A true Italian experience far away from Italy! + The food is great and really tastes Italian + The owners are very welcoming and nice + The ambient actually resembles the Italian restaurant in a true and not too pretentious way. Could call it romantic as well. + The prices for what you get are more than honest Would recommend it to anyone!

I can't understand the good reviews at all, dirty location, bad food, unfriendly service. No wonder the shop only has pensioners at the table playing cards... If you want to have a good time, go somewhere else.

Attention, attention, attention! horrible. Keep away unless you can't taste anything anymore. I don't understand this review! But since only seniors were present, I can only explain that they no longer have taste buds. Waited 30 minutes for a soup starter. You can always turn a blind eye, but when the other waitress came from the side and said, "You'll only wait 10 minutes" after the cheekiness, I got tired of it and asked for the bill. My starter was a simple salad. for 14.50. I waited half an hour for this. neither bruscetta on it...nothing, just a slice of tomato, mozzarella, a few lettuce leaves...catastrophic! My colleague didn't even get any bread with the soup. and me neither. Ordered apple spritzer and got diluted apple juice, zero carbonation in it. We let them know and got a new one and it was exactly the same. So I don't understand these reviews. You can't rely on that nowadays. and if they had at least been nice I would have forgone the review, but there is nothing. zero. The other seniors in the corner suddenly play cards.... escaped to the pizzeria across the street. Thank God it wasn't a failure.

We ordered a 4-course meal for two people here using a Groupon voucher. Apart from the fact that we had to wait an extremely long time for our food and also between the individual courses, the staff and the chef seemed to be extremely overwhelmed with this menu. Only the dessert (finished product) was good. You could eat the steak but it wasn't really crazy. The side dishes didn't work at all and calling them grilled vegetables is a joke. But I can well imagine that the pizzas and other typical snack dishes taste much better. It's just not a typical restaurant. I just don't understand why Groupon offers such a menu.

We came to this pleasant restaurant by chance, we ate bruschetta olives and cheese and later pizza, the crowd was not too big, the staff were friendly, all the best

All in all good. The pizzas are very large, the service was friendly. The taste wasn't overwhelming, but the value for money was definitely right here!

We found out about the restaurant by chance and were totally overwhelmed. A small but fine family restaurant excels with homemade and confident food. From starters to dessert everything was perfect. When we are back in Hamburg we will definitely visit this restaurant again!

It was very crowded yesterday. Nevertheless, our pre-ordered table by the window was festively decorated. As soon as we had sat down, we were greeted with Prosecco. There were appetizer plates with vitello tonato beef gaspazio and small scampi. Everything was very tasty with fresh bread. The main course was a seafood platter with potatoes and spinach. Look at the picture! I have never experienced anything so good in Hamburg. The service was of course also very good.

Had four courses. Good carpaccio first. Tomato soup with chunks also good. Main course with beef fillet in red wine sauce was very good. Very tender meat and strong sauce. Grilled vegetables on a separate plate (then not in the sauce) are great. That's how you do it. Dessert with tiramisu and panacotta is also good. Very good open wines. Recommendation: Montepulciano. We'll definitely come back, even if we don't live in Hamburg.

We had two vouchers from Groupon that had no restrictions. The first shock came when making the reservation. 20 euros (for 4 people) more or no table on the weekend. The thorough examination of the vouchers proved us right, but we had no choice as we couldn't go to Hamburg during the week. That dampened the anticipation quite a bit. But the reception was friendly, the table in the narrow room was beautifully set The boring aperitif didn't really improve our mood, but they visibly cared about us, especially our 12-year-old daughter was lovingly cared for. The courses were completed quickly, which is certainly great for most people, but I missed the comfort and coordination here. The food was perfectly prepared, tasty and great ingredients. The veal in tuna sauce appetizer whetted our appetite for more. The noodles were well seasoned and the prawns were cooked to perfection. Vegetables, bread and salad were also fresh and tasty. And another “but”: the beef fillet was a different size on each plate. You turn green with envy when the piece next door is twice as big but still tiny. I felt like I had a small fried slice of carpaccio with a hint of sauce that seemed alone and lost on the huge plate, so all of us at the table were a little irritated. It tasted great, no doubt, but I felt really ripped off since we had to pay extra. I could (theoretically) wrap it around my fork and have it disappear in my mouth with one bite. I was sad and disappointed because that's what I went there for and not for the big bowl of pasta. Even the heavenly tiramisu didn't help. If you want to eat here, you will get delicious food as well as really good service, but the voucher campaign has ultimately become more expensive, absolutely too expensive, than an à la carte meal in the house. Therefore only 3 stars for this promotion.

Cozy Italian with good food and reasonable prices! RECOMMENDED!

We ended up there by chance. The food was excellent and the service was very good. “Lamb fillet Al Rosmarino” or “Pizza Parma e Rucola” can be seen in the photos. "Bruschetta" as a starter.

We came in to have some dinner, the place looked really nice and cosy. Armosphere seemed nice. When we tried to order I wasn’t sure between 2 options so I tried to ask the waiter (looked like the owner) about his recommendation on pastas. He interrupted me in the middle of my sentence and walked away saying that he will come later when i decide. I wasn’t sure that he understood me correctly(conversation was in english) so I tried with the same question again and then he just walked off towards the kitchen. We left and never even managed to order and try the food. Rudest service I’ve seen for a long while, would not recommend.

Enjoyed a 4 course menu. Fast and very nice service! The food was well prepared and tasted great. The restaurant was full to the last seat and it was a little louder at the next table, hence 4 stars for the ambience.

Very good food with top service

Nice and smiling staff who smile away the stress. The food is wonderful, visually beautifully presented, tastes absolutely delicious and fresh. The ambience is perfectly fine and you try to conjure up the best out of the room. However, you should pay attention to the opening times; Be it Google, be it your own website, be it the notice board at the restaurant, there are different times everywhere. It is therefore better to call in advance instead of making a reservation online. Overall completely satisfied.

We registered with a Groupon voucher and were warmly welcomed. The tables were close together and were all occupied over the course of the evening. The service was sometimes not optimal due to the crowd. The food tasted good. Preheated plates would have been desirable because some of the food had cooled down. All in all we were satisfied. Thanks to the Groupon voucher, the price-performance ratio was right.

Terzetto has been my favorite Italian restaurant in Hamburg for years. Since the change of ownership, subsequent renovation and revision of the menu, the restaurant has continued to win. In summer you can sit outside in the backyard. The service is friendly and attentive, the food is always delicious.

Had a voucher from Groupon. Table reservation at 5 p.m., the first course (salad that we hadn't ordered) arrived at 5:35 p.m. This was probably because of the waiting time. I then told the employee/boss that we had to leave at 6:05 p.m. for a musical. Unfortunately it didn't get any faster. Our pre-ordered meal (with the voucher) arrived at 5:50 p.m. It tasted very good, hence 2 stars instead of zero! Then we had to eat it quickly so we could get out on time. Then he cheekily told me that I shouldn't rush my wife. There is no worse way to treat guests! If you have time, okay, but if I've already told him that we have to leave at 6 p.m., you should also react. By the way: there were 4 tables occupied with us! The tables are also too narrow for my taste. If I make a reservation at 5pm, I don't want to eat at 6pm! We won't be coming back!!!

Ich hatte in diesem Restaurant schon Pulpo von der Tageskarte (ein Gedicht!) und Pizza Frutti di Mare (vorzüglich!) und kann das Terzetto daher bestens weiterempfehlen: Sehr gute italienische Küche mit überwiegend frischen Zutaten in familiärer Atmosphäre. Hier wird richtig gut original italienisch gekocht; auf Wunsch etwas variierte Tagesgerichte werden ebenfalls hervorragend zubereitet und zu fairen Preisen angeboten. Die Flaschenweine sind ebenfalls empfehlenswert, besonders für Weinliebhaber, denen körperreiche Primitivos langsam zu beerig sind. Einer der besten italienischen Restaurants in Hamburg, dessen Küche locker mit modischeren Locations mithalten kann.

Wir hatten ein sehr leckeres 4 Gänge Menü.😋 Zwischen den Gängen hätten ruhig ein paar Minuten mehr vergehen können. Personal sehr angenehm.🙂

Das 5 Gänge Menü war der Hammer was ich über Groupon gekauft hatte.Können es nur weiter empfehlen und die Bedienung sehr sehr freundlich.Wir können nur sagen Top,Top,Top das Ambiente könnte erneuert werden aber das Essen dafür extra Klasse.

Das essen war super lecker. Leider mußten wir über eine Stunde auf unser Essen warten, die Vorspeise wurde komplett vergessen 😐 an unserem Tisch roch es ein wenig nach Toilette was konisch war da diese sehr weit entfernt war. Aber trotz allem war es die beste pasta die ich je hatte 😂

Wir haben das 4 Gänge Menü von Groupon probiert und ich kann nur sagen, es war der Hammer! Das Essen war super Lecker, die kellnern warn extrem zuvorkommend und freundlich. Es gibt nicht wirklich viel zu bemängelt, ich finde nur das Restaurant sollte Ihre Innere Architektur etwas ändern.

Hatte wohl falsch gewählt. Die Dorade war ein reines Gretensammeln, dafür war sie aber mit noch mehr Knoblauch als Greten befüllt, eindeutig zu viel! Das Gemüse und die Kartoffeln waren bestenfalls am Dampfgarer vorbei getragen, um sie warm zu kriegen, das war alles noch roh. Ambiente sehr gemütlich, die Gastgeber überaus nett und freundlich.

Total nette autentische Wirte... Super lecker Essen! Angefangen bei den Antipasti di Terzetto und den Spaghetti Parma Ruccola sowie die mit Gambas. Wir sind mega zufrieden aus dem Ristorante gegangen. Schade,dass wir nur kurz in der Nähe waren.

Netter Service, gute Preise, schnelle Bedienung allerdings habe ich anscheinend das falsche bestellt.. die anderen Gerichte sahen optisch gut aus aber die Pizza war echt nich gut... Vllt hatte der Koch nur einen schlechten Tag aber bei meinem Kollegen sah die Pizza auch nich besser aus .. viel zu lange im Ofen! Schade, soll aber ne positive Kritik für die Zukunft sein ;)

Sehr netter authentischer Service, sehr leckeres Essen und dem Kind wurde problemlos ein Extrawunsch (Lieblingsgericht stand nicht auf der Karte) erfüllt. Ein Nachbarschafts-Italiener bei dem es auch als „Auswärtiger“ Spaß macht. Danke für den schönen Abend.

Wir hatten das 4 Gänge Steak Menü. War super lecker, das Steak auf den Punkt gegart! Freundliche Bedienung und es gab sogar einen Schnaps nach Wahl auf Kosten des Hauses. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren zu einem über Groupon gebuchten Menü hier. Und tatsächlich haben wir vieles nicht aufgegessen, weil wir es nicht lecker fanden. Außerdem saßen wir im Durchzug: vermutlich zog es durch das geschlossene Fenster. Und wir fanden auch die Stühle nicht bequem... Wir waren also insgesamt enttäuscht. Es gab aber auch Positives: Der Service war sehr freundlich. Durch den Groupon-Gutschein haben wir pro Person für das Menü rund 30 € bezahlt, was nicht teuer ist. Da es aber viele positive Rezensionen gibt und das Lokal auch nicht leer war, drücken wir den Betreibern die Daumen, dass sie weiter viele Gäste haben, die sich bei ihnen wohlfühlen. Da der Service nett war, meinen wir das wirklich ernst, auch wenn wir selbst wohl nicht wiederkommen werden.

Geöffnet bis 0:00 Uhr Ich habe um 23 Uhr noch eine richtig leckere, riesige Pizza bekommen für unter 10€. Herzliches Team. In der Lokalität allerdings sehr heiß.

Super unscheinbar aber unheimlich lecker

Das Essen war total enttäuschend. Die Bruschetta war "einfach" Brot mit ungewürztenTomaten und Parmesanspänen. Die Sauce zu den Spaghett mit Gambas war kaum abgeschmeckt und so gut wie nicht gewürzt, die Pizza mit Schinken und Ruccola war zu trocken. Schade!!

Ein Restaurant an einer grossen Hauptstraße - Punkt! Fleisch und Fisch waren ok, aber Beilagen kalt, spärlich, leicht verbrannt. Soße war eine dünne Plörre. Kaffee wie beim Italiener??? Leider auch nicht. Das Personal war freundlich, aber teils unbeholfen. Essen kam in Etappen, Zucker haben wir uns selber organisiert. Wir waren nur zu dritt.

Hervorragendes Essen, aufmerksamer Service, moderate Preise... was will man mehr? Für die Lage kann man ja nix 😁 ... an einer belebten Straßenkreuzung... trotzdem kann man genüsslich draußen sitzen
