Burger King in Niebüll

I've been there five times in three months, and the milkshake machine was broken four times! They could at least put up a notice; then people wouldn't have to wait in line for 15 minutes because one person is walking their feet off between the drive-thru and the counter! "The fish rots from the head down." That was definitely the last time I'll ever set foot in that place.

The toilets were a disaster, as is typical for fast food chains.

We placed a large order just before closing time, and the staff were very friendly. This branch was very clean, and as I said, the staff were extremely friendly.

I'm standing there during my break. But unfortunately, you can't order anything after 8 p.m. because you're not welcome. The workers have a completely unhappy face. When you say they're still open, the answer is, they can see we're cleaning. But they can drive around the outside. Should I do that? 12.5 meters long and 3.45 meters high, we don't care. Totally not recommended.

Cold old burgers, fries were hot, but that was it

It's clean, the food is fresh, and it's really fast. It reminds me of the old days when a visit to BK was still fun.

Really, how is it possible that 4 out of 5 orders are always missing something, wrong, or contain something completely different? I also want to mention these inhumanely long wait times. There are exceptions, but 15 minutes every time for a quick bite... sorry. Close the place down or urgently change the staff!

Absolutely NOT recommended.... I was there the night before yesterday with my boyfriend because I had to help out at the company where I work in Niebüll until the evening. And since we still had a 40-minute drive ahead of us and didn't want to cook anything else, we decided to get something small from Burger King. We immediately noticed a young man with a slim body, short black hair, and a very unkempt appearance.... He was also eating something and literally chewing like a cow.... He had a very "zero-motivational" attitude.... He was wearing a completely normal sweater (I thought you had to wear work clothes?).... I also saw him drop something and pick it up from the floor without even washing his hands..... The place was very unhygienic and not particularly clean....

We spontaneously stopped by BK in Niebüll today and won't be back anytime soon! A completely unmotivated employee took our order, and that's where the trouble began. Rude, uninterested, and apparently misunderstood. He constantly fiddles with his face and then walks into the kitchen with unwashed hands. In the end, the sauces were missing and the app couldn't be used. Summary: One visit and never again!

Rarely have expectations and reality diverged so widely: Pictures of burgers with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers—onions are mentioned—but once again, absolutely NOTHING can be seen. Specifically, "Bacon King"—fries are great, Coke is great, but the advertising is misleading...

Where are my cheesy onion fries? :( But they have a good selection of veggie products.

A quick stop while our car was charging. The food was standard Burger King, as expected—nothing special, but okay. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. The employee was barely understandable, made no effort to speak clearly or repeat what he said, and we were just stared at without speaking. When the food was brought to the table, the tray was practically thrown onto the table—very rude. Also, one of the two vending machines was broken.

Ate here twice within a week [Denmark arrival (June 20th) and departure (June 27th)]. The food is standard fare, but the restrooms and staff deserve special mention. Restrooms are only moderately clean; the floors are sticky, the toilets are dirty, and so are the sinks. The young man at the cash register deserves special mention, though. He looks extremely unkempt. It's not my style to discredit someone based on their appearance, but when it's obviously been a while since you last used a shower and the "dining room" consists only of black stumps, you shouldn't be chewing gum with your mouth open while ordering.

I used to really enjoy eating at Burger King in Niebüll – the food was really good back then, and I went there regularly. Unfortunately, that's changed a lot recently. I don't like the food at all anymore; it seems like something is done differently than before – which is a real shame. I also applied for a part-time job a while ago and submitted all the necessary documents. To date, I haven't received any response – neither an acceptance nor a rejection. They advertise "We're hiring" in the entrance area. A brief response, even if it's a negative, would have been the least I could have done out of respect.

May 17, 2025, Saturday, 6:30 p.m. "2" other customers. Unfriendly female employee, face like a loser. Order placed, was corrected, would have said something else. Met acquaintances who warned me that the person was in a bad mood. Last but not least, I was missing something from my generous order (over €30). I could really blurt out something, but no... I was well-behaved.

Fast service, friendly staff; the burgers taste as they should, not like in Flensburg

I was amazed by the friendliness of the staff AND the ordering process! Finally a BC without those stupid order screens. Here, as before, orders are still placed from the employee at the counter. These alone are reasons to come here more often. So please don't put any screens there.

Food was okay (Burgerking), long waiting times in the drive-in. Went there today, August 22nd, 23, and there is a sign with opening times different than what is stated online. (It takes a maximum of 2 minutes to adjust this on Google). Update 04/19/25: Food was good, but brudi how can you keep saying "I'm Good (Blue)" to each other? The song has been blaring on repeat for half an hour.

On Sunday evening there was hardly any staff who were completely overwhelmed by the short-term rush. The food took a long time to be ready, it was packaged to be taken away even though it was ordered to be eaten there and a burger was missing which we only got when we left.

Paid for a burger and didn't get it. My friend ordered for us. Plantbase menus! I have nothing wrong with the veggie food itself. We are pleased that BK has such a large selection, but it's about the branch in Niebüll. He ordered menus and two burgers were not plantbase. He pointed it out to the saleswoman and she was sure he hadn't ordered it. Of course it's possible that he forgot it after 8 years, but that seemed absurd to us. She went to the back to find out whether he had to pay for the burgers like that. Yes! He had to! Well, then the mother-in-law will get it, he said, and ordered two new burgers from plantbase. When we got home we noticed that we had all the burgers in veggie but not the other two burgers. That means not only did we pay for two burgers that were made incorrectly, we didn't even get the burgers! Apart from the fact that I find it really cheeky - you could have asked again if he wanted to take the burgers with him - I also found the food to be pretty mediocre. Everything was sticky and there was no sign of crunchy vegetables or crispy fried onions.

It was clean, the staff was nice and the food was tasty and hot. The churros here in Niebüll are awesome...they taste as good as the ones I had back in Mexico. I can really recommend it :)

Good Morning, Eat really tasty and good products, but unfortunately the Burger King in Niebüll is not the best, here are a few of my experiences: - Cashier chewed gum (smacking lips) - Cashier seemed bored and didn't feel like it at all - Drinks machine only one open (of 2) and never fully filled - very often the order is wrong (wrong burgers) - long waiting time even though there was nothing going on I'll get my food somewhere else now. Every time I go there the food is super cold, even if there wasn't that much to do today and the burgers were freshly made, so to speak, I think the rolls are generally not toasted long enough. It's not worth a visit anymore. And yes, the drink selection is very bad.

Good morning, Unfortunately a very bad Burger King although I really like the products and I really gave the store many, many chances. How a franchise can allow this to happen is a mystery to me. Something is really forgotten with every order and you don't just have to check the number of burgers at the end - no, you have to look very closely to see whether it is the burger you want. In addition, the advertising with over 90 types of drinks at the vending machine is just pure fraud. A fast food temple like everywhere else with average quality like everywhere else. You get what you expect, but nothing more. But here you can definitely bridge the waiting time for the car train to Sylt better than in the car when loading.
