Best Burger in Town. Quality comes at a price here in downtown Potsdam. Quickly prepared with fresh ingredients in just a few minutes.

Super smashburger, awesome fries. This place does exactly what you'd expect, but unfortunately, you can't find it everywhere. It can be so simple. Thin patties with crispy smashed edges, buttered brioche buns, solid sauces, and add-ons. Keep up the good work, please don't let them buy you out.

To call it a mass-produced restaurant might be an understatement, but in the evenings the place is packed, the staff are stressed, and seating is limited. It's best to order takeout.

I went there 2-3 times shortly after it opened, and it was really delicious and the staff was friendly. These days, I rarely go there because the quality has declined so much. Also, I'd prefer regular burgers, not smash burgers. Edit, I went again. What's that? 3g of lettuce or something?

The burgers are a true feast for the palate. The veggie burger is especially recommended; it tastes very authentic—almost too authentic. It's best to clean your fingers thoroughly beforehand, as you'll want to lick every crumb and drop of sauce afterward. Luckily, Friedrich Burger has taken care of this—wet wipes are provided next to the sauces. The fries were also top-notch mayonnaise. Not too salty, crispy on the outside, and potato-y on the inside. A true masterpiece, and it was prepared in no time!

Burgers are good but fries? They taste good BUT why is there so much sauce????? And why doesn't it say on the board that there is mayo on it?? I thought I would get pure parmesan fries and maybe extra sauce with it but not on it 🤢 you have to communicate something like that - not everyone likes 1. mayo 2. even that there is sauce on it Unfortunately I would have to throw them away because I can't tolerate that kind of sauce/mayo, it's a shame

The shop was very modern and stylishly furnished, the food was delicious and authentic. The garlic/parmesan fries in particular were a taste experience. The burger's patty could have been seasoned a bit more for my taste, but that's a matter of taste. Overall really great, gladly again!

My favorite burger shop in Potsdam! The burgers with the smashed patti taste incredibly delicious. The fries are always fresh, perfectly seasoned, crispy and really filling. Price-performance ratio is perfect. Very authentic shop without a lot of frills, but very convincing food. Great recommendation!

Somehow I can't understand the many 5 stars. The fries are crispy, but extremely dry and there are significantly better burgers in Potsdam. My burger only tasted like mustard and was dripping with grease. If you pay by card, you first have to enter or reject a tip on the display. Was looked at so intensely that I felt bad. I recently tried a veggie burger in this small burger restaurant in downtown Potsdam, and I was really impressed! The burger was cooked perfectly - the vegan patty was juicy and flavorful without being over the top, and the combination of fresh vegetables and a delicious sauce topped it off. The atmosphere in the restaurant was friendly and welcoming. A great restaurant for anyone who wants to try delicious, meat-free alternatives. Absolutely recommended!

Been a good customer there for some time and have spent well over €500 eating there recently. I was always happy and so was my wife, but I honestly found what happened today extremely inadequate. Often a customer there and I order for myself alone or for me and my wife, you always get a stamp for the bonus card for each purchase, a stamp regardless of whether it's a burger or two, well everything's fine, I'm fine with it. Bought 6 burgers at once today when I asked if I could get 2 or 3 stamps as a good customer and for this larger purchase I got an immediate NO. With the statement that one per order, I honestly think it's pretty bad to get the same number of stamps for 6 burgers ordered as the customer who buys a burger for 8 euros. Further statements from the employee were that he couldn't do that either because the boss saw it on the camera immediately. You have to ask yourself why the employee has this kind of fear, it would be highly forbidden under labor law to observe his staff via camera (privacy). Long text short: I'm not a stingy person, but apparently the boss is too fond of customers who are willing to pay, so unfortunately you have to avoid the shop in the future, so it's a shame the burger tastes very good.

Our surprising new discovery in downtown Potsdam. Small snack bar, simple, chic, with humor and incredibly good burgers and fries. A manageable map, but the quality is convincing. The only wish would be another vegetarian option. Clear recommendation for burger fans. Meat wasn't a bland pattie, not a lot of frills but full of flavor. Not to forget the great music.

For me, Friedrich's burgers are the best ever

The burgers are overcooked and dripping with oil, you can’t really taste the meat. You can only sit at the bar counter along the wall, there are no tables here.

Scam alert: I asked for the parmesan truffed fries and they came without the truffles. I went to their Instagram and apparently this is a common complaint. Of course I would never pay €6.90 for regular fries.

We love ordering veggie burgers here and they are incredibly tasty. Unfortunately there are no vegan nuggets so we still have to order from McDonald's for the child who doesn't like burgers. I really hope that veggie nuggets will perhaps be added to the menu at some point.

Similar principle to Goldies on Kurfürstendamm in Berlin: tasty burgers and very good fries at a reasonable price. I would like significantly more grams per patty, it is still too thin US style - so there is still room for improvement to an outstanding burger. 😁

Honestly some of the best burgers i’ve ever had, super juicy and tasty with a reasonable price, definitely more of a takeout place but there’s some tables and the service is friendly. 10/10 would definitely recommend a Friedrich Double. Fries could be better but they’re still tasty, even if there’s progressively less parmesan in them.

Looking for something suitable to eat on a business trip. Also looked on Google Maps and found Friedrich Burger. Was the right decision. Burgers freshly prepared in front of our eyes, incredibly tasty, delicious burger patties, sauces and buns🍔. The fries were also nice and crispy and exactly my beloved drinks from Fritz. 100% recommendation!!!
