Habe dort den klassischen Eggdrop gegessen und war top zufrieden 😊

Nach meinen Recherchen wurde dieses Café sehr häufig empfohlen. Vor allem die optisch ansprechenden Desserts in den sozialen Medien haben mich neugierig gemacht, deshalb wollte ich sie selbst ausprobieren. Beim Betreten des Cafés hatte ich den Eindruck, dass man sich bei der Gestaltung durchaus Mühe gegeben hat. Gleichzeitig wirkte es aber so, als wäre das Lokal nach einiger Zeit sich selbst überlassen worden. Die Einrichtung machte keinen besonders gepflegten oder liebevoll betreuten Eindruck. Während meines Besuchs war nur eine einzige Mitarbeiterin vor Ort. Sie nahm die Bestellungen entgegen, bereitete die Speisen und Getränke zu und brachte sie anschließend an den Tisch. Da es nicht besonders voll war, hat das zwar funktioniert, dennoch wirkte die Person dadurch etwas überlastet. Ich bestellte den Puffle Dark Chocolate sowie eine Blueberry Soda. Zunächst wurde die Limonade serviert. Optisch war sie wirklich gelungen, allerdings fehlte ihr deutlich das erwartete Heidelbeeraroma. Das war leider kaum zu übersehen bzw. zu schmecken. Kurz darauf kam der Puffle. Mein Eindruck war, dass hierfür ein klassisches Croissant in einem Waffeleisen gepresst, anschließend im Ofen erwärmt und vor dem Servieren mit Schokoladenstückchen sowie einer Schokoladensauce garniert wurde. Die Präsentation war – genau wie beim Getränk – sehr gelungen und machte Lust auf den ersten Bissen. Leider konnte der Geschmack mit der Optik nicht mithalten. Der Teig war sehr trocken und brüchig, sodass das Essen keinen wirklichen Genuss machte. Mein Begleiter hatte die Erdbeer-Variante bestellt. Dort war der Teig bereits etwas weicher, wodurch das Dessert insgesamt angenehmer zu essen war. Für 5,90 € halte ich den Preis aus wirtschaftlicher Sicht für nachvollziehbar. Die Zutaten und die Zubereitung wirken nicht besonders aufwendig. Geschmacklich hat mich das Produkt jedoch nicht überzeugt. Die Optik ist definitiv ein Pluspunkt – für einen zweiten Besuch würde ich mich aufgrund des Geschmacks aber wahrscheinlich nicht noch einmal entscheiden.

Die Waffeln sind wirklich furchtbar. Wir haben die Sorten Rafaello und Weiße Schokolade-Pistazie probiert, und sie schmeckten weder süß noch sonst irgendwie so, wie beschrieben. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Bei meinen Besuch (Sonntag, später Nachmittag) war es recht leer. Mein Essen und mein Getränk waren schnell fertig, alles war schön angerichtet und extrem lecker. Das Eggdrop war für den Preis recht groß. Das Ambiente war angenehm; genug, um sich wohl zu fühlen, aber nicht zu viel Schnickschnack und die Musik war nicht zu laut, man kann sich dabei unterhalten. Es war alles gepflegt und das Personal war nett. Gerne wieder!

Also der Laden ist sehr nett eingerichtet und der Service auch sehr gut, aber die Puffle Bees, die auf den Bildern wirklich toll aussehen, waren geschmacklich dann doch eher enttäuschend. Der Teig ist ziemlich hart, null luftig, die Sahne, die oben draufkommt, schmilzt auf den warmen Waffeln sofort davon und zusammengenommen habe ich mir für den stolzen Preis doch mehr erwartet. Vielleicht sind die herzhaften Sandwiches ja besser, die muss ich noch probieren.

Ein nettes Café für Puffle-Fans. Es gibt dort eine ganz besondere Waffel. Wer es süß mag, sollte sie unbedingt probieren!

Die Eierblumen waren köstlich. Wir haben das Lokal zufällig entdeckt, als wir vor dem Regen Schutz suchten. Der Service war sehr freundlich, obwohl wir normalerweise nicht so auf Selbstbedienung stehen. Es war ein schöner, unerwarteter Ort.

Die Waffeln sehen genauso aus wie auf den Fotos und schmecken super lecker !

Croffle – nicht schlecht, aber nicht so gut wie das in Korea.

Entspannende Musik und knusprige Desserts! Nicht zu süß und köstlich.

Ich habe Puffle Bees besucht und den Pistazien-Puffle und den Hähnchen-Puffle probiert. Beide waren wirklich köstlich! Der Pistazien-Puffle war süß, vollmundig und sehr aromatisch, während der Hähnchen-Puffle knusprig und perfekt herzhaft war. Eine tolle Kombination aus süß und herzhaft – unbedingt probieren!

Ein kleiner süßer Laden, schön dekoriert! Wir hatten alle eine Waffel und ein Kaffee. Es war wirklich köstlich !!! Die Giotto Waffel mit der Karamellsauce kann ich wirklich empfehlen! Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder. Die Kellnerin war super nett.

Hatte das Crunchy chicken und Bulgogi egg Drop. War wirklich sehr lecker und preis leistungsverhältnis fand ich super. Bei anderen orten kriegt man die nicht für unter 12€ ! Dazu eine Limonade und ein Matcha. Gerne wieder :)<3

Zu viel Milch in Matcha. Man schmeckt den Matcha garnicht raus und die Bestellung wurde verwechselt. Lange Wartezeit 15 min. Empfehle ich keinem ;)

Bei der Sauberkeit ist noch deutlich Luft nach oben.

Drinne Super schön eingerichtet, man kann auch draußen sein Essen genießen. Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut und der Matscha is perfekt.

Nicht zu empfehlen, da alles überteuert ist und die Getränke wirklich schlecht schmecken.

Der Ort ist klein und sehr schön dekoriert. Im Hintergrund läuft leise entspannte Musik. Das Essen sieht sehr appetitlich aus und schmeckt auch fantastisch. Es ist etwas für jeden dabei. Der Service war sehr erfreulich. Schnell wurde das essen gebracht und die Preise sind für die Köstlichkeiten sehr schön. Einer der besten Orte in Berlin, um zu frühstücken oder mittags zu essen. :)

Ausgezeichnetes Essen! Wir haben die Eierstiche mit Schinken und Lachs probiert und sie waren köstlich! Als Dessert gab es Erdbeer-Crêpes und Puffle Bueno, die ebenfalls sehr lecker waren! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Restaurant uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Die Puffles schmeckten sehr gut. Die Getränke waren auch lecker. Die junge Frau am Tresen könnte freundlicher sein. Die Räumlichkeiten wirken abgerockt und schmuddelig.

Der beste Brunch, den ich je gegessen habe!!! Das Hühnerei-Brötchen war ein Traum (10/10), der Erdbeer-Matcha-Likör ein absoluter Genuss (1000/10 – so frisch und genau die richtige Süße!) und der Crème-brûlée-Puffle einfach himmlisch 🤤 – eine so gelungene Mischung aus knusprig und weich und wieder genau die richtige Süße.

Ich war kurz mit einer Freundin in einem Café und wir hatten einen Erdbeer Matcha und so ein Tiramisu Kroffel/Puffel (weiß leider nicht mehr genau, wie das heißt 😅). Das Tiramisu teil hat mich auf jeden Fall richtig überzeugt, das war mega lecker. Der Erdbeer Matcha war okay, aber preislich schon ziemlich hoch. Ich habe schon besseren getrunken, deshalb fand ich ihn jetzt nicht überragend. Trotzdem war es echt schön dort. Wir haben sogar direkt einen Platz bekommen, und das am Valentinstag. Das Café hat viele Tische also gut auch für mehr als 2 Personen. Ich komme gerne wieder

Das Essen ist gut, aber 35 Minuten für ein Sandwich sind unsinnig.

Gemütliches Café auch mit vegetarischen Angeboten

Ich habe in diesem Café meinen Geburtstag gefeiert und es hat mir unglaublich Spaß gemacht. Ich habe ungefähr eine Woche davor Reserviert und es hat auch am Ende ausgezeichnet geklappt. Jeder meiner Gäste hatte Essen und Trinken und es vollkommen angemessen gekostet. Ich empfehle dieses Café auf jeden Fall weiter. Vor allem auch weil das Personal sehr nett war und extra Wünsche umgesetzt hat ❤️❤️❤️

Es ist ein sehr schöner Ort. Leckeres Essen und freundlicher Service.

Dieses Café präsentierte sich mir wie eine kleine Zwischenwelt, ein Ort, an dem Zeit und Anspruch kurz innehalten, um sich höflich zu mustern. Ich bestellte ein Eggdrop Sandwich, das sich redlich mühte, mein Herz zu erobern warm, weich, durchaus charmant, wenngleich ohne jene Offenbarung, von der man später Fremden erzählt. Ein angenehmer Begleiter für den Moment, kein Lebensabschnittspartner. Der Matcha hingegen betrat die Bühne mit großer Geste und verließ sie mit gebrochenem Ruf. Unbekannt, unerquicklich, von einer Strenge, die weniger an japanische Teekunst erinnerte als an eine persönliche Beleidigung. Man trank ihn nicht aus Genuss, sondern aus Hoffnung vergebens. Und doch: Der Ort selbst blieb unschuldig. Irgendetwas lag in der Luft ein Hauch von Gemütlichkeit, ein Versprechen, das vielleicht an einem anderen Tag, mit einer anderen Tasse, eingelöst werden könnte. Kein schlechtes Café. Nur eines, das mich kurz träumen ließ und dann sanft, aber bestimmt, wieder auf den Boden der Realität stellte.

Ich war mit meinen Mädels dort, um Matcha zu probieren, da er aktuell sehr im Trend ist. Der Matcha mit Strawberry-Geschmack war sehr lecker und hat uns gut gefallen. Die Waffeln aus Croissant-Teig waren geschmacklich in Ordnung, für mich persönlich aber etwas zu deftig und schwer im Magen. Die Atmosphäre im Café war angenehm, allerdings war die Luft leider etwas unangenehm. Insgesamt ein netter Besuch mit kleinen Abzügen.

Bin sehr gerne bei Puffle Bees, die Getränke und Gerichte sind echt schön hergerichtet und schmecken auch genauso so gut! Ich empfehle besonders den Strawberry Crêpe Cake und den Plain Egg Drop, der Kuchen ist sehr cremig und fruchtig-süß. Egg Drops gibt es nur bis ungefähr 17 Uhr, und es werden je nach Tag verschiedene Crêpe Cakes angeboten ( wie Mango, Erdbeere oder Matcha)

Nicht empfehlenswert, die Gerichte sehen zwar instagramtauglich aus, sind aber nicht besonders gut oder schmackhaft, die Einrichtung ist vernachlässigt, der Kundenservice schlecht. Ich würde es nicht empfehlen, es gibt bessere Lokale!

We ordered two of the same matcha latte and they tasted off and different from each other. Staff did not offer to replace them. The salmon and creme brullee waffles were nice.

A nice, quiet café; we were practically the only customers. The matcha latte and the eggdrop sandwich were delicious. The only downside was the poor air quality, which gave us a terrible headache.

I've enjoyed visiting Pufflebees on and off over the years, but I was recently very disappointed by the decline in quality. Our Pufflebees were so overripe they were almost impossible to cut. Later, we noticed that the waffles had been prepared, stored under a cloth, and apparently just reheated and topped. It's a real shame because we know how delicious they usually taste when they're fresh. The café wasn't even that busy, and it definitely would have been possible to prepare the waffles fresh. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this café, as the price is only justified for truly fresh waffles.

I ordered brownies cheesecake. It was the smallest cheesecake I have ever seen for almost 7 euros!!!

Super delicious breakfast! The waffle was a bit small for the price, but very tasty nonetheless. What I unfortunately have to criticize is the cleanliness... I was there in the morning and it was clearly visible that the dirt was from the day before.

You should definitely try the waffles here! ☑️ Atmosphere ☑️ Taste ☑️ Service However, I find it a bit too expensive. Our second waffle came with a slice of cheddar cheese, and €6.50 is a bit much for that.

The chicken puffle was amazing, same goes for the matcha Thai tea latte. The cookie was a bit dry, but I‘ll definitely coming back here to try the other dishes and matcha variants.

WOW. I was blown away by this place… it was hands down one of the best places I had food at in Berlin. There Egg Drop 10/10 I personally recommend the chicken one! It was creamy eggs full of flavour and the perfect portion size. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food came out quick and it was such a cute calm aesthetic place.

I ordered a white chocolate and pistachio Puffle, and was quite awful. The dough (a mix between croissant and waffle) was dry and hard, and what I thought were the main ingredients (pistachio and white chocolate) were barely in it, as it was covered by some whipping cream that I didn’t like. I don’t understand how it’s so highly rated.

Such a delicious, wonderful shop! I'll be back again and again!

We were in Berlin looking for really good eggdrops and dessert. We found this place through Instagram, and it was worth it. The value for money was simply amazing! We'll definitely be back :)

Delicious puffle and the matcha strawberry latte is so good .:)

We had 2 Puffles. They weren't very good, we were expecting waffles but they were croissants put in a waffle iron, which changes the whole experience. It was dry and very little garnished. We had a crepe cake, I doubt it was homemade, it was way too sweet and without any texture. The latte was good, but the mango matcha latte was far from my expectations (industrial mango puree at the bottom...). The service was more than questionable (tables not clean, didn't want to serve us water bottles, not friendly, ...). The decor inside is really cheap. All that for 40 euros, I won't be coming back!

The eggdrop sandwiches were good. Personally, I found the brioche bread a bit too sweet. My brother loved it. The matcha 🍵 is really not good. The host was super sweet and hospitable, and everything was prepared with love.

The Salted Peanut Butter Banana Waffle was absolutely amazing! I'd never tried peanut butter whipped cream, walnut brittle, or caramelized bananas before, but the combination completely won me over. Every ingredient is homemade. If I could, I'd give this dessert 100 stars. Unfortunately, the savory version with herb cream cheese and smoked salmon couldn't compete at all. The waffle wasn't generously topped and tasted dry. For that, I'd unfortunately only give it 2 out of 5 stars. So, overall, a very mixed impression – I'd definitely recommend the sweet version, but not the savory version.

Puffle Bees Cafe was a great choice 👌 The place is quiet, especially on the street it's located in, and the morning seating is great and gives a nice energy boost. They're famous for their breakfast and sweets. I tried the Lotus Pancakes, and they were delicious 😋. I ordered a cappuccino, and it was light. They also have Vietnamese coffee for those who like to try something different. For matcha lovers, they have many options, but I personally didn't try them because I'm not a matcha fan. I recommend visiting for breakfast or brunch and checking out their sweet menu 👏

The chicken puffle was truly delicious, a great combination of savory and sweet. The drinks looked beautiful and tasted good, too. The blue strawberry latte, unfortunately, wasn't as intense. The crêpe cake was good, but the heavy cream made it taste quite heavy after a while, which was to be expected. Some people don't like that. I also thought the croissant waffle was made from croissant batter in a waffle iron, but it was more like a pre-baked croissant pressed into a waffle shape, which is a bit of a shame.

Another hyped food hot spot... Well then, let's give it a reality check. Yss PuffleBees seems to have seen better days. A place that was once lovingly decorated, but unfortunately, it hasn't been maintained or cared for. Rubbish interiors, chipped paint on the furniture, randomly arranged chairs, and completely overgrown oleander bushes outside, growing in all directions and their soil overgrown with weeds. The bench outside, which must have once been yellow, is now just a few wooden slats with peeling paint, held together only by a few screws. You're sure to tear a hole in your clothes here more than once. And then there's still only the loveless and colorless standard: Standard restaurant plates, standard restaurant cutlery, wafer-thin standard restaurant napkins, etc... Folding boards and spare furniture are hidden behind a long curtain in the middle of the room. The seating and cushions were completely crumpled, just as the last customer had left them yesterday. I have to say, I was among the very first customers of the day, but the place looked like it had been open for 10 hours. What bothered and disgusted me most, and what really disgusted me, was the incredible number of blowflies. The ones that live on and in garbage. They pounced on my food as soon as it arrived. And I'm not talking about one or two small ones; no, there were a lot of them, and some of them were large ones, so it seems there's been a problem here for a while. I really couldn't take a bite in peace without having to defend my (certainly not inexpensive) food with one hand. Speaking of food: The crunchy chicken at Eggdrop was indeed crunchy, but unfortunately only because it had been deep-fried several times, as the edges were dark brown and very hard under the breading. So the meat was definitely not fresh. Of the two lettuce leaves, one was half wilted; I wouldn't have eaten it. The White Choc Pistacchio Croffle, on the other hand, was at least an 8 out of 10 in terms of taste, although I personally found the buttercream (?) too heavy and some of the chocolate pieces a bit too coarse. A little finer would have been more visually elegant and more pleasant to eat. The Strawberry Matcha Latte was also good, although it consisted more of ice cubes than anything else. The strawberry puree seemed to be homemade. However, while the official pictures show it in huge square glasses, it came in a small 0.3 l standard glass. I find almost €6 for that a bit steep. As I was leaving, I noticed the cobwebs that had spun themselves between the stools and the counter by the window. Overall, unfortunately – despite the good croffle – not a great place to be. A bit more care and some renovations are urgently needed.

The croiffles are soooo delicious 😋 I'd love to come back! The coffee specialties are also good. The service is very friendly and helpful. My only criticism is the restrooms. They're a bit cluttered and don't seem particularly clean or inviting.

The service was very sweet, but the Waffel tasted kinda crunchy, wich is good if you like it, but it wasn’t really my thing. It also is kinda expensive but overall very sweet and nice.

We had two puffles, one eggdrop, and a flat white, and I have to say, it wasn't great. We didn't finish any of the dishes. I also had to leave the coffee, which I never do. I found two red fibers in the eggdrop, and the chicken was somewhat tasteless and seemed old. The puffles were too hard for my children; a piece of waffle got stuck between their teeth 😬. The ambiance was a bit run-down. We still had a great time, and the kids loved the sofa for romping around.

Food: Peach Puffle Drink: Homemade Green Lemon Ice Tea Service was friendly, and the food arrived after about 5 minutes. I sat down at an outside table. Maybe it was a bad day, but the waffle was hard and chewy instead of soft and fluffy, and the peach came from a can. That's absolutely unacceptable for a dish advertised as a "seasonal puffle." Unfortunately, only a 1/5 from me. The homemade iced tea was okay, but it could have used a little more tea to deserve the name iced tea. It was more like a lemon/lime soda than a tea. I give it a 3/5. Overall: 2/5

Loved the food and service. The atmosphere was also good in terms of ambience and seating. However, 3 stars because their washroom was not clean.

The staff at this cafe have a truly bad attitude. I went there with a friend, and we both had the same impression: unfriendly and irritated from the start. The waitress was very rude when ordering. I clearly stated that I wanted to drink there, but they still gave me the drink in a to-go cup. This kind of behavior is absolutely unprofessional. We definitely won't be back.

My boyfriend and I saw this café online and went there. The food was delicious and warm. The drinks were very interesting and also delicious. I would happily recommend this café.

The egg drops with crispy chicken were delicious. My strawberry matcha was also good, especially the strawberry puree. The taro latte could have had more taro flavor, but it was still good. Unfortunately, I don't have a picture of the strawberry crepe cake... A mini portion for almost €6. It's a shame, because the cake is delicious.

My daughter wanted to eat here and to add to the rude service there was a hair in her food. Too bad as it would be nice to have good outdoor cafés in the neighborhood but instead we just get trendy tourist traps. Everything really was better 10 years ago...

We ended up here while looking for breakfast on a Whit Monday in Berlin. We arrived before opening hours, but were allowed to sit down early, which I thought was really nice. Time passed quickly on the comfortable sofa. Even though it's self-service, we were served at our table. Service is truly a priority here! Then the drinks arrived, and they were absolutely amazing! We were so keen to try the waffle with chicken, and it was a real explosion of flavor! I still dream about it! Highly recommended!

This was amazing. Egg drops for breakfast or brunch are perfect and well priced. Nice big portions, nicely toasted brioche, perfectly prepared egg and salmon, shrimps and asparagus or anything else that's on the menu. Perfect. Also matcha strawberry or mango latte was very nice.

Extremely disappointing... The products looked tempting in the pictures, but in reality, the presentation was beyond unappetizing. The Rafaello waffle croissant, for a whopping €6.50, was cold, chewy, and the topping was simply sweet fat. The crepe cake was unpleasantly warm and melted, and also tasted only of sugar and fat. We left it alone...

The price-performance ratio for the waffles is just not right. The taste is nothing special.

A wonderful café and breakfast spot. We went there for breakfast and there were plenty of options, including vegetarian and vegan options. The sandwiches are the best, and the waffles are also good. It was a bit small, but the design was beautiful and the interior was cozy. The food was fantastic, and we would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Such a great place to get matcha! The matcha by itself isn’t sweet which I prefer & we ordered iced matcha latte- but there are so many other amazing options you can have to make it more sweet. My friend & I really enjoyed the pistachio crepe cake too. It wasn’t too sweet at all! A must visit for matcha cafes in Berlin.

Personally, I found the music really unfriendly and low-key, rather un-relaxing. It looks nice from the outside and on the menu, but the tables were a bit dirty and unwashed, and the floor was the same. Very expensive, too! I probably wouldn't go back, but the food and drinks were quite tasty :)

Loved the bread of the egg drops. We chose the beef and the chicken, liked the chicken more, just because the piece of beef was little. Very good coffee too. They forgot to bring us a coffee we had ordered and compensated us with another coffee for free. Nice music and chill atmosphere. Recommend!
