Great place. The portions are large. A bit pricey, but delicious. The only downside: they didn't ask how well done the steak was. Two out of four burgers were a little dry and oversalted. But overall, it was okay.

Absolutely not recommended... Ready-made burger patties, too salty, cold coffee. I never thought I'd write this, but McDonald's... is fresher and better!! Stay away from this place.

Lucas was a great waitress, and we felt very comfortable. It's nice to have such nice waiters.

The food was generally okay and tasty. Unfortunately, we found a large, half-crushed insect (a stingray) in one of the burgers. The employee we called immediately responded and brought us a new burger, but of course, we didn't feel good about it. Unfortunately, the restaurant was also quite loud, so it didn't exactly create a relaxed atmosphere.

ZERO stars We spontaneously wanted to eat at Peter Pane, but unfortunately, that didn't happen. When we arrived, the restaurant was very busy, but we immediately found a free table, where we sat down. After we sat down, the waiter came over and was visibly annoyed that we had sat down right away (he said he was assigning seats – which we didn't know and had told him). Then he disappeared again. We then chose our food, and another waiter came and cleaned the table. He explained to us again that guests are assigned a table (we explained the situation to him). After he had cleaned the table, he wanted to take our order, and then something happened that I've never experienced before. The annoyed waiter, or whatever the person wants to call himself, called the waiter back (he told him not to take our order). After a discussion, we decided to leave the restaurant. As I said, I, or we, have never experienced anything like this before. Simply incomprehensible! If only they had told us properly...it's not possible right now...you'll have to wait, or we're fully booked, or whatever, but that's not possible. Then we have to mention that other guests who arrived after us and didn't have reservations got a seat. Maybe a tip for the restaurant management...the pissed-off person should maybe take a course in the restaurant industry. I think the Chamber of Industry and Commerce offers such courses! This incident happened on October 3, 2025, around 6 p.m.

Unfortunately, we didn't get the pleasure of eating there. After we'd been sitting at our table for half an hour and the waiter had finally served us, his colleague from reception came over and said loudly, "I told you not to serve THEM." Apparently, there was a misunderstanding about our seating, and the colleague wanted to express his frustration by leaving us to languish without being served. We then went to another restaurant, very upset about this realization. Perhaps management should mention at the next staff meeting that personal displeasure is subordinate to professionalism, and that such an action reflects poorly on the restaurant. What a pity :-(

If you have a lot of time and a lot to talk about with your family, this is the place for you. I would have preferred to spend my time walking around Potsdam than waiting for my food. The two of us visited on October 3rd, a public holiday. We were incredibly lucky to be seated quite abruptly without having made a reservation. Many other visitors after us were told they would wait 40 minutes. After waiting almost an hour for our burgers and fries, we weren't sure what those 40 minutes referred to. The service is super friendly and the food is truly delicious, even if it could have been a bit warmer. However, for the price, I would have expected a bit more finesse—not just iceberg lettuce on the burger, but more of an arugula—but that's a matter of taste. Unfortunately, the sun shone unpleasantly in our faces from where we were seated. The service tried hard but couldn't help us because the blinds were broken right there. For dessert (frozen yogurt), we had asked for faster delivery and were close to canceling, but then it came around the corner. Luckily.

Peter Pane is always a good place to eat a delicious veggie burger, along with a delicious homemade lemonade. No matter the location.

I ordered for pickup. Unfortunately, the food wasn't ready until 30 minutes after the stated pickup time, so I stood in the aisle for half an hour. That would have been fine, but none of my requests were taken into account. I got tomatoes on all my burgers, even though I specifically requested none, and the truffle fairy was missing mushrooms. On top of that, everything was cold. €40.00 for three burgers and one nugget, that's really poor!

If it were possible, I'd even give it 0 stars. In short: We were there, ordered food using a QR code scan. Suddenly, it said our payment method wasn't working. (Which isn't the biggest problem.) When we asked the waitress to cancel the order, she told us it was no longer possible. So we told her it was okay. We waited an hour and 30 minutes for our food to arrive. Suddenly, the waitress came over to us and said the order had been canceled a long time ago and she hadn't noticed. Instead of apologizing for us sitting there for an hour and 30 for nothing, she cheekily asked if we still wanted the order. Completely outrageous; never experienced such disrespectful service. Better to go to Extrablatt.

My second order in Peter Pane by Lieferando and i got absolutely not my order - different burgers with awful mango sause and sweet fries. Why s that sh happened so often - twice on one week? Is it so difficult to read order in bill or what??

The shop's interior is very inviting and cozy. The staff is very friendly, competent, and helpful, but the best part was the food. You can't complain.

We're actually big fans of Peter Pane; we really like the concept and the food. Unfortunately, we were disappointed on our last visits and orders. We sometimes had to wait a very long time, not only for our orders, but also for the opportunity to pay for our food. We also had the feeling that something was occasionally forgotten and only prepared upon request. It can all happen, but I think guests would be better off with honest information than being fobbed off with a smile and a flimsy explanation, or even ignored altogether. It's a shame, but we won't be visiting this Peter Pane during peak times in the future.

The service is very friendly, but the wait times are far too long (poor management). The food was good, but 45 minutes for a portion of fries is simply unacceptable.

Tried the coffee and cake at Peter Pan today. Very tasty 😋 . The atmosphere was just as nice as at Peter Pan in Flensburg. For the hearty food, the amazing hamburgers 🍔, and the drinks, really top-notch 👍. Nice, friendly service, thank you so much.

NO RECOMMENDATION! The worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant. The waiter sent us away from our table in the most rude manner. When we pointed out that we didn't know that apparently we weren't allowed to sit there, we were told that it wasn't his problem and that we should move immediately, as they would notice that the seats weren't available. This kind of behavior was unacceptable. We left immediately, of course. We'd be happy to have a conversation with the person about how to treat customers appropriately.

We discovered PETER PANE by chance and just went in on a whim. We were greeted warmly and offered a table outside or inside. When ordering our food, we were advised that you could also get everything from the set menu and save some money. Everyone was very friendly and customer-oriented. When the food arrived, we were surprised. The menu is generously sized to fill you up, and it's freshly prepared. All in all, a very good restaurant with a sophisticated ambiance and polite, relaxed staff. Keep up the good work, we'll be back.

Not good value for money. Garden salad for €13.90, barely any pine nuts in it, and the salad isn't fresh. So, that's not acceptable, people (in the kitchen) please pay attention. The waiters are attentive, but unfortunately, it's no use. 👎

Everything was good, but I wanted beef – and my burger tasted like a bun. I thought it was pork at first. The side of fries was good value for money. Service was very friendly, and the tables were clean.

Just had a lovely meal at Peter Pane. The atmosphere is lovely on the Old Market Square, and the burgers are delicious. And a big thank you to Lucas and his excellent service.

Very nice service, the newer waiter was very courteous and friendly. We actually wanted to sit outside, but we were told there wasn't any room, even though the back outdoor area was completely empty. Otherwise, everything was very pleasant, and the food was great as always!

The Peter Pane in Wismar was outstanding! Top-quality meat and all the ingredients. Even though the restaurant was full and we didn't have a reservation, we received a very friendly welcome and were seated promptly. The drinks were chilled, and the food arrived nice and warm. Furthermore, all the servers who served us were very friendly and accommodating. The dessert (caramel cheesecake) was delicious and highly recommended. We were very satisfied all around – a great end to a wonderful day on the Baltic Sea. We'd love to come back and are very excited to try the Peter Pane in Potsdam! 😀

Visited on a Sunday with a reservation. The place wasn't incredibly busy. Nevertheless, we were initially directed by one colleague to another, and after about a five-minute wait, a table became available. So far, so good. The staff was friendly, and they took our order. And then we were off. We waited a whopping one hour and twenty (!) for the food. The waitress didn't even mention that it might take a little longer today. It's remarkable that Wolt, Lieferando, etc., orders were apparently being brought forward—the delivery drivers were constantly coming and going. When I commented on the wait, the waitress replied, "Well, we're understaffed, and it's pretty busy today..."—a standard excuse. When the food finally arrived, we realized the wait wasn't actually worth it... The price-performance ratio wasn't exactly top-notch. Conclusion: People, go somewhere else—that's not a problem in Potsdam.

The restaurant advertises a lunch menu for €9.90, which I ordered. When I paid, the total came to €27.90.

I've been a regular guest for the past few years and I'm always impressed. So many great vegan options. The service is always friendly, fun, and competent. The Potsdam location is really exceptional in terms of food and service, even compared to other locations. I've been to three other cities and never had the same taste experience as in Potsdam. Here, the food is truly prepared with love and care. The ambiance is super cozy and chic, but I'm deducting one star because the music inside is always a bit too loud for me. It's quieter outside, though. Our last visit yesterday was really nice, delicious, and our waiter, Lucas, was very attentive to our needs.

Best vegan and vegetarian burger selection in town, in my opinion. Lucas, the waitress, is super friendly and quick 😂. The lunch menu is also absolutely reasonably priced considering the size and variety.

We would have loved to have lunch here, six of us. Unfortunately, we arrived at 11:58 AM and were asked to leave with the words, "We don't open until 12:00 PM!" Apparently, restaurants aren't doing as badly as everyone claims.

First, bad service - then wonderful, thanks to Rainer! We were a group of six at a table for six. A seventh person spontaneously joined us. However, they weren't allowed to sit at the same table, and we weren't allowed to sit at a different one either. With typical Brandenburg friendliness, our problem was explained as unsolvable. Then Rainer came! Rainer approached us and asked if we wanted to sit somewhere else (without us calling him). We were happy to do so. He recognized the problem and immediately suggested a solution. He served us extremely well, very friendly, and very service-oriented. The seventh person's order was brought forward so they could eat at the same time as everyone else. Jokes were made. An all-around good experience, thanks to Rainer. That's what service should be like. We'll be happy to come back!

Unfortunately, the wait times are long, even when it's not busy. The servers rarely come by. The food has been better! Portions are too small and lacking in flavor! It's a shame, we enjoyed going there!

The wait staff were inattentive, constantly changing servers at the same table. The outside lighting was poor while we were eating. The food was supposed to be without spicy sauce, but it was spicy after all. We waited forever to order, and no one even came to check. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. We had expected more.

We went on August 14th, when the temperature was 33 degrees. There was no air conditioning, and the windows and doors were half-open. Cleanliness was lacking (there are areas you can't access, I suppose to save money on cleaning even more). We ordered four burgers and a salad, two beers, and water (0.25 cl, €4). After looking through 12 brochures (there were four of us) including menus, specials, and cocktail lists, we saw a promotion in one of them: order a salad and get a free drink of your choice (not alcohol or cocktails). Both of the staff told us that the system, once we ordered the "menus," could no longer offer it to us. We are foreigners, with a menu in another language, and the brochure literally doesn't mention ordering on the spot... (in my opinion) They should improve their customer service a bit more, as well as the service offered.

Peter Pane in Potsdam is a true burger lover's paradise! 🍔 The meat is always juicy and well-seasoned, and the buns are fresh and slightly crispy. Plus, a wide selection of toppings—both classic and more creative—ensures everyone will find something they like. The service is polite, fast, and always offers helpful suggestions for the best flavor combinations with a smile. The place has a cozy, modern decor that creates a great atmosphere for both a get-together with friends and a family dinner. I especially recommend their sweet potato fries and homemade sauces—amazing! It's clear that Peter Pane prioritizes quality and freshness. I will definitely be back. 💛

DrcPotsdam's Peter Pan has been better. I'm becoming more dissatisfied with every visit. Some of the tables are smeared, wiped with a wet rag, and still have water on them when guests are seated. There are many crumbs from previous guests on the tables and under the table. This definitely needs to be improved. The appearance of the "Prime Smash Chili Cheeseburger" I ordered bears little resemblance to the pictures online. The burgers at McDonald's look appetizing. I can only recommend Peter Pan in Potsdam with reservations.

There are certainly better burgers than Peter Pane, but they're still always a solid option and a nice place to sit. Yesterday, the service was particularly fabulous. The waitresses were truly accommodating and, despite many special requests, incredibly friendly and patient! The kitchen also went out of their way to accommodate our special requests. That was truly fantastic! The staff there are excellent choices at this time!

When we asked for a table after a long wait at the entrance, the waiter simply left us standing there with a few unfriendly words as we walked by. We then went elsewhere for our meals, so the only thing we can judge here is the lack of service. Perhaps due to the large number of passing customers, they don't feel the need to make an effort with the service. Therefore, we wouldn't recommend this place!

Super friendly and personable service. My friend was there with some friends and was absolutely thrilled. She raved about it so much that I ordered three burgers to go for myself when I picked them up after the girls' lunch. I had ordered for 2 p.m. and all three burgers were freshly prepared and ready for pickup just in time. That's what gastronomy should be like... fantastic... you're a great team! Thank you for letting me enjoy your service. The burgers, with their varied toppings, were also delicious!

You wait 1 hour for your food even though it is not full

The Peter Pane restaurant has an extremely cozy environment and the staff is very friendly. The wait time was moderate. The only thing bothering us was that the patty was rather big and sortof cancels out the other vegetables on the burger. Also same with the fries which were rather large and not very crunchy.

Yesterday I went there with my daughter and my 67-year-old mother. It's definitely not for mom—very loud. My head is still spinning. They brought us much more than we ordered. I couldn't understand why, so I paid 60 euros! Look closely—the price for lunch doesn't include a hamburger! You pay extra for a hamburger!!! Pros: The hamburger is delicious. But we ordered a chicken lunch for my daughter—she doesn't like it. As for the staff—they're friendly, and we didn't have to wait long for a table. You can't sit outside.

We were there for a birthday. The table was lovingly set. There were small gifts for the birthday girl and the guests. The food and drinks were excellent.

My absolute favorite restaurant! While the menu is mostly burgers and dishes you'd expect from fast-food chains, the food can't be compared to any of those restaurants! The burgers always taste divine, fresh, and made with lots of love! The atmosphere is super nice, not to mention the decor! A great experience every time, 100% worth it❤️

The food and service were very good. Everyone uses first names, and so everything is relatively casual. Personally, I found the music too loud and not to my taste. The restrooms could use some minor cosmetic repairs and a bit of a hygiene update later in the evening. And there were no towels left for drying off. But I would still eat there again.

This restaurant impresses with its excellent service. From the mumbling Max, the incessant dishwasher, the friendly drink-sniffing man, the supposed branch manager, the newbie, to the friendly, grinning waitress – all great people! Unfortunately, it's convenience food, of course, but we've come to expect that from big-city chains – and the kitchen can't help it!

We were there today for my birthday and were greeted warmly and served excellently by Max. We would of course be happy to come back 👍
