No phone call took place at the time mentioned – you probably overheard a conversation with an employee of our own company in which dissatisfaction with procedures was expressed. The fact that this was done loudly was inappropriate, and I take responsibility for it. I just wrote the following to the transport companies: "I just took the car train to Sylt. The owner of the "Sylt Bistro" in Niebüll (a man in his 50s and 60s with a loud, voluminous voice) was talking on the phone so loudly that dozens of people in different cars could hear him. The man ranted about your employees there, going into many small details for fifteen to twenty minutes. He claimed that employees of your company were ruining his business, that he employed "idiots" who urgently needed to be "disciplined" and "transferred to sort garbage," etc., etc. He cited countless examples. He claimed that they were keeping customers away from his store, constantly missing the button for certain announcements, and not adequately informing travelers about his store. Recently, he had lost "two and a half million" on several days. I could give you many more details. It was not known who the man was talking to on the phone. Sure, but apparently it was a human resources manager. After the phone call, the man complained to his bistro employee that the person he spoke to hadn't taken him seriously and that he didn't care about anything.

Absolutely fantastic and, above all, above-average service! The staff was incredibly friendly – ​​that's a rarity! Plus, the fries, pizza, and bratwurst were really delicious, which you wouldn't expect. Great, keep it up...

I always eat fries here and they are super good. Freshly prepared and the ketchup is delicious. Clear recommendation

Blonde waitress very very unfriendly and decisive, we closed the door because it was clear and then she just called over the counter, but you open the door when you leave... It's not possible, no Sylt will be happy to eat here, even though the food is relatively tasty.

What a change! After the renovation, it is now fresh, modern, contemporary. Incredibly nice staff, nice, simple atmosphere, everything is bright and not so cluttered anymore. Delicious multigrain rolls, delicious cappuccino with oat milk and the “French fries barrier” will definitely taste good again 😄 Good luck for the season!

They used to be the best fries in NF, but these days they are no longer tasty in Port Sylt. The nuggets are fried like biscuits as are the fries... It's a shame. Maybe it's because the nice service staff work there alone... and can't do everything. But the employees are all nice.

bischen überfordert das ganze system.... 5h haben wir gewartet um durch den wartebereich für den wartebereich des wartebereichs zu kommen. die schrankensoftware für die bezahlung sollte mal überarbeitet werden. 2min für eine einfach abwicklung sind zu viel. vor allem mit verbindungsprobleme. ist ja nicht gerade günstig das ganze

Ein bisschen teuer, vergleichbar mit einer Tankstelle mit der Ausnahme das man hier auch z.t leckeres essen bekommt.

This is a great little shop and food stand that you can visit while waiting for the car train to Sylt. We were really hoping there would be a place to have a snack before getting on the train and this spot really did the trick. They have brawtwurst and currywurst and french fries among everything else you'd find at a convenience store—ice cream, drinks, candy, chips…etc. There is also a tower you can climb here to get a nice view of the surrounding area. If you are hungry or thirsty or need to use the bathroom before the train ride to Sylt, you will be delighted to happen upon this great little shop! We sure were!

Kioskbetrieb mit freundlichem Personal - Zeitschriften, Getränke, kleine Snacks alles an einem Ort. Wunderbar um eventuelle Wartezeiten auf den Autozug zu überbrücken.

Eine gute Möglichkeit sich die Wartezeit zu verkürzen! Was für den kleinen Hunger oder auch den großen Appetit. Passt!

Das erste mal mit dem Autozug gefahren. War aber alles Top

Alles gut, bis auf das Auto vor uns 🤨 schön den Motor angelassen um nicht zu frieren, aber der hintermann darf an den abgasen fast ersticken 🙄 also Leute: lässt euer Auto aus.

Es ist alles schnell gegangen, keine Wartezeit trotz Wochenende mit Surf-Cup. An den Automaten steht immer eine hilfreiche Person, damit es nicht zu Staus vor den Automaten kommt. Inzwischen ist das hier wirklich gut organisiert. Es gab auch schon andere Zeiten.

Lecker Currywurst bei Voss...wie immer...2 Stunden Wartezeit am Terminal aufgrund von Gleisstörungen....wie immer!!!

Immer gut wenn man länger auf die Autoverladung warten muss. Kleine Sachen zum Naschen, gekühlte Getränke, Zeitschriften. -- Alles was die Wartezeit ein wenig schöner gestaltet.

Die Hundetoilette ist ein Witz (ist allerdings wohl dem Platz geschuldet) mein Hund würde dort jedenfalls keine Pfote reinsetzen - auch bei langer Wartezeit nicht. Wir halten immer vorher an und gehen Gassi. Die Menschentoilette war relativ sauber und gepflegt. Es gibt Snacks und Zeitschriften, eigentlich fast alles was das Herz begehrt um die Wartezeit zu verkürzen.

Sehr leckeres Essen und gute Bedienung. Man wird hier freundlich empfangen und ist gut beraten!
