Trattoria Vitello in Hamburg

A really nice, cute Italian restaurant with a nice atmosphere and very good food! You will be warmly welcomed and very well looked after. The service staff and the owner are all very friendly and accommodating and have a good sense of humor. The food was really delicious and fresh. The gnocchi are highly recommended! We'll be happy to come back next time you visit Hamburg! ❤️

The restaurant is beautifully located and has a cozy and warm atmosphere. The service is unique and original. Giovanni in particular has crept into our hearts. He is a warm, friendly and loving person who took great care of all the guests. We laughed so much that night. The food was also great. We had bruscetta as a starter which was just perfectly seasoned and the bread was baked to perfection. The pasta with Gorgonzola, the casserole with broccoli and the salad were also very tasty. We can only warmly recommend the restaurant.

After a day in the city, we suddenly landed in Italy... a small, very good menu, good wines, starters, desserts, a place on the terrace or in the small trattoria. It's all so original and made with love. Thank you for a relaxed evening in an Italian atmosphere

I'm not from here. Therefore I relied on the previous reviews. And I think it's really delicious. I chose pasta. And it tasted really good. The waiter was very friendly and we waited a maximum of 10 minutes for our food. But there wasn't much going on on a Monday evening. I recommend it.

Delicious food, I would go back a million times. I had the gnocci with mozzarella and red sauce, incredible taste. My friend had the schnitzel and it was great as well. The portions are quite big and the table service was very good, plus the food was served very fast. Great place if you like real italian food.

Nice Italian restaurant, we had it Here are two pasta dishes: spagetti aglio olio and tagliatelle carbonara, both of which are very good and we can only recommend them. Would come again but 800 km might be too far. Keep it up!

Nice, well-shaded terrace restaurant in the pedestrian zone. Friendly, non-intrusive service. The prices are HH-adjusted and therefore OK, the food is surprisingly good.

Fast, friendly and courteous service. Seasonal dishes. Great wine selection and good portions. We both had pasta and were very satisfied. We sat outside, the tables seemed a bit plain, but the interior seemed neat and clean. Gladly again!

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance while wandering around the streets of the centre! We wanted something different from the usual German cuisine and we tried this Italian restaurant. Tomato is good. Good food! Quick and friendly service. Must try.

Fantastic food and service, our server Giovani was a delight. We had chanterelle pasta and tomato’s and mozzarella, all ingredients were fresh and delicious.

People like to go here. You will be greeted warmly by everyone from the staff. The food is very tasty and the prices are reasonable. The selection of food is great and you don't have to wait long. The toilets were also very clean. Would love to come back

Unfortunately we didn't have a very nice visit there. Very pushy waiter who tried to flirt in his older way and didn't let up even though he was rejected. That was very unpleasant. At the end when we paid he came very close and asked us to leave a good review and only left when we said he would get a review. Well, he gets a rating now, just not a good one. It was very unpleasant as a woman and I wouldn't recommend it, hence only 1 star. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the food because we just left it with the drink. Didn't want to spend our evening there. P.S. The nice lady with the beautiful necklace ;)

All four pasta dishes were not seasoned well and were very oily. Not appropriate for the price. Plus point for the speed. Otherwise unfortunately not recommended.
