Yesterday, we had another wonderful evening with our friends. We ordered fish – and it was simply outstanding. We were particularly impressed that Argyris expertly filleted the large fish right at our table and served it to us. This was not only very professional but also a truly lovely experience. The fish was fresh, perfectly cooked, and incredibly flavorful. The service was, as always, friendly, attentive, and warm. You feel welcome every time, and the Mediterranean ambiance perfectly complements the experience. For us, Porto Elia remains an absolute must-visit – we'll definitely be back!

We had sardines and mackerel – I have never had such good mackerel in Germany! The stuffed burger was incredibly juicy, with baked potatoes like grandma’s at home. The bouillon… just dip it in! Together with the toasted bread, it was truly a dream. The highlight was the galaktoboureko – a must-try for anyone who loves Greek semolina dessert. Don’t miss this taste! Food was good, but a bit too expensive for the portion size

Best Tarama dip in Stuttgart! And the sardines were so good! Crunchy on the outside and super soft on the inside! The chicken souvlaki was also very well grilled, good crust in the meat nice n juicy! The salad with pomegranate was also amazing! One of the best Greek restaurants in Stuttgart area!

We highly recommend Porto Elia! We arrived late in the evening yesterday on a bank holiday and were warmly welcomed, despite the staff having a long day at work. Everyone went out of their way to not only serve us an incredibly delicious meal, but also to make the evening a pleasant one overall. We had an incredibly delicious salad with pita bread for dinner, followed by wild sea bream with vegetables! Perfectly prepared and simply delicious! My husband is a spear fishing champion who knows his seafood. Porto Elia is a jewel: Cozy, delicious, offers a VIP service whith a singular food presentation. And is not expensive. Mr. Argyris offered us a grilled Wolfsbarsch for an unbelievable price. What and how he served us was a delight. We felt very positively impressed. You can trust the house wine. Ask for a dessert named galaktoboureko and you will not be disappointed. We will definitely return.

Unfortunately, I can't comment on that. I made a reservation online, and when I arrived today, August 24, 2025, there was a sign outside saying we were on vacation. I'm actually really annoyed. They could have sent an email saying we were on vacation, there was a mistake. Unfortunately, nothing came. Reservations are useless. It's not canceled.

The perfect choice for our family celebration! We celebrated my aunt's birthday there, and the food was fantastic! Very flavorful and not as greasy/oily as at some other Greek restaurants. The fish was also very good quality. Aside from the delicious food, the service was also excellent! They briefly introduce you to an entire special menu of daily dishes, the table is lovingly decorated, and it was a very nice and pleasant atmosphere.

I can't understand the many 5-star reviews. I was at Porto Elia for the second time yesterday. The owner (?) is rather unfriendly. The house wine (red) is undrinkable because it's extremely sweet (if you like it). Unfortunately, there's no selection of wines by the glass. The appetizers are average. I had octopus for my main course. I wasn't impressed, and the portion was extremely expensive.

We had a lovely al fresco dinner to celebrate our anniversary and had the wild caught sea bass that was filleted and served at the table. We finished our meal with a spectacular ouzo ceremony. We left the restaurant full and happy.

I spent a lovely evening at Porto Elià, enjoying an excellent Malagousia monovite white wine and two great dishes: tender and tasty souvlaki and a grilled sea bream weighing at least 1 kg. The sea bream was truly excellent. The trio of appetizers gave us a zaziki at the highest levels. To finish, two Metaxa 7 stars and dessert offered by the house. Excellent service and friendly owner. Too bad for a somewhat noisy group and a somewhat anonymous environment. I recommend Porto Elià to anyone who wants to try excellent Greek cuisine in Stuttgart without spending a fortune.

Went there for Easter dinner with a good 30 people. The waiters were super friendly but because there were a lot of people it was a bit chaotic. Otherwise the evening went great. We had various starters, all of which were very tasty, and we also ordered grilled platters, kokoretsi, goat and lamb with fries and potatoes. All dishes were very tasty! Dessert was also great and was on the house, which was very hospitable! There was also music as desired and all guests danced. Can only be recommended, we would love to come back, great atmosphere, friendly staff, boss very nice, everything was great!

Conclusion: Gladly again, but don't sit outside. Here you can enjoy delicious Greek food. There are also specialties such as octopus, veal liver or moussaka. Without a starter, however, the main course would have been too little for me, which is why the visit turned out to be a little more expensive. The interior is nicely decorated, although a bit cramped. However, you should only sit outside if you like cold smoke while eating. There is a huge, not particularly pretty umbrella here, which is closed on three sides by tarpaulins. The smoke cannot move.
