Very tasty burgers and especially fries! We'd love to come back. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.

The dry aged burger was highly recommended, as was the smash burger. We'll be back :)

Delicious food (not just the different burgers), good portions and a suitable selection of drinks (including homemade lemonades), all at fair prices, I'm always very satisfied. Tasteful and cozy atmosphere to feel good, attentive and very friendly staff, outdoor area in the lively center and still quiet. The Craddock is a must for me every time I visit Potsdam!

Clear recommendation. Delicious (smash) burgers and snacks, excellently mixed drinks, great service, card payment, fair price-performance ratio and regular live sports broadcasts. We are satisfied every time.

The burgers were tasty, but not outstanding. The coleslaw needed a little more acid and seasoning. The service was very nice and not intrusive. We liked the ambience, but the music is quite loud. We would come back.

Short and sweet like the service: - Patty burned, when asked they said it had to be that way - no interest in the guest and their sensitivities - a lot of delivery drivers, which means the door constantly slams > annoying and loud - Sauces were piled on the food, hygiene looks different - Sound system is getting old, the only thing left by the speakers are grumpy highs I would neither recommend nor come back.

Burger very generous, medium and super heavily topped. Super tasty and highly recommended. The fries are crispy and well done. Not half raw. :) Since we have ordered, we unfortunately can't say anything about the ambience yet, but we will do so later.

Overall, everything makes a decent impression. However, it is now suspicious if only cash is accepted. If you have several cocktails and meals, you'll be spending a fair amount of money, which you don't necessarily have in cash.

Extremely unfriendly service, paid for goods are not delivered and when asked you get unfriendly and stupid answers + pointless discussions in which everything is blamed on the delivery service. Employees simply hang up several times during the conversation. Ordering is absolutely not recommended 👎🏼

We enjoyed our meals very much, one of us even said that he had the best burger ever in this place. Can be a bit loud though as they also show soccer games (the vibe is more of a pub feeling). The staff was friendly and managed to offer us a table for seven, even though we didn’t reserve before.

Delicious burgers and fries. It could have been a little more sauce, but still very tasty. The cocktails were good and for the price we received large, well-filled glasses. The soufflé with vanilla ice cream is highly recommended :)

We started ordering from here to home since they joined the "smash burger" wagon, and oh boy they nailed it. Today we visited to eat at the place and everything of course were really delicious. They have not only burgers but curly fries (if you know, Arby's style), nachos with melted cheese and Mac & Cheese. I feel lucky to have this place in my neighborhood. My only -1 star for the atmosphere inside. I see this is a bar as well but for a daytime, it is pretty dark inside. We will keep coming back. Thanks to the chef and friendly staff.

Not a bad burger apart from the rubber bacon. Couldn't cut or chew it, beef bacon, as if that was an excuse for serving something inedible. Poor choice of beer too. My wife enjoyed her chicken burger and wine, so not all bad.

The burgers are delicious in themselves. When you look at how small the portion is for the price and how skimpy the cheese and salad are, you really wonder how you can justify visiting Craddock for yourself. Afterwards you have to go somewhere else to get your fill and you have already left a lot of money behind. The eggplant on the Beyond Burger doesn't do the burger any good. Unfortunately, the Double Beyond Burger noted online was no longer available. Now each one costs twice as much as before.

A disgusting and terrible waiter, thinks he's the manager.I asked the manager, he said he was in charge and counted the change incorrectly.He gave me an order as if I came for free, although I spent a considerable amount with my friends.The waitress girl, honey and so sweet and kind, tried to help, but that guy, due to the fact that he had been “working there for 4 years”,simply did not give her the opportunity to finish.And he just said, "I don't have enough time for you." I've always liked eating there, but now I'll never be there.Does the waiter think he's a god?Then let him eat there, because they have lost their regular customer.

Double Smash Burger as it should be: Patty crispy, bun nice and soft. Crispy fries and a cold Carlsberg, what more could you want 😉

We got there around 23 h after 11 hour car ride, people were already leaving but they served us with delicious smash burgers and cold beers. We came back the next day and it was amazing again. Great food, great service, great location

Wir waren heute hier das erst mal essen. Das Personal war nicht gastfreundlich und das Essen kalt. Das einzige gutes war das Ambiente und das Essen war nach 5min warte Zeit da. Fazit Getränke gut, Service mangelhaft und essen ungenügend.

We came here on a whim but will be back soon. The Burgers (Cheese and Chili-Cheese) where amazing, toasted buns, juicy burger, tasty cheese and great sauces. The ribs were super tender, delicious and came clean of the bone! Steakhouse fries were also great. Food was a surprising 10/10. We didn’t had any expectations and were still surprised. Service and kitchen were very friendly-professional and served us even tho we came shortly before kitchen closed which makes the superb food even greater. Prices are absolutely fair for what was served. Already looking forward to next time. A reason more to make the journey to Potsdam.

Waited more than 20 minutes before the waiter brought the menu, even though there were only 6 other guests present. The patty was undercooked and there was hardly any taste of BBQ sauce on my BBQ burger. The prices on site did not match those on the website. All in all not recommended.

We arrived late but the waiter was nice allowed us to orders 2 burgers. They were delicious. After us two big tables arrived and the waiter was able to handle all of us quickly and professionally. I recommend place, food and staff.

Was here for the second time and we enjoyed it both times. The burgers could have been a little hotter, but tasted good. I had the burger with fried egg. The sweet potato fries are super crispy and delicious, as are the regular fries. Also had a portion of wings, very tasty. Service was also okay, prices are a bit high in my opinion. But you can do it.
