Had dinner there with my 2 friends. We really liked the fact that there is pepper in the burger mince, and my friend has a pepper intolerance, which was bad luck. She didn't say it either because she hadn't thought of it, but the waiter solved it really well with a steak.

Steak wasn't as I ordered it - after I returned it to be fried again, my request wasn't fulfilled either

We like going to PocoLoco. The food tastes very tasty and is more than plentiful. The rooms are not really comfortable. So here's a deduction.

Top food, friendly staff, cozy atmosphere. Went to the restaurant for the second time and can only recommend it. Everything is super tasty and, above all, fresh. We'd love to come back

We had tickets for the Sivester party for €99/person. Beer, soft drinks, wine and 4-course menu plus DJ included. At midnight pancakes and champagne all included. It was nice that you could choose the main menu yourself from a slimmed-down menu. Unfortunately the lobster soup had strawy lemongrass, so you had to keep spitting something out, my meat was bloody, but extremely!!! Then my appetite was gone. Dessert arrived at some point, we couldn't be told this after we asked, so it was on the table when we went dancing. The scoop of ice cream completely melted. There were no vegetarian dishes on the menu. The staff behind the counter looked completely listless, hardly even a friendly face. The young waitress made an effort. You could wish for music, and if you were lucky you could enjoy it. It wasn't necessarily mine. You still dance. I was in Karow before and I liked the food there, it was the same dish. There was a lot of staff on site in Zepernick, which was good considering the number of guests. Everyone with serious or even bored faces, what a shame. Anyone who works on New Year's Eve should also bring some joy to such a celebration.

The food is delivered quickly and the waiters are very polite and friendly. We feel comfortable and will definitely come back!

We loved the Poco Loco! The service was absolutely courteous, the atmosphere was child-friendly and welcoming. The food was a real treat - whether it was burgers, fajitas or burritos, there really is something for everyone! Everything was prepared fresh and with a lot of love. Particularly worth mentioning is the draft beer (Wittinger), which tasted excellent and went perfectly with the food. Thank you for this great experience – we will definitely be back!

We have been regulars at this restaurant for over a year. We like it very much. The prices are reasonable and reasonable. Portions large. Even if the atmosphere is relatively simple (simple wooden chairs), the food is really tasty (I've already visited three times), the selection is large, the portions are plentiful and the price-performance ratio is absolutely great.

Food is not bad but not great either. This is not original Mexican food but the Americanized version. The service is nice. The cocktails are rather bad in terms of taste, but good if you want to get drunk. Prices are quite good.

Tastes good, portions are also large enough and the price is absolutely reasonable. Unfortunately, as is usual in Germany - service is just mediocre, like almost everywhere.

For people who are not comfortable with sharpness measurements, a lot of caution is advised here. The dishes are well seasoned and that might be too much for some people. Personally, I really like it the way it was. I'd love to come back.

We had reserved a table for a birthday dinner for 8 people. Unfortunately, nothing was set up nicely, even though it was announced when making the reservation. Also no “congratulations” in any form. Some of the food was cold, the accompanying dips were only brought when asked and the cocktails were completely forgotten and only made after repeated requests, and there wasn't even an excuse for that. The taste of the food was okay, but rather boring.

For the first time at PocoLoco, I was a little disappointed... Reservation of a table online was easy, order was taken quickly considering the terrace was full, food and drinks also... no cutlery, we pointed it out... and waited... and waited and...it still took a while. Fajita...what can I say, mini cups with dip, guacamole and something with tomatoes, the fajita was "Germanized" with raw mushrooms and pepper strips and a kind of Maggie spice, which was supposed to give the whole thing a Mexican touch. Ambiance with colored light from LED spotlights...nice, but not when you have it beamed right in your face and have to point out that it's annoying...so no, that wasn't a good thing...what a shame.

Hello and welcome to my tweet. Yesterday we had dinner at PocoLoco and I would like to report about it. We reserved a table for 3 and when we arrived there wasn't one for us. The staff then did some magic, but cozy?? No, I can't say that. 2 different tables and chairs and one table was extremely wobbly. The menu is very extensive and leaves nothing to be desired, and there are also delicious non-alcoholic cocktails here. The food came relatively promptly, but was it delicious? Well... It wasn't bad, but the side salad looked like it came from a bag and in my opinion wasn't entirely fresh either. The portions were plentiful and you can say the price/performance ratio is okay. Conclusion... I've eaten much better Mexican food.

A pity..... We have been with you many times. It was always delicious. Unfortunately, the quality of the meat (chicken) has deteriorated significantly. It looks like cheap pressed meat and is inedible. There wouldn't have been any sauce. The side dishes were otherwise good. The portion size of the fries should be consistent. It cannot be the case that one guest only has half the portion as the person sitting next to him. What was unfortunately not good at all was the draft beer. The glasses were milky, which is a sign of this. That they weren't rinsed out properly. Accordingly, the beer tasted like dishwashing liquid. And there was hardly any carbon dioxide. Dear Poco Poco team Please try harder again and buy better meat. I'm happy to pay a little more if the quality is good.

We were in the restaurant this evening. Very pleasant outside in the fresh air. 2 children 2 adults Portions were sufficient and very tasty, the plates were hot and so were the dishes 5 Stars 100% worth a next visit.

The beer garden is located right next to the train, which is not a problem. The restaurant inside is quite pleasant. The food tastes very good, the prices are very moderate. Unfortunately the service is not the best, sometimes there is a long wait for the food. Reordering drinks also takes a long time, but we still enjoy going there.

We have been here several times and have been very satisfied so far. Today, however, we are not. We ordered two meat dishes (No. 49+50). If my dish hadn't had the breading, the meat would have been inedible. It feels like rubber and the consistency and appearance are clearly cheap pressed meat. It was the same with my dining partner. As always, the side dishes were very tasty and super fresh. Poco Loco should also go one better with the quantity of fries and, above all, put uniform quantities on the plates. Dear Poco Loco, please put good meat on your plates again. We are happy to pay more for this. Unfortunately, the draft beer wasn't tasty either. It was slightly cloudy, had no carbonation and tasted slightly of dishwashing liquid. Apparently the glasses were not rinsed thoroughly enough with clear water. It would be a shame if you messed it up with your customers.

There were four of us eating. Overall it tasted pretty good. The children enjoyed the quesadillas and the Poco Loco burger. Everyone enjoyed the nachos. We have now eaten fajita in many restaurants, but we had never actually experienced that the peppers were ungrilled and filled with lots of mushrooms. In addition, there was some Indian spice mixture or something similar that took some getting used to, which was far too much and didn't fit. The meat itself was otherwise quite good. Maybe next time just fry it longer and swap mushrooms for peppers. The service tried hard, but there were understanding and language problems, which was a bit tiring. You really have to say it every 3-4 times and then you still get it wrong and even the request to bring the bill was forgotten or not understood. They weren't particularly child-friendly. I give a total of 4 stars because I'm glad that we even have a Mexican between Bernau and Berlin.

Good and filling food. Ambience was very pleasant, service was good. Unfortunately, I had to make a small restriction when it came to eating. The chicken was very dry and the rump steak was unfortunately not medium rare, but almost cooked through and therefore almost tough.

We went to Pocoloco for the first time today. It was super tasty. The service was very nice and attentive. We will come back in any case.

Well located restaurant directly at Zepernick train station. Fast operation, lots of space. You can reserve digitally, I would also recommend it, but not a must. The portions are huge and fill you up very well. We decided on a few nacho chips to start with and had super large dishes (Chili Burger and Chimichanga Vegetariana). Payment was super convenient by card, Apple Pay and also cash. The ambience was very cluttered and not very homely decorated. Great recommendation for a meal with the kids, very family friendly and also affordable. Tables can be combined in almost any way and there are beautiful lounge corners with sofas.

The inside of the restaurant is designed really cool and has a really nice outdoor area. The food is quite good, but the enchiladas, quesadillas, etc. are quite poorly filled. The service is okay, but sometimes it doesn't come back once you've gotten your food and you have to go in and run after it

Comically inauthentic, but was surprisingly still reasonably edible—half of the fajita vegetables were served raw for some reason, but somehow still tasted okay. That being said, many if not all food items are clearly frozen/prepared foods. Service was reasonable, one waiter was pretty friendly, the other was a little aloof. Prices were pretty expensive; our 4 person bill was 120€.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Poco Loco Mexican Restaurant and all I can say is that it was an exceptional experience. The food was very tasty and nicely presented. The price-performance ratio is great.

A nice restaurant with an attractive outdoor area. We were warmly welcomed and served deliciously and at moderate prices. We sat outside under the beautiful linden trees. Toilets were clean, parking spaces available.

Food very tasty, moderate prices, varied offerings. We sat in the garden, which is why I can't say anything about the guest rooms. Despite the proximity to the busy main road, there is a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere in the garden. Located directly at the S-Bahn station. Dogs are welcome, which we were very happy about and was also used in many ways by other dog owners. Service was very nice, not intrusive, but quick to help when you needed it. We'd love to come back.

Really good prices, great service, unfortunately the food lacks a bit of spice, there's no sign of the Mexican fire. I know many people insist on a bland diet, but then at least put a spice tray on the table. Also, I don't go out for Mexican food if I can only tolerate a bland diet.

We had booked a table, which was cleared on the minute by the previous guests. It took a while until the dishes were cleared away. It has to be said that the restaurant was packed and the service staff tried hard to get everything under control. The drinks we ordered came quickly and the quality was ok. Starters were perfectly fine. The four of us delivered the main courses in full, but unfortunately there were no side dishes. We noticed this after a few minutes, and so did the waiter...his two colleagues were new and didn't know what the dishes included...I'm sorry...but that doesn't make it any better. Our conclusion - I'd be happy to sip a cocktail but go out to eat - maybe only during the week...

I had a reservation online which was confirmed. When we arrived at 6 p.m. they said we didn't have a reservation. The Refa didn't even want to look at my confirmation on my cell phone. Then he said we could have a table from 6 to 7:30 p.m. So we stayed. It was very loud around us. Communication with the waiter was difficult. He made an effort and the food came quickly. At around 7 p.m. we were asked if we really wanted to stay until 7:30 p.m. The next guests are already here. I was really extremely annoyed and said no, we'll pay. The waiter felt sorry but what should he do. I was really angry and disappointed. Afterwards we went to the Italian restaurant in Bernau because we couldn't even eat dessert at the poco loco. In Bernau it was super good service and a very nice atmosphere. I will never come here again and I definitely won't recommend this restaurant.

We have always received friendly service, the food was delicious and the prices are not exorbitant. The burgers are also highly recommended. The only thing that saves a bit on diesel is the cola, which seems to be more expensive to buy than beer 😉
