Unfriendly and disrespectful – never again! I was very disappointed with my visit. The employees seemed unfriendly and annoyed as soon as I entered. When I politely asked whether the baklava I pointed to was filled with almonds or pistachios, I received an annoyed reaction. At first, I didn't think anything of it and just wanted to pay. But when I tried to pay by card, they pulled a face, put the items back in annoyance, and told me that card payments weren't accepted – even though there was no indication of this. The behavior was disrespectful and inappropriate. You can probably guess why the whole thing went down that way. I will definitely not go there again.

Desserts are very nice but a little bit salty

Easily the best Baklava in Berlin. And the best I’ve had anywhere. The tops are slightly flaky and the bottoms are just the right level of gooey. Perfect texture and taste. Well worth it

Dear Owners of Pasam Baklava, I bought this box today and paid €20 for it. Can you please explain how this price came about? The amount is about one-third higher than the advertised prices in the store... Can you also please explain why a receipt was neither offered nor included in the bag, even though it is required by law? Perhaps so that you could overcharge? You'd certainly agree that it would be truly shameful for a customer to be lied to so blatantly, and even more pitiful if a store felt the need to cheat its customers out of a few euros like that.

Best baklava bakery in Berlin! Elsewhere, you'd often get peanuts and palm oil, but here they have pistachios and real butter. Great selection, the Şöbiyet (with semolina filling) is a real experience, and the staff are super friendly. Authentic craftsmanship without any pretentiousness.

I'd say they're the weirdest shopkeepers in Berlin. It's like you're forcing them to work, or the employee is forced to work. I put the wallet in my pocket three times in a row, like, "Get out of the shop as soon as possible," like, "Good day, bye, have a good day," like, involuntarily, like, "Come on, come on," like, they have a mediocre mindset anyway. Don't go to them. It's ridiculous and expensive to make money from them.

As fresh and tasty as it can get. The crispy texture of the classic pistachio baklava is second to none. The owner is super friendly and generous. There’s only one table available but it is a take away location by design. These little flavour bombs are the smallest forms of happiness possible.

The lady at the service counter didn't understand that we wanted to try a piece of baklava before buying it. Although I explained this and assured that I would purchase the product after tasting, the saleswoman informed me that this was not allowed - which is obviously not true. It's a shame because I always enjoy going to Pasam Baklava every time I'm in Berlin. From now on I will never do it again.

Very disappointing! I wanted to buy Dilim Baklava - these were also ready. But the lady at the counter clearly wasn't willing to make the effort and simply refused to sell me any. I was simply brushed off with the justification that “otherwise they would be at the front.” I have rarely experienced such impudence! In my opinion, people with so little customer focus shouldn't work in sales. I will never enter this store again and cannot recommend it to anyone. It's a shame - especially because I drove an extra 20 kilometers. For such a treatment: simply disappointing.

Very nice shop has a variety of baklava to offer. I ordered a kilo of pistachio baklava with semolina filling for €35. I paid a little less because I had it delivered by Uber Eats. I have to say the selection there is very good. Everything tastes great, the pistachios They are used, they come from Gaziantep and the pistachios are one of the best. I can only say that if you come to Berlin you should definitely visit this shop if you like baklava best shops in all of Berlin

Probably the best baklava in the city. Fresh and high quality. And I have tried and been a regular to several other places including Oz Antep and other ones in Moabit and Wedding and Kreuzberg, and even places in Hamburg. It’s mainly a takeout place though, so that’s not great. We go to another place nearby when we’re with friends and crave baklava and tea.

MAKE SURE that goods with different prices are calculated and weighed separately. Speaking of WEIGHING, no TARE was taken from the packaging. WE ALSO CHECKED IT OUT AND WE WERE 6€ overcharged. (See PHOTOS) THE PRICES WERE SIMPLY ROUNDED UP AND WE DID NOT RECEIVE A WEIGHING RECEIPT. Just a RECEIPT. The QUALITY of the goods is good, but there was no HONEST sale.

MAKE SURE that different prices are charged separately. UNFORTUNATELY THERE WAS NO TARE OF THE PACKAGING. WE CHECKED AND FOUND THAT WE WERE BEING CHARGED €6 MORE. PRICES HAVE BEEN SIMPLY ROUNDED UP. At Pasam Baklava in Berlin you immediately feel welcome. The warm atmosphere and the warm welcome of the Bulut family invite you to linger. Dennis, as a big fan of baklava, and I, as a baklava newbie, were thrilled with the selection and quality. You can taste the love and care that goes into every piece. The small pastry shop is a real insider tip and a must for every visitor to Berlin. In addition to the delicious baklava, a Turkish coffee rounds off the experience perfectly.

What can I say, despite the fact that it was in transit for 5 days (due to the post office) it was still very tasty and fresh. The owner (at least I assume) was very nice about this and was also willing to refund me my money, but as I said, this wasn't necessary given the excellent quality. Thank you for the nice service and the delicious baklava❤️!!! Will order again in the new year☺️

Small shop with a nice saleswoman and a small selection. The two types of baklava that I took with me weren't that sweet, but they didn't taste much like pistachio either. But a typical taste of Gaziantep pistachio came through, which I found tasty, but not full-bodied. I would love to come back and try other varieties.
