Very tasty food, very nice service and a very nice atmosphere

We had dinner here last Friday. The staff gave us a friendly welcome and we were given a nice table for two. The food was good and reasonably priced. Our wait staff in particular was very friendly, their service was extra class and even at the end when the cash register system wasn't working correctly, the friendly wait staff was still super friendly and personable. This is how you want to be treated as a guest. We would love to come back.

Food okay. Service good. Ambiance is good for those who like it loud and busy, but just okay for me.

pizza is either too salty or has no taste at all. Location is too loud and food comes 20 minutes later. waste of time and money

Reception was a disaster!!! Were sent away 10 minutes before reservation. We then waited almost an hour to order. Food was way too oily! Noodle dishes were children's portions

I had a cockroach in my pasta and when I asked to please bring me new pasta, it was dismissed and talked down to. As compensation, I was then allowed to choose a dessert. The service wasn't exactly empathetic towards me

We ate Vegetarian Pizza on our way back from Hamburg to Bremen, all 3 pizzas were delicious.

We organized a group event here and absolutely loved it! The restaurant is super cozy, with a welcoming atmosphere that is perfect for such occasions. The food was really good – fresh, tasty and typically Italian. There was a nice selection of dishes so there was something for everyone. A big compliment goes to the employees: They were extremely friendly, attentive and made sure that we felt comfortable and were well looked after. A great place for cozy evenings or special occasions. We'd love to come back!

Restaurant is full to capacity, but friendly staff and not too long of a wait for food and drinks. Food tastes great, prices as you would expect.

Everything was delicious, but when paying by card the price came out to 36 euros The waitress, without asking anything, changed the price to 45 euros and did not give a receipt

Very chic restaurant on Mönckebergstrasse in the heart of Hamburg.

The tomato soup was very nice with its thick consistency and flavor. Also the tuna pizza was very tasty. The pizza dough was just right and the edges were crispy. I only expected the lady who was taking care of us to be a little more cheerful and patient when it came to deciding what to order. If I go to Hamburg again, I will give it another chance.

Interesting dishes and good variety. Unfortunately, portions are too much. Pizza Pablo Honey, the topping was very tasty but unfortunately the dough was not. Not crispy and more rubbery. Drinks excellent. But the pizza bread was great.

I deeply regret what I must write, but I think if someone wanted to make monkeys of me and my husband there's no reason to refrain from sharing our experience and feeling uncomfortable. The young waitresses in PREGO should feel uncomfortable because she tried to rob us after having: ESPRESSO, ESPRESSO MACCHIATO, TAGLIATELLE GORGONZOLA, SPAGHETTI BELLAVISTA AND S. PELLEGRINO 0,75 l. The Summe was supposed to be EUR 52,50. HOWEVER SHE BOLDLY ADDED TWO PREGO SPECIALS (COCKTAILS), IN THE AMOUNT OF EUR 13 EACH, WHICH WE DIDN'T ORDER. So, we were charged EUR 78,50, which is EUR 26,00 extra. We didn't ask for the bill, which is our mistake. We left the restaurant completely confused... After ten minutes we returned, asked to see the bill and, of course, after "seeing her mistake" we got back the stolen difference.

The employees are 100+. Even without specifically observing it, the ladies even asked seniors (not me 😂) and helped them over the stairs. Also > pizza 👍🏻

I ate a very tasty Pizza Tonno. I also had a non-alcoholic cocktail which also tasted very good. The staff was friendly and everything was at the table quickly. 👍🏼

Everything is average. The interior is outdated. Food - cleanly fill your stomach if you are hungry. We didn't get any pleasure. 4 cheese pizza - disappointing. The glass was brought dirty. Unpleasant. Average. They wouldn't come a second time

Highly recommended. Authentic Italian cuisine with a wide selection of food and drinks. Friendly and courteous staff. There were 6 of us there, everyone ordered something different, but everyone was completely satisfied. The superior quality has its price, but it is definitely worth it!

Delicious pasta dishes. We came by by chance and were supposed to have lunch, where we chose something on the menu, which fortunately they had in English, but we got extra information about whether they had a truffle pasta, which was not on the menu, but we let ourselves be tempted without feeling pushed us to it.

I lowkey love this place so much, because whenever I'm near it it's a go to stop for me. the food is awesome and the staff are really warm. the atmosphere is also nice and so is the location. definitely recommend the pizza!

authentic and full of atmosphere. As soon as you enter you feel welcome, almost as if you are coming home. The team is incredibly friendly and attentive without being intrusive. You can just tell that the guests are the focus here, and that makes all the difference. Here you don't feel like a stranger, but rather truly valued. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and it's easy to leave everyday life behind. If you are looking for a place where you immediately feel at home, this is the right place for you.

Great shop. Went there twice on a 3-night short break because we were so impressed by the first visit. Pizza great, pasta great, dessert great - staff super friendly and attentive, very cozy location, prices reasonable... just harmonious. Gladly again :) Update October 2024: I've been here twice since then and I'm still just as impressed!

Prego is a must on every trip to Hamburg, a Prosecco in the morning or pasta/pizza in the evening 👍🏼😊

Breakfast is great. Addendum. Was there in the evening and unfortunately very disappointed 😞 Definitely room for improvement in the morning.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the breakfast. The rolls seemed like baked rolls to us, there was very little jam etc. per dish, they were served without fruit/vegetables/parsley or anything similar, just the pre-packaged spreads in their plastic packaging and rolls or croissants on a plate. We think the price is definitely too high and not appropriate for the performance. We wouldn't eat here again.

We waited about 30 minutes for a carbonara.

A very good pizza and a very good tiramisu. The service is very good and the decoration is pretty.

During a little shopping spree we spontaneously stopped here for a drink. We were greeted warmly and shown to a nice place, even though we thought the place would be full. There was even more space in the basement. So we ordered two delicious cocktails and a pizza sandwich. Nice staff, nice ambience and delicious food/drinks. We'd love to come back.

I haven't eaten such bad Italian food in a long time. But nice waitress.

First we were outside and then we wanted to sit inside. Staff/waitress said I wanted to ask. After 20 minutes there was still no answer, nobody inside knew anything about it. You probably didn't fit in. Never again.

It was a Sunday afternoon and I was seated quickly. There were many open tables. I grabbed an outdoor table near one of the heating units - it was about 45°F but it was cozy. Had the spaghetti carbonara and it was pretty good - the ham was plentiful and tasty, while the sauce was smooth. Only complaint is that I had to ask three times to pay my bill - while it wasn’t busy and I wasn’t in a rush, I didn’t feel like sitting there any longer.

Very nice atmosphere and not overpriced as you would expect from Hamburg. The food was very tasty and appetizingly prepared. Above all, the young waitress with the curly hair was very friendly, accommodating and read our wishes from our eyes. Thank you ❤️

We ordered Pizza Toscana and homemade icetea with peach. We really liked its taste and homemade icetea was delicious. Also we were welcomed very nicely 😊

The drinks were very fresh and it was a warm place for us who came in during a rainy time. The staff was very kind, which made the place feel even cozier. We bought a pizza toscano with my friend and both the taste and the dough were very good. Should not forget the Permasen cheese(⁠｡⁠♡⁠‿⁠♡⁠｡⁠)

Best Pasta ever SPAGETTI BELLAVISTA

Service was really good. Chicken pasta was delicious! Four cheese pizza tasted good but don’t order if you expect an authentic quattro formaggi. It’s very basic. The baked potato had too much sour cream! Wish it was on the side or less, and the potato lacked butter and was very dry. The atmosphere was great! Made me feel like i was in Italy!

After a super friendly greeting we were brought to the table.. my partner and I both had pasta with salmon and it was delicious.. the salmon was seared to perfection and also seasoned.. our drinks (Lillet Berry and Aperol Maracuija) were 1 with asterisk... We will be back definitely
