Pudel in Kaufbeuren

Unfortunately, my visit to this Croatian restaurant was disappointing overall. Communication was difficult, so I received a whole bottle of wine instead of a glass. Likewise, I received a whole bottle of water instead of a glass. Furthermore, the tip I had originally stated was misunderstood, and the waiter kept more than I intended. Furthermore, I didn't receive a receipt when I paid, so I couldn't understand exactly what was being charged. The food was also far too expensive, consisting mainly of fries and unappealing meat. Overall, I unfortunately cannot recommend this restaurant.

The food portions were too small, and the price was rather high. To reach the toilets, you have to go down many stairs; they're located in the deepest, darkest basement. This is an additional drawback for people with visual or mobility impairments.

I ordered food online and was very disappointed. The delivery arrived much later than promised, without any prior notification of the delay. When the food finally arrived, not only was my dish, but four other dishes I ordered were also completely cold. The fries were soggy and the steak had an unpleasant, inedible taste. For the price and the long wait, I expected much more. I cannot recommend this service.
