Type of defect elimination Checkpoint 2 Kitchen: A mouse infestation was discovered (mouse droppings in the refrigerator cooling motor, mouse droppings on detergent canisters, mouse droppings in the furnishings and mouse tracks on the supply lines and on electrical cables). The floor was particularly dirty in the edge and corner areas as well as under and behind the facilities. The supply/disposal lines were heavily contaminated. The interior and the door edge area of ​​the dishwasher were contaminated with a reddish coating and were calcified. The dishwasher basket was contaminated with a reddish coating. The hand basin was covered with objects so that it could not be used freely. The maximum permissible temperature of 2 °C for fresh fish (salmon) was exceeded and was not stored under melting ice. Foods were placed on the market that exceeded the maximum temperature specified by the manufacturer on the packaging (foods that required refrigeration, e.g. opened sauces (sesame sauce and teriyaki sauce) were not refrigerated). The refrigerator's condensation tray and the area around the cooling motor were very dirty. The cooling table had mold-like contamination and was heavily soiled on the body and inside. The door seals of the cooling counter were heavily contaminated with mold and covered with a biofilm. Cooking group: The work surface under and behind the equipment was very dirty and greasy (the walls behind and under the equipment were dirty). The fryer's heating element was contaminated with frying residue and burned. The outside of the extractor system was contaminated with a coating of grease and was badly burned. The grill's ventilation grille was dirty and the area behind the fat drip tray was heavily greased and dirty. Several electrical cables and wires were heavily contaminated. We weren't there but ordered online. Unfortunately, the burger patties were so dry that we weren't sure whether they had been on the grill too long or whether they had just been warmed up. The coleslaw is a side dish, but a side dish that was so small that you couldn't take three tablespoons of it until it was empty. Taste okay. We were also very confused about the fries. The packaging wasn't large, but the normal fries, as well as the sweet potato fries, still had a lot of air in them. Annoying if the fries would have been tasty - but they weren't. It's better to spend a few more euros and order burgers somewhere else.

It used to be good. Tofu tastes like fish or meat, depending on what was fried beforehand. Happened repeatedly. You can easily get your money back after the first bite. Maybe vegan should no longer be offered.

A small restaurant, three tables inside. You can choose from burgers or bowls. Both dishes are delicious, portions and prices are ok. Nice service. I recommend it for lunch.

I ordered chicken burger without Bacon but unfortunately it had Bacon and the taste was not fresh. It was not a good burger.

I don't usually write bad reviews, but this time I just had to. We ordered a Caesar chicken burger with sweet potato fries and a salmon poke bowl. First about the poke bowl: Apart from a tiny piece of salmon, simple rice and cabbage that was carelessly mixed with mayonnaise, the bowl had nothing to offer. Not even a green leaf to the eye - sorry, there was a piece of grated carrot that must have gotten lost. The burger was far dry and almost fell apart. The salad was completely soggy, as if it had been left in water for a week. Overall, I think it's a disgrace to ask for so much money and then not even begin to provide a corresponding service. Quality certainly doesn't seem to be the top priority in this store. I hate to repeat myself, but it's not my style to write such texts. But my well-being, the experience of eating and my wallet are too good for me to leave something like that uncommented.

I ate poke bowl with salmon. I couldn't finish eating everything. The restaurant smelled bad. From the moment I got home I was bloated, sore and vomited for six hours.

Das Essen ist super lecker und frisch zubereitet. Ob eine Bowl, ein Burger oder Salat. Die Inhaber machen alles selbst und frisch. Ich war jetzt 2 mal dort essen. Super 👍🏼

Ich habe schon oft Bowls zum Mitnehmen geholt. Die Qualität ist sehr gut. Die große Portion ist sehr reichhaltig. Von daher eine Empfehlung. Die Kollegin, die die Bestellungen entgegen nimmt ist engagiert und total freundlich. Das Ambiente ist entsprechend der Größe des Ladens okay, für einen kurzen Snack. Einzig die Preise finde ich inzwischen zu hoch.

Ich habe einen sehr leckeren vegetarischen Burger mit Koriander und Schafskäse in einer knusprigen Panade gegessen und eine ebenso leckere hausgemachte Minzlimonade getrunken. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und sympathisch.

Leckere Bowls und Burgers. Fällt sofort auf, wie frisch die Zutaten sind. Die Garnelen im Bowl waren so gebraten, dass der Geschmack sich nach Hähnchen ähnelte. Es fehlt etwas an der Auswahl von Zutaten und Toppings (man darf nur eine Basis, eine Soße und eine Protienquelle darauf haben) aber geschmacklich an sich sehr gut. Auch der Lachsteriyaki ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Mein absolut Lieblingspoke ! Ich habe schon viele in FFM ausprobiert aber hier schmeckt es einfach am besten ! Meine Freunde essen auch gerne Burger hier (habe ich selbst aber noch nicht getestet)

I visited this restaurant with a friend for dinner. The place looks nice, in a way stylish and clean but it is tiny. The food was very delicious and it’s it is possible to eat vegan here. We had several different bowls and it was easy to ask for changes after we ordered 😅. The food was all very delicious! Moreover, the staff is very friendly.

Ich finde die Idee, dass man die Bowls selbst zusammenstellen kann mega, hatte einen sehr-sehr leckeren Poke-Bowl mit Sushi Reis bestellt, kann ich nur empfehlen! Personal ist sehr freundlich, vielen Dank!! 🐝

Ich liebe es hier! Die Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich freundlich und das Restaurant selbst hat ein angenehmes und niedliches Ambiente. Geschmacklich sind die Bowls und Burger hervorragend. Kann ich wirklich jedem empfehlen, da es auch reichlich vegetarische und vegane Optionen gibt.

Superfrische Zutaten und eine wirkliche schöne Auswahl für die Bowls. Wir haben innerhalb von drei Tagen gleich zum zweiten Mal hier gegessen. Ganz toller kleiner Laden und sehr freundliche Bedienung. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten burger und crispy fried chicken. Hab ich auch noch nicht erlebt, dass fried chicken so fad schmecken kann. Die Burger waren leider nicht viel besser. Zwar frisch und reich belegt, aber Fleisch und Soßen haben leider zu wenig Geschmack vermittelt.

It has been a long time since I tasted anything this good. I chose a chef's pick poke bowl which was superb. There is nothing more to say, because words cannot express how good the food is. It was truly a ratatouille-like experience with regards to the quality of the food. Furthermore, the staff was amazing. They were really kind and helpful. It was probably the best staff I've ever had in Germany. Moreover, the restaurant was super cozy. The ambiance was great and the decorations added to this in a great way.

Wir hatten zwei köstliche Bowls mit frischem Lachs, Sushi-Reis, Edamame, Rotkraut, Avocado, Röstzwiebeln und Chili-Mayonnaise- bzw. Honig-Senf-Sauce. Man kann viele Zutaten und Toppings auswählen und die Qualität des Essens war hervorragend. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war super, die Portionen waren groß. Kartenzahlung ist möglich. Ein Stern Abzug, da das Restaurant relativ klein und eng ist und es dadurch innen drin nicht so gemütlich ist. Besonders der Platz an dem Stehtisch ist nervig, da andere Kunden sehr nah an einem vorbeilaufen müssen.

Zum ersten Mal hier gewesen und nicht zum letzten Mal. Die Bowl (die Zutaten) konnte man nach eigenem Geschmack zusammen stellen und in groß und normal wählen. Hat auch gut geschmeckt. Auch der Burger und die knusprigen Pommes waren sehr lecker.

Der vegane Burger mit Tofu, Chilli-Sauce und Soya-Joghurt-Sauce war super lecker. Außerdem alles sehr frisch.

Auf Empfehlung von Freunden, habe ich mich mal dazu durch gerungen einen rein vegetarischen Burger zu bestellen und auch zu Essen. Konsistenz, Geschmack und Zubereitung 1 A. Ich muss sagen es wird nicht der letzte gewesen sein. Zum Restaurant kann ich nur sagen !Daumen hoch". Der Biergarten vor der Tür OK, die Bedienung trotz hoher Besucherzahl, flott und freundlich. Preis Leistungsverhältnis "OK"

Quedó varado en el Maritim Hotel con opciones de comida limitadas y encontró Poke N Burger en línea e hizo un pedido que llegó en 30 minutos. La comida estaba caliente y sabrosa. Este será mi lugar para ir a la hamburguesa cuando vuelva a Frankfurt.

Feiertag! Oh, der neue Burgerladen auf der Leipziger hat geöffnet, wie praktisch. Dann sollte ich mal einen Burger probieren. Hier gibt es aber auch Poke Bowls, was nicht unbedingt was für mich ist. Der Laden macht optisch einen sehr sauberen, schönen Eindruck, hier hat sich einer Gedanken gemacht und alles schön dekoriert. Ich bestellte zum Mitnehmen. Der Laden füllte sich mit weiteren 2 Gästen, die aber vor Ort essen wollten. Der Mann am Tresen steht auch in der kleinen Küche, später kam noch ein weiterer Mann, der wahrscheinlich eigentlich der "Koch" ist. Die Pommes wurden aus dem kleinen Tiefkühlbeutel in die Fritteuse geschüttet (sah wie Rewe aus). Es gab 2 Styroporpackungen in denen mein Hamburger und auch die Pommes zum Mitnehmen verpackt wurden. Die Pommes waren Standard, hätten aber noch etwas länger frittiert werden können (recht labbrig). Der Burger war auch eher Standard, das Brötchen war ganz gut, das Fleisch hätte saftiger sein können und der Standardketchup war etwas zuviel und schmeckte zu süß. Da könnte man sich überlegen einen eigene, leckere Soße herzustellen. Naja, für mal schnell einen Burger kann man schon mal herkommen, würde aber andere Burgerläden dem bevorzugen. Preislich fand ich es recht fair.

Il posto migliore provato a Francoforte. Sicuramente non sarà cucina tipica, ma l’impegno che i proprietari mettono a gestire il piccolo locale che posseggono non può non venir premiato. Abbiamo mangiato una squisita ed abbondante bowl di poké, un ottimo hamburger, ma soprattutto delle patatine fritte piccanti che penso non scorderò per il resto della mia vita. Il personale è stato più che gentile. Non si può esprimere a parole ciò che ho provato a cenare in questo locale. Consigliatissimo.

Ich war letztes Jahr das erste mal auf Hawaii und hab mich direkt in Poke verliebt. Das Poke kam dem Original sehr nahe und war richtig lecker. Preis absolut fair, da hab ich in FFM schon mehr gezahlt und weniger bekommen. War mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte mal da. Ich kann es nur empfehlen. Man kann drin sitzen und mitnehmen. Burger sahen auch lecker aus, aber die hab ich nicht probiert.

First time I had a poke bowl and I must say it tasted really good. Prices are totally fair and the staff was super friendly. I would definitely recommend this place and will surely visit again in the future :)
