The food was really delicious! The drinks and burgers arrived very quickly, and they tasted juicy and fresh. Not like the run-of-the-mill smash burgers you find everywhere. Highly recommended. The ambiance is a bit basic, but the food is what matters most anyway :)

I've eaten a lot of burgers in my life and would almost call myself an expert. The burger at Craddock was definitely in the top three of the burgers I've ever devoured. Smashed to perfection. The atmosphere is great and the service is very friendly, attentive, and competent. Isa knew exactly what I wanted. Thanks, Isa. A truly enjoyable burger experience.

First off, the decor is fantastic. Attention has been paid to every detail, from the lighting and seating to the menu. The food was amazing, especially the Caesar salad, which had a great dressing and the crunchy topping that made me want more. 💯 I also highly recommend the entrecote with truffle fries – a superb combination. My absolute recommendation. 😎

This review refers to the delivery service. I waited 1.5 hours for the food. That's unbelievable (without explanation), especially in a small city like Potsdam. Nothing was said about it or even an apology for the delay. The burgers were okay and still lukewarm, but charging €5 for such a small portion of fries is incredibly cheeky. They tasted like frozen fries that had been deep-fried.

For the price, I was a bit disappointed with the burger (sides cost extra). The bread was already falling apart in the bag, which I've only ever experienced at fast food restaurants, and the patty was rather small. My friends, on the other hand, who chose the Beyond Meat (a.k.a. vegetarian) option, were thrilled 🤷

One Hell of a Burger... This burger was really good. Look at the picture stacked, juicy, and photogenic. The meat? Perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor. The bun? Soft, buttery, and somehow managed to soak in all that goodness without falling apart. Every bite had the right balance crisp lettuce, fresh toppings, and that satisfying, slightly messy, burger glory. Probably the best burger I’ve had all week :D

Actually a cool place, but it was already empty when we arrived. We wondered if that was a good sign... the Smashburger burger was delicious, but the bun was a bit too soft, and it came wrapped in a cardboard box. It was a bit weird unwrapping the burger yourself and putting it on your plate. You have to order sides. I didn't order any, thinking that they would at least put something small next to the burger, like is usual elsewhere. Unfortunately, we only got the wrapped burger, which felt like McDonald's. The place is nicely decorated, but a bit too sterile. A bit too empty on a Saturday. The waiters were constantly out or disappearing. You sat alone in the place. It was creepy and not inviting. A shame... the atmosphere was lacking.

We stopped by this place because of the good reviews and our hunger for burgers. We were the only customers, but the server had virtually no time for us, as he seemed more interested in talking to his smoking buddies who hadn't ordered anything. The food itself was okay, but I find it disappointing for a burger place that the patties weren't seasoned, making them very bland. The cheese wasn't even remotely melted, and the sauce was just ketchup. All in all, I can't recommend this place.

Had a chili cheese smash double. Not bad, ut it had onions, which wasn't listed in the ingredients. I can't eat onions. List all items in the ingredients! They don't take credit card for small purchases, which is annoying.

First I love smash burgers,however these are like crumble burgers! Paper thin to bread ratio and sloppy. Got 2 orders wrong, got the bill charged 2€ more for the fries than on price menu and 2€ more for a cola than on the menu. Server was not attentive although he was the only one taking and delivering orders on a Friday night. Definitely not worth it.

The burgers were very good, the fries were fresh. The prices were a bit higher. It took 25 minutes to take the order, and 45 minutes to get the food. It was busy, but there was only one server.

We were looking for a place to watch a soccer game at short notice. We found one. Luckily, we still got a spot. The hamburgers and the organic Potsdamer Stange beer were really delicious.
