Terrible service. If they don't like waiting tables, they shouldn't put that staff in front of customers. They were throwing things around and impatient when taking orders. Horrid service. It's a shame because the food was acceptable.

I've been to this restaurant many times – the food is truly incredibly delicious, and I've always been happy to recommend this place. But what happened on my last visit was simply unbelievable. I specifically called ahead and reserved a table by the window because I wanted to have a nice date with my girlfriend. The employee on the phone confirmed that everything was fine. When we arrived, several tables by the window were free – but I was told I couldn't sit there because they were "reserved." Instead, I was offered a seat right next to the restroom. And that was even though I had made a reservation myself! This is truly disappointing. If you're a regular and go to the trouble of making a reservation in advance, you should expect your reservation to be honored. Such disrespectful treatment of guests unfortunately destroys the entire positive impression I previously had of this restaurant.

We were there last night. The friendliness left a lot to be desired. But that's probably more the case with places that cater to tourists than regulars. I certainly didn't find it friendly. And card payments were only accepted for €20 or more.

Food i would say it's average, nothing extraordinary but pleasant in general. It's the common food you would expect from an average berlin restaurant. I wouldn't say it had to do anything with traditional mexican food

Such good prices, nice staff and delicious drinks 10/10

There were four of us there on a Friday evening (around 7:30 p.m. - 11 p.m.). It was initially rather empty and very chilly, even though we were seated by the wall (far from the entrance). We announced right at the start that we wouldn't be eating anything, which earned us an annoyed look. By the end of the evening, we had ordered a total of 12 cocktails (as part of happy hour), all of which cost the same. We also ordered two shots. In general, the staff seemed rather inattentive, and we often had to repeat our order several times before it was understood, yet it still wasn't written down, which wouldn't be a problem if the order was remembered. Around 9 p.m., it became noticeably busier. We asked for a cocktail that wasn't on the menu: a Pornstar Martini. After explaining what went into it, we were told that one could be made. However, in addition to the Pornstar Martini, we were brought a Dirty Martini, which we hadn't ordered. We noticed this, too. As a result, our drinks were put on the house. When we finally went to pay, our bill included 14 cocktails and two shots, including the "on the house" Dirty Martini and a cocktail we hadn't ordered. After explaining this several times, the bill was adjusted. We paid (with a 10% tip) and were about to leave "Poco Loco" when a different employee, other than the one who took our tip, accused us of bringing the cocktail we hadn't ordered but were originally supposed to pay for to our table, and of being 100% sure we had ordered it, but we didn't have to pay for it. We explained to him exactly which cocktails each of us had ordered, but he angrily replied that he knew full well that he had brought us that cocktail, which was simply not true. We then simply left the bar without further discussion of this obvious nonsense. Naturally, the person who collected our 10% tip didn't comment at all in this discussion. It's very unprofessional to treat guests like this when there isn't even any proof of what we ordered because no notes are taken. If I visit "Poco Loco" again, I'll bring my own notepad and pen, two for myself and the staff, so I don't have to deal with such unfounded accusations again.

My BEST friend and I went for a happy hour cocktail after being so disappointed by Zaza bar. We ordered a skinny mexican and a watermelon man. The skinny mexican was DISGUSTING, full of salt and the unpleasant textures it causes. The watermelon man was just okay, although there was a melon the size of a glass added, which is very disproportionate and unusual. The second my BEST friend finished her skinny mexican cocktail, the bartender, who was constantly watching us from the entrance to Pocoloco, snatched it out of her hands and took it away. Despite the low occupancy, the three bartenders were constantly rearranging ashtrays, and on top of that, they didn't let us sit at the selected table and moved us to another one that was the same size. I think they're laundering money here.

A complete mess. Has nothing to do with Mexican food. Absolutely terrible. They're Turkish people instead of Mexican. Unfortunately, the wrong choice. Problems paying with your debit card. Ugh. People, skip it and keep looking.

I went with my family, including my mother, an elderly person in a wheelchair. To start, the restaurant has no access for people with reduced mobility, which is unacceptable in this day and age. We tried to get comfortable on the terrace, which was completely empty. When we tried to move a chair so my mother could sit, the only employee present (who was acting as both waiter and bartender) stopped us. With a very unfriendly attitude, he told us to sit at a table that was completely uncovered, as the awning was torn and let the rain through. The waiter's lack of empathy was the most shocking part. He seemed tired and in a bad mood, and made no effort to help us. When, feeling uncomfortable, we only ordered hot drinks (one tea and two cappuccinos), he not only gave us a dirty look, but only brought the tea and one cappuccino. This experience completely ruined our appetite. It's a shame that a place treats its customers this way, especially people with disabilities. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I've never been to Mexico. But the food fulfills my preconceived notions about Tex-Mex cuisine. We certainly enjoy going there.

I was very impressed by the staff. Everyone, no matter who they were, was very concerned about our well-being. It was a real pleasure to eat there. I had the grilled ribs and they were amazing! The price/performance ratio is definitely good. I have and would happily recommend it. The place was a bit dark for me.

What a rude staff. This guy singled us out and asked us to go inside saying they’re closing the outside area soon. Surprise surprise we were the only ones that moved. When bringing the menus, he then proceeded to be rude to my friends so we ended up leaving.

Blass, belanglos, bedauerlich. Manchmal begegnet man Getränken, die einen überraschen – dieser Erdbeer Margarita gehört definitiv dazu. Allerdings weniger im positiven Sinne. Der Geschmack ist… schwer zu fassen. Eine interessante Mischung, irgendwo zwischen dem kühlen Hauch eines Aluminiumlöffels und dem Aroma einer Tankstelle. Eine Erdbeere? Die Kunst, eine Erdbeere zu vermeiden. Geschmacklich dominiert ein Sirup-Charakter, bei dem sich die Künstlichkeit nicht im Hintergrund hält. Es erinnert an die flüssige Übersetzung eines Duftbaums. Die Farbe wirkt, als hätte man ihr das Leben entzogen – ein blasses Rot, das sich nicht entscheiden kann, ob es bleiben oder schon gehen möchte.

We were here for two days with a group of 10 people and were thoroughly satisfied. Great service, amazing food, delicious cocktails, and all at fair prices! We'll definitely be back on our next visit to Berlin.

It was an incredible experience! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very authentic. The best part, however, was the incredibly friendly staff. Every member of staff was so accommodating and friendly that we immediately felt welcome. The servers were very attentive and gave us great recommendations for dishes to try. The service was quick and courteous, which made our evening even more enjoyable. We truly felt at home. As for the food, every dish we ordered was incredibly delicious and perfectly prepared. The portions were generous and filling, so we left the restaurant with happy and full stomachs. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for excellent Mexican cuisine and friendly service. The staff truly made our evening unforgettable, and we will definitely be back!

Never had worse service anywhere. After asking for two glasses of water the response was “it isn’t allowed!” Strange given we’re paying 70€ for genuinely bad food, but at last explain we can buy water. Don’t bother with this place.

We went to Pocoloco for the all-you-can-eat ribs meal and absolutely loved it. The quality of the food was excellent - the ribs were tender, tasty and were always fresh. We would particularly like to emphasize the extremely attentive and friendly service. Our waiter was always there, provided us with regular supplies and our drink orders never remained open for long. As a nice gesture, we were even served a round of schnapps on the house, which rounded off the successful evening wonderfully. Many thanks to the entire team – we would love to come back!

The spare ribs all you can eat on Tuesdays from 5 p.m. are awesome, and the waiter is very nice and attentive.

We had Nachos au gratin, we shouldn't have expected gourmet food but it helped us out. And surprisingly enough, no one speaks Spanish in a Mexican restaurant, go figure

Terrible customer service, they speak super rude, they forgot our food and we were waiting 50 minutes even though we asked several times, the rice was not even Mexican, it was jasmine rice from India, the food was average and in the end we ate and we did not enjoy it we just wanted to leave the place, if you want to have a horrible time and not eat Mexican food go to this restaurant

We didn’t try the food at PocoLoco, but we did have drinks—and wow, we were pleasantly surprised! The cocktails were made really well. The standout for me was the spicy margarita—so good, I’d definitely go back just for that.

Too expensive, tourist shop & you get a larger drink if you order a small one so they can charge more later

Went there yesterday with my partner for our anniversary. The burrito con pollo was basically inedible. Exceptional dry rice and chicken. My partners chicken was also awful. Food is definitely not authentic at all and lacking in any spice or flavour. The cocktails were cheap but had no alcohol in them. If you wanna eat Mexican, say your money and go somewhere else

This was our second visit and the food was just as good! We had the mixed grill for two and all the meat was lovely. The staff are very friendly and polite. On Tuesday they offer all you can eat on the ribs, which are delicious, just remember to bring some wipes for your hands afterwards!

Spontaneously head to Poco Loco for a few cocktails with friends. The waiters were friendly, we got a table on a Saturday evening even though it was very busy. Praise for that. What doesn't work at all, among other things, are the cocktails. With all my love, every one of the cocktails advertised so cheaply at happy hour was just miserable. Better something more expensive, but something sensible. It really was the cheapest booze and so strong that I had to give the zombie back. It felt like they had just thrown kerosene in there with some juice. And no, I'm not a plane, I don't want to take off. There is one more thing: the men's toilets are really an absolute disgrace. Like the last train station toilet, everything was full of chairs and smeared. Also lots of guys who do everything other than go to the toilet! You really have to do something about it, it's really ugly. A basic cleaning would be absolutely necessary!

The pricing is reasonable, but the taste is pretty mediocre. The ribs were dry, and it seemed like the BBQ sauce was just thrown on at the last minute. The burrito filling was also a bit bland and lacking flavor. Not exactly the place to go if you’re after authentic Mexican food

Amazing Mexican restaurant in PBerg! English-friendly staff. Excellent drinks prepared by Bharat (we had tasty Piña Coladas - worth the try). The food portions are large (try the Poco Loco Nachos). You should definitely try!

I was there yesterday and ate spare ribs at a reasonable price. These were fantastically seasoned. Not too spicy and buttery soft to remove from the bone. The side dishes were good and it was a reasonable portion. I didn't need a second helping. The staff was very accommodating and nice. The ambience was appealing according to the name. The sanitary facilities are typical of Berlin neighborhoods. Graffiti painted walls and old but quite clean! You can come here more often! Thumbs 👍 up 4.5 🌟 stars.

Our stay was fine. However, our mood changed when we saw a waiter taking a bottle of Coca Cola from the bar that was intended for customers and trying to quench his thirst (drank from the bottle!!!!) before returning it to the bar. for further customer use.

We stayed at Poco Loco on Oderberger Straße over the weekend. Had a lovely evening with food and drinks and were really satisfied. Everything went well until late at night and the service guys also tried hard. We will come back and thank you very much.

I enjoyed this place yesterday! The cocktails tasted good and it was only 5,90€, absolutely worth the money 💶 The Nachos also tasted really good to me 😋 The atmosphere was comforting, had both young and old crowd. Don't go here if you expect Mexican food. The burrito is filled with overcooked rice and the chicken is tasteless. The gucca mole is green, but tastes nothing and I suspect it is pre-made. Pico de gallon is gray and sad. The piccanta salsa tastes mostly like nothing. Why does the tasteless salad contain an orange wedge? We ate a total of 4 courses and it's basically no cooking noticeble and absolutely no love. The service was very sleepy. However! the drinks are good. avoid the food but go there for the drinks!

I ordered from Lieferando, the food was warm, but that's not the problem. Order came a little later. On time as it said on the website. The ground beef borrito was moist, cut in two, then spread with tomato sauce? I didn't order "Borrito Lasagna". The guacamole was liquid, so I can make better guacamole (fresh instead of old). There was hardly any cheese on it. Guacamole looked almost a day old and sour cream came separately even though it said it came together. The food doesn't have that much taste. Potato wedges were in an aluminum "pie form", which didn't make the potatoes crispy either. Moist but, better if they had put it in a cardboard container (the heat made the potato wedges moist) The queso I added wasn't even queso. It arrived in a small plastic container and had no taste. An orange-yellow sauce that is not freshly made. I got a salad dressing as an extra and there was orange in it too? The food is not worth the price. Waste of money. Packaging also could have been better. Tell me, what's that supposed to mean? The only thing that was freshly made were the potato wedges!! Where is the boss and managing director? At least not professionally!! The food didn't look freshly prepared but rather LAZY ready-made dishes kept in the fridge and put in the microwave!!😡 I should have listened to other people's reviews.

we had to wait 25 minutes for a tea. which is literally hot water with a teabag in it. it was not busy at all and other people who came in later got their drinks before we got our tea. when we said something he was like THE TEA IS COMING! and then we finally got the tea. The food was frozen food across the board, over €8 for 6 thawed chicken wings with supermarket - BBQ sauce is simply cheeky. The main courses arrived cold after sitting in the serving hatch for 10 minutes. The service staff is overwhelmed and unprofessional. Dishes are left on tables for 30 minutes, guests are forced into places they don't want. Apparently you have time to look for songs on YouTube. The place looks nice, but the ambience is disturbed by YouTube advertising at high volume and inappropriate music (e.g. Sadeness - Enigma). An absolute disaster.

Abysmal bad food, never experienced anything like it!!! A burrito was delivered incorrectly, instead of a burrito vegetariana (according to Lieferando filled with fresh vegetables, cheese, guacamole, pico de gallo, sour cream and lettuce) a burrito filled with rice and green beans came. There was long black hair on the other burrito (see photo) and the salad that came with it already had brown edges and had completely collapsed. When we called the restaurant we received no help; they acted as if they didn't understand my concerns in either German or English. When a Lieferando employee called them again, they said they couldn't refund the money without their boss present (Thanks for nothing.)

Went to this bar spontaneously in the evening for a drink. They kindly provided us with a place for us on a Friday evening. After we sat down, it took 15-20 minutes until we were served (after the boss pointed out that we hadn't been served yet) and another 15-20 minutes until our drinks were ready. These were also pretty inedible. Unfortunately very disappointing!

LOVE IT. Guys! Do not expect a good or authentic restaurant here… but: The drinks are extremely cheap and atmosphere is always great!!!! Baked Nachos with cheese are pretty good as well!! Love this place

Huge selection of mexican food and cocktails with affordable prices

We ordered enchiladas there and they were hands down the worst enchiladas we have ever eaten. The rice was just plain white rice (usually you get seasoned rice here). The beans were so sour that we suspected they were bad. And the enchiladas were dry and crumbly and filled mainly with cauliflower. It was really really bad and I wish we hadn't ordered there.

The service is extremely unfriendly and almost aggressive. I ordered a cocktail without ice because it was extremely cold outside... and a minute after I ordered, another waiter comes and almost shouts at me that this cocktail doesn't work without ice and what would I think of ordering something like that. I then said that less ice would be okay, and he made it clear to me again that that wasn't possible in a very strict tone. A few minutes later we receive our drinks and of course mine was filled only with ice... and to make matters worse, about 20 minutes later the cellar comes and aggressively puts a glass full of tonic on the table (apparently so that I can dilute the cocktail ) without saying anything, even though I didn't complain or anything like that. When we had paid and even tipped over 20%, a cellar comes with his rag and wipes the table where we are all still sitting and comes extremely close to us :/ (wipes our hands with the rag) All in all I wouldn't recommend the store because of the extremely poor service and rudeness. We also sat right next to the toilet and the kitchen.

Was ok. The burritos were large and tasty. You got full. I tried rump steak. Unfortunately, the mushrooms and onions that went with it were raw. So the onions are very large and raw and the mushrooms are small, whole and not even tossed but really raw. I didn't like that. But the meat was great and it was very tasty overall.

Horrible restaurant, I don’t even know where to start…rude staff; we ordered a sparkling water that had no sparkles, and when we told them, they said we were lying. Twice. The food came, the beans were rotten (very sour taste). It was clear to us, this place is not run by people that are actually from Mexico, because they don’t pronounce their dishes in the right way. Frisales in their world means beans, but it’s actually Frijoles…which we adressed, but then they said that in Germany they call it “Frisales” uhhmmm no. When the bill came (which we had to ask 4 times for) there were drinks on there that we didn’t have and they argued with us that we most certainly had them. All of this nonsense was accompanied by loud techno music that was blasting throughout the evening. At 6pm on a Sunday. We had to shout to have a conversation. Will not come here again.

Very impressive mexican styled restaurant with delicious food offer. The boss and his staff are very kind and polite. Music has been a touch to loud but overall highly recommended restaurant!
