Came across this shop by chance today. You could choose the pieces at the shutter. The selection wasn't large, but there was something for everyone. The prices for the very large pieces were absolutely fair! A piece of margarita was €2.90 and was completely filling. You could sit outside and relax. The location is also very centrally located on the Isar. Absolute recommendation!!

The food was delicious, the pizza is really recommended. The rooms are very small, but we still managed to get a spot straight away. The service is also super friendly. Drinks are a bit expensive, but the pizza for two people is really great and the price is also right

My favorite pizza in Munich!!! Their potato pizza is a must try. Service is a hit or miss - depends on who is behind the window. Some of them dont speak a word of German or English and make you feel like they are doing you a favour selling their pizza. Atmosphere is amazing especially in summer. Be ready to wait in line for 15+ mins on busy days.

We particularly recommend the pizza for two people with 3 freely selectable thirds. Overall the price is ok (for Munich...)

We bought the pizzas to take away. They tasted very good. They were crispy and juicy. The large one is also ok for the price.

Small pizzeria. We have been here many times. You can sit both inside and outside. You can also order pizzas to-go. The pizzas themselves are great. The dough is crispy and the selection of toppings is great. We had, among other things, patata and salsiccia. Both were very good. Half a pala was more than enough for two people. Good value for money and highly recommended, especially if you want to share with several people.

Very cute, small and delicious pizzeria. We went there on a recommendation and it was a very successful evening - from the waiter to the food. Our highlight was that you can create a large pizza for two people with different toppings (see picture).

Really great to eat here. There is gluten-free pizza, which you can't get anywhere else. The service is really great. You should definitely reserve seats otherwise there may be waiting times. I was there on vacation and visited the restaurant 3 times. Next time I'm in the area I'll stop by again

Disappointing experience despite good pizza We visited the restaurant for the first time and were excited to try different pizzas. At around 5:20 p.m. we asked the waiter if we could also order the pizza slices that were actually meant to be taken away from the restaurant. He confirmed that this would be possible until 6:00 p.m. We were happy about this and ordered accordingly. The pizzas were okay, and we also ordered two drinks per person. The pizzas were good. When we then wanted to order two more Aperol Spritz, the manager came and told us in a very arrogant tone that this was not possible because he needed the table. But we weren't told when we ordered that we only had the table for such a short time. Others sat much longer than us. We hadn't even finished eating, but we were basically thrown out. The difference in sales between a large pizza for two and the pizza slices we ordered was minimal – maybe 3 to 4 euros. Yet we were treated as if we were less valuable guests than those around us. We understand that the restaurant is very well rated and the pizza is good value for money. But that doesn't justify treating customers so disrespectfully. Unfortunately a very disappointing experience.

Hallo, erst haben wir mindestens 15 Minuten gewartet, dass Personal stand herum und jeder war mit seinem Handy beschäftigt. Nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen wurde unsere Bestellung äußerst unfreundlich aufgenommen. Die erst Bedienung war sehr unfreundlich und die Pizzen schmeckten ehrlich gesagt nach gar nichts. Ob es an den vorgebackenen Teig liegt, kann ich als Laie nicht beurteilen. Beim abräumen war eine freundliche Bedienung am Tisch, dennoch ist die gesamte Pizzeria definitiv nicht zu empfehlen. Es ist eine augenscheinliche In Pizzeria, aber nicht zu empfehlen.

Got screamed at because we couldn't understand Bavarian German (She wanted to tell us where to get our water, and as we wouldn't understand she would get louder and louder in a angry demeanor). Pizza was also cold. Im sure it was just a outlier day but still bad service.

We were excited to try this pizzeria during our vacation in Munich, but sadly, the service made it impossible. My husband, who understands some German but struggles to speak it, tried ordering in English. The staff member at the counter, who didn’t know English herself, politely asked her colleague if he could assist. His dismissive response, however, was "Keine Lust," which translates to “I’m not in the mood for something like that,” before walking away. My husband, unfortunately, understood every word and left. It’s disappointing that such unprofessional behavior overshadowed what could have been a great meal.

I have known Pizzesco for more than 10 years. New menu, but as always everything is quite narrow. We only eat gluten-free here. I can only recommend it.

This review is EXPLICITLY for the gluten-free pizza. I'm really disappointed by the quality of the gluten-free pizza. It was good at all and deep frozen pizza tastes exactly like the one I just had if not even better. It's nice they offer it but as someone with celiac disease I'd rather go somewhere else.

Very nice Romana pizza. Very crispy and delicious crust, like a classic Romana style pizza. Minimal “flop” 😉 When I have a craving for crispier pizza, I come here 😋 They offer a decent portion for the cost. The ingredients taste fresh. I would recommend ordering a pizza and eating in, the fresh pizza is much better than the take-away premade pizza. I like that you can order 3 different styles on a single pizza. It’s perfect for 2 people. It’s in a decent location and has a good vibe. It’s worth a try 👌

Very good pizza in different variations. Here you get the pizza in one piece and not the whole thing. Good for take-away or for eating on the wooden benches. I've been here several times with friends and it's always nice and tasty at the same time. The pizza with potato slices is particularly highly recommended. Otherwise there are all sorts of variations. Not exactly cheap, but something different compared to traditional pizza.

Good food in a great atmosphere.

It is a very small place, with very loud music, making it impossible to have a conversation. It's so tight that the waiters can hardly get to the table. The food is very fatty and doesn't taste like much. For people with celiac disease, the gluten-free pizzas are prepared in a separate area so that contamination during baking is almost impossible. But there are definitely better alternatives in Munich.

Fabulous pizza, well worth visiting. Book a table if you can but the staff are super accommodating if you just pop in on the fly. Pizza by the slice out front for a quick fix which we tried too. Both great 😊 Busy place so you need to be patient but the wait is worth it

I like the pinza and pizza at this place. But probably will not be going again. On two separate occasions, I noticed significant overcharges on my card. The most recent incident, just yesterday evening, involved ordering just two slices to-go, for which I was charged an exorbitant amount. It's frustrating to have to closely scrutinize your bill, but unfortunately, that's the reality at this establishment. It feels like they are taking advantage of customers who might not be paying close attention. While I can't fault their food, their ethical standards when it comes to billing are not on par with the quality of their meals. I recommend double-checking your invoice and being extra cautious, especially if you're using a card to pay. It's a shame because this issue really takes away from an otherwise great pizza place in the neighbourhood.

The square pizza was very successful. But the environment is very narrow. We ate cheek to cheek with the table next door😂 Prices were very reasonable. We paid 67 Eur for four people, including wine and tip. Our waiter was also very friendly. The wine whose picture I shared was also very nice.
