Very little and cold food for a lot of money! Even spaghetti was saved.

We were there with a larger group. Sparkling wine (very tasty) reception with unfortunately burnt canapés. The starter plate was tasty and OK, but there wasn't enough bread for the number of people. Main course wasn't that great. I had tagliatelle with truffle. Unfortunately, the noodles were too old (still too hard) and unfortunately only lukewarm. The portion was also very clear. Others had salmon, steak and schnitzel with exactly 1!!!potato as a side dish (and a touch of vegetables). The dessert included tiramisu disguised in the body of a cream cake. Unfortunately, the cappuccino turned out to be warm milk with a dash of coffee. The ladies in service, on the other hand, were great and always quick when it came to drinks. There are five stars*****! I'm definitely not picky, but personally I wouldn't eat there again. Unfortunately the prices don't match at all but given the location that's probably the case. The evening was accompanied by music from a piano player. It's a matter of taste but unfortunately the music didn't fit the ambience, too restless and wild and not very loungey. We were told that many were probably just because. of the player so it's really just a matter of taste. The location itself is really great but unfortunately the food/drink is not. Too bad!

Excellent food, lovely ambience, great service - everything done right!

We (three of us) looked for a nice place outside at 7:30 p.m. By the time service came to the table for the first time, it had already been a quarter of an hour. We ordered drinks and got the menu...It probably took another twenty minutes for the drinks to arrive. Then we ordered the food. Another 15 minutes later the waiter came back and said there was no more tuna. So a new dish was chosen, but it took a while until the waiter came back to the table. After more than an hour, the waiter finally managed to take the order. More drinks were also ordered, for which we waited another half hour. It went on at such a pace that we were able to leave the restaurant shortly after 11 p.m., although the meal itself took maybe half an hour, but no more. It has to be said that considering the size of the restaurant there weren't many people there. It was empty inside, only tables outside were occupied, including two long ones. All the tables had to wait ages and we weren't the only ones who were really upset. The tomato soup was at least very good, the schnitzel, the steak with Barollo sauce and the tagliatelle with beef fillet strips were not bad, but definitely not worth the waiting time and given the size and the waiting time, not worth the money either. So we definitely won't be coming back.

We were very lucky to celebrate our wedding in this restaurant with a smaller group and it was just perfect. The location is a dream - stylish and inviting, with a charming ambience that immediately creates a festive atmosphere. The loving decoration and the cozy atmosphere made our special day even more unforgettable. The service was outstanding. The team was extremely professional, friendly and attentive. They took care of every detail and made sure that we and our guests felt completely comfortable. It was just reassuring to know that everything was in such good hands. And the food – wow! The Italian cuisine at Porto 22 is an absolute highlight. From the appetizers to the desserts, everything was freshly made and full of flavor. Our guests were thrilled. I can highly recommend the Porto 22, especially for special occasions such as weddings or celebrations. It is the perfect place to create unforgettable memories. I was part of a family celebration with 22 adults and 5 children aged 3 - 6 years. The day had been discussed in advance with the owner. This Sunday from 2 p.m. to around 9 p.m. we had a very hospitable and always attentive service where everything was just right. In this case I can confidently say that we came as strangers and said thank you in the evening, relaxed and happy like friends. Thanks to the very professional and lovely restaurant guide. Thanks to the attentive ladies as service staff. As a guest, I can only be amazed at the attentive and sensitive, professional closeness and distance at work. Repetition??? Always happy!!!

I have never experienced such disastrous service. Absolutely unfriendly, inattentive and slow waiters. Unfortunately, the ambience is deceptive at first glance. Even Simple water could no longer be ordered because there was no longer any stock. The waiting time for the measly portion of noodles was a full 2 ​​hours. Customer service = 0!

Modern Italian restaurant with an open kitchen. Beautiful terrace with a view of Lake Phoenix. Very attentive and friendly service. There is a lunch menu with delicious dishes. Good selection of high quality wines. Very nice selection of Italian dishes.

We've eaten here several times and sometimes the service is boringly slow. But the food is very good and tasty and the view of Lake Phoenix from the terrace is great

Only eat here with a lot of time and patience! Food was good but there were endless waiting times even though it wasn't full. You have the choice whether you want to eat together or cold. Extremely disorganized, poor service.

The food and ambience were very good. You can also sit outside if the weather is right. The service still needs work. The beer glass was already dry before you could order a new one. The service has not changed since my last visit. But, I will try it again in the near future.

I would prefer not to give a star at all because both the service and the food were catastrophic. We ate Vitello Tonato and pizza. We immediately commented to the waiters that the pizza didn't taste good and was rock hard. The answer was that the pizza was always like that. As if that evening wasn't bad enough, we suffered from food poisoning the next day we went to the restaurant. We suspect that the meat products were no longer edible and would not recommend this restaurant. I ask that the minimum shelf life of the products is observed so that no people have to suffer from health problems!!!!!!

Last night I was at the Porto 22 restaurant with two friends and it was by far the worst experience we have ever had in a restaurant. The pizza we ordered was simply inedible. The dough was tough and dry, the toppings tasted old and the tomato sauce was bland. We all only ate a bit of it and couldn't touch it anymore. Today we are all feeling very, very badly. We are suffering from severe stomach pain and diarrhea since morning. It is unbelievable that a restaurant would serve such substandard food. We had hoped to have a nice evening, but instead we are now struggling with the health consequences. The service was also disappointing - unfriendly and inattentive. There was no apology or any accommodation, even though we made it clear that the food was inedible. We had to return most of the pizzas and still had to pay full price. I can only strongly advise everyone not to visit Porto 22. This store should be avoided due to poor quality and poor service. Stay away from Porto 22!

I had vitello tonnato and pasta with fresh truffle and can highly recommend that. Porto 22 is a higher-priced restaurant on the south side of Lake Phoenix. The Servive had some teething problems.

I was here last week with my partner and we ate very well and had a good time, but unfortunately I have to give 2 stars because the tips are not given to the staff but end up in the pockets of the owner of the restaurant and that is really disgusting because for 2 pizzas, 2 cocacole and 2 esspreasi we paid a total of 80 euros. I wanted to tip the waiters but I didn't think it was right that the owner doesn't share it with his staff and for that reason I strongly advise against eating at this restaurant.

So we ate there and it tasted really good, apart from the fact that they make small portions. From my point of view, they are generally very slow and that's really stupid. I've been there three times now and three times they were really slow

The restaurant itself is really nice and the waiters are also very friendly. If we had a complaint, a replacement was provided immediately and we didn't have to wait long for food or drink. Nevertheless, I was really disappointed with the food during my visit. You pay around €40 for a rib eye steak (300g), which was really not good quality. Thick tendons made cutting and chewing very difficult. The prices of the dishes are not at all justified in terms of quality. It's definitely nice to sit down there in the evening and have a drink, but if it's food I'd definitely look for somewhere else nearby.

Was there yesterday (Mother's Day) with my big meal. In terms of ambience I have to give it a full 10 out of 10. Unfortunately it's already starting... The inside area was empty only the terrace was occupied, but we still had to wait a while until we got the menu. Then I saw that the plates (for the starter) for me and my daughter were not clean. These were of course replaced after this was pointed out. My daughter and I had asparagus with ham and my boys each had 1x ribeye steak and veal medallions. The way the food was presented was very attractive and looked promising. The asparagus was just asparagus, nothing special. But then I had to ask for sauce because, in typical Italian fashion, we were then told that it was only served with lemon butter. Nevertheless, they could have pointed this out to us when ordering. Not bad ! The veal medallions were okay, but my large one had to be seasoned a lot because everything was very natural. Not bad either! My other son started eating the steak, which cost at 300g / just under €35. I think it's still within limits, but you can still expect good meat for the price. That wasn't the case at all. It was very tough and didn't like the taste. But that's not the point. My son wasn't sure whether this had to be the case and therefore didn't complain or comment on it. Personally, I would never have eaten it like that because it took a lot of effort to cut it up. 🙃 But my son is an adult and has to sort things out like this for himself. He didn't want to say anything because he wasn't sure if it had to be that way. All in all we were very disappointed. Almost 130 € for 4 people, you can argue now and say what did you expect? In a restaurant I expect cleanliness and food that is appropriate for the price. If I pay €10 for a steak, it might be tough because the quality is probably not there. But at just under €35 I expect more. My conclusion... pizza and pasta are probably more appropriate to eat in this restaurant. Personally, we have decided not to eat here anymore. Maybe the review will help others and they will stay away from the steak.

Overpriced for the quality The boss was standing at the door but unfortunately there was no greeting from him. Waitress was friendly but unstructured. In total we spent over 2 hours in the restaurant. We had to wait over 40 minutes for the main pizza and pasta, even though the restaurant was max. 40% full. 28 € for a manageable portion of pasta with 5 shrimps was quite steep. Especially since the quality didn't match the price. A pity...

The atmosphere is very nice, comfortable armchairs. The cutlery doesn't fit the elegant surroundings, more of a run-of-the-mill style. The food wasn't a hit. The meat was way too salty, the rosemary potatoes only tasted vaguely like rosemary and the sage butter barely tasted like butter and way too sour. The asparagus soup was good. Unfortunately we waited over 1 hour for the bill when only two tables were occupied. Only after asking several times were we able to pay. It is questionable whether I will visit the restaurant again.

Good Italian food, at proud prices. You want to be something more than you are. But overall pretty good. Ambiance is a bit forced, noble and not very authentic. But it fits in with the surroundings at Lake Phönix.

We were here for the first time today and had booked a table for 4 people for dinner. The ambience of the restaurant is very valuable, the first impression made you want more. The food was also very good and very tasty, portions were appropriate and attractively prepared, but not cheap either. But what really ruined the evening and the atmosphere for us was the service. We were served by changing employees, none of whom were convincing: cutlery was put on the wrong way, the white wine (bottle) initially came unchilled, the wine was poured for me to try, then they forgot to fill my glass, it wasn't served during the meal refilled, the sea bream was presented at the table twice with the question whether I wanted it filleted, the bill also required two inquiries and overall the service staff did not make an attentive, customer-friendly impression. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy for a Sunday evening, so it couldn't have been due to overload. Conclusion, we urgently need to work on the service and with the service employees, otherwise it will remain a case of “more appearance than reality”!

Today we were at Porto22 for the first time. The very busy restaurant has a cozy atmosphere that invites you to stay. We had fresh pasta and fresh fish that we really enjoyed. Very friendly service, would love to come back.

Four of us were in the restaurant last night. The food, service and ambience accompanied by live piano music were excellent! I would particularly like to highlight the very nice and humorous lady who served us.

We only had something to drink on our first visit 😉 so we can't say anything about the food 😄 the service was very, very nice and attentive 😃 Was there for dinner today and I have to say it was perfect 😀

The restaurant is very tastefully decorated and the dishes were all very good. The service definitely needs improvement. We waited a long time for the drinks and also for the menu. Everything seemed quite disorganized. The location is very good, you can see Lake Phoenix from the outside terrace. You definitely deserve a second chance.

We first had to sit at the table for 30 minutes and call a waiter so that someone could take our order and then wait at least 20 minutes for each bottle of wine. But that was all fine, the highlight of the evening was when we were charged €10 more per bottle of wine than what was on the menu, and we were only told this after we asked because the total amount seemed strange to us. More appearance than his... We were there for the first time today with 4 people. The store wasn't overly busy, but the staff seemed completely overwhelmed. Everything took a very long time. Glasses were empty at some point, even after 30 minutes none of the service staff noticed. However, I ordered a glass of wine at some point and it never arrived. The food (rump steak) was average at best. Little aroma, lukewarm, the potatoes were almost cold. Price/performance poor. It was obvious that “special” guests were clearly given preferential treatment. We were there for the first and last time.

It was a recommendation and the first impression was positive. Open kitchen and friendly staff. From the not too full menu, we chose pasta with porcini mushrooms and beef strips. The first few bites disappointed me, soft noodles, mushrooms soft and mushy, my head started thinking how does that work? Are they canned, if there is one? Taste of the dish said nothing. After a few bites, I asked the other person how she liked it and she came to the same conclusion. I love good food and unfortunately I was disappointed Italian who can't cook pasta? Expectations that are raised do not match what is served!

Im Sommer sicherlich sehr schön auf der Terrasse, Besitzer sehr nett, das Essen welches, wir hatten war durchschnittlich.. Pizza und Nudeln. Daher kann ich das andere ist nicht beurteilen. Vielleicht kommen wir im Sommer bei schönem Wetter wieder

Wir waren zu Acht und haben in kurzweiligen und angenehmen 3 1/2 Stunden diverse Speisen verzehrt. Alle Gerichte (Aperitif, Wein, verschiedene Vorspeisen, Nudeln, Fleisch, Fleisch und Desserts) waren hervorragend. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Tolle Atmosphäre und sehr freundliche Bedienung! Das Essen ist besonders hergerichtet und schmeckt ausgezeichnet.

Schönes Ambiente mit italienischer Hintergrundmusik, Service aufmerksam und freundlich, Essen hochpreisig, aber von guter Qualität. Der Preis für ein Glas Grauburgunder von € 9,50 finde ich ein wenig übertrieben...

Gute Adresse am Phoenixsee: Durchaus gute italienische Küche wird hier im gediegenen Ambiente eines Grand Café angeboten, mit offener Küche, großzügigem Platzangebot, stimmungsvoll beleuchtet und unter Verwendung sehr guter Baustoffe in der Raum- und Gebäudeausstattung. Auch die sehr große Außenterrasse mit Sicht auf den Phoenixsee trägt zur Bedienung eines gehobenen Anspruchs bei. Ebenso die Speisen: Auf der guterdings komprimierten Karte finden sich Gerichte wie Pizza mit Trüffel und Grana, edle Pasta, Fleisch-, Meeresfrucht- und Fischgerichte, Vegetarisches. Die Zutaten sind gut und ebenso verarbeitet, mit schöner frischer Kräuterwürzung, auf den Punkt gekocht. Angeschlossen ist außerdem eine stylische Vinothek, die dem Lokal direkt aber visuell separiert, in Form einer Bar, angegliedert ist.

Wir waren heute das 1.mal dort. Tolles Ambiente, guter Service, hervorragendes Essen. 3 Gänge genossen. Gemüsesuppe toll, Fischsuppe 1 a, frische Spagetti mit Trüffel sehr lecker, Dessert sehr gut. Sehr leckeren säurearmen Wein. Preis Leistung stimmt. Gerne wieder!!! Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Auf meinem Abendspaziergang duftete es so gut, dass ich endlich einmal das Restaurant besuchen wollte, was mir täglich ins Auge fällt. Ich bereue es nicht. Das köstliche Essen (als Vorspeise die Gemüsesuppe, als kleines abendliches Hauptgericht die Spaghetti Aglio-Olio) war ganz nach meinem Geschmack. Das Ambiente mit guter, aber einen Tick zu lauter Musik ist insgesamt sehr ansprechend. Noch schöner wäre es, wenn die Tischlichter in Funktion wären. Ich komme wieder. Test bestanden. ;) Am nächsten Tag war es schon viel besser. :)

Das italienische Restaurant hat mich wirklich beeindruckt! Die gemütliche Atmosphäre und die charmante Einrichtung versetzen einen sofort nach Italien. Die Speisekarte bietet eine vielfältige Auswahl authentischer italienischer Gerichte, die allesamt frisch zubereitet und köstlich sind. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die hervorragende Qualität der Zutaten, die den Geschmack jeder Mahlzeit unvergesslich machen. Das freundliche Personal sorgte für einen rundum angenehmen Abend. Ich kann es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen und weitere kulinarische Erlebnisse zu genießen!

Das italienische Luxusrestaurant am Phoenixsee in Dortmund ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp. Vom edlen Ambiente, das uns in die glamourösen 20er Jahre entführt, bis hin zur atemberaubenden Aussicht auf den See, hier stimmt einfach alles. Das Essen ist natürlich auch erstklassig, aber das authentische Flair der 20er macht das Erlebnis unvergesslich.

Gemütliches liebevoll eingerichtetes Ambiente gepaart mit sehr sehr leckerem Essen zu fairen Preisen. 10 von 10 Punkten 💐🤗🙋🏻‍♂️

Es ist echt ein super schönes Restaurant. Das Essen war einfach nur köstlich und mit diesem traumhaften Ausblick hat es sich echt gelohnt.
