This place is perfect! They had Italian but also German dishes like schnitzels. The service was quick and the food delicious! We were with a big group and it was no problem finding a table. Highly recommended!

Excellent pizza, kind person, reasonable price

I've eaten there twice now, and the food has delighted me both times! The ingredients taste completely different from what you'd expect from other restaurants. This starts with the pizza dough and extends to the toppings. When I asked, I was told that the owners place great emphasis on high quality and that some of their products are sourced from other countries. I also had pasta there today, which had very interesting flavors. You can tell that the food is prepared with love and care. They use so many different spices and ingredients, creating a truly unique taste experience. The price-performance ratio is also excellent. In my opinion, the food is even far too inexpensive for such superb quality. Thank you for the wonderful food! The service is also incredibly friendly and attentive, and the decor creates a very cozy atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!

Food not like old reviews. And Changed ingredients. The chef has changed, too. The pizza dough is tasteless and delivered from a factory. So the bread is stiff and tastes like frozen food. Prosciutto is fake. Fake prosciutto and fake salami are blasphemy against Italy. The past reviews and photos this restaurant had no longer exist.

I visited this restaurant once, and my experience was significantly below what I'm used to in Cologne. The place struck me as neglected and poorly managed. The food also failed to impress me, both in terms of taste and quality. Much of it seemed rushed and lacking any real care in the preparation. Overall, the experience was so disappointing that I personally see no reason to return. I simply wanted to share my honest experience because I believe guests should know what to expect.

We are tourists from Canada, and the receptionist recommended this restaurant. We were not disappointed. We ordered pizza, and it was delicious. But what was nicest of all was the friendly and kind demeanour of our waitress and her husband (the owner). We had a wonderful experience on our first night in Cologne.

I felt ashamed, it happened when i ordered one pizza to take away just because was warm to sit inside. I was drinking one beer and after finishing pizza, i just started to walk off, heard in a very loud and disrespectfully, hey take your beer bottle with. Was an Indian guy saying something in his language but I didn't understood. It's might be my fault to left the empty beer bottle on the table just outside the door where I was standing. But the way he treated was fully disrespectful. I will never be there for sure.

They serve yummy, tasty pizza and pasta, we had a good cozy dinner, nice and friendly service as well.

We were there specifically because of the extensive vegan offerings. The staff was very attentive and friendly; they gave us lasagna and tagliatelle with vegan salmon to go so we could eat in the park. The child had delicious pizza rolls with vegan alioli—also excellent. The vegan salmon substitute was the best I've had so far. Yes, the portions could be 20% larger for the slightly higher price. But all in all, we were very satisfied! Thank you! The drinks were also well-chosen: provisions, draft beer, organic spritzers. Keep up the good work! 👏 We forgot our cutlery, and the waitress kept coming after us.

We had a good meal and it was delicious. Everything arrived at our table as requested. However, we felt the service and the kitchen were a bit overwhelmed. We noticed that other tables brought the wrong food. The atmosphere is more like a takeaway. But I think it's more of a delivery service than a restaurant.

We tried this Italian restaurant in our neighborhood for the first time. We had to call for attention so the waiter could come to our table – unfortunately, the waiter doesn't really speak German, and ordering was a bit difficult. They then asked us twice what we'd ordered, and unfortunately, they brought us the wrong salad. We had a salad (which we didn't order) and a pizza, which I would describe as okay at best. I wouldn't go back to this restaurant for that reason. We sat outside, and unfortunately, the restaurant is located right next to a major intersection. This meant that cars with their engines running were constantly stopping right next to our table, waiting at red lights. I honestly can't understand all the rave reviews here.

The best carbonara I ate in whole Germany. It is the closest in taste to the one that a nonna will prepare for you in village around Roma 🙈❤️ Congrats to the chef and his talent! We also got a lasagna which was also very tasty, but the carbonara was super authentic.

“The shop is called Italian, but you don’t notice it at all.” I had a very disappointing visit here. There was a hair on my pizza, an absolute no-go in the catering industry. The staff was unfriendly and stared at us uncomfortably on several occasions instead of caring about the service. Neither the treatment of guests nor the hygiene are good here. I definitely can't recommend the restaurant. ...that my first honest review was deleted - probably because it wasn't positive ;) Criticism should be taken seriously, not suppressed... I absolutely cannot recommend this restaurant.

Nice ambiance. The servers are very friendly. The food tastes great. We had both vegan and non-vegan dishes. The pizza rolls were fresh and fluffy. The pasta portions were generous, and the vegan salmon was also delicious. I highly recommend it. The restrooms there are also very clean.

Super yummy food! I had a vegan schnitzel with funghi, and my son had a chicken schnitzel with paprika sauce. My husband had a pizza, and it was perfect as well. We all cleaned our plates and were super satisfied with our meals. It was one of the best vegan meals I’ve had in a long time. The server spoke some English and was super nice to us.

The food we ordered (vegan lasagna) was super tasty and quickly prepared and delivered. The people in the store are very accommodating, we actually ordered the vegan cake, which was sold out, and got the pizza rolls with vegan herb butter as a replacement without having to pay again. These are also super tasty and soft. Overall it was a very tasty meal and we will definitely order again.

My colleagues and I like to drive over 120 km after work just to eat here - that speaks for itself! The pizza is a real treat, especially the Quattro Stagioni, which is simply cooked to perfection. The warm and hospitable nature of the entire team and the boss always creates a welcoming atmosphere in which we feel completely at home. A visit here is highly recommended and always worth the drive.

Sorrentino responded by phone and offered to cook the dish straight away or the next day. We thought that was very friendly, but decided against it. Five stars for the service.
