Potgergrill in Potsdam

In contrast to previous, positive experiences, this time we were unfortunately rather disappointed. After a very long wait (almost 1.5 hours for 2 burgers with fries), the food arrived partly cold. After we commented on this, we were told in a moderately friendly manner that we couldn't notify all the tables if it took longer. There was no apology for the waiting time or the cold food.

After 45 minutes of waiting, our order came wrong and incomplete. The errors were corrected, but this time the hamburgers were cold. The pre-ordered fries were only served after the bill was paid. The employee in charge was completely disinterested. I cannot recommend the restaurant. Potsdam branch

We weren't allowed to sit on the terrace on such a beautiful day, why? The staff is totally understaffed and overwhelmed. So it took a very long time! Burgers were actually good and I recommend the cheese sauce! Otherwise everything is very expensive.

We were there at lunchtime as a family, especially recommended when the weather was good because there is a beautiful chestnut tree in front of the restaurant and there are often live musicians there. As always, the food is always very tasty and not overpriced as a menu.

Very, very disappointed… First we had to wait for a table. Then we ordered some food and had to wait one hour ! After this long waiting time, the waiter finally came and said they didn’t have the food we asked for. The food didn’t come at the same time and we had to remind them for the fries… The sauce pots were empty! Before paying, one waiter came and advised us to give tips. That was unbelievable.

The fork is very uncomfortable to eat with, it is too thick and not properly shaped

Great service in advance, everyone friendly and helpful! Plus great location and atmosphere! But the food was an absolute disgrace and an imposition! The burgers are almost inedible and really incredibly dry and just thrown together quickly, the "Loaded Fries" are A not loaded and B almost inedible, limp and bland, and on top of that the prices are quite sporty! The cocktails are okay, but I still wouldn't come back.

They served me a great cocktail, which I rate even better than the burger itself. Unfortunately, I received it a little drier than I would have imagined. The menu, complete with fries, cost 33 euros, which is an above-average price even for Germany, but probably to be expected considering the location.

We waited 50 minutes for our food and then the burger was only lukewarm. But it's an expensive pleasure with all the additional extras, such as a drink and fries.

My honest opinion as a regular guest (3-5x a month): The crew here is consistently warm and attentive - you immediately feel welcome. The burgers not only taste great, they often come almost too quickly - a luxury problem that you like to have. Of course, waiting times are to be expected in such a popular store, but that's absolutely understandable given the rush. I particularly appreciate that people remember me: My drink is usually ready before I even sit down - that's what I call service with personality! Service: 11/10 Food: 11/10 Ambience: I was thrilled at the opening - stylish, cozy, recognizable. A word about the management: The owner knows his craft, is present, friendly, and radiates exactly the passion that runs through the entire team. You can tell that gastronomy is alive here. I always enjoy coming back – and that says it all.

A burger between €18 and €25 I had the breadless version for 16.90 The taste was good, but unfortunately there was really little, no feeling of satiety, a lot of salad for the price of the fries €9.90

Very nice operation and great service. Food was super delicious. The aperitif of the month must definitely be on the menu.

We stood hungry in front of the restaurant with 2 electric chairs and a walker. The staff was super helpful, benches were moved aside and we were helped with seating. It was a successful evening for us. Space was also spontaneously made for another couple from our muscle group. We also know it differently and would therefore like to thank the staff very much.

Peter Pane simply makes great burgers and the homemade lemonades etc. are really tasty. Started with the aperitif of the month, created by this branch, super refreshing and highly recommended, followed by a delicious burger, topped with a wonderful dessert. This alone is all good for the soul. In addition, absolutely courteous service and two employees (Lucas and Marc) who are completely behind the shop. It was a wonderful, relaxed evening in great company. Thanks!

Large selection of burgers. Single 90g, double 180g or 300g. Vegan and vegetarian too. Something for everyone.

The burgers were large and tasty. The sweet potato fries were divine. I didn't take fries sauce so I could always taste the flavor. The dessert, frozen yogurt 'i wanna berry you', was also very tasty. Waitress was very nice. A minus point, we received the voucher after payment. This does not make it possible to check the receipt in advance. That doesn't immediately seem like a thing, but the menu has a whole structure of small costs. Then it's nice if it's correct.

Be careful at lunchtime! We saw the sign for a burger, fries, and a drink for 10 euros. So we stopped there. The three of us wanted EXACTLY that. After all, that's exactly what was on the table. We paid well over 60 euros instead of 30 because we supposedly ordered the "lunch menu" instead of the "lunch break." Even though I pointed to the sign and we had exactly that choice! I felt like throwing it back up on their table. That was a nasty trick. Really shitty! Not with us again! Watch your words when ordering and ask again just to be sure. Otherwise it will be outrageously expensive.

Standard Peter Pan. Really good food, even the non-burgers. Unfortunately you wait forever for everything, especially drinks. If you venture in and notice the menu poster with the drink, burger and fries for €10 be careful because there are two offers..! The €10 euro offer is „peters pause“. The „peters Mittags menu“ is burger Preis + €9.90. in my opinion it’s a little opaque and could end up costing nearly double if you order the latter, thinking it to be the €10 offer. Service was surprisingly good.

Reservation recommended. Cheap parking spaces are available in the parking garage at the main station. The staff is very friendly and the dishes are explained and there are also good recommendations for the day. While waiting for our order, we noticed that neighboring tables had made some errors with their orders. I ordered a double Peter without potato chips. Somehow they don't fit on any burgers. Unfortunately I had to take the chips off my burger, which somehow disintegrated the whole burger. Too bad. Nevertheless, we will stop there more often. I discovered the restaurant chain in a live stream on Twisch by Montana Black 88. He was eating there on his bike tour in Hamburg. Thanks Monte.

There are good burgers, good sauces, fresh salads and homemade soft drinks. The room is appropriately furnished and decorated. You sit relatively close together but that doesn't bother you. The staff is quick and friendly.

The staff didn’t pay much attention to us, and had tried to direct us to an undesirable seat in front of the waiters when there were several other places available. A bit annoyed to see that the waiter added hot sauce to the bill when we were not told it costs extra. Food is just ok, prices are high for what it is.

We just had a drink. The staff was nice and we got a spot spontaneously without any problems. However, it was also after 10 p.m. The drinks weren't cheap in terms of price, but the taste was okay. At least we didn't regret it. Of course the setup was a success!

Early afternoon: The restaurant is almost empty. Only 4 tables are occupied. As a guest you still wait forever at the entrance. Although the service staff is standing around bored. Then it takes more than 20 minutes for the order to be taken. And this only at our emphatic request. Then another 35 minutes pass until it is served. The burgers (chicken and vergan) are incredibly bland and hardly seasoned. Price/performance doesn't match.

Had food there. The waitresses were a bit overwhelmed, a waiter carried dropped cutlery with his shoe towards the kitchen, something like that doesn't work. The taste of the food was okay, but not the burner, there's a better way see Hans im Glück. Also a little more expensive in price. You could pay by card. The location is cool.

Peter Pane is a special burger restaurant. Great selection of drinks, delicious desserts and varied side dishes. Unfortunately my burger was just so-so. Maybe the ingredients were already scarce or I just made poor choices. In any case, I wouldn't order the "Feige Goat" burger again, there was hardly anything on it other than the meat. When I was there again today, I had the smoked burger, which was fine. Our waitress was very friendly and patient despite the full house.
