Stale. If you want to visit an Italian restaurant from the 90s, this is the right place. Map very clear, no real highlights. Was here 10 years ago, it was a trip into the past. And then become insulting. Bad character, really bad character, you should do an apprenticeship with a real Italian.

Good pizza, there's a playground right next door and it's not bad on the road as there are hardly any cars driving here. The only criticism I have is that there is no vinegar or oil even when asked. I know there were times, but that has to be the case. We would love to come back, the pizza was very tasty and fresh.

We stopped here today on the way to an appointment. It was a Google recommendation and we were able to convince ourselves personally. Friendly and accommodating staff, good food, clean and just a nice place to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Thanks.

Food was good but service bad. Plates were placed incorrectly, our food was brought to another table and it wasn't full. No drinks were asked. Were very disappointed.

We sat very comfortably outside in the garden. The spaghetti carbonara & garlic soup were good.

Hmmm...it always fluctuates in this location...sometimes the food blows me away because it's really good, and the last time I'm shocked again. That didn't work at all, and I don't even know how to describe it...The fish tasted old, and so did the Creme Fresh. The food was almost completely gone. I don't know why it's so different there. But the staff is extremely friendly and hard-working... that's worth mentioning. 2 years later...Somehow it doesn't get better....I was there again with a friend...Well, they just started at lunchtime, but it still has to work...But unfortunately it wasn't there...The Pizza could also have functioned as a board... even the serrated knife failed... the tagiatelle were buried in a thick creamy mush and inedible. What's going on there ? We also returned over half because it was unreasonable. Not that we didn't say that the food wasn't good at all, but all we got was a smile and the full plates went away...the bill came, but a little later so did my girlfriend's intestinal problem. Luckily I only had the board...

Food was ok… Children could play nicely in the playground. Some of the staff were unfriendly. Sorry… for the younger ones in the team who tried hard… Tips were not accepted. That says it all.

food was good but the service is bad! A drink was spilled, we didn't get a new tablecloth or another glass! The phrase “The customer is king” means nothing here!

You could eat the food, but the staff was extremely unfriendly towards me and my friends. The restaurant wasn't crowded, but we were continually disrespected and not served. A glass of water tipped over and we weren't even given a fresh meal, let alone something to dry off the mishap. When we arrived, our customers immediately received side dishes such as white bread and olives, but for us it took 20 minutes to bring the cards alone.

Nice restaurant on the edge of Zepernick, formerly "Zur deutsche Eiche". Friendly service, cozy atmosphere in the restaurant, lots of seats under the oak tree outside. You sit very well. Next door there is a small children's playground. There aren't many parking spaces in front of it, but there's certainly enough.

The food was delicious and the location right next to the playground is great. Service was also very courteous and friendly. Will definitely come back.

The large outdoor area seems to be the only positive thing here. The only new thing here is the cards, which now have hefty prices. We were shocked to see how small the portions had become. According to everyone present, the taste also left a lot to be desired. Even with pizza you seemed severely overloaded. Aside from the lack of seasoning, there was a pizza drowned in oil after I asked for some garlic. I have rarely experienced something so bad. A juicy pizza was quickly followed by an equally juicy bill. In contrast to pizza, the drink prices are crisp. A 0.2 liter cola costs you 3 euros... more expensive than the 0.5 beer, which costs 5 euros. We waited in vain for a traditional schnapps with the bill. Nope... I'm cured. A restaurant you should avoid!!! So a beautiful day ended in disappointment with a disappointing evening. 👎🏻

I love these restaurants because when I enter one I feel transported to Italy for a moment. The popular employees are always very friendly and take care of every detail. Every pasta or pizza I've eaten here has been delicious. I always enjoy coming back and would recommend this restaurant to everyone!

The atmosphere is really quite nice. Unfortunately the food is super bad. There were four of us and we had 3 pasta dishes and a pizza. All pasta dishes had little to do with Italian food. Carbonara without bacon, but with chopped cooked ham. The Bolognese was probably the worst I've ever eaten. It tasted kind of sweet. And the spaghetti diabolo was with simply chopped salami slices. Nothing with Diabolo. There is also no wine list. The tables are cleaned with a hand brush. Better not to think about it any further.

Es war leider eine Enttäuschung. Das Essen entsprach nicht den Erwartungen. Die Preise waren höher als im Internet dargestellt. Ob da wirklich ein Italiener an den Gnocies beteiligt war ist zu bezweifeln. Wir werden wohl nicht nochmal kommen. Auch ist es immer mal merkwürdig, wenn alkoholfreie Getränke teurer sind als Bier.

We wanted to eat something on the way to Berlin before attending an event. This restaurant, which is just five minutes from the highway, was very convenient for us. We were welcomed very friendly. The atmosphere is cozy with Italian background music. The food was excellent (our daughter chose flambéed pasta from the huge Grana Padano) and the prices were completely reasonable. Unfortunately we live so far away, otherwise we would definitely come more often.

Try the truffle pasta flambéed fresh at the table in a parmesan wheel while it's still on the menu! <3 Pizzas also great. There is also attentive “old school service” in a positive sense :-)

I ordered the 115 (Zander) and mashed potatoes with it. For €23, the expectation wasn't particularly high, but it still wasn't fulfilled. Here's the reason: If you offer mashed potatoes, it should also be mashed potatoes, but unfortunately it was mixed with water from the bag. Very bad. Broccoli & cauliflower never saw salt and was overcooked like puree, worse than hospital food. The fish was frozen and not translucent. All in all not worth €23. But the non-alcoholic Benedictine was good 😉 Please, have more demands on your own kitchen, then it will work with more grateful guests.

The team is understaffed, regular customers who come later get their food priority. Waited about 20 minutes for the bill, the boss is rude because we paid the bill directly at the cash register after 20 minutes of waiting. Due to the unfriendliness and our waiting time, there was no tip :-).

Ich kam hier durch Zufall vorbei und hätte dieses kleine Stück Italien gar nicht erwartet. So wurde ich sehr freundlich empfangen. Suppe, gefüllte Champignons und Pizza - alles frisch und lecker und mit aufmerksam, freundlichem Service serviert. Sollte ich mal wieder in der Ecke zu tun haben, komme ich gern wieder vorbei.

Waren heute Mittag dort ,sehr nettes Personal .Essen war super so wie immer,wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es ist etwas unorganisiert und leider hat der Chef keine Ahnung was Gastronomie bedeutet .Für ihn ist Gastpflege ein Fremdwort. Wir haben 40 min gewartet bis wir überhaupt Getränke und Essen bestellen konnten. Das Essen dauerte dann noch einmal 30min. Das war ok aber nicht überragend.Die kleine Service Kraft war sehr bemüht jedoch durch die Führung vom Chef sehr unsicher und vergesslich. Die Spannung der beiden war deutlich im Service zu erkennen. Wünsche des fast gar nicht gegessene einzupacken und mitzunehmen wurde vergessen und zu allem Ärgernis voll berechnet.Leere Gläser wurden gerne ignoriert und erst nach Aufforderung aufgefüllt oder gar gänzlich vergessen. Der Tisch wurde nicht abgeräumt wobei auch beim Dessert ein unangenehmes Ambiente entstand. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Wer Zeit mitbringt ist hier gut aufgehoben, klar fehlt es momentan an Servicekräften aber 2 Stunden auf die Hauptspeise warten geht ins Geld beim Getränke bestellen ( wo man immer selber nachfragen musste ob man noch etwas bekommt ) und prall gefüllt waren die Teller jetzt nicht... geschmeckt hat es aber gut.

Das Personal ist nett, allerdings nicht aus Italien. Die Pizza ist nicht kross, die Rosmarinkartoffeln, neben dem Tiefkühlgemüse, schmecken wie in der Mikrowelle erwärmt und sind mit Trockenkräutern bestreut. Da war auch kein Rosmarin dabei. Die Kalbsleber war allerdings sehr zart und schmackhaft. Der Nero-Davola war ebenfalls sehr lecker und auf der Terrasse sitzt man schöner als auf dem PVC-Parkett im Innenraum.

Wir waren an einem Sonntagnachmittag da. Der Laden war leer und die Belegschaft gerade dabei eine Pause zu machen. So hat man direkt alle kennen gelernt, was ich persönlich gut finde. Wir wurden schnell und freundlich bedient und das Ambiente war sehr gemütlich und das Restaurant sehr sauber. Wir hatten Lammhaxe an Nudeln, Penne Arrabiata und Bandnundeln mit Steinpilzen. Als Vorspeise gab es Lumache. Alle Speisen waren sehr köstlich und gut zubereitet. Bei den Lumache ziehe ich die TK Variante denen aus dem Glas vor. Das schmeckt man und die Textur der Schnecken aus dem Glas ist deutlich weicher mitsamt einem merkwürdigen Eigengeschmack. Die hausgemachte Tunke dazu war hingegen sehr köstlich. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und wurden warm und herzlich verabschiedet. Ein Dessert auf Kosten des Hauses wurde uns als Kompensation für leicht verspätete Vorspeise (Die kam mit der Hauptspeise) ohne Beschwerde von sich aus angeboten. Das Tiramisu und die Panna Cotta haben ebenfalls überzeugt. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Italienisch angehauchtes Restaurant - neue Bewertung, neue Chance nach 4 Jahren…mit Freunden mal wieder im Buona Fortuna zum Abendessen gewesen. Um es gleich vorwegzunehmen: wegen des Essens muss man eigentlich nicht kommen. Das Restaurant profitiert von der bevorzugten Lage direkt am Spielplatz, ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Der Service ist freundlich und bemüht. In meiner letzten Bewertung hatte ich die vielen Rechtschreibfehler in der Karte erwähnt, das ist eher noch schlimmer geworden….hier muss unbedingt mal jemand nach dem Rechten sehen. Die Gerichte der Spargelkarte sind das Geld nicht wert, lieber bei Pizza oder Pasta bleiben. 3 Stangen Spargel mit Fertig-Hollandaise übergossen, das geht besser. Die Verwendung von Convenience-Produkten zieht sich durch einige Gerichte. Fazit: für ein Bier oder einen Aperol und eine Pizza ok, große Kochkunst sollte man nicht erwarten.

Sehr gutes Restaurant, leckere Speisen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren jetzt zum 3. Mal dort essen und auch beim 3. Mal war es wieder sehr lecker. Meine Mutter schwärmte schon immer von diesem Italiener und so reservierte sie vorletztes Jahr einen Tisch. Lecker Essen und das Personal ist total nett. Das nächste mal waren wir dann zum 2 Weihnachtsfeiertag dort gewesen,leider noch in Coronazeiten und mit etwas abgespeckter Essenskarte, war aber auch wieder lecker. Und das dritte Mal waren wir am 25.2.23 mit der ganzen Familie zum Essen dort gewesen. Auch wieder klasse Essen,diesmal aber mit kompletter Speisekarte. Ich hatte Bruschetta als Vorspeise und als Hauptgang ein Rumpsteak mit Gemüse und Kartoffelspalten,total lecker. Und das Personal ist nach wievor total nett und zuvorkommend, wenn etwas leer ist dann stürzten die Mitarbeiter los und füllen die Gläser auf. Klasse. Eine sehr klare Empfehlung von mir TIPP: RESERVIEREN ist sehr zu empfehlen

Da ich ja jeden Tag in diesem Restaurant Mittag bzw auch Abendbrot esse, verstehe ich diese negativen Bewertungen überhaupt gar nicht! Das Personal ist immer höflich und zuvorkommend auch was ich persönlich gegenüber anderen Gästen sehe! Aber es gibt ja auch Menschen die haben mit sich selbst ein Problem und müssen deshalb andere negativ! Macht einfach weiter so ihr macht alles richtig!

Ich habe zum abholen eine Lasagne bestellt gehabt. Sie wurde an sich schnell zubereitet und war schnell abholbereit. Nur als ich zu Hause war und essen wollte war das Essen so wässrig das es eher einer Bolognese Suppe ähnlich sah und nicht einer Lasagne was den geschmeckt auch sehr beeinflusst hat. daher war ich nicht so sehr zufrieden

Schönes gemütliches Restaurant mit super freundlichem Personal. Das Essen war sehr lecker.

Wir waren Sonntagabends da. Das Restaurant war im Aussenbereich gut gefüllt und wir würden freundlich begrüßt. Der Knoblauchsuppe fehlte eine Spur Knoblauch. Die Involtini waren ausgezeichnet und der Trebbiano passte gut dazu. Eine gute Empfehlung.

Wir sind hier ganz spontan zum Abendessen abgebogen und über die schöne Terrasse direkt in den Innenraum gegangen und wurden dort von einer liebevollen und atmosphärisch reichen Einrichtung überzeugt. Ein freundlicher und zu einem netten Gespräch aufgelegter Inhaber, ein junger und fleißiger Kellner, ein kraftvoller Hauswein und leckere, üppige Pizza, kross und quantitativ wie qualitativ sehr gut belegt. Die Preise absolut angemessen und danach ein Grappa oder Espresso aufs Haus – ganz bestimmt kommen wir wieder hierher!

Bedienung ist bemüht freundlich zu sein . Wir bestellten gefülltes Kalb leider war es nicht gefüllt nur belegt und das Kalb war wohl eher Schwein schade für uns wohl ein einmaliger Besuch

Das Essen ist lecker - egal on Pizza, Pasta oder Fleisch, Vorspeise oder Hauptgang! Der Chef bereitet auch gerne zu, was nicht auf der Karte steht und überzeugt mit tollen Ideen. Die Crew ist immer nett und für Späße zu haben. Wir gehen dort regelmäßig hin. Wirklich zu empfehlen!! Leckere Weine!

Schönes kleines Restaurant mit italienischer Küche. Abwechslungsreiche Essensangebote,toll serviert und sehr lecker! Tagesaktuelle saisonale Spezialangebote. Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend und stets freundlich. Im Sommer gehört zu dem Restaurant eine Terrasse mit ca.150 Plätzen,wodurch es auch mal zu kleineren Wartezeiten kommen kann bspw.beim Getränke nachbestellen.Sobald man sich jedoch bemerkbar macht,sind sie Kellner stets sofort da und kümmern sich. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top! .definitiv eine Empfehlung wert!

Freundlicher Service. Aber wie leider so häufig: Karte viel zu groß! Keine Tageskarte Aber, vermutlich saisonal: Pasta im Parmesan Laib geschwenkt und flambiert mit Trüffeln. Keine Weinpräsentation, keine Weinempfehlung bei der Bestellung.Der Eindruck das ausschließlich mit frischen (regionalen) Produkten gekocht wird ist nicht entstanden. Irgendwie fehlte "Bella Italia". Einrichtung sehr rustikal, im hinteren Bereich fehlte Licht.Und die Heizung rechtzeitig einschalten wäre auch sehr nett gewesen, ist sicher aber eine Ausnahme. Unterm Strich sehr ordentlich - aber auch nichts so Besonderes.

Wir haben Dorade gegessen, 1a Fisch, wurde am Tisch filetiert und mit einer Sosse nach Wahl (Ich nahm Butter-Knoblauch-Tomate) serviert. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam, Auch die Getränke waren gut temperiert. Hier gehen wir gerne wieder hin👍

Ein Italienisch angehauchtes Restaurant in Panketal. Schön gelegen an einem kleinen Spielplatz, daher gut zum Draußensitzen für Familien. Das Essen ist in Ordnung, keine Gourmetküche, aber gut gemacht, es gibt Pizza und Pasta. Prima für einen Sommerabend geeignet. Ich würde empfehlen, weniger Gerichte anzubieten und mehr auf Frische und Qualität zu setzen, aber das ist sicher hier nicht ganz einfach. Auf jeden Fall die Speisekarte mal auf Rechtschreibfehler anschauen lassen, das macht keinen guten Eindruck. :)
