Cocktail OK. Overcooked burger, bacon and tough black steak. Cold, unmelted cheddar. Extra support and poor value for money.

The burgers are delicious in themselves. When you look at how small the portion is for the price and how skimpy the cheese and salad are, you really wonder how you can justify visiting Craddock for yourself. Afterwards you have to go somewhere else to get your fill and you have already left a lot of money behind. The eggplant on the Beyond Burger doesn't do the burger any good. Unfortunately, the Double Beyond Burger noted online was no longer available. Now each one costs twice as much as before.

A disgusting and terrible waiter, thinks he's the manager.I asked the manager, he said he was in charge and counted the change incorrectly.He gave me an order as if I came for free, although I spent a considerable amount with my friends.The waitress girl, honey and so sweet and kind, tried to help, but that guy, due to the fact that he had been “working there for 4 years”,simply did not give her the opportunity to finish.And he just said, "I don't have enough time for you." I've always liked eating there, but now I'll never be there.Does the waiter think he's a god?Then let him eat there, because they have lost their regular customer.

Double Smash Burger as it should be: Patty crispy, bun nice and soft. Crispy fries and a cold Carlsberg, what more could you want 😉

We got there around 23 h after 11 hour car ride, people were already leaving but they served us with delicious smash burgers and cold beers. We came back the next day and it was amazing again. Great food, great service, great location

Wir waren heute hier das erst mal essen. Das Personal war nicht gastfreundlich und das Essen kalt. Das einzige gutes war das Ambiente und das Essen war nach 5min warte Zeit da. Fazit Getränke gut, Service mangelhaft und essen ungenügend.

We came here on a whim but will be back soon. The Burgers (Cheese and Chili-Cheese) where amazing, toasted buns, juicy burger, tasty cheese and great sauces. The ribs were super tender, delicious and came clean of the bone! Steakhouse fries were also great. Food was a surprising 10/10. We didn’t had any expectations and were still surprised. Service and kitchen were very friendly-professional and served us even tho we came shortly before kitchen closed which makes the superb food even greater. Prices are absolutely fair for what was served. Already looking forward to next time. A reason more to make the journey to Potsdam.

Waited more than 20 minutes before the waiter brought the menu, even though there were only 6 other guests present. The patty was undercooked and there was hardly any taste of BBQ sauce on my BBQ burger. The prices on site did not match those on the website. All in all not recommended.

We arrived late but the waiter was nice allowed us to orders 2 burgers. They were delicious. After us two big tables arrived and the waiter was able to handle all of us quickly and professionally. I recommend place, food and staff.

Was here for the second time and we enjoyed it both times. The burgers could have been a little hotter, but tasted good. I had the burger with fried egg. The sweet potato fries are super crispy and delicious, as are the regular fries. Also had a portion of wings, very tasty. Service was also okay, prices are a bit high in my opinion. But you can do it.

Really delicious. We tried the chicken fingers and the mozzarella sticks to start with and were really impressed. The chicken fingers in particular are fantastic... The breading is a hit and the meat is super tender and juicy... The burgers are really decent in size and really good... We also have the chilli cheese fries and ate the beef and cheese fries... Also super tasty and generous portions... We also tried the chicken melt... We didn't know that before. Great alternative to the citizen... Crispy and really tasty... The cocktails were also really good... The ambience has a diner touch... Everything is a bit cramped... It wouldn't be my first choice for a romantic evening for two, but you can easily spend an evening with friends there. We could have done without the TV (Sky Sport)... All in all, we'd love to come back...

With one word: Great!!! I've really, really never had such a delicious burger! The melts, i.e. burgers made from 2 brioche toasts, are also simply fantastic (almost better than the burgers)! Would be something for the YouTube category: Best Burger in Germany! And for the price you get a lot on your plate! The cocktails are also very, very good! So people, storm the store!!! (Except when we want to eat here)

Nice burger bar with an extensive selection. The burger was good, but not in the top 5. The coleslaw wasn't even in the top 10. Still, everything was delicious. The service was friendly and initially very quick. Once the food was through, it took a while to get the second round of drinks.
