Very tasty food at reasonable prices. The service staff are very nice and take care of every concern immediately. Since all the tables were occupied when we arrived (we had ordered, but nobody wanted to leave, understandably) we were offered free drinks while we waited. Thank you Saidur 😁

For people who are not comfortable with sharpness measurements, a lot of caution is advised here. The dishes are well seasoned and that might be too much for some people. Personally, I really like it the way it was. I'd love to come back.

We had reserved a table for a birthday dinner for 8 people. Unfortunately, nothing was set up nicely, even though it was announced when making the reservation. Also no “congratulations” in any form. Some of the food was cold, the accompanying dips were only brought when asked and the cocktails were completely forgotten and only made after repeated requests, and there wasn't even an excuse for that. The taste of the food was okay, but rather boring.

For the first time at PocoLoco, I was a little disappointed... Reservation of a table online was easy, order was taken quickly considering the terrace was full, food and drinks also... no cutlery, we pointed it out... and waited... and waited and...it still took a while. Fajita...what can I say, mini cups with dip, guacamole and something with tomatoes, the fajita was "Germanized" with raw mushrooms and pepper strips and a kind of Maggie spice, which was supposed to give the whole thing a Mexican touch. Ambiance with colored light from LED spotlights...nice, but not when you have it beamed right in your face and have to point out that it's annoying...so no, that wasn't a good thing...what a shame.

Hello and welcome to my tweet. Yesterday we had dinner at PocoLoco and I would like to report about it. We reserved a table for 3 and when we arrived there wasn't one for us. The staff then did some magic, but cozy?? No, I can't say that. 2 different tables and chairs and one table was extremely wobbly. The menu is very extensive and leaves nothing to be desired, and there are also delicious non-alcoholic cocktails here. The food came relatively promptly, but was it delicious? Well... It wasn't bad, but the side salad looked like it came from a bag and in my opinion wasn't entirely fresh either. The portions were plentiful and you can say the price/performance ratio is okay. Conclusion... I've eaten much better Mexican food.

I expected something different. It looked like a lot, but was eaten quickly. The quality was acceptable. However, there is room for improvement here.

Restaurant has become very nice. Have been there twice and are very satisfied. Price-performance ratio absolutely fine. Staff is very nice and child-friendly. After initial difficulties, a visit is now worthwhile. Thumbs up.

A pity..... We have been with you many times. It was always delicious. Unfortunately, the quality of the meat (chicken) has deteriorated significantly. It looks like cheap pressed meat and is inedible. There wouldn't have been any sauce. The side dishes were otherwise good. The portion size of the fries should be consistent. It cannot be the case that one guest only has half the portion as the person sitting next to him. What was unfortunately not good at all was the draft beer. The glasses were milky, which is a sign of this. That they weren't rinsed out properly. Accordingly, the beer tasted like dishwashing liquid. And there was hardly any carbon dioxide. Dear Poco Poco team Please try harder again and buy better meat. I'm happy to pay a little more if the quality is good.

We were in the restaurant this evening. Very pleasant outside in the fresh air. 2 children 2 adults Portions were sufficient and very tasty, the plates were hot and so were the dishes 5 Stars 100% worth a next visit.

The beer garden is located right next to the train, which is not a problem. The restaurant inside is quite pleasant. The food tastes very good, the prices are very moderate. Unfortunately the service is not the best, sometimes there is a long wait for the food. Reordering drinks also takes a long time, but we still enjoy going there.

We have been here several times and have been very satisfied so far. Today, however, we are not. We ordered two meat dishes (No. 49+50). If my dish hadn't had the breading, the meat would have been inedible. It feels like rubber and the consistency and appearance are clearly cheap pressed meat. It was the same with my dining partner. As always, the side dishes were very tasty and super fresh. Poco Loco should also go one better with the quantity of fries and, above all, put uniform quantities on the plates. Dear Poco Loco, please put good meat on your plates again. We are happy to pay more for this. Unfortunately, the draft beer wasn't tasty either. It was slightly cloudy, had no carbonation and tasted slightly of dishwashing liquid. Apparently the glasses were not rinsed thoroughly enough with clear water. It would be a shame if you messed it up with your customers.

There were four of us eating. Overall it tasted pretty good. The children enjoyed the quesadillas and the Poco Loco burger. Everyone enjoyed the nachos. We have now eaten fajita in many restaurants, but we had never actually experienced that the peppers were ungrilled and filled with lots of mushrooms. In addition, there was some Indian spice mixture or something similar that took some getting used to, which was far too much and didn't fit. The meat itself was otherwise quite good. Maybe next time just fry it longer and swap mushrooms for peppers. The service tried hard, but there were understanding and language problems, which was a bit tiring. You really have to say it every 3-4 times and then you still get it wrong and even the request to bring the bill was forgotten or not understood. They weren't particularly child-friendly. I give a total of 4 stars because I'm glad that we even have a Mexican between Bernau and Berlin.

Good and filling food. Ambience was very pleasant, service was good. Unfortunately, I had to make a small restriction when it came to eating. The chicken was very dry and the rump steak was unfortunately not medium rare, but almost cooked through and therefore almost tough.

Nice atmosphere: you don't sit too close to the neighboring table. Not too loud either. Service very attentive. Food was super tasty. Portions just right. Price/performance fits!!! Clear recommendation 😁

We went to Pocoloco for the first time today. It was super tasty. The service was very nice and attentive. We will come back in any case.

Well located restaurant directly at Zepernick train station. Fast operation, lots of space. You can reserve digitally, I would also recommend it, but not a must. The portions are huge and fill you up very well. We decided on a few nacho chips to start with and had super large dishes (Chili Burger and Chimichanga Vegetariana). Payment was super convenient by card, Apple Pay and also cash. The ambience was very cluttered and not very homely decorated. Great recommendation for a meal with the kids, very family friendly and also affordable. Tables can be combined in almost any way and there are beautiful lounge corners with sofas.

The inside of the restaurant is designed really cool and has a really nice outdoor area. The food is quite good, but the enchiladas, quesadillas, etc. are quite poorly filled. The service is okay, but sometimes it doesn't come back once you've gotten your food and you have to go in and run after it

Comically inauthentic, but was surprisingly still reasonably edible—half of the fajita vegetables were served raw for some reason, but somehow still tasted okay. That being said, many if not all food items are clearly frozen/prepared foods. Service was reasonable, one waiter was pretty friendly, the other was a little aloof. Prices were pretty expensive; our 4 person bill was 120€.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Poco Loco Mexican Restaurant and all I can say is that it was an exceptional experience. The food was very tasty and nicely presented. The price-performance ratio is great.

A nice restaurant with an attractive outdoor area. We were warmly welcomed and served deliciously and at moderate prices. We sat outside under the beautiful linden trees. Toilets were clean, parking spaces available.

Food very tasty, moderate prices, varied offerings. We sat in the garden, which is why I can't say anything about the guest rooms. Despite the proximity to the busy main road, there is a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere in the garden. Located directly at the S-Bahn station. Dogs are welcome, which we were very happy about and was also used in many ways by other dog owners. Service was very nice, not intrusive, but quick to help when you needed it. We'd love to come back.

Really good prices, great service, unfortunately the food lacks a bit of spice, there's no sign of the Mexican fire. I know many people insist on a bland diet, but then at least put a spice tray on the table. Also, I don't go out for Mexican food if I can only tolerate a bland diet.

We had booked a table, which was cleared on the minute by the previous guests. It took a while until the dishes were cleared away. It has to be said that the restaurant was packed and the service staff tried hard to get everything under control. The drinks we ordered came quickly and the quality was ok. Starters were perfectly fine. The four of us delivered the main courses in full, but unfortunately there were no side dishes. We noticed this after a few minutes, and so did the waiter...his two colleagues were new and didn't know what the dishes included...I'm sorry...but that doesn't make it any better. Our conclusion - I'd be happy to sip a cocktail but go out to eat - maybe only during the week...

I had a reservation online which was confirmed. When we arrived at 6 p.m. they said we didn't have a reservation. The Refa didn't even want to look at my confirmation on my cell phone. Then he said we could have a table from 6 to 7:30 p.m. So we stayed. It was very loud around us. Communication with the waiter was difficult. He made an effort and the food came quickly. At around 7 p.m. we were asked if we really wanted to stay until 7:30 p.m. The next guests are already here. I was really extremely annoyed and said no, we'll pay. The waiter felt sorry but what should he do. I was really angry and disappointed. Afterwards we went to the Italian restaurant in Bernau because we couldn't even eat dessert at the poco loco. In Bernau it was super good service and a very nice atmosphere. I will never come here again and I definitely won't recommend this restaurant.

We have always received friendly service, the food was delicious and the prices are not exorbitant. The burgers are also highly recommended. The only thing that saves a bit on diesel is the cola, which seems to be more expensive to buy than beer 😉

The food was very tasty. The portions were generous and at a good price! The service was attentive and very friendly :) We were there on Saturday evening and it was of course very crowded and loud. Unfortunately the bar closes at 10 p.m., otherwise we would have liked to stay a little longer! Overall it was a nice evening with delicious food and nice service :)

Very clean and well-kept dining restaurant... nice and very attentive staff... the food is very comprehensive, delicious and very varied... quality and quantity also have their price, but it is justified... toilet facilities very clean... everything All in all it was a success...please make sure you pre-order so you don't go there in vain

We picked up our telephone order ourselves. Basically the food tasted good. However, one salad was not enough, the number of tortillas was incorrect and there was a small blister of painkillers in a side pack (but it didn't taste that bad). When we asked the employee about it, he denied any involvement.

Food was super delicious 😋 Didn't have to wait long. I can highly recommend it. What I don't recommend ordering there and taking home was unfortunately already cold and there were no sauces.

Food was ok... but unfortunately the burger was almost cold. Service at the table was never visible (even though we were the only table)... the dining room smelled a bit strong and the tables were dirty. Definitely not coming back!

Our planned restaurant was on vacation. Switched here spontaneously and don't regret it. (5 people and almost 3 hours) We were completely satisfied. Food good, service good. Overall only positive experiences, there were only positive memories from the last visit 15 years ago. It's always a good alternative to other cuisine.

Excellent food, everyone involved makes a real effort and it pays off in the taste. It was plentiful and really well prepared. The drinks and appetizers were brought to the table very quickly after ordering. Empty plates were cleared away in between, the service was great. The rooms have been beautifully designed, every lamp is colorfully decorated. It was a little too dark for a family dinner, but just right for a couple. It's worth a visit.

Waren mit 16 Personen da zum Geburtstag. Reservierung war sehr einfach. Tisch war vorbereitet und die Bedienung sehr nett. Essen schmeckt sehr gut. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Sehr schneller und freundlicher Service, Essen auf heißen Tellern serviert und großzügige Portionen. Preislich im Januar 2024 immer noch günstig.

Im Gastraum schönes Flair und genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Speisekarte eher typische mittelamerikanische Küche. Die Bedienung war immer freundlich und präsent. Die Küche bzw. Die Gerichte sind lecker und passen zum Preis. Satt wird man in jedem Fall. Die Bier Auswahl könnte besser sein, weil es eben auch eine Bar ist / sein soll. Cocktails stehen auch auf der Karte. Ansonsten eine schöne Abwechslung zu den sonst typischen Restaurants im Umkreis.

Hallo zusammen, Ein kleines Resümee über den Abend in dem wir im Poco Loco Essen waren. Das Essen war vorzüglich aber es ist immer schwer jeden Geschmack zu treffen jeder Geschmack ist anders. Deshalb muss es für diejenigen die dann dorthin gehen nicht stimmen. Für uns war es auf jeden Fall ein sehr gelungener mexikanischer Abend. Wir haben selten einen so tollen Kellner erlebt wie in diesem Restaurant aufmerksam schnell und sehr zuvorkommt ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken. Es gibt typisch mexikanisches Essen. Die Portionen sind okay und der Preis stimmt. Von mir eine klare Besucherempfehlung. Checkt es aus!

Wir waren heute das erste Mal hier. Es gab als Vorspeise daa frittierte Hähnchen in Tortilla (Nr.24) und als Hauptspeisen einmal die Tacos (Nr.84) und den klassischen Burrito mit Hackfleisch (Nr.31). Die Cocktails waren sehr lecker, die Bedienung nett und sehr zuvorkommend und das üppige Essen ein Genuss. Der einzige Punkte, bei dem wie einen Abzug einräumen müssen ist das Hühnchen, welches neben dem geschmackvollen Hackfleisch etwas zurück bleibt. Alles in Allem ein sehr schönes Abend.

Der Service war aufmerksam und hat alle Wünsche erfüllt. Das Essen kam trotz vollem Haus schnell und hat sehr gut geschmeckt 🥘🌮🌯.

Wir waren auf Empfehlung heute Abend in diesem Lokal. Am Service und vor allem beim Essen kann man nichts bemängeln. Die Kellnerin und ihr Kollege waren steht's zur Stelle und ließen es an nichts fehlen. Den Koch möchten wir ebenfalls positiv erwähnen, einfach lecker. Eigendlich darf es morgen nicht regnen. Leider saßen wir vier unmittelbar neben einer größeren Gästegruppe und somit war die Geräuschkulisse alles andere als entspannt. Nun gut......beim nächsten Mal sind wir schlauer und finden sicherlich eine ruhigere Ecke im Lokal. Trotzdem kommen wir zu dem Ergebnis das man dieses Lokal beruhigt empfehlen kann....nochmals danke an das komplette Team.

Das Essen ist gut. Ziemlich viel Deko aber macht was her. Burger nix besonderes aber die Tacos sind super. Bedienung könnte freundlicher sein. Online reservieren funktionierte schon 2x nicht. Spare Ribs All You Can eat gibts dort nicht, könnte auch im Internet stehen, tut es leider nicht. Cocktails sind alle gut.

Ich finde das Essen echt super ..Vieles sehr lecker.Ich hatte Rippchen , sehr zart.Hätten ruhig besser gewürzt sein können aber nun gut waren trotzdem schmackhaft.Meine Frau hatte fajitas, hatte ich auch probiert, sehr lecker und alles Recht preiswert.In der heutigen Zeit wo jeder aufs Geld gucken muss , ein wichtiger Plus Punkt.Wor kommen gerne wieder...

Der Pocoloco Burger ist von meiner Warte aus zu empfehlen. Der bekommt seine verdienen 5 Sterne

Wir sind das erste Mal im Pocoloco in Zepernick gewesen. Der erste Eindruck zum Ambiente eines mexicanischen Restaurant passte absolut. Die Mitarbeiter haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und auch am Tisch waren sie sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war der totale Genuss. Die Atmosphäre nahm einen in eine Reise nach Mexiko mit. Ich würde mir aber ergänzend auf dem Tisch kleine Lampen wünschen, da es auf dem Teller doch ziemlich dunkel war. Viele Gäste lasen dadurch die Speisekarte mit Taschenlampe aus dem Handy. Mobile Daten sind im Restaurant nicht verfügbar. Hier ist sicherlich das Gebäude schuld, aber dadurch hängen nicht alle ständig am Handy, sondern die Gäste sind miteinander im Gespräch. Und wer dringend telefonieren möchte, geht raus vor die Tür. Wir kommen sicher schnell wieder.

Freundliche Bewirtschaftung, angenehme Atmosphäre, und das Essen war super lecker, frisch und für jeden was dabei, uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!!! Wir kommen wieder.ein aussergewöhnliches Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.... Super !!! Danke.
