Nachtrag auf Ihre Antwort: Vielen Dank für Ihre ausführliche Erläuterung. Diese ändert jedoch nichts an meiner Bewertung. Bei der Bestellung habe ich mich nicht auf Angaben von Google oder Drittanbietern verlassen, sondern auf die Öffnungszeiten, die auf Ihrer Homepage angegeben sind. Diese stimmen jedoch nicht mit den tatsächlichen Öffnungszeiten überein. Der Fehler liegt somit nicht beim Bestellportal, sondern in den widersprüchlichen Angaben auf Ihrer eigenen Website. Selbst wenn es sich tatsächlich um ein technisches Missverständnis gehandelt haben sollte, ändert dies nichts an der grundsätzlichen Problematik: Meine Kontaktdaten lagen vor, und mein Bestellzettel war sichtbar ausgehängt. Eine kurze Benachrichtigung hätte genügt, um mich rechtzeitig zu informieren, anstatt mich am Tag der Lieferung im Ungewissen zu lassen. Der Vergleich mit einem Handwerker, der an seinem freien Tag nicht arbeitet, ist daher nicht zutreffend, da dieser die betroffene Person zumindest informiert hätte. 1 Stern – Absolute Katastrophe für ein Firmenevent Ich habe einen Tag im Voraus 22 Pizzen für ein Firmenevent bestellt und im Voraus bezahlt. Am Tag der Lieferung wollte ich telefonisch 2 Pizzen nachbestellen – niemand ging ran. Also bin ich kurzerhand hingefahren: Laden geschlossen, nur Handwerker vor Ort. Mein Bestellzettel mit meinen Kontaktdaten hing gut sichtbar in der Auslage – eine Benachrichtigung von deren Seite? Fehlanzeige. Hätte ich nicht selbst reagiert, hätte ich auf meine bezahlte Bestellung gewartet und wäre leer ausgegangen. Zum Glück hat La Contadina um die Ecke in letzter Sekunde 25 Pizzen spontan für mich zubereitet – herzlichen Dank dafür!

Schon beim Betreten des Restaurants hatten wir sofort Flashbacks an unsere Urlaube in Italien. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll und landestypisch gestaltet, sodass man sich direkt wie im Süden fühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Kellnerin: unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und freundlich. Sie hat sich sogar gefreut, wenn man ein paar italienische Worte mit ihr ausgetauscht hat. Dabei hat sie einem das Gefühl gegeben, als würde man sich schon seit Jahren kennen - fast wie ein Besuch bei guten Freunden. Allein dadurch haben wir uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Essen und die Getränke waren einfach hervorragend - authentisch, frisch und voller Geschmack. Man merkt sofort, dass hier Wert auf echte italienische Küche gelegt wird. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut. Wer auf der Suche nach einem authentischen Italiener mit herzlicher Atmosphäre, tollem Service und leckerem Essen ist, wird hier definitiv fündig. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Das Essen, Pizza, war sehr lecker! Lediglich das Ambiente ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Aquarium und die Pflanzen sind ein Trauerspiel, aber warum braucht ein Italiener auch ein Aquarium? Kommt hier auch die Camorra 😉? Die Bedienung hat das durch die herzliche Art aber gut wettgemacht.

Inventar in die Jahre gekommen, Service gut leide zu laut, Lasagne hat mir nicht geschmeckt und der Holzteller klebrig , Nudeln mit Lachs - Lachs sehr sparsam, Pizza hat geschmeckt.

Ein schönes italienisches Restaurant in Dresden. Es befindet sich seit über 10 Jahren am selben Standort und verfügt über eine große Außenterrasse. Probieren Sie es selbst aus, ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder. Grazie

Warum wird das Essen auf schwarzen Plastik bzw. Kunststofftellern serviert? Das geht gar nicht. Da bin ich ja froh das ich nicht vom Plastikbesteck essen musste. Nein, werde dieses Restaurant nicht mehr besuchen. Nachtrag zu meiner Rezension: Dann benenne ich es richtig: es ist Melamin Geschirr. Für mich trotzdem ein Kunststoffgeschirr .Sie benennen es Carbongeschirr 🤣was ich bezweifle. Und wenn einem Kellner Porzellan zu schwer ist, sollte er wohl nicht in diesem Beruf arbeiten. Ich habe ihnen auch niemals das ,,Du" angeboten.

Ein wunderschönes italienisches Restaurant mit sehr herzlichem und zuvorkommendem Personal. Ich habe die Totò-Pizza bestellt und sie war ausgezeichnet. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch!

Die Tagliatelle Salmone war versalzen und auch sonst geschmacklich nichts besonders. Dafür lohnt sich ein Restaurantbesuch nicht.

I ordered four pizzas through Uber Eats. Three were ham pizzas with extra salami and mushrooms (I paid an extra €3 per pizza). However, only one pizza with extra toppings was delivered, as ordered and paid for. I was told on the phone that I had ordered incorrectly and that it was my fault. A blatant lie. Mistakes can happen, no doubt. But blaming the customer is unacceptable, in my opinion. I initially submitted this review without any text. The owner labeled my review as "fake." So this is how they handle criticism. I paid a total of €59.70. One ham pizza without extra toppings costs €12.90 x 3 = €38.70 + one salami pizza for €12 = €50.70. The owner is welcome to explain how the price difference arises when each extra topping costs €1.50.

This was our second visit to this restaurant. We were very satisfied. The food was delicious and the service was exceptionally friendly. It felt like being in Italy! We'll be back!

On the recommendation of friends, we visited this restaurant and it was absolutely fantastic. The penne arrabbiata was incredibly delicious. The carbonara wasn't quite as impressive, but still tasty. The portions are very generous and well worth the reasonable prices. The waiters were all very friendly and cheerful, and overall we had a wonderful time! We'll definitely be back.

We ordered pizza this evening with friends, for whom it was their first pizza from there. As always, it was delicious, well-topped, and well-cooked. The delivery took about 50 minutes, but that's reasonable for a Saturday evening. The delivery man was super friendly and immediately brought Italian flair into our home. But we've been there a few times before. The place has a great atmosphere and lively Italian service, complete with entertaining commentary. ;) We'd be happy to come back.

We were here on Saturday afternoon, and although we arrived relatively late, we were given an incredibly warm welcome by a very cheerful lady. Based on her recommendation, we ordered the truffle gnocchi and the pasta with chanterelles, porcini mushrooms, and butter sauce, and the dishes were a dream! We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We'll definitely be back, if only for the excellent service.

We got a table outside the restaurant. It was quite nice, but not particularly cozy. The service was quite friendly and quick. The bruschetta that came with it was okay. We had two spaghetti carbonaras as main courses, which were absolute disasters. There was a ton of bacon in the dish, some of it in clumps, which made it completely oversalted. I've eaten a lot of bacon with it, but I had to leave well over half of it because it was simply inedible. This is by far the worst carbonara I've ever eaten.

It was significantly smaller than stated on the website, it wasn't delivered sliced, and the base was unfortunately burnt. This significantly affected the flavor, so I couldn't really enjoy the pizza. It's a shame, I had hoped for more.

We were very satisfied regular customers for a long time and regularly placed delivery orders via Lieferando. At first we were really excited – finally a trattoria It was a real stroke of luck to have found one with such delicious pizzas. Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated significantly over time. Paid extras or specified toppings have already been forgotten/omitted three times. After a break we wanted to go to the trattoria give it another chance today - in the hope that these were isolated cases. Unfortunately we were disappointed again: the extras were missing again and the wrong pizza was delivered. It's a shame because the pizzas taste very good.

The decoration creates a welcoming atmosphere that is ideal for a convivial meal with friends and family. The food was the absolute highlight! The menu offers a wonderful selection of classic Italian dishes, and everything we tried was freshly made and full of flavor. We particularly recommend the homemade pasta and pizza - the dough was perfectly thin and crispy, and the ingredients were of the highest quality. The homemade tiramisu is also highly recommended. The service was also excellent. Our waitress was attentive, friendly and had great wine recommendations that perfectly complemented our meal. You can tell that there is a passion for Italian cuisine and hospitality here. I highly recommend this restaurant! It is the perfect place to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine in Dresden. You can even have an entertaining meal at lunchtime with your work colleagues. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! See you in the morning!
