Excellent burger experience at Peter Pane! My visit to Peter Pane was a thoroughly enjoyable experience! I was particularly impressed by the burger “The Legend”, which not only lives up to its name, but also absolutely impresses in terms of taste. The juicy patty was perfectly prepared, the combination of fresh ingredients and the unique sauce really rounded off the taste experience. The atmosphere in the restaurant was modern and cozy, and the staff was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The selection of side dishes and drinks was also excellent - there is something for every taste. I would recommend Peter Pane to anyone looking for a quality burger restaurant. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Overall reasonable but no more who it is. The menu is very confusing at first. The staff of waiters changed all the time and there was not one waiter who was accessible to us. We ordered two veggie burgers and a large chop that came with two sauces. The burgers were reasonable but no more who it is. They didn't even come with a small salad. The fries were ok and the sauces reasonable.

As usual, always nice, friendly and helpful, the food is very, very tasty :)).I can only recommend it and it is always worth a visit.

Now I think the prices are really high. Spending over €30 for a burger including a drink is a lot.

The best burgers I've ever eaten. Only waited 10 minutes until the burgers came. We reserved online in advance so that we also had a place. It's always crowded there. Happy to come there.

You should definitely reserve here in advance. The restaurant is very busy, which means there is a corresponding background noise, but it has a certain cosiness. You waited for what felt like an eternity for the food, but it was incredibly longer. Worth a recommendation.

It was a nice evening and our conditions were very nice and accommodating 😊 Food was ok too... the fries could be crispier! But unfortunately the sauce made it too mushy.

Unfortunately not so exciting. The food itself was good, but the fries only had a little salt. Well, you can add more salt yourself, it's not the end of the world. Unfortunately the service wasn't good. My drink sat at the counter for almost 10 minutes and was overlooked the entire time. I then asked and then saw the overlooked drink suddenly brought out. No apology or anything, just a slightly stale drink. Then my burger was “upgraded” with Angus beef, even though I denied that when I ordered. I was charged anyway. And even when I mentioned it when paying, there was no “sorry” or “we don’t charge”. You can definitely eat well here, but I was probably just unlucky with the waiter. But I would expect that there would be more customer orientation in something like this and that people would independently take responsibility for their own mistakes and try to make amends

Today was the first time for me to go to a Peter Pan restaurant. Unfortunately, it left a very negative impression on me. The staff was friendly, quick and tried very hard! The food was nothing! I was served hot tea in a whiskey glass! Maybe it's just an inn, I don't like it! The food: a manageable piece of chicken breast fillet, a lettuce leaf, maybe two, two slices of tomatoes, about a tablespoon of cuarcamole and a little mango sauce! As a topping I ordered fried champions 1.50€ extra for 3 small mushrooms! What a disgrace!

The waiters were a bit distracted this time. 2 things were forgotten (at least 1/2 came when asked). The food didn't come for everyone at the same time, but that's probably difficult to achieve with several people. But otherwise solid as always.

We received an extremely friendly welcome without a reservation and were seated outside. The concept of the burgers with the different types of buns and the small additional toppings that could be chosen was explained to us very well. We really enjoyed it. The service was absolutely attentive throughout and we had the impression that it was really good to be part of the team here. The guest also enjoys it. . .

The legend is simply the best burger. Despite the store being very busy, the waiting time was perfectly fine.

A really successful evening. We were a group of 12 people, The team gave us an excellent rating. Very courteous and respectful, Not to mention the food. Before I reveal too much, give it a try.

We ate at Peter Pane with our 3 children. Our kids were able to order from their own coloring menus. We are positively impressed by the food. And the staff was also very friendly. Brilliant idea: "The radio play on the toilets". Keep it up!!! We always like to come back.

The garden salad was great as always. The burger, on the other hand, looked very boring. Unfortunately, the operation was partly robotic. After asking whether one was satisfied, no time was given for an answer.

First of all - this review mainly relates to "ordering" (delivery or collection). We rarely order food because we are often not convinced by the quality or freshness, but you have to give it to Peter Pan: they do it brilliantly! Fries are always hot and not soggy, the burgers are fresh and warm. Delivery is always very quick and the staff is really nice (even when picking up). We were there a few times at lunchtime, when there wasn't much activity - everything was fresh and tasty and the service was quick. We are very satisfied and will continue to eat a Nacho Macho again and again in the future ;)

Always full, always loud, rarely seats with backrests, always delicious!

Unfortunately it took an hour for the burgers to be delivered. Apparently there was no proper communication with the kitchen and we were simply forgotten. There were only two of us, so not even a big group, and yet it still seemed to overwhelm the kitchen. In addition, for the high price, the burgers don't taste nearly as good as in other shops that have a better price-performance ratio. The service was nice but if the order takes so long it doesn't help much.

1 hour wait until the burgers arrived. Burgers are okay - similar to Burgermeister, for example, but 3x as expensive.

Due to the very busy restaurant, there was a waiting time of around 10 minutes until a seat for 2 people was allocated. An extremely friendly team welcomed and served us. Both the issuing of the menu and the ordering of drinks and food went smoothly within a very short time. The drinks and food were served in a reasonable time despite the very busy restaurant. Ordering drinks was also possible without any problems. So we enjoyed a delicious dessert at the end of the evening. The food and drinks not only impressed visually but also tastefully. Big shout out to the entire Peter Pane team!

A really great burger restaurant! Everything is right here: very good food, lots of choice, super friendly service, great ambience and good price/performance ratio. Our burgers were all very tasty. There is also a set menu on offer at lunchtime. The homemade lemonade is also really great! If you are in Potsdam and like burgers, you should definitely eat here. We'll be back.

Centrally located restaurant of the burger chain in Potsdam. Reservations are recommended as the restaurant is always full due to its location. At peak times, the otherwise adequate staff seems overwhelmed. The result is waiting times at the entrance and at the table itself.

Totally overcrowded around 7 p.m. on Fridays, it's not possible to eat there without a reservation (or a wait of up to 30 minutes). Menu doesn't just offer burgers, but these dominate there.

Stylish interior and great service. The burgers, side dishes and drinks are high quality and the toilets are clean, classy and with fairy tale radio plays coming out of the loudspeakers - cute! Of course the fun is a little more expensive, but for me it's always worth it.

I have to say normally the shop is really nice and everything is delicious, but my experience a few days ago was terrible. My girlfriend and I had reserved a table for two and arrived right on time. At first we weren't received very friendly, but that didn't matter to us. Then our reservation wasn't in the system at all (but we had a reservation confirmation). We were then seated at a very small table near the bar that didn't even have room for hands or anything else. The plate would have barely fit! We also noticed that we were placed right next to the toilet! My girlfriend and I ultimately decided to just leave. We were very disappointed because it was a very important day for us and the combination of reception, service, ambience and understanding was a total disaster. So everything could have been nice, but it was implemented very poorly and we are extremely disappointed.

Nice restaurant on the edge of the rebuilt Potsdam City Palace. Standardized but tasty food. You can sit outside. Highly recommended, especially for families with children.

The price-performance ratio has decreased. I just think the prices for the burgers, salad and beer are now too high. In my opinion, the service is also understaffed when the store is full. We weren't served for almost 20 minutes and we collected the cards ourselves. Tables weren't clean. Food still tastes good.

Because I booked for 11 people, we were supposed to be spread out over two tables, that's not possible. We preferred to get together at a table for 6 people.

Went there spontaneously and without a reservation. After our bad experiences in Dresden (waiting time XXL), we were prepared to wait here too - but it went quickly. Staff very friendly. Of course, as everywhere else, the price is borderline.

Food is always delicious! The offers for vegetarians and vegans in particular are very tasty alternatives to meat, even for meat eaters. The service is also always very positive.

Delicious! We each had a brioche burger. Once the “Nature Boy” and once the “Holde Maid”. Service also great.

The burgers were fantastic, but the service was bad. After paying with tips, we asked if it's okay to stay and chill with the beers left, and the waiter said yes, ofc. However, another waiter came in a few mins and told us to move to other table or leave (What???). It was very rude and unprofessional, so I have to take off 3 stars because of the service. Even if you have to close a certain table area, you should wait until all the customers finish, or you must gently and kindly ask for their favor.

The food was very good. The ambience should be reconsidered. Because the tables are very close together, you hardly have the opportunity to sit comfortably. In my opinion, the music was also too loud, which meant that the guests were talking louder and louder. So I found it very stressful to eat there, unfortunately not a nice relaxing evening.

We reserved a table for 10 people for my birthday. When we arrived, the shock! We were simply divided into two tables and were supposed to sit back to back. An absolute no go for me and if I had gotten information about it beforehand, we would definitely have gone somewhere else. Luckily, due to two last-minute cancellations by my guests, eight of us were able to squeeze together at one table with simple, unpadded wooden benches in order to have a little chat, but this was made difficult due to the extreme noise level in the restaurant. The food was quite good so far, the service was very friendly and quick. All in all, unfortunately we probably won't come again.

The food was delicious and completely sufficient, but the ambience should be reconsidered. Due to the large number of guests, the extreme volume is very disturbing. Added to this is the volume of the music. We sat right at the entrance and the waiting guests constantly leaned against our backrest, which then caused us to wobble back and forth and was very uncomfortable. The seats at the tables do not allow you to sit comfortably as everything is arranged very tightly.
