Despite official opening hours, it was closed on Saturday around 1:30 p.m. and didn't look like it would be reopened; another couple was confused and left again.

Great Bavarian economy with great food. Unfortunately, this restaurant will close completely on November 17th, 2023 because the lease agreement has been terminated. Thank you for everything.

Steaks are top and so is the Helle Augustiner. Nice service! We felt comfortable there. Come back!

Super friendly reception! Very attentive staff at breakfast! The breakfast was delicious, including a great omelet and homemade jam (e.g., strawberry with mango and lime). Very nice spa! A 5-minute walk to Lake Tegernsee. The free bikes are a nuisance: some of the gears didn't work, the saddle wobbled, the metal was bent... I'd rather pay for the service and get a bit more quality in return. (It was enough for the trip around the lake.) Sleeping past 7 a.m. was impossible, even with the window closed, due to the loud traffic. (Before 7 a.m., the traffic on the main road was fine, but only then did it get really loud.) Based on the predominantly positive reviews, I would book again at a reduced room rate (offer).
