (I wanted the pizza with chanterelle mushrooms), but it wasn't valid that day. But I didn't think that was a big deal. As I found out, the special menu goes online a few days earlier. P.S.: There are some great deals for kids!

Amazing food. Really recommend pasta with salmon. Place is beautiful and atmospheric. Ice cream however we didn’t like, but still five stars because drinks (homemade ice tea) and pasta were very delicious. Service is quick and friendly. Portions are good, I’d say big.

When I ordered a cauliflower rice bowl, I got real rice. This happened to me twice.

Very slow service. Arrived at 5:00 PM, the restaurant was empty. Appointment at Wellnest around the corner was at 6:40 PM. The food wasn't served until 6:15 PM, so we had to hurry to make it to our appointment. To top it off, we were informed at 6:00 PM that the beans for the meal were out and asked if zucchini would be okay, after we'd already been there for an hour. The food itself was fine.

Unfortunately one star, I've often seen 13 year old children having to work there until midnight, I find it pathetic, hopefully the public order office will take a look.

We celebrated our wedding at Purino in Cologne – and it was simply perfect! From the initial planning to the very last minute of the celebration, everything was absolutely perfect. The service was attentive, warm, and absolutely professional. The food and drinks were fantastic – we received so much praise from our guests! The atmosphere was relaxed and stylish at the same time, making us feel completely at home. Many thanks to the entire team – you made our day unforgettable! We stumbled upon this restaurant on our walk in the afternoon. It is an Italian place offering variety of pasta and pizzas. There are some vegetarian options available as well. The staff were very friendly and nice, the service was quick. The interior and the ambiance were very bright and trendy. It was a bit expensive but the portion size was alright and food tasted okay. I would recommend the ravioli with Gorgonzola sauce absolutely delicious!

I can't recommend the Sashimi Salmone pizza at all. Placing a piece of salmon in the middle of a pizza didn't score highly in terms of taste or appearance. A complete disappointment. The pasta arrabbiata was a joke. A tomato sauce with bad pasta, lacking any seasoning or spice. The place was very run-down and cheap. We were given plates that were already crumbling down the sides. The furniture was very worn.

Basically, we had way too high expectations, especially since children up to 6 can eat and drink for free - we paid for our two-year-old. Totally amazing! Both food and drink. My rooibos vanilla iced tea was supposedly sugar-free, but unfortunately still way too sweet. The sugar-free lemon mint lemonade, on the other hand, was great! My husband (a trained chef) had a pizza (the worst pizza he'd ever eaten), the child had pasta with cheese (absolutely bland, tasteless. No salt or spices) - kids love pasta, mine left the entire plate. I had bruschetta, which tasted okay; not bad, but nothing special either. It was empty, the staff was perfectly friendly, but also nothing special, unfortunately, and it took a relatively long time to be served and receive our order. Conclusion: We won't be back. You can definitely get better food for the money. I would like to emphasize again: If they advertise free food and drinks for children up to 6, please ask the parents how old the children are, ask them to show you ID or do not book the food and drinks or the children's drink!!!!

We've been going to Purino for years. We've always been satisfied. I don't know what's changed there in the last two months, but you could tell right away! Waiting an hour for a drink is unacceptable. They kept putting me off, and after over an hour, I finally got my drink. The food used to be better, too. The portions were much smaller, and with truffle pasta, I expect truffles, not truffle oil.

The restaurant is completely underrated in my opinion. My highlight: They serve fresh, homemade pasta in a variety of flavors (including whole wheat) combined with delicious Italian classics and other truly delicious dishes. Were there yesterday - waited over an hour for the food, which was not only delivered incorrectly but was also of poor quality. The menus were completely filthy. All that and not even an apology from the staff.

We come here often and have been mostly satisfied so far. Today (May 1st) unfortunately absolutely not, even though there was a lot going on. We waited over 30 minutes before we were even asked if we wanted to order something. It took the service an hour to clear away the used dishes from the previous guests. We asked several times for cutlery, salt, etc. until it was brought. The food tasted good, but was lukewarm to cold when it came to the table. The glasses and dishes with the food we ordered were partly dirty. It's a shame, I hope it goes better next time.

We spontaneously went here for dinner on a Friday evening. The atmosphere was a bit sober and busy, i.e. something between a canteen and an open-plan office. The somewhat plain design continued into the presentation of the dishes, the appearance was rather poor, but in terms of taste - and that is more important - the food was good. I found the waiting time a bit too long for pizza and ravioli. Despite the minor collateral damage, I didn't find the mishap that ended up on and especially under the table when it was served to be a big deal, but I would have expected the puddle on the floor to be mopped up over the course of the evening. Conclusion: Food was quite good, the rest could still be improved a bit!

Great restaurant with fantastic dishes. The advantage is that you can put together many of the dishes yourself. The ambience is great, but unfortunately very loud due to the construction.

The only thing edible that evening was the bread – and even that only came with the main course. The tomatoes in the salad were floury and old, and the bread was burnt black. The “truffle” pasta had absolutely nothing to do with truffles – more like lukewarm mascarpone without any seasoning. No salt, no flavors, just bland. The wine you ordered? Never arrived. And the carpaccio, which was advertised on the daily menu, was suddenly no longer available. When you go out to eat, you expect at least a minimum level of quality - there is simply nothing right here. Never again.

We come here every time we are in Cologne with our children. Children up to 6 don't pay if an adult eats and children over 7 pay little. The food is fresh and very tasty. The pizza is great. The service is very friendly and especially good when dealing with children. We will keep coming back!

We were at Purino for a wedding reception. Super attentive service, the food was great and the location was perfect.

Unfortunately we were super disappointed. Waiting for 1 hour for drinks and food, then ingredients were missing without any comment from the staff, it seemed like the service was completely overwhelmed. Since all the doors were open, there was a draft throughout the entire restaurant. Unfortunately we didn't feel welcome and no effort was made. The food was really great, but the service just wasn't the best. We ordered a bottle of wine and the waiter slammed it on the table with the words “enjoy your thirst”. At first we found it quite funny until we realized that we had to wait over 30 minutes for a bottle of wine and water. We also ordered two appetizer breads and two pizzas. First the waiter brought us 2 HALF of the bread (i.e. a whole one) “since we shouldn't wait that long and the second half would come”. Plot twist: the second half never came (even upon request) 💀at least one piece of bread was taken off the bill. All in all it was okay, but we skipped dessert. Don't feel like waiting another hour. But it's worth it for the food!

1 hour waiting for two pizzas. Much staff running around without any structure .. nobody knowing What he's/she's doing. The boss doing all kinds of jobs and not taking the lead or organising. Counter full with glasses and seldom cleaned. Orders coming back because of wrongly noted or customers leaving. I've seen a lot..but this .. it's a pity..I'm sure this could be a nice place to eat... It's all about organising things...

Unfortunately I can't recommend the Purino in Mühlheim - although the food is really good - great quality and a wonderful location in a converted industrial site. But the service is subpar and not recommended. Emails to the restaurant are not answered, the service is unfriendly and rushed - simply not what you would expect from a Purino.

Still a very nice shop in a great environment. Industrial workforce with many offers around it. Theoretically also nice outdoor area (if warm enough). Good menu, tasty food and reasonable prices. Service was really very nice, but unfortunately increasingly inattentive the emptier the store became. We would definitely have had a second bottle of wine, a Kölsch and/or dessert if we had been bribed. Unfortunately we haven't been seen or asked about our wishes for the last 1.5 hours. Even though we were the last guests and were still during official opening hours. Good for our wallet, but that was a real shame. But also seemed very lost. The food came very quickly, but the bruschetta was only two small pieces. And the arugula had seen better days. Really disappointing for the price. We had pasta twice. Unfortunately, the ravioli were very, very salty and we couldn't eat them. Drinks were OK. But basically just water with syrup. I expected more from the pictures and the menu in advance. Maybe we'll try the pizza again in the summer when you can sit outside. So the restaurant didn't fail completely, but the visit wasn't good either.

Worst food I had in the last years. I ordered the Salmon Poke Bowl and they gave me just leaves. The salmon looked old and the dish had no flavour at all. Horrible and I really regretted going there

I had dinner there with my wife at the beginning of this week, ordered 2 pasta dishes and unfortunately discovered that there was a hair in my pasta. The waitress was annoyed because I pointed it out to her. Unfortunately, when the new pasta arrived, the portion was significantly smaller. There was neither a coffee on the house nor a dessert, let alone a discount. The service was also very rude in tone! Been there for the first and last time!!!

Great place with homemade pasta and pizzas. The terrace is a highlight, especially in summer, but the stylish industrial design is also impressive in winter. The food and service were good, I was there in the evening in February and the room was pretty cold. This became very unpleasant in the long run, so only 3 stars for the ambience.

We arrived after a TV recording without a reservation and were assigned a table. All the employees tried very hard. Went there for the first time and I only had a small salad. But it was also excellent with the appropriate dressing. Only 4 stars for now, have to come back to get a full impression. ;-)

There were four of us who had reserved a table that was very nice by the window before going to a concert. The staff was friendly and the food was also very good. It should be emphasized that a request was fulfilled. Because my wife can only eat soft food for health reasons, the chef was kind enough to prepare a nice tomato soup with pureed vegetables in it, which was very tasty. We decided on 3 pizzas. The food came quickly. The pizzas were great and super tasty. Thin base, delicious toppings. We were thrilled. We also ordered dessert and it was also great. The waitress kept looking at us. So if you're going to a television production or picking up your Tesla... you're looking for a local restaurant, head to Purino. We got married in October at PURiNO Cologne Mülheim. The preparation and booking were very straightforward and transparent. If we had any questions, we always had a reliable contact in Thomas who responded to our wishes. On the day of the celebration, everything was well prepared and beautifully decorated by Pläsierchen Köln. The wedding took place on the terrace and the celebration mainly took place indoors. With around 100 people, we had enough space to eat together and have a large dance floor. The food was very tasty and was also highly praised by our guests. The service was attentive and we had a wonderful day celebrating until the early hours of the morning. The atmosphere was great and we felt completely comfortable. Thank you!
