Dieser Laden war einfach fantastisch! Die Auswahl an Baklava-Sorten war riesig und die verschiedenen Geschmacksrichtungen unglaublich vielfältig. Man hat gemerkt, dass alles frisch war, und der Geschmack war einfach himmlisch. Absolut empfehlenswert für eine kleine süße Leckerei zu jeder Tageszeit (ich hatte meins zum Frühstück, haha). Der Service war außerdem sehr freundlich, die Bedienung war total nett!

Man wird zuvorkommend und freundlich bedient, komme gerne wieder!

Ich bin zwar kein Baklava-Experte, aber ich würde diesen Laden auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen. Die Verkäuferin war super freundlich und hat mir bei der Auswahl der Baklava-Sorten geholfen. Am Ende habe ich eine bunte Mischung verschiedener Sorten gekauft. Alle waren superlecker, sogar noch 2-3 Tage später (die Dinger sind wirklich sehr reichhaltig, man kann also nicht mehr als 2-3 auf einmal essen, und da ich sie zum Probieren gekauft hatte, habe ich die Haltbarkeit der Packung völlig unterschätzt...). Kurz gesagt: Wenn ihr Baklava mögt, solltet ihr diesen Laden unbedingt ausprobieren. Ich bin mir ziemlich sicher, dass er euch gefallen wird. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Soweit ich weiß, gibt es dort nur Essen zum Mitnehmen. Es gibt keine Sitzplätze, und der Laden selbst könnte etwas mehr/neuere Dekoration vertragen.

Ich habe das Baklava als Geschenk für jemanden gekauft und natürlich selbst probiert. Alle waren begeistert! Ich kann diesen Laden zu 100 % empfehlen. Das ist das beste und authentischste Baklava, das ich bisher in Berlin gegessen habe.

Das ist kein Baklava. Es ist viel zu süß, schwimmt im Sirup. Viel zu teuer für das, was es ist. Ich erwarte in Berlin nicht den Standard von Istanbul, aber das war weit davon entfernt.

Mit Abstand das beste Baklava. Seit Jahren kommen wir nur noch hier für unser Baklava einkaufen.

Wir haben verschiedene Baklava-Sorten probiert, waren aber leider insgesamt enttäuscht. Die Konsistenz des Gebäcks war durch die Zuckerkristallisation körnig, und das Personal wirkte ziemlich desinteressiert und unaufmerksam. Wenn Sie, wie ich, ein wirklich besonderes Baklava-Erlebnis suchen, ist dieser Ort vielleicht nicht die beste Wahl.

Ich war heute schon mal da und habe das klassische Pistazien-Baklava mitgenommen, das geschmacklich perfekt war. Ich hatte ein nettes Gespräch mit der Dame hinter der Theke, und sie bot mir sogar noch ein paar andere Sorten zum Probieren an, die wirklich köstlich waren. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Normalerweise mag ich es nicht, schlechte Rezensionen abzugeben, allerdings musste es diesmal sein. Meine Intention war, meinen Eltern aus der Heimat leckere Baklava per Post zu verschicken. Durch Bekannte haben ich von diesem Laden erfahren, somit mein erstes Mal dort gewesen. Ich habe noch NIE so schlechte Baklava gegessen -viel zu viele Schichten (schmeckte nach Teig), überhaupt nicht knusprig, ggf. Lagen diese länger dort. An Zuckerfest der Familie letztlich sowas zu verschenken, war für mich beschämend. Der Inhaber sollte sich hierbei dringlichst Gedanken machen. 35€ ist in die Müll gegangen …

Der Geschmack ist nahezu perfekt; ich habe etwas davon Verwandten in Karlsruhe mitgebracht, und sie wollten mehr. Das größte Problem ist, dass die Einstellung des Personals im umgekehrten Verhältnis zu Geschmack und Qualität steht. Ich habe ähnliche Bewertungen von anderen gelesen, scheine also nicht der Einzige zu sein, dem das auffällt; die Beschwerden sind im Allgemeinen dieselben. Man ist ja nicht gezwungen, dort zu arbeiten; man erbringt eine Dienstleistung gegen Bezahlung. Ein bisschen mehr Freundlichkeit würde meiner Meinung nach nicht schaden.

Unglaublich gute Produkte, aber bringen Sie einen Insulinpen mit.

Ich komme aus Hamburg und war zum ersten Mal bei Pasam Baklava und ich bin sehr begeistert. Die Mitarbeiterin war super freundlich und hat mich sehr gut beraten. Es gibt eine riesige Auswahl an Baklava mit allen möglichen Füllungen. Es gibt sogar besondere Dubai-Pistazien-Kreationen. Auch die Preis-Leistung ist top. Es ist wirklich fair für die Qualität. Ich habe das Baklava meinen Arbeitskollegen mitgebracht und einige meiner Mitarbeiter haben mich direkt gefragt, woher das leckere Baklava ist, weil sie so begeistert waren. Definitiv eine klare Empfehlung. Wenn ich wieder in Berlin bin, werde ich versuchen, wieder her zu kommen. So ein toller Laden! Absolute Empfehlung!

Unfriendly and disrespectful – never again! I was very disappointed with my visit. The employees seemed unfriendly and annoyed as soon as I entered. When I politely asked whether the baklava I pointed to was filled with almonds or pistachios, I received an annoyed reaction. At first, I didn't think anything of it and just wanted to pay. But when I tried to pay by card, they pulled a face, put the items back in annoyance, and told me that card payments weren't accepted – even though there was no indication of this. The behavior was disrespectful and inappropriate. You can probably guess why the whole thing went down that way. I will definitely not go there again.

Dear Owners of Pasam Baklava, I bought this box today and paid €20 for it. Can you please explain how this price came about? The amount is about one-third higher than the advertised prices in the store... Can you also please explain why a receipt was neither offered nor included in the bag, even though it is required by law? Perhaps so that you could overcharge? You'd certainly agree that it would be truly shameful for a customer to be lied to so blatantly, and even more pitiful if a store felt the need to cheat its customers out of a few euros like that.

Best baklava bakery in Berlin! Elsewhere, you'd often get peanuts and palm oil, but here they have pistachios and real butter. Great selection, the Şöbiyet (with semolina filling) is a real experience, and the staff are super friendly. Authentic craftsmanship without any pretentiousness.

I'd say they're the weirdest shopkeepers in Berlin. It's like you're forcing them to work, or the employee is forced to work. I put the wallet in my pocket three times in a row, like, "Get out of the shop as soon as possible," like, "Good day, bye, have a good day," like, involuntarily, like, "Come on, come on," like, they have a mediocre mindset anyway. Don't go to them. It's ridiculous and expensive to make money from them.

The lady at the service counter didn't understand that we wanted to try a piece of baklava before buying it. Although I explained this and assured that I would purchase the product after tasting, the saleswoman informed me that this was not allowed - which is obviously not true. It's a shame because I always enjoy going to Pasam Baklava every time I'm in Berlin. From now on I will never do it again.

Very disappointing! I wanted to buy Dilim Baklava - these were also ready. But the lady at the counter clearly wasn't willing to make the effort and simply refused to sell me any. I was simply brushed off with the justification that “otherwise they would be at the front.” I have rarely experienced such impudence! In my opinion, people with so little customer focus shouldn't work in sales. I will never enter this store again and cannot recommend it to anyone. It's a shame - especially because I drove an extra 20 kilometers. For such a treatment: simply disappointing.
