The food has been good to very good so far. The service is fantastic. The atmosphere is suitable for a date.

The food is great, but the place is simply too big, too loud, and the whole atmosphere is too stressful. It feels like being in a cafeteria, except the food tastes amazing.

Update 11/2025: Still unchanged, top 5/5 stars, superb! 👍 Our favorite Greek restaurant for a long time, even though we don't live in Lennep. Highly recommended: Always good quality, good portions, always fresh. Tables are clean, with a fresh flower and a lit candle on them. A complimentary ouzo before and after the meal—what more could you want? We love coming back here again and again—even from further away. Keep it up, the price-performance ratio is excellent!

Very good restaurant with very friendly service. The food is always delicious and therefore pricey, but worth it. What bothers me a bit is that many people don't understand what you say or want. Even on the phone when making the reservation, not a single sentence was understandable. On our last visit, we wanted small drinks and I immediately got the biggest glass because nobody understood, you know what I mean 😜😂 Otherwise, everything is top-notch. The owner is also very, very nice 😊👍🏻

Friendly and welcoming staff, very hospitable, however I have a comment: when I order pepperoni because that's what it says on the menu, I don't want bell pepper. It shouldn't be written that way. It was tasty, but I'm used to pepperoni with garlic on it from Greek restaurants. That was a bit of a shame. But everything was still very delicious.

We had a large family celebration at Poseidon and were completely satisfied. Vegetarians and meat eaters alike were catered for, and everything was deliciously prepared and decorated. The children were also well looked after. The service was very attentive, and drinks and food were served quickly. The value for money is definitely good here, and we will be happy to recommend you! Very pleasant atmosphere, very friendly staff, plenty of space, large outdoor area. The food was absolutely perfect. I had a large rump steak, medium-rare, with a baked potato and something like sour cream. The steak was seared on the outside, and a deep pink inside. It came with homemade fried onions and a salad as a side dish. I also tried an octopus salad from the person sitting next to me as a starter, which was also extremely tasty. Everything tasted 5/5. I'd go back! :)

Thank you for the wonderful brunch! My parents were thrilled. They said it was the tastiest restaurant they'd ever been to in Germany, and the view was beautiful. The servers were very friendly. Two weeks ago, 12 of us went to your restaurant for dinner. Six of us had stomach cramps and diarrhea afterward. I sent you a personal email and unfortunately haven't received a response yet. That's a shame. Service is good. The ambiance... much too crowded. It was impossible to feel comfortable.

Lately, it's been very disappointing...The portions are getting smaller and smaller. Some of the food is poorly presented. Since it's usually very busy, it increasingly feels like a fast-food restaurant.

The food was no different than any Greek snack bar. The restaurant was very noisy and the air was bad. Food was served within 15 minutes despite the restaurant being overcrowded. That's not good.

We went there for the first time yesterday for our wedding anniversary. We were attracted by the many positive comments. We had reserved a table, and at first everything was fine. Drinks arrived quickly. We then ordered...my husband an appetizer. It arrived, and my husband was satisfied. After an eternity...the people at the neighboring tables were surprised...the salad arrived, asking what we had ordered. We said it again...nothing came...we had been sitting there for over an hour...then we were asked again what we had ordered...then another salad came...we said we already had that. Then finally, my husband's meal arrived, and mine took a little longer...but they didn't know what the side dish was...I asked for fried potatoes. They arrived quickly...completely cold...again I had to call the waiter...I was starting to feel really embarrassed. Then, hot fried potatoes arrived. Everything was delicious...but the whole fuss made me not want to go there again. The people at the neighboring tables were so sorry about it and said they weren't used to it. Ultimately, they could have offered us an ice cream as an apology for the embarrassment and the wait...and even if it had only been one scoop for each of us...that would have been in keeping with the good reviews...what a shame...

We went there spontaneously for dinner. Initially, we were astonished by the size of the restaurant. The four of us were very skeptical, as some restaurants often focus on quantity rather than quality when it comes to the amount of food they serve. That's not the case here. We got very juicy meat, tzatziki, and fries. All at once and enough to fill us up. We'd be happy to go back again.

The food was a very small portion; I could have gotten better and cheaper food at most Greek restaurants in the area. The ambiance is really great, but the rest of the food could be improved.

Ate here again in a long time. Service: The service was very good and friendly. The food was unfortunately disappointing. The meat was tasty, but that was about all the positives. Appetizer: The salad was poorly prepared and small (simply slapped onto the plate). Furthermore, it wasn't prepared with much effort (sauce, spices, etc. - not noticeable in any positive way). Accordingly, a very natural taste with absolutely minimal expenditure. Main Course: The main course, souvlaki with fries, was again poorly prepared; the portion size was on the small side, and the fries were swimming in the liquid from the meat. Accordingly, they were super soft and bland in flavor. Price: Unfortunately, the price is far too high for this. -Preparation -Portion size -Sometimes below restaurant standards -High price for some presumably cheap items is incomprehensible (simple salad and fries...) The second dish I ordered received exactly the same criticism. Two stars for the good service and the meat. A real shame!

They have a very nice, large terrace covered with retractable fabric covers. Very good Greek dishes, but also traditional ones. Very friendly and efficient staff. I also happened to experience their 10th anniversary with great Greek dancing.

We had reserved a table for a larger group and arrived with minimal delay. Many guests were already waiting at the entrance, and the interior was crowded and confusing. Instead of a friendly greeting, we were rudely turned away and treated like unannounced walk-ins. There was no sign of a reservation, the staff seemed overwhelmed, and there was no discernible structure. When we left, faced with the situation, we were told we were "too late" – even though the entire process was clearly out of control. We had encountered organizational problems on previous visits, but this experience definitively demonstrated: This restaurant is not suitable for larger groups. Chaotic, unprofessional, and unfortunately, lacking any understanding of true customer service.

We had reserved a table for 10 people for May 29th. When we arrived only 8 minutes late, several people were already standing outside the entrance. Instead of being greeted as promised, we were rudely turned away and told to "get in line" – as if we didn't have a reservation. No system, no overview, no respect. Inside: an overcrowded room, hardly any free tables, hectic staff. When we informed the owner that we would go to another restaurant under these circumstances, we were simply "instructed" that we were 8 minutes late and that he would now start allocating tables. At the same time, over 20 people were still waiting outside to be admitted. A disgrace! We had already encountered problems with agreements not being kept on previous visits. This restaurant is clearly completely overwhelmed, disorganized, and completely disregards customer service. Absolutely not recommended for larger groups.

After dining in the restaurant twice as part of a larger group and finding it perfectly acceptable, I decided to take our lunch today while driving by. And as for takeout, I have to say quite clearly: Not recommended! Firstly, the takeout prices are identical to the in-house prices, which I find quite outrageous, considering that takeout doesn't include services like dishes and service. Secondly, the portion sizes are ridiculous for the money. The menu says "pork fillet medallions on a bed of onion and spinach topped with Gouda cheese." In the aluminum tray were two tiny pieces of meat, only one of which came remotely close to being called a fillet, while the other, sinewy and marbled, was more reminiscent of a fake chop, on a large pile of leaf spinach, without a trace of onion, topped with a thick, cheese-like layer with absolutely no flavor of its own. If I were to give a tip, I'd say Puma Combi 40, a large-scale imitation soft cheese. The fried potatoes in the separate bowl turned out to be a coarsely diced, medium-sized potato with three large cubes of bacon and half an onion ring. For my boyfriend, I had brought pork fillet medallions with Metaxa sauce, rice, and fries. In the Styrofoam bowl were three tiny pieces of meat, all marbled under a blob of bitter sauce. Along with that, there was a tablespoon of red-colored rice with absolutely no flavor of its own and rock-hard fries. Even the dog didn't want them. The two accompanying side salads, including a stalk of coarsely chopped iceberg lettuce, a slice each of cucumber and tomato, and an unidentifiable dressing. The only thing about the whole meal that met our expectations was the small bowl of tzatziki. A total of around 48 euros. Never ever. At Hellas Grill Radevormwald, the menu is only half as extensive and there's no room for a large group, but you easily get twice the portion size for the same price, and above all, the food tastes just like its name. I have no idea what people like about this place that makes them park halfway along the B229 every evening to eat here. It seems they've never had better. For my part, though, I won't be going back to the place, especially if I want takeout.

Unfortunately the quality is not as good as it used to be. Just mediocre. Waiter absolutely overwhelmed. From 10 people onwards it's just chaos. And please always check the invoice at the end. Maybe someday it will be like it used to be.

Fangen wir mit den beiden positiven Dingen an: 1. Es sind ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden und das obwohl sehr viele Menschen hier gleichzeitig Platz finden und es auch heute sehr gut gefüllt war. 2. Die Atmosphäre und die Hälfte der uns bedienenden Servicekräfte waren freundlich und schnell. Nun die Dinge die mich wirklich fassungslos gemacht haben: 1. Ich habe mir das Rumpsteak mit frischem, deutschem Spargel sowie den Drillingen bestellt. Der Spargel war nicht gut geschält, das Steak eher warm als heiß. 2. Die Menge: Ich hatte - das ist nicht überspitzt formuliert - 4!!! dünne, fast kalte Spargelstangen und gerade so genug Drillinge, das ich nicht noch richtig hungrig geblieben bin… …der Preis: 26,50€. 3. Ich würde gerne schreiben das nur meine Portion zu klein gewesen ist, aber u.a. der Spargel mit Drillingen oder auch die Schweinefiletmeddallions in Champignonrahmsauce und Kroketten hatten exakt EINEN geviertelten Champignon in der ansonsten ausschließlich nach Sahne schmeckenden Sauce. Alles in allem leider sehr enttäuschend.

Nie wieder haben selten so schlecht gegessen. Kellner unmöglich ! Haben 90 min auf das Essen gewartet mit vier kleinen Kindern die schon fertig mir essen waren da sie ihr essen schon mit den Vorspeisen bekommen haben. Kellner machte daraufhin noch unverschämte Bemerkungen als wir nach dem essen fragten .

Hallo waren heute den 8 april 2025 dort essen mit 7 Erwachsenen und 4 kleinen Jungs alter 2 bis 5 Jahre alt die Jungs haben ihr essen mit unserer Vorspeise bekommen dann nach 45 Minuten kommt der kelner und fragt alles gut wir sagten dann wo unser essen bleibt da langsam die kinder anfingen zu qwängeln hatten auch kein bock mehr zu sitzen darauf der Kellner wir müssten ja unzufrieden sein die kinder haben ja schon gegessen dann nach gefühlt noch mal 25 minuten kam dann auch unser essen ein Haar im Filet pommes lauwarm calamari waren wie Gummiring Rinderfilet schmeckte als wenn es einen Weg gehabt hätte knoblauch Soße war keine Soße war eher wie ein mus Kellner war unmöglich keine Entschuldigung weil das essen vergessen wurde fazit werden nie mehr dort essen gehen und keinesfalls weiterempfehlen
