They kept the kitchen open a little longer when we spontaneously arrived with eight people. Very friendly service, all special requests were perfectly fulfilled. Delicious lemonades. I highly recommend the ravioli pesto. Thank you so much, PURINO Team

Were there yesterday - waited over an hour for the food, which was not only delivered incorrectly but was also of poor quality. The menus were completely filthy. All that and not even an apology from the staff.

We come here often and have been mostly satisfied so far. Today (May 1st) unfortunately absolutely not, even though there was a lot going on. We waited over 30 minutes before we were even asked if we wanted to order something. It took the service an hour to clear away the used dishes from the previous guests. We asked several times for cutlery, salt, etc. until it was brought. The food tasted good, but was lukewarm to cold when it came to the table. The glasses and dishes with the food we ordered were partly dirty. It's a shame, I hope it goes better next time.

My pasta was super delicious! However, the portion was far too small for a man! So not recommended after exercise. 150 grams more pasta doesn't cost anything 🤷🏼‍♂️

We spontaneously went here for dinner on a Friday evening. The atmosphere was a bit sober and busy, i.e. something between a canteen and an open-plan office. The somewhat plain design continued into the presentation of the dishes, the appearance was rather poor, but in terms of taste - and that is more important - the food was good. I found the waiting time a bit too long for pizza and ravioli. Despite the minor collateral damage, I didn't find the mishap that ended up on and especially under the table when it was served to be a big deal, but I would have expected the puddle on the floor to be mopped up over the course of the evening. Conclusion: Food was quite good, the rest could still be improved a bit!

We came across this location by chance, the location is super interesting. The restaurant is also super chic, the food was delicious. Would definitely come back if I were nearby.

Terrible service, inedible food, broken plates and unwatchable pizzas (comparable to a piadina).

Great restaurant with fantastic dishes. The advantage is that you can put together many of the dishes yourself. The ambience is great, but unfortunately very loud due to the construction.

The only thing edible that evening was the bread – and even that only came with the main course. The tomatoes in the salad were floury and old, and the bread was burnt black. The “truffle” pasta had absolutely nothing to do with truffles – more like lukewarm mascarpone without any seasoning. No salt, no flavors, just bland. The wine you ordered? Never arrived. And the carpaccio, which was advertised on the daily menu, was suddenly no longer available. When you go out to eat, you expect at least a minimum level of quality - there is simply nothing right here. Never again.

We come here every time we are in Cologne with our children. Children up to 6 don't pay if an adult eats and children over 7 pay little. The food is fresh and very tasty. The pizza is great. The service is very friendly and especially good when dealing with children. We will keep coming back!

We were at Purino for a wedding reception. Super attentive service, the food was great and the location was perfect.

Unfortunately we were super disappointed. Waiting for 1 hour for drinks and food, then ingredients were missing without any comment from the staff, it seemed like the service was completely overwhelmed. Since all the doors were open, there was a draft throughout the entire restaurant. Unfortunately we didn't feel welcome and no effort was made. The icing on the cake was the broken plates on which the food was served. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend the restaurant

1 hour waiting for two pizzas. Much staff running around without any structure .. nobody knowing What he's/she's doing. The boss doing all kinds of jobs and not taking the lead or organising. Counter full with glasses and seldom cleaned. Orders coming back because of wrongly noted or customers leaving. I've seen a lot..but this .. it's a pity..I'm sure this could be a nice place to eat... It's all about organising things...

The food was really great, but the service just wasn't the best. We ordered a bottle of wine and the waiter slammed it on the table with the words “enjoy your thirst”. At first we found it quite funny until we realized that we had to wait over 30 minutes for a bottle of wine and water. We also ordered two appetizer breads and two pizzas. First the waiter brought us 2 HALF of the bread (i.e. a whole one) “since we shouldn't wait that long and the second half would come”. Plot twist: the second half never came (even upon request) 💀at least one piece of bread was taken off the bill. All in all it was okay, but we skipped dessert. Don't feel like waiting another hour. But it's worth it for the food!

I would like to give 5 stars, but opening hours on Saturday until 11 p.m., and then at 9:35 p.m. the kitchen is closed, unfortunately that's something I don't understand, it's a shame, everything else is excellent,

Unfortunately I can't recommend the Purino in Mühlheim - although the food is really good - great quality and a wonderful location in a converted industrial site. But the service is subpar and not recommended. Emails to the restaurant are not answered, the service is unfriendly and rushed - simply not what you would expect from a Purino.

Still a very nice shop in a great environment. Industrial workforce with many offers around it. Theoretically also nice outdoor area (if warm enough). Good menu, tasty food and reasonable prices. Service was really very nice, but unfortunately increasingly inattentive the emptier the store became. We would definitely have had a second bottle of wine, a Kölsch and/or dessert if we had been bribed. Unfortunately we haven't been seen or asked about our wishes for the last 1.5 hours. Even though we were the last guests and were still during official opening hours. Good for our wallet, but that was a real shame. Otherwise we would like to come back in the hope that things will get better.

A family friendly restaurant. Inexpensive, child-friendly meals, children up to a certain age eat for free. Children are served quickly, we waited a long time for our food. There is plenty of parking, which is important for families. However, you can see from the cleanliness that many children eat there. Fries, breadcrumbs, etc. are visible under the table and on the floor. It's very reverberant because the place is very large and inexpensive, so it's not soundproofed. An inexpensive family restaurant, Suitable for a short meal out with children.

The food was plentiful and tasty, we were very satisfied, but the women's toilets were apparently not very inviting.

We were there spontaneously on Sunday evening before a concert. It was relatively full, but we still managed to get a table by the toilet door. Not the best place, someone went out or in at regular intervals. The toilets were also very disgusting and smelly, and there was no soap. There were a lot of waiters walking around. But also seemed very lost. The food came very quickly, but the bruschetta was only two small pieces. And the arugula had seen better days. Really disappointing for the price. We had pasta twice. Unfortunately, the ravioli were very, very salty and we couldn't eat them. Drinks were OK. But basically just water with syrup. I expected more from the pictures and the menu in advance. Maybe we'll try the pizza again in the summer when you can sit outside. So the restaurant didn't fail completely, but the visit wasn't good either.

Worst food I had in the last years. I ordered the Salmon Poke Bowl and they gave me just leaves. The salmon looked old and the dish had no flavour at all. Horrible and I really regretted going there

I had dinner there with my wife at the beginning of this week, ordered 2 pasta dishes and unfortunately discovered that there was a hair in my pasta. The waitress was annoyed because I pointed it out to her. Unfortunately, when the new pasta arrived, the portion was significantly smaller. There was neither a coffee on the house nor a dessert, let alone a discount. The service was also very rude in tone! Been there for the first and last time!!!

Eat something quickly before the show, or with more time afterwards! It was great, our waiter Daniel was outstanding, friendly and quick. Price/performance perfect!

Great place with homemade pasta and pizzas. The terrace is a highlight, especially in summer, but the stylish industrial design is also impressive in winter. The food is consistently delicious, the price-performance ratio is great, and the staff are always friendly and attentive. Clear recommendation!

The food and service were good, I was there in the evening in February and the room was pretty cold. This became very unpleasant in the long run, so only 3 stars for the ambience.

We arrived after a TV recording without a reservation and were assigned a table. All the employees tried very hard. Went there for the first time and I only had a small salad. But it was also excellent with the appropriate dressing. Only 4 stars for now, have to come back to get a full impression. ;-)

There were four of us who had reserved a table that was very nice by the window before going to a concert. The staff was friendly and the food was also very good. It should be emphasized that a request was fulfilled. Because my wife can only eat soft food for health reasons, the chef was kind enough to prepare a nice tomato soup with pureed vegetables in it, which was very tasty. (in response to my request) Thank you again. So all 4 of us were able to enjoy the food together, which was served to the table at the same time.

The menu seems very appealing and unusual... but it fails when it comes to the simplest things, for example parmesan instead of mozzarella on the Parma pizza... Service is great, very nice.

We spontaneously went there for dinner. It wasn't that busy and we were able to choose a table. The service was quick and friendly. The pasta with shrimp was ok, you could choose between whole grain, spelled and gluten-free pasta.

Location is cool, service is also good. Pizza tasted a bit flat overall. But the craftsmanship is fine. But there is room for improvement when it comes to prices.

Purino in Cologne - Mülheim. We chose the pizzaria because we were visiting with a guest around the corner for the recording of TV Total. Went there at lunchtime and made a reservation. Car was in the parking garage 1 minute away. Nice, large, airy restaurant. Very tastefully and modernly furnished. The service lady was directly at our table and took drinks and food requests. We decided on 3 pizzas. The food came quickly. The pizzas were great and super tasty. Thin base, delicious toppings. We were thrilled. We also ordered dessert and it was also great. The waitress kept looking at us. So if you're going to a television production or picking up your Tesla... you're looking for a local restaurant, head to Purino. We got married in October at PURiNO Cologne Mülheim. The preparation and booking were very straightforward and transparent. If we had any questions, we always had a reliable contact in Thomas who responded to our wishes. On the day of the celebration, everything was well prepared and beautifully decorated by Pläsierchen Köln. The wedding took place on the terrace and the celebration mainly took place indoors. With around 100 people, we had enough space to eat together and have a large dance floor. The food was very tasty and was also highly praised by our guests. The service was attentive and we had a wonderful day celebrating until the early hours of the morning. The atmosphere was great and we felt completely comfortable. Thank you! The food was reasonable in terms of price-performance ratio. Unfortunately, there is a lot of background noise due to the large open space. The service was okay, but unfortunately understaffed in our opinion.

The ambience is good. Cozy mood. Unfortunately we sat at the toilet. It was cold there and the door at the back opened 5 times a minute. But we hadn't made a reservation and that's why we got the emergency place. The service was good if a bit forgetful. Unfortunately, the food was the worst of the evening. The noodles with strips of beef fillet were soggy and the meat was tough. You can't say that about fillet. The pizza was a big Dr. Equal to Oetker in appearance and taste. Anyone who likes it will be satisfied, unfortunately we won't be coming back.

We had to wait a very long time for our order to be taken. We were about to leave when an employee sat down next to us. Pizza was brought ice cold and there was hardly any toppings (for the price!)! Nope, we'd rather go back to the Italian restaurant around the corner, where we get a lot more for almost half the money!

Unfortunately I can't say anything about the food as we weren't served for 25 minutes. Very annoying. Unfortunately we didn't have time to wait another 50 minutes for the food. Too few service staff.

Edit: I would like to respond to your answer. Unfortunately, I haven't received any real suggestions for improvement or an attempt to address the exact points of criticism via email. An invitation to a personal conversation, a free meal as compensation, a simple apology... would have been nice and appropriate. Furthermore, I sought the conversation on site and you, as the managing director, were not present. As a waiter you could have made contact by phone or or or. The problem is the service. There were times when we waited so long for a new drink order to be taken that I went to the kitchen myself and waited for an employee. As a result, I tipped 0% for the first time in my life. On subsequent visits, it became a habit for me to get up and look for a waiter so that the order could be taken promptly. In my opinion, it is due to a clear and unequivocal understaffing of staff. Given the prices and the central location of the restaurant, I'm very surprised that there isn't enough turnover for a decent staff. Yesterday we ordered three pizzas and an appetizer by phone to pick up. I politely asked when we should be there and 20 minutes was appropriate. After a good 20 minutes we were greeted unexpectedly in the restaurant and realized that they hadn't even started with our order and that it now had to be finished as quickly and carelessly as possible. We should please wait at the car for another 20 minutes and then we would be picked up. After 25 minutes and no one picked us up, we went back to the restaurant and after asking again, waited another 10 minutes. Our three pizzas were wrapped and placed on the table and the starter was almost ready. In itself okay. There was a larger group there shortly beforehand and we showed understanding. While waiting for the appetizer, we took a hungry look at the pizza boxes and were really shocked. My pizza with broccoli, spinach and onions was half smaller than the norm and there were two “small” leaves of spinach, 4-5 “small” broccoli florets and a few onions on it. My friend's other pizza was prepared so carelessly that there were large pieces of vegetables in the box around the pizza and you were totally turned off. The last pizza was “okay” but also pretty foolproof with just tuna. After seeing it, I asked for the boss or manager and my attention was drawn to one of the waiters. I was at a loss for words and I didn't want to burden the young man so much. It was a clear picture of a team that was overworked and understaffed. Nevertheless, he unfortunately had to listen to my criticism and responded immediately in a courteous manner. He would put some more toppings on my pizza, put tons of spinach on the pizza and the second pizza was free. “Ok” we thought. On the way home the thought occurred to me: “When you have so much spinach leaves available. Why do you just put 2 small leaves on it from the start?" We were all really at a loss for words and the food wasn't particularly tasty either. For a good €40 we would have gotten the same quality and probably twice the quantity at the snack bar around the corner. And I find that very sad. A friend also had stomach problems this morning and was sent home by his employer. This is not how I run a successful restaurant and this is not how I treat customers. I would like to save other customers from that and also not have to experience that myself with a hungry stomach. “If we had preferred to go to Keuptstrasse...” were my friend’s words. We were able to host our wedding celebration at PURiNO. The location offers plenty of space and our 85 guests had enough space to spread out. By using the outdoor area for the champagne reception and/or the buffet, this also becomes a highlight in late summer when the weather is nice. There is a small playground for children and there is enough space on the terrace or inside to keep them busy. In the evening, the interior offers enough space for speeches, games or dancing. We really liked the ambience of industrial history and modern interior design and developed a wonderful charm. The team put a lot of effort into ensuring that nothing was left to be desired and looked after all guests very well at all times. The selection of menus is very large, so there is enough for every taste (or intolerance). This was implemented excellently in terms of taste by the kitchen! Thank you very much for your efforts - you gave our celebration a worthy setting!

We had dinner there yesterday with a group of 5. It was busy at the beginning and the service (one person) didn't quite keep up, but was very friendly the whole time. Personally, I was disappointed with my salmon tartare starter. It doesn't taste like anything, the salmon was very roughly cut and some of the avocados were still hard. Main course with noodles and prawns was good, but very little prawns. The pizza is said to be very good. Unfortunately, the filled ravioli were only mediocre as they were not very seasoned. The atmosphere is cool, but the restaurant is in the middle of an old industrial area. Conclusion: Anyone who comes here to eat pizza will definitely not be disappointed, but unfortunately the dishes with homemade pasta are not convincing. But what is very good are the homemade oils. Garlic and chili. Very good. Nevertheless, I would give the restaurant another chance.

The waiter claimed that this is what risotto looks like (overcooked sticky rice) and that Parma ham in pizza does not resemble ham. Tasty drink

Been here for the second time. .. Once even with the “old-fashioned” parents who prefer the tried and tested (roast, liver, schnitzel). Everyone was thrilled! We look forward to the next visit

I would rate the food with a grade of 4, the service with a 5. Long waiting times, poorly organized. The menu ranges from confusing to disturbingly complicated. The creations are absolutely terrible, who eats something like that? There are plenty of parking spaces, but due to the completely destroyed paths to the restaurant, it's better to drive there with a Unimog or tank. In a normal car, potholes tear the axles completely out of the vehicle. My conclusion: once and never again 😵‍💫

We waited well over an hour for food with four small children. The dishes were carelessly prepared and half finished. The waiter also showered our daughter and her son with olives and oil. Really bad.

We were there on a Sunday with 4 people and unfortunately waited 2 hours for our food, despite it being moderately busy. Unfortunately, the portion size wasn't good in relation to the prices. The service staff seemed overwhelmed and was unfortunately very inattentive. We can't recommend it!

We celebrated our wedding here with 80 guests and couldn't have imagined it being more beautiful. The room looks great, the service was really perfect and so was the food. Some guests have already come up to us and praised the location highly. Another advantage is the location, which allows loud music while dancing without any problems and the child-friendly setting with a small playground on the terrace. We felt totally comfortable and would do it again at any time, thank you very much, dear Purino team!

My husband & I actually wanted to eat somewhere else on our wedding day, but ended up here because the other restaurant was unfortunately already closed. We were very impressed by the large selection of vegetarian/vegan dishes. We ordered and unfortunately we didn't get what we ordered. There was no fresh basil on the pizza, and the salad was missing several ingredients that were clearly declared on the menu. When we asked, we were told that deliveries had not arrived. Unfortunately, the rhubarb spritzer was just non-carbonated still water & the "homemade" lemonade tasted very artificially like strawberries & was served rather carelessly (I was expecting some mint or something similar, since "mint" was declared on the menu & the lemonade was like that didn't taste like mint at all). I was very upset that we weren't told this before we ordered. From a purely legal perspective, we could have returned the food and didn't have to pay anything. In the end they asked for the full price & probably even more (since I had added everything up beforehand). It's a shame that a price reduction wasn't even offered. For the price we paid, we could have eaten a lot better. Unfortunately we won't be coming again & can't recommend it.

Wow - we are still completely speechless. 3 weeks ago we celebrated our wedding at Purino and enjoyed the most beautiful, truest and warmest day of our lives. The Purino provided the perfect setting for our love. What an individual, colorful and hip location with an indescribably delicious buffet. It was all just fantastic, the people who work at Purino are absolute gems and everyone was just thrilled by the concept. Everyone always had enough drinks and the party lasted until the early hours of the morning. We are just grateful that there are still such honest and fabulous locations like Purino in Cologne.
