Pasam Baklava in Berlin

Very nice shop has a variety of baklava to offer. I ordered a kilo of pistachio baklava with semolina filling for €35. I paid a little less because I had it delivered by Uber Eats. I have to say the selection there is very good. Everything tastes great, the pistachios They are used, they come from Gaziantep and the pistachios are one of the best. I can only say that if you come to Berlin you should definitely visit this shop if you like baklava best shops in all of Berlin

Probably the best baklava in the city. Fresh and high quality. And I have tried and been a regular to several other places including Oz Antep and other ones in Moabit and Wedding and Kreuzberg, and even places in Hamburg. It’s mainly a takeout place though, so that’s not great. We go to another place nearby when we’re with friends and crave baklava and tea.

MAKE SURE that different prices are charged separately. UNFORTUNATELY THERE WAS NO TARE OF THE PACKAGING. WE CHECKED AND FOUND THAT WE WERE BEING CHARGED €6 MORE. PRICES HAVE BEEN SIMPLY ROUNDED UP. INCREDIBLE. YOU ALSO DO NOT GET A WEIGHING RECEIPT, JUST A RECEIPT. Although the quality of the goods is good, there is no honest sale.

MAKE SURE that goods with different prices are calculated and weighed separately. Speaking of WEIGHING, no TARE was taken from the packaging. WE ALSO CHECKED IT OUT AND WE WERE 6€ overcharged. (See PHOTOS) THE PRICES WERE SIMPLY ROUNDED UP AND WE DID NOT RECEIVE A WEIGHING RECEIPT. Just a RECEIPT. The QUALITY of the goods is good, but there was no HONEST sale.

What can I say, despite the fact that it was in transit for 5 days (due to the post office) it was still very tasty and fresh. The owner (at least I assume) was very nice about this and was also willing to refund me my money, but as I said, this wasn't necessary given the excellent quality. Thank you for the nice service and the delicious baklava❤️!!! Will order again in the new year☺️

Small shop with a nice saleswoman and a small selection. The two types of baklava that I took with me weren't that sweet, but they didn't taste much like pistachio either. But a typical taste of Gaziantep pistachio came through, which I found tasty, but not full-bodied. I would love to come back and try other varieties.

The employees were rude and annoyed right from the start when I asked whether the type of baklava I was pointing to was filled with almonds or pistachios. At first I didn't think anything of it and assumed it had nothing to do with me. When I wanted to pay with the card, I grimaced, and in annoyance they grabbed everything back and said that card payment wasn't possible! Everyone can probably imagine why it happened like that. I'm never going there again.

The conflicting person is amateur and not sympathetic. It seems like he doesn't like his job very much. He tried to stack the baklavas on top of each other. Even though the prices were different, he tried to weigh them together.

When I saw the high score, I wanted to try it. I can't be modest about baklava. I know both the production process and the materials to be used. For these reasons I cannot give a high score. There is no place to sit in the place. I took four slices of pistachio baklava on a paper plate and ate it with my hands while walking. These are not complaints. On the contrary, I even like it. As long as what you eat is delicious. But let alone clarified butter, it had neither the taste of butter nor the dough was crispy or layered. I can say that the bottom part was completely dough. It wasn't a very good experience for me. If I had said what I said, it would have weighed not 25-30 kilos, but maybe 45-50 kilos, and I know that. That's when five stars are given. This is my interpretation!

Takeway shop for Turkish sweets , cash only is a real shame. But the best baklava I have tried in Berlin. The coconut version was not of my taste , but the walnut , pistachio and hazelnut ones are love!

Been here multiple times, by far the best Baklava in Berlin! IMO this is better than any Baklava you can get in Istanbul and only just surpassed by Gaziantep. Prices are reasonable, the service and knowledge shown by the owners is second to none and they are more than willing to help you in any way. Can't recommend this place enough!

Super rude both times! They immediately become even more unfriendly if you want to pay by card (why? Everyone can answer this question for themselves). The best baklava I have tried in Berlin! I actually thought at first that it is a cafe, but I discovered then that you can only buy Turkish sweets there. But still there is a very nice ambience with some traditional decor and a big choice of fresh Sweets. Only payment in cash is possible, that's a bit inconvenient.

Looking for high quality delicious baklava? This is the place to go! I’ve also seen They have a great variety that is very delicious and worth the money. With a major bus station right in front of it and an sbahn station close by, the place is easy to reach. The owner is very knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and helpful. They serve good classical baklava with walnut as well as with pistachio. They also have some special variants with coconut and cocoa. My favorite was some triangle with pudding based on Grieß/semolina/millet (sobiyet). Amazing! I only came here by accident while running. Google recommended it and since it was on the way, I stopped to get my wife a treat. Best running stop ever. Cash is preferred at this place.

In meinem Leben habe ich noch nie so eine schlechte Bedienung gesehen!!!!!!!! Ich hatte keine Zeit, sonst hätte ich nicht einen Cent da gelassen. Wir haben 50€ dort gelassen für diese Unfreundlichkeit. Ich bin empört wie unfreundlich und unmotiviert sein kann!!!! Suratsiz. Wahrscheinlich hat die Dame noch nie gelernt wie man lächelt!!!! Meine Familie hat auch einen Laden und wir verdienen uns unser Brot ebenfalls auf diese Weise und schätzen jeden einzelnen Kunden und begrüßen sie und bedienen sie mit viel Freude und Vergnügen. Die Baklava sind wirklich sehr gut, aber heißt nicht, dass das Personal den Luxus hat, entsprechend unfreundlich und genervt aufzutreten. Obwohl ich um die Ecke wohne, hole ich meine Baklava in Hermannplatz, weil es kein Zufall ist, dass man an drei unterschiedlichen Tagen immer wieder die schlechte Art der Bedienung bekam. Muss nicht sein, bei den Preisen.

Früher top, heute flop. Baklava war früher immer mega crispy und voll mit Pistazien. Heute waren die so labbrig und nur übertrieben süß (null nussig), dass ich sie lieber da gelassen habe. Mir war schon beim letzten Besuch aufgefallen, dass die Qualität nachgelassen hat. Schade, hoffentlich ändert sich das in Zukunft

Nirgendwo gibt es besseres Baklava als dort. Auch die für mich neue Sorte Haselnuss ist ein Gedicht.

Die handwerkliche Qualität, die Optik und vor allem der Geschmack ist auf allerhöchstem Niveau. Zudem sind die Preise absolut moderat und die Bedienung freundlich. Als kleine Warnung möchte ich erwähnen das Baklava vom Imbiss oder aus dem Supermarkt ein für allemal ungenießbar ist wenn man Pasam Baklava gekostet hat. Fazit: Überragend!

I've never tried a better Baklava in Berlin. Though they're all somehow good, only here all the baklavas are juicy, fresh and delicate as if they were made from flower petals. Rich with nuts and flavours. Definitely try the pistachio ones!
