Delizia Ristorante & Weinbar in Dresden

Nice modern restaurant. We were personally greeted and escorted to the table. The food (spaghetti carbonara (without cream of course!) and al forno) was delicious and came with the right wine. But my personal highlight was the tiramisu, I could have ordered more of that 😁 Thank you for the lovely evening.

Den sehr positiven Bewertungen folgend hatten wir vor unserem Besuch eines Events im gegenüberliegenden Parkhotels einen Tisch für 6 Personen reserviert. Funktioniert online perfekt, auch mit einer freundlichen Erinnerung am Tag selbst. Vorbildlich! Bei unserem Eintreffen wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Lokal selber kommt doch schon sehr modern daher. Wer also den typischen italienischen Stil erwartet, der wird nicht erfreut sein. Für uns absolut okay, auch dass letztlich jeder Quadratmeter für Gastplätze ausgenutzt wird. Das Lokal füllte sich immer mehr, ohne Reservierung keine Chance. Genügend Personal am Start, okay sicherlich einige Aushilfen, welche kleinere Regeln der Bedienung (Tragen Geschirr, Reichen/ Auswahl Besteck) noch nicht verinnerlicht haben. Aber, dass ist für mich absolut okay. Bis jetzt sind wir bei 5 Punkte. Getränke wurden rasch serviert und unser Wunsch des Aufgebens der Bestellung nach zu Warten, da sich ein Freund verspätet hatte, nachgekommen. Nun passierte der erste Fauxpas der servicetechnisch aus meiner Sicht eine kleiner Katastrophe darstellt. Wir öffnen sprichwörtlich unsere Geldbörse und fragten an, ob der gemischte Vorspeisenteller (stolzer Preis von 18,90€) auch für 6 Personen erhältlich wäre. Die Antwort unserer Bedienung sinngemäß, da müssen sie halt 2 oder 3 bestellen. Schade, eine Chance vertan. -1 Punkt Als Hauptgänge wählten wir Pizzagerichte, Pastagerichte und von der Empfehlungskarte Rumpsteak und Kabeljaufilet. Nun beginnt die deutliche Kritik. Der Fisch war nicht gut. Wenn drei Personen kosten und feststellen, dass hier etwas nicht stimmt..... Der Hinweis der Bedienung, dass Kabeljaufilet einen sehr eigenen Geschmack hätte, war für uns sehr neu. Er wird als mild aromatischer Fisch mit einer leichten salzigen Note beschrieben und mit Sicherheit hat die Bestellerin nicht erstmalig ein solches Gericht verzehrt. Aber gut, das Essen wurde zurückgenommen und als Ersatz eine Salat mit frischen Steinpilzen bestellt. Hier wollte die Küche des Guten zu viel, nämlich zu schnell zubereitet. Teilweise nur von einer Seite angeröstet und für den verlangten Preis sollte natürlich nicht unbedingt der Stiel des köstlichen Speisepilzes den Mittelpunkt darstellen. Und, um eine eventuelle Antwort des Inhabers schon vorwegzunehmen, wir haben keine Reklamation angezeigt. -2 Punkte Ja, Fisch ist ein sensibles Produkt und es kann immer passieren, dass eine Charge halt nicht mehr gut ist. Einfach entschuldigen, alles gut. Es kam zur Rechnung, ich verhielt mich sehr ruhig in der innerlichen Erwartungshaltung hier kommt etwas --- Leider nein, dass Ersatzgericht wurde komplett berechnet. Mein dezenter Einwand hinsichtlich des Fischgerichtes wurde erneut mit dem Hinweis aus den speziellen Eigengeschmackes des Fisches abmoderiert. Nun kann es natürlich sein, dass in der für das Lokal ausgewiesene Küche aus Sizilien der Kabeljau halt anders schmeckt, aber ich glaube, dass ich dort eine andere Qualität erhalte. -2 Punkte.... aber für die Bewertung muss ja ein Punkt bleiben.

Unprofessional handling after criticism of the cod...which smelled and tasted bad

Following the very positive reviews, we reserved a table for 6 people before attending an event at the Parkhotel opposite. Works perfectly online, even with a friendly reminder on the day itself. Exemplary! When we arrived we received a very friendly welcome. The restaurant itself looks very modern. So if you expect the typical Italian style, you won't be happy. It's absolutely okay for us, and every square meter is ultimately used for guest seating. The restaurant was filling up more and more, no chance without a reservation. Sufficient staff at the start, okay certainly some temporary staff who have not yet internalized the smaller rules of service (carrying dishes, passing/selecting cutlery). But that's absolutely okay for me. So far we are at 5 points. Drinks were served quickly and our request to place the order after waiting because a friend was late was honored. Now the first faux pas happened, which from my point of view is a minor catastrophe in terms of service. We literally opened our wallets and asked whether the mixed starter plate (a hefty price of €18.90) was also available for 6 people. The answer from our waitress was that you just have to order 2 or 3. It's a shame, a missed opportunity. -1 point As main courses we chose pizza dishes, pasta dishes and, from the recommendation menu, rump steak and cod fillet. Now the clear criticism begins. The fish wasn't good. When three people taste it and realize that something is wrong... The waitress's suggestion that cod fillet has a very unique taste was very new to us. It is described as a mildly aromatic fish with a slight salty note and it is certainly not the first time the person who ordered it has eaten such a dish. But well, the food was taken back and a salad with fresh porcini mushrooms was ordered as a replacement. Here the kitchen wanted too much of something good, namely prepared too quickly. Partially roasted on only one side and for the price asked, the stalk of the delicious edible mushroom shouldn't necessarily be the focus. And, to anticipate a possible response from the owner, we have not reported any complaints. -2 points Yes, fish is a sensitive product and it can always happen that a batch is no longer good. Just apologize, everything is fine. The bill came, I remained very calm with the inner expectation that here comes something --- Unfortunately no, the replacement dish was charged in full. My subtle objection to the fish dish was again moderated by pointing out the fish's special taste. Of course, it could be that the cod tastes different in the Sicilian kitchen designated for the restaurant, but I believe that I get a different quality there. -2 points.... but one point must remain for the rating.

Therefore, the first impression is not good. Unfortunately, the arrogance is already visible in the management's responses to reviews on Google. The ordered pizza was dry, with sour sauce, like from a store. Pasta underseasoned. I don't understand the phenomenon of this restaurant. The restaurant itself is tasteful and clean. Unfortunately, the place cannot cope with the pride and lack of manners of the service

The restaurant is highly recommended. The waitresses and waiters are super nice. The food was very, very good. There is homemade bread at the beginning and you were so attentive to provide gluten-free bread because we ordered a few dishes gluten-free. There were also 3 dips. The food was very fresh and tasty. The pizza is super airy. The gluten-free pizza also tasted great. I would eat there again at any time. You just have to make a reservation. Mary

I would like to give at least one positive point about this Italian restaurant and I can't find it. Organizational chaos, long waiting time for service and indication of a free table, when one appears, one waiter tells you that there are no seats, the other one invites you to the table. Pizza Margherita, I haven't eaten something so terrible in an Italian restaurant for a long time. The cake is dry as a chip, the sauce has a dominant sour taste. Pasta with spinach without spices. I never give such low ratings, I'm sorry that I felt obliged to share a negative opinion.

Very tasty gnocchi with pumpkin sauce and burrata from the seasonal menu, my brother also really enjoyed the salami pizza. Upscale atmosphere, the waiter took lovely care of us. Unfortunately I couldn't try all of the homemade lemonades (green and yellow mandarin were out), so I guess I'll have to come back ^-^

Spent a wonderful evening at Delizia and ate probably the best gluten-free pizza there is! Wonderfully crispy, generously topped, fantastic taste! Here you can finally enjoy truly gluten-free! Service is very friendly and the atmosphere is really great!! Thank you very much and see you soon at my new favorite Italian restaurant!

A very nice restaurant. The ambience is very authentic and balanced. The service staff literally read your wishes from your lips. I received an extremely hospitable welcome from the owners personally. And my culinary expectations were also exceeded. So actually 6 🌟. There must be an extra function on Google. That was a very nice afternoon. Absolutely recommended. Also for groups. And if you can't wait, just stop by the deer festival today.

A week ago we went to Delizia for a birthday dinner as a large family. The weather was perfect for sitting on the terrace. We were treated very friendly and attentively. Everyone really enjoyed the food and the birthday child was surprised with panacotta and a small table fountain. Thank you for everything ❤️.

An absolute disappointment! After a very friendly greeting, the maximum level of interest in us had already been reached. When we took our order we saw our waiter for the first and last time - no questions asked about how satisfied we were with the food and in the end we sat with empty glasses for 15 minutes before we went to the checkout ourselves. But even the food couldn't make up for the deficiencies in service. The greeting from the kitchen was a nice gesture, but instead of olive oil there was oil that smelled like the oil from a jar of dried tomatoes and really didn't taste good - not even with salt and pepper. The carpaccio was really tasty with seasoning, but the unseasoned and watery bruschetta was an absolute failure. Both in terms of appearance and taste - of course you still eat it, because you don't want to throw anything away. The salad with the asparagus was also run of the mill and without any dressing or oil. Unfortunately, the asparagus soup with truffles also had zero taste. In the end you could have saved yourself €70. A pity.

We were there on a Friday evening and it was packed so you could barely hear what you were saying. There was hardly any space between the tables. It's a shame, we've had lovely evenings there so far

We were in Delizia for the first time several years ago and back then I was deeply impressed by the spacious playroom, so we now wanted to come back there to have a delicious and relaxed meal at the children's birthday party. Now, after many years, a lot has changed. Luckily the food is still super tasty, I can particularly recommend Penne AI Formaggio - the portions are large and fresh. Unfortunately, I can't report anything positive beyond that today. A children's room has become a very small play area - it's still okay, the children still found something to have fun. It started when my children played very quietly and calmly with the sticker book and at the same time I gave them pasta to eat. The restaurant employee arrived with the comment: "It was different in my day. The children go to kindergarten, right? There they sit at the table until it is eaten. Here they would have to stay seated, eat and only then play." . The comment affected me personally, but I politely dismissed it. Then it continued and the lady asked me which country I came from. I asked if it was important. She replied - "Nowadays, yes - whether you are Russian, Ukrainian, etc". I said I didn't want to share this. In my opinion, that would be a good ending, but she also asked if I was ashamed of my origins and therefore didn't want to share it. In my opinion, all of these questions have long since crossed my personal boundaries. No, I'm not ashamed of my country of origin, but there are topics that I don't want to discuss with everyone. At the end the lady said a few very unpleasant words to us, which I won't repeat out of politeness. I hope that the management of the restaurant as a team discusses the general rules of politeness, because in my opinion - if it doesn't bother other guests - it shouldn't concern anyone what our educational rules are and what country we come from... Thank you.

Das Delizia liegt ideal am Weißen Hirsch. Parkplätze direkt am Delizia oder in direkter Nähe. Bus vor der Tür, alles gut. Ambiente sehr gut, ruhige Farben, gute Akustik, heißt für mich: erträgliche Geräuschkulisse ohne den Gesprächen der Nachbartische lauschen zu können ….oder müssen…. Die Reservierung klappte perfekt, wir konnten wählen zwischen zwei Tischen. Reservierung empfehle ich….das Restaurant war schon um 18 Uhr fast komplett besetzt. Die Begrüßung und der schnelle Service ….angenehm und verbindlich…. Getränke kommen flott, dazu ein kleiner Gruß aus der Küche. Wir hatten „nur“ Pizza, die kamen auch zügig zu uns. Pizza Napoli zu knapp 12€….😳😉…das ist günstig….man kann ja mal ein Gläschen Sardellen kaufen, damit der Preis geschätzt werden kann. Die Pizza war gut, hätte einen Tick länger im Pfen bleiben können. Aber noch lange kein Grund für „Klage“ 😉. Die an den anderen Tischen servierten Speisen sahen auch alle gut aus. Die Nudelportionen groß. Ein schöner Besuch der sicher bald wiederholt wird!

We girls were there 14 days ago and the team was excellent. The ambience was also great. Unfortunately, the food wasn't that great - the spaghetti had no spices, there was no garlic oil, and the carbonara had too much ham. No cruets on the table with olive oil and garlic oil and hot spices. No cruet on the table with parmesan. I've never had such a bad meal at an Italian restaurant.

Wir hatten für 4 Personen reserviert und wurden schon am Telefon abgefragt, ob wir max. 2 Stunden bleiben würden. Fand ich bisschen merkwürdig. Dann hatten wir telefonisch noch für eine weitere Person nachbestellt und als leider doch nur zu viert ankamen, wurde dies kommentiert: "Na da kann endlich den Stuhl aus dem Weg stellen." Bei der Bestellung der Getränke war alles Ok. Die Bestellung des Essens war da schon komplizierter. Mein Mann wollte gern Spaghetti Carbonara in der deutschen Version, d.h. mit Kochschinken statt Speck und etwas Sahne. Da kam kurzerhand von der Kellnerin die Bemerkung: "Die können Sie sich auch zu Hause kochen." und dann noch dazu "Das kostet aber extra." Ich bestellte mir Fisch mit Salat. Dann fiel mir ein, dass im Internet steht, dass "Delizia" glutenfreie Pizza anbietet und fragte nach, ob dies auch bei der Pasta so ist und die Kellnerin bejahte es. Da fragte ich nochmal genauer nach, was denn in den glutenfreien Nudeln für Inhaltsstoffe enthalten sind und sie reagierte nur mit einem "Na glutenfrei." Sie holte dann, auf meine Bitte hin, genervt die Packung Pasta und knallte sie mir auf den Tisch. Ich las mir die Inhaltsstoffe kurz durch und bestellte den Fisch um mit Pasta als Beilage. Da konterte die Kellnerin wiederum, "Sie haben den Fisch doch aber mit Salat bestellt." Da musste ich ihr noch erklären, dass in der Speisekarte steht, dass zu dem Gericht Salat oder Pasta gewählt werden kann. Sie änderte die Bestellung angenervt und sagte dazu, na was?: "Das kostet extra." Was mich persönlich nicht so stört, da ja glutenfreie Produkte doch etwas teurer sind. Als dann nach einer gewissen Weile (über 1h), da ja das Restaurant gut besucht war, das Essen kam, stellte ich fest, dass meine Pasta noch im Nudelwasser schwammen. Die Pasta von meinem Mann und unserem Sohn schwamm natürlich auch im Nudelwasser, also gab es nicht nur Sahne zur Carbonara dazu, sondern auch extra Nudelwasser. Man konnte die Pasta kaum essen, ohne sich zu bekleckern. Achso der Fisch war jedoch sehr gut und die Pizza von unserem anderen Sohn war, wie von einem anderen Bewerter bereits darauf hingewiesen, mit Salamifitzelchen, aber OK. Das war unser Restaurantbesuch bei "Delzia". Schade, nie wieder. Nicht zu empfehlen.

The four of us had dinner yesterday. Everything was nice so far! The meat was great. The pizza and pasta were good! A small negative point was that we found the parmesan with the pasta at €3.50 on the bill..!! We haven't experienced it anywhere.

Super nice restaurant and directly opposite the blue salon. Pizza was very tasty. Nice service.

The ambience is reminiscent of a canteen and has nothing to do with the Italian flair. The lighting is far too bright. The seating is too narrow and I sat on garden or patio furniture (table & chair). The entire guest room is restless, inharmonious, loud and the constant walking past the table (the tables are far too close to each other) and the service is just annoying and extremely annoying 😬.. it was uncomfortable. I just wanted to escape the restaurant. The wine recommendation was good. Thank you very much for that! I had a Pizza Vegana with fresh tomatoes, spinach and olives. Instead of olives, I ordered arugula leaves. The pizza dough is similar to a frozen pizza consisting, among other things, made from wheat flour type 405. Like all Italians, I use 00 flour for the pizza dough. The spinach had the consistency like it came from the frozen shelf and that's exactly how the spinach tasted on the pizza. The pizza was completely covered with rocket leaves and served. The fresh tomatoes and frozen spinach were no longer visible on the pizza under the masses of arugula leaves. The rocket leaves were very dry, limp and had yellow rocket leaves… Sometimes less is more! If the arugula salad had been freshly washed, the kitchen staff could have removed the yellow arugula leaves. The service and prices are not appropriate. I would not recommend the DELIZIA restaurant.

Get a nice table for two without making a reservation. Very friendly staff, great food, fantastic drinks. We'll definitely be back so we can enjoy dessert in peace.

Tagliatelle Salmone was good. A little too dry, but that's a matter of taste.

Wir waren schon öfter hier, auch früher noch in der alten Lokalität. Gleichbleibend guter Service und die Gerichte schmecken immer gut.

Unser Lieblingsitaliener in Dresden. Wir waren gestern mit der Familie wieder zum Essen im Delizia und uns hat alles sehr gut geschmeckt . Von der Vorspeise über die Hauptgerichte bis zum Nachtisch waren alle Speisen frisch und qualitativ hochwertig. Der Service war sehr schnell und aufmerksam und die Chefin persönlich kam an jeden Tisch, um die Gäste nach ihrer Zufriedenheit zu fragen. Das Ambiente war ebenfalls sehr schön. Wir können das Delizia jedem empfehlen und kommen definitiv wieder.

Kinder lieben es hier! Und auch die erwachsen haben auch ihren Spaß bei super essen. Danke das ihr es einfach macht für Familien!

Hallo Leute‼️ Wir waren am Donnerstag 14.12.23 im Ristorante Delizia, dass Ambiente, das Personal war sehr freundlich und man bekommt einen sehr guten Service. Eine sehr gute Auswahl an Aperitifs, Weinen, Bieren, Softdrinks und Spirituosen. Das Essen von der Vorspeise bis zum Dessert war hervorragend und auch das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis sind sehr gut‼️ Ich kann das Delizia jedem empfehlen der in Dresden wohnt oder Dresden besucht. Sehr leckere Speisen und fantastische Weinraritäten und leckere Aperitifs. Sehr freundliches Personal. Ich kann dieses Restaurant nur wärmsten empfehlen.

Restaurant leer , Empfang sehr freundlich viel versprechend. Schnelle Aufnahme von Getränken und Speisen und auch keine langen Wartezeiten darauf. Dann wurden Stühle gerückt es kamen Handwerker direkt an unseren Tisch sehr unangenehm. Wir hätten gerne noch mehr bestellt aber von drei Servicekräften war niemand bereit freiwillig an unseren Tisch zukommen wiegesagt 2 belegte Tische. Aber man hat sich gefreut das wir gehen. Wenn man Abstriche zum Service macht die Küche ist sehr gut und dafür geht man ja ins Restaurant

Mal ohne Reservierung an einem Wochenende im Dezember noch einen Tisch bekommen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Essen super lecker und das zu humanen Preisen. Top

Wir waren letzte Woche mit der Firma zum Abendessen im Delizia. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Der Service war ebenfalls gut. Die Chefin hält den Laden zusammen. Es kann sein, dass nicht jeder ihre etwas burschikose Art mag, ich fand es gut, freundlich, heiter, zuvorkommend. Das neue Lokal ist sehr schick eingerichtet, allerdings nicht mehr ganz so heimelig wie die alten Räume, etwas laut. Vielen Dank, wir kommen bestimmt gern wieder.

Wir waren mit 13 Personen am Samstagabend, einfach wunderbar! Die glutenfreie Pizza war genial und der Service entspannt, obwohl volles Haus war. Eine Anmerkung, vielleicht bringt Ihr noch an der Decke etwas für die Akustik an, dann senkt sich vielleicht auch ein wenig die Raumlautstärke.
