The frozen yogurt waffle is amazing. It's freshly made and then chilled so the ice cream doesn't melt immediately. The black vanilla ice cream is incredibly colorful and tastes amazing. They don't skimp on the toppings and sauces; it's truly delicious.

I don't understand these reviews at all. We ordered bubble waffles twice. I've never seen anything like it before, and they were delicious! Some of the customers were very inappropriate. They expect a lot of things that aren't on the menu and get angry when they don't get them. Respect to the staff for staying calm, because it seems like people expect others to be able to perform magic. The atmosphere is also very nice, especially the Pink Panther.

So bad, bubble waffle with frozen yogurt is the worst choice you can ever made, you need to be skillful to be able to eat it. After 2-3 minutes, frozen yogurt become melted and causing the worst combination with waffle. Not recommended.

Unfortunately I decided on vanilla soft ice cream. What came out was black ice cream that didn't even remotely taste like it. I suspect an unsuccessful mix with dye that was still sold. Not recommended and a shame for the money!

The bubble beads were unprotected from insects in the display. It was without protective glass on all sides, that's random. In addition, the bubble tea wasn't really tasty, the taste was too artificial. There was dirt in the drink, see photo. And in the bubble containers there were a few dead ones 🪰...but luckily none were drunk👍🏻😅

Arrived at 11:20 to find out you can’t self-serve and toppings are still in the “preparation phase,” which is a fancy way of saying they don’t exist yet. For 5 euros, we got a small cup of plain yogurt and a side of disappointment. If you love waiting and minimalism, this is your spot—if not, maybe skip this frozen froyo saga.

Unfortunately just bad. The waitress has no idea what she is doing. They also charge more than what is on the price board.

The store appears to sell frozen yogurt in a variety of flavors, but it is more likely a mix of mostly soft serve and ice cream or a certain amount of yogurt. The ice cream melts very quickly, the toppings are not labeled and you have to be quick because larger parts such as pieces of fruit fall quickly due to the melting. The staff is very friendly, but they don't explain how many types of ice cream or toppings you can choose. All in all, more of a tourist rip-off than a passionately run frozen yogurt shop. The price you pay here does not correspond to the service you get.

We wanted to eat frozen yogurt with 4 people. The first impression was difficult. An employee was doing gymnastics on or behind the ice cream machines and ignored us. When we looked at the toppings there were swarms of fruit flies on them. Everything was sticky and unhygienic, some black specks on the toppings. When we found out that half of the ice cream flavors were not available, we decided to leave.

That was a really bad experience. We came into the store and there was no waitress to be found. Then after we had to call her, the waitress came and was in a bad mood. In addition, everything was very unhygienic, there was a soggy carpet on the floor and there were puddles everywhere and it was sticky. NOTHING is great here! It was quite a disaster. There was no waitress to be found in the store. We were about to serve ourselves because the store is set up like self-service until we saw the mini sign that said this was not allowed. The floor was sticky and full of puddles. In addition, a carpet was rolled up and soaked in front of the checkout, where yellow liquid came out. The toppings were spread across the counter and you got 3 small strawberry pieces and 2 mango pieces for a medium yoghurt cup. The waffle batter was from the Thetra pack. The waffle iron is full of old fat and dough. When asked, there was no list of allergens, even though this has been the law of the entire EU since 2015! A pity! Not recommended

I had a bubble waffle with frozen yogurt ice cream, strawberry topping and smarties. It was good, the ice cream melts quickly though as it is placed on the hot waffle. The waffle seems cloying after a while, but otherwise it's great. I recommend !!

Positive: The ice cream (natural yogurt) tasted good. There could be a smaller portion. Negative: the store doesn't seem very clean. There is no signage at the toppings, so you had to ask everything from the employee who seemed unmotivated and bored. When there were no guests, he would sit outside and smoke, as soon as customers came he would run in and I don't think he washed his hands. Only paying in cash is not really up to date either.

The Babbel waffle that I tried today costs six euros. For six euros you can choose a flavor of ice cream. The good thing is that there are many flavors of ice cream. There are strawberry, cherry, chocolate, black vanilla, yogurt and so on. Then you can choose two toppings and I would recommend lotus and marshmallows. The portion is very large, so you can eat a waffle for two. Overall, the waffle tastes very good and it is very perfect for summer. The service was also very good. The nice lady who served us was very friendly. There aren't that many seats inside so you can, for example, sit by the Spree and eat the ice cream.
