The taste is simply a 10/10 and the price-performance ratio is also great, especially compared to other local Bueger stores. I don't generally eat fries, but I love the ones from Friedrich Burger! I find that very meaningful. The staff is always nice and it always happens very quickly. Favorite burger shop. <3

Nice burger shop. A few burgers and fries to choose from. Nothing more is needed. Nicely decorated. Burger tastes great. Staff super friendly. The burger tastes really good - you're welcome to get it. .. the question remains why I deducted the star?! These are two little things: the burger bun is buttered before frying, unfortunately also on the outside and that makes it greasy AND a plastic bowl is used for free mayo/ketchup. This should be more sustainable. I will definitely eat a burger there again.

The smashburgers are something new and delicious (if you like smashburgers), fries are also delicious, although the garlic parmesan and truffle parmesan fries are not worth the extra charge for me personally. There have recently been stamp cards that say: “Collect a stamp with every burger and get your eleventh burger added to your next order for free.” Unfortunately, for an order of 4 burgers + 3x fries there was only one stamp, which I don't think is ok. So only two stars because of the misleading stamp cards.

Wanted to have lunch with 5 people, citizens arrived at 11:55. Got an unfriendly note that they don't open until 12 p.m. A group afterward at 11:58 was also turned away. Seating options are quite modest.

Ultra disappointed! The Truffle Parmesan Fries campaign is running for 6.90 euros. I pay 10 euros and get 3 euros back....at first I didn't say anything because I thought - well, 10 cents doesn't matter. Then I get my fries straight into my hand "closed packaging" ... I look in and ask where the truffle is hidden and then the only answer I got was "yes, it's sold out" ... when I asked why they didn't give it to me said right away and all I got was "don't you want it?" No, of course not, because I was looking forward to the truffle. Very unfortunate. Was the first and last time! Just be honest and say straight away when something is sold out.

Definitely the best Burger in Potsdam. The fries are perfectly crispy on the outside, while being soft on the inside. The service was good. Music perhaps a little too loud, but we sat outside. I know everything in Potsdam has gotten more expensive, however these prices were pretty high. Burgermeister in Berlin still hits that perfect spot for me between price/service/taste. So if you live in the area, I would recommend this place, but if you visit Berlin often, I'd definitely recommend Burgermeister. I would change the 4 star service rating to five if they somehow are able to change the pricing setup.

I recently ordered from FRIEDRICH BURGER at Friedrich-Ebert-Straße 23 in Potsdam via Uber Eats, and it was a fantastic experience. I started with their fabulous classic Friedrich smash burger, then tried the double cheeseburger and the chili cheeseburger. I couldn’t resist their garlic Parmesan fries, and they were absolutely delicious. Every burger was bursting with flavor and perfectly prepared. The classic Friedrich smash burger was juicy and fresh, the double cheeseburger was wonderfully indulgent, and the chili cheeseburger had the perfect amount of spice. The garlic Parmesan fries were so tasty that I couldn’t stop eating them. I’ve fallen in love with FRIEDRICH BURGER and now make it a point to return every time I’m in town. If you’re looking for consistently excellent burgers, I highly recommend FRIEDRICH BURGER. You won’t be disappointed!

Both to eat on site and to take away. Very clean. Burgers taste very fresh and come close to five guys. However, I would recommend a double portion of meat because the single cheeseburger didn't completely fill me up. The fries were okay too, you can try them out, but next time I'd rather just have a burger. I also think it's great that the menu is so simple. If you're in Potsdam, give the store a try!

The owner knows his craft. The meat is juicy and well seasoned, not too salty like many other burger shops in Berlin. The buns are soft and the amount of sauce is also great. I tried the Chilli Cheese and the Friedrich Supreme Burger, both powerful and delicious. Truffle fries were missing the truffle pieces...there was only truffle mayo on them, I don't know if it was forgotten or that's how it was supposed to be. The fries are solid, I would give them a 4 for the fries and a clear 5 for the burgers. In my opinion the best fast food burger shop in Potsdam... Burgermeister can't come close ;)

The Friedrich Burger was great and the fries were among the best I've eaten so far. However, there are 2 suggestions: - A crisp lettuce leaf instead of small limp strips would give the burger a completely different feeling of freshness. - The plastic stools should urgently be exchanged for higher quality wooden stools, they somehow remind you of a cheap pool bar and are the first thing you see from the outside. Give your good food the appropriate ambience ;)

We came across this burger completely by accident and we were lucky because we really liked it. The cheeseburger and BBQ burger were full of flavor, and the meat was crispy and well-done. They were smash burgers. We also tried the fries, which were extremely crispy. Portions and price were appropriate. Only the place is quite small and the seats are uncomfortable. We recommend trying it if you are nearby.

Really strong smash burger and also very tasty fries! I would recommend a double because, in my opinion, it has the best bun to meat ratio. The fries could have used a little more salt, but the truffle mayo and parmesan made it a very well-rounded affair! Definitely worth a visit.

A fast food restaurant that offers both fast and high quality food. The burgers were ready after 7 minutes and are like in an expensive burger restaurant. It's a small establishment, but it's quick and very tasty. The fries were very crispy and the lemonade I ordered was a decent glass bottle and not overpriced Mcdonalds Cola syrup. We paid 27 euros for 2 burgers, 2 lemonades and 1 portion of fries. I would describe that as cheap. Clear recommendation.

Price wise it's just too expensive to go back. 15€ for a burger and fries may now be accepted, but then the burger shouldn't be so small and the feeling of hunger should be back after 15 minutes. SERVICE: The guys are nice and relaxed, but if you can't even bring out the burger when there are 6 customers in the store (there were more than enough employees there), then you can't speak of service. By taking a number, waiting and picking it up yourself, the experience is comparable to the citizens' office and the fast food competition. (At higher price) For me: tried it and it's good.

Friedrich Burger has by far the best burgers you can imagine. The meat is of very good quality, it is juicy and crispy at the corners at the same time. The sauces and cheese go perfectly with it. At first the place was great, the best burgers and fries ever. We often ordered there. Last time the quality was slightly worse, but not relevant. Today was really the height. The truffle parmesan fries for €8.50 are just normal fries with a pinch of parmesan on top. Fries limp and not crispy. There are only minimal vegetables on the cheeseburger and everything is only distributed in one corner and not in the middle. We paid over €40 for 2 burgers and 2 fries and it was really worth nothing. Yes, before, but not anymore.

The BBQ burger was very juicy and tasty. I would especially like to highlight the onion jam. The Z-jam stood out very positively from the other burgers I had eaten in other burger houses. That was a note of its own. The fries were OK. Unfortunately there were no sweet potato fries. Definitely recommendable.

Good burger, mediocre fries, somewhat pricey

I'm not from P and can understand when new burger joints are hyped because they offer something new. Ultimately, it's a snack bar with a few bar stool seats where customers sit next to each other and eat their food and move on. The burger is smashed, but apparently too short. If you take the simple cheeseburger there is only a thin slice of patty on it, so I used the Frierich Double (2 patties). But it felt more like a sensible smash cheeseburger. In my opinion, there should be two thin, crisp pieces of meat on it. And then the part shouldn't cost €11. Otherwise it was okay in terms of taste, but nothing exciting. The fries weren't my thing, I like them puréed, similar to BK, i.e. creamy on the inside, crispy on the outside. The outside surface was also roughened so that crispy "flakes" stuck to the fries. I didn't think that was great and the potato I chose didn't look like much. So I can imagine that the Potsdam burger shop is at the top, but it's not a place that would be worth going further.

We ate there for the first time today. We didn't like it. The fries were incredibly salty and the burger is quite greasy. In addition, it simply lacked much more freshness such as lettuce and cucumber. It was there, but minimalist. In terms of taste, it's really not worth it for the price. The two big well-known chains are significantly better and cheaper.

In my opinion it is unfairly hyped. Fries were quite good, burgers but nothing special. Unfortunately there is only one veggie option, which I no longer find appropriate.

I was a bit missing the fresh component (salad, etc.). Also a house number for the price. But if you're in the mood for a burger and don't want to go to the Golden M, this is the place for you. But you shouldn't expect the ultimate taste explosion. I didn't really like the fries. But as always, that's a matter of taste. The ketchup, however, had a strange taste.

I actually just wanted a quick burger to take away. Ordered at 5:46 p.m., asked for the first time at 6:00 p.m., April 18th I was supposed to get a menu that I didn't even order. Super leckere Burger auf der Potsdamer Karte. Es gibt nicht viel Platz im Lokal, aber ich empfehle trotzdem dringend, den Burger zu probieren. Standardpreise

Mal wieder eine Enttäuschung. 😞 Was ist an Burgern wie in den USA so schwer. Das wichtigste am ganzen Burger ist das Fleisch. Beim Friedrich Burger findet man es hauchzart im viel zu dicken Brötchen. Cheeseburger??? Passend zum hauchzarten Fleisch gibt es eine ganz dünne kleine Scheibe Käse. Vorteil man muss nicht fürchten, dass der Käse beim Essen raustropfen könnte. Der Hamburger wurde auf der Karte gestrichen. Preis Leistung ein super Flop.... Leute da muss mind. doppelt so viel Fleisch und Käse rein und das Brötchen kann dünner werden.

Habe den Laden heute mit ein paar Kumpels ausprobiert. Einer der besten Burger 🍔 die ich je hatte. Sehr schnelle Bedienung, saftiger, frischer Burger. Nur zu empfehlen. Top 👍👍

Für mich absolut unbegreiflich das der keine 5 Sterne hat 😊 Der Burger ist ne 1+ genauso wie die Pommes Bei mir war es etwas ruhiger... hab gefühlt keine 10min gewartet bis die Angestellten alles fertig hatten und es mir mit ein lieben Lächeln überreicht wurde. 😋 Der Preis ist auch sehr gut. Das einzige was mir fehlte 🤣 war ne Club Mate. Aber spass bei Seite... bin mega zufrieden und komme sehr gerne wieder in Euren kleinen Laden 😉

Endlich ein würdiger Burgerladen für Potsdam. Vielen Dank, dass es nun endlich sehr gute Burger hier gibt! Preislich wohl normal „teuer“, aber in Ordnung. Ambiente kleiner aber kennt man aus Berlin. Qualität des Essens überzeugt absolut. Das ist auch das Wichtigste.

Hier versteht jemand sein Handwerk. Sehr schön. So muss ein Burger schmecken. Schön saftig-knusprige Patties. Weiches Brot. Das nächste mal bin ich auf die Zwiebelmarmelade gespannt.

Durch Zufall sind wir hier vorbeigekommen und haben wirklich großartige Burger gegessen. Das Fleisch war top mit angenehmen Röstaromen. Alleine innen wollten wir nicht sitzen, weil es einfach zu stark nach Fett gerochen hat. Draußen konnte man ne aber auch sitzen und auch das Treiben auf der Friedrich-Ebert-Straße verfolgen. Das war super.
