Very friendly staff. A classic ouzo starts the meal. The food is fresh, warm, and delicious. The restaurant is located a little higher up in Balingen. Excellent value for money. Special requests are accepted at no extra charge, except for those listed on the menu. We'll be back!

We didn't have a reservation, so we were only able to sit on the terrace. The service was friendly. The moussaka was excellent, as was the tzatziki. The warm appetizer plate is also highly recommended.

we ate here on May 1st. The terrace is slightly shaded by several chestnut trees in the evening at 5 p.m. If you prefer to be in the blazing sun, there are still plenty of options. I had a warm starter and a fish platter. It was so delicious that I forgot to take a photo of it. The owner family is very friendly.

The service comes in an ouzo shot glass. Of course, it does not replace raki. But the food was very good. Everyone is smiling. I loved your napkins. We also drank Turkish coffee. It was beautiful.

Came here for the second time and wasn't disappointed. Delicious food and courteous service. Everything is great, it's best to book a table in advance as it's an insider tip and often fully booked. Definitely worth it if you love Greek food, this is the place for you. Haven't managed to eat dessert yet as the dishes are filling.

I wanted to go with my girlfriend, but we were told on the phone that no reservations would be accepted and that you should just drop by if you were lucky. When I got there everything was full of reservations... I mentioned that too. They offered to put a table in the middle, but we decided to leave before that happened. I won't go there anymore.

The salad was served without dressing, the main course tasted good, but the tzatziki was saved. The small portion wasn't even enough for half of the meat side dish. The restaurant was cold, uncomfortable, very crowded next to other tables. Service leaves a lot to be desired. Not once were we asked whether we would like another dessert, coffee, etc. or whether everything was okay. That's why we don't come anymore.

Even without a reservation, we quickly improvised and released a table in the beer garden! The food is absolutely great and the service can't be beat! Thumbs up...👍!

The service was fine, the taramas and the appetizer platter were tasty. Unfortunately the moussaka was a total failure! The taste is not nearly like that in Greece and how you can then pour gravy from the bag over it is a mystery to me. Just totally wrong!

Nice Greek restaurant. Ordered Olympia plates for 4 people. Food was plenty and plentiful. It consists of a starter plate, farmer's salad, main course with various meat dishes, fries, rice and tzatziki. For dessert there is a desert plate with various desserts on it. The price of €110 per person is justified for the quantity. The service staff were very friendly and accommodating.

We were there for a birthday dinner. We ordered all the starters and they were ok, except for the stuffed grape leaves, which were definitely not homemade. The side salads are subpar and you have to dress them yourself. There is no taste at all, the green salad consisted mostly of the leafy stems. The main meal was ok, but very little tzatziki. Yes, you can reorder tzatziki, but certainly not at these prices. It's a shame that you actually save so much on it. Unfortunately it became very unfriendly when paying. We didn't ask in advance whether anyone wanted to pay by card. When a person wanted to pay by card, they were rudely told that this was no longer possible and that something like that had to be said in advance. No, the waiter or in our case the owner definitely has to do this himself. In today's age of digitalization, it is a matter of course to be pointed out or asked about this.

In my opinion the best Greek in the area. 2. Tips for visiting. 1. Be sure to always order an extra portion of tzatziki. Not because it's not enough, but because the tzatziki at Poseidon is simply brilliant. 2. If possible, leave room for dessert and then order Galaktoboureko. A dream in semolina and puff pastry 😄

German take on Greek food and it wasn't great. The saganaki was a cold brick of cheese and the mousaka was bland ground beef under rock hard cheese. The guy serving us was incredibly nice but it can't make up for the food. I would not eat here again.

I think it's the best Greek restaurant in the area. The food is delicious. In summer you can also sit outside, which I think is very nice.

We were there with 10 people with a reservation. We were very well looked after and the Greek food was very good. We will be back.

I have always enjoyed being a guest here since I was a child. The nicest hosts, very good food and a nice, harmonious atmosphere. If you want to spend a nice evening, this is always the right place!

I've eaten better! I ordered lamb chops and they were complete with tendon, making them inedible! To add succinctly, "that's just the way it is" - never again!

Der Wirt ist freundlich bis nach dem Essen , danach ist er plötzlich anders , kommt kaum noch an den Tisch um Getränke zu bestellen .

Sehr freundliches Personal. Ohne Reservierung ist es schwer kurzfristig einen Platz zu bekommen, dennoch wird versucht dies irgendwie möglich zu machen. Auf unsere Bestellung mussten wir nie lange warten. Heute waren die Speisen wieder sehr gut. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

einige griechische Lokale ausprobiert und das Poseidon ist unser Favorit. Sehr leckeres Essen und gute Portionen, Vorspeisen und Hauptspeisen empfehlenswert. Wir haben zum Abholen bestellt und es war pünktlich fertig. Schade, dass wir es erst jetzt entdeckt haben🤗
