Cheeky prices for food like that... And they could be more friendly.

I ordered food an hour ago through Lieferando. It doesn't even say it's been processed yet. I tried calling them, but no one answered. This is the last time I'll order from them. Everything is taking way too long.

The prices are completely over the top, the taste isn't the best, and the floor was so slippery and dirty that I almost fell.

Cool atmosphere, friendly staff, and finally a kebab that's worth the money. Here you get a very well-made chicken kebab: plenty of sauce, sturdy flatbread, a decent size, and a good balance of meat and vegetables. Top-notch!

Not recommended. The food doesn't taste good, the manager doesn't recognize problems and criticism and always deflects them. Unfriendly delivery people who go around the corner, ranting and raving about customers. The other negative reviews and the manager's response speak volumes. A case for the health department.

We've never had any problems before, but we'll think twice about ordering food there next time. The wait was about an hour and a half. Then there were problems at the door. We weren't supposed to pay even though we paid with PayPal. On top of that, the people on the phone were very rude. Then we noticed that the wrong order had been delivered. Another 5-10 minutes later, our order arrived, including soggy fries and a burger that was already well under the cold. On top of that, there wasn't even any compensation. It's a shame, really.

Hello, I'm actually a long-time customer at Royal. Everything's usually good. I recently ordered something for €20, and I asked the employee on the phone if they would deliver for free. The answer was yes, so I had it delivered. When the driver arrived, I was asked to pay €23 in one go because the food delivery wasn't included. It would have been okay if they had told me that over the phone, but this is awful. I thought that was a real shame, and I won't be ordering anything from there again for the time being.

It doesn't get more royal than this...a nice, rustic gem near the train station. My kebab was filled to the brim and tasted typically Berlin, fantastic! The only downside: the cocktail sauce was served in a separate bowl instead of being squirted directly onto the kebab...but overall, I'll be back!

The pizzas I've eaten here so far have all been fantastic in terms of value for money. The few other products I tried were generally good. If you want to experience Royal at its best, order a pizza here.

Rude because you called attentively that the food was cold, chicken schnitzel was fried to death, dry kebab meat and raw fries were terrible!!!! And then on the phone you get a 10 euro credit for the next time! It's ridiculous that you get rid of your customers so now you order from Roma and the food ends up in the trash 🗑️

We ordered Chicken Dehner and Mexican pizza. The pizza was delicious, we all liked it, but the dener didn't taste good, why did you put so much cabbage on it? We ordered a dener with chicken instead of cabbage.

This restaurant is literally defrauding people. It says 1 Pommes is 20 Euros for a pizza. I call and ask. The man scolds me. The prices have changed today. He says I can sell it for 100 Euros if I want. He says don't order again and hangs up on me. This kind of tradesmanship doesn't work.

I generally liked the food and was satisfied with it. The prices are slightly above average. But the atmosphere is really terrible because it's winter and there is no heating in the room. It's so cold that you can hardly stay in the restaurant for more than 5-10 minutes when it's cold outside. It was raining and windy outside, and I came inside to eat in a warm atmosphere. Unfortunately I couldn't enjoy the food because it was very cold in the room. Response to a discriminatory statement from the administration: Your answer is extremely outrageous. Regardless of the order value, every customer has the right to be treated with respect and appropriate service. Your comment that a customer ‘occupies a spot for 3 euros’ is demeaning and completely unacceptable. This contradicts all principles of hospitality and customer service standards that apply in Germany, where every guest is treated with respect - regardless of the amount of their bill. I would like to remind you that I was a guest in your restaurant about two months ago and paid a bill of 22 euros. At this point I had no reason to complain and I expected the quality of service to remain at the same level. However, based on your answer, the question arises as to whether you really value your customers or whether your attitude depends on the order value. I would also like to point out that rude, derogatory or discriminatory comments can be viewed as an expression of disrespect or even discrimination, which is contrary to laws protecting consumer rights. Such behavior not only damages your reputation, but can also result in legal consequences. I am well aware of my rights as a consumer and the standards that catering establishments must adhere to. If treating customers like this is your norm, it could have serious consequences for your business. If a similar situation occurs again, I reserve the right to involve the relevant supervisory authorities to ensure that the rights of customers and quality standards in the catering industry are adhered to. I strongly recommend that you rethink your approach to communicating with customers and use reviews as an opportunity to improve and grow - rather than as an opportunity for attacks and derogatory comments.

I would rather give 0 stars... We should generally wait 60 minutes for our food, that's fine. But that the driver then drives around with our food for over 60 minutes? It doesn't have to be that way. We're really tolerant, but something like that just doesn't work, so it's better to specify more delivery time straight away. They were nice on the phone when we contacted us, but it still doesn't work that our food is driven around Ibbenbüren for 60 minutes. And the food still tastes good.

Absolute impudence. Doner kebab advertised for 8 euros, then wanted 9 euros at the checkout! There was a handwritten note at the cash register saying there was a 1 euro surcharge on everything because it was a fair. That's very disgraceful. You should avoid such rip-off shops until they come to their senses.

The food is always delicious, but the delivery time is never right. Even if there is a lot to do, I expect an order that I place at 7:30 p.m. not at 9:15 p.m. and then not even at 9:15 p.m. but at 9:40 p.m. This pizzeria really needs to get this under control. It's not the first time like this.

Absolute impudence! Ordered via Lieferando. Added as a comment that I shouldn't put everything on the kebab because I'm an allergy sufferer. I then got the kebab with EVERYTHING on it. When I called the restaurant, they brushed me off straight away. The woman who answered also has zero friendliness. Didn't make any compromises. I wrote the comment down at Lieferando in the ORDER NOTES and they said I wrote it under driver notes (first shift the blame onto others) and that they don't read it anyway. So ridiculous 😂 Absolute impudence. I'd rather go to the competition who don't rip you off. I will advise friends not to continue ordering here. Something so unfriendly.

We have just received the order we placed via Lieferando, three quarters of an hour late. We only ordered 2 large pizzas and pizza rolls, instead of the rolls we got a small salami pizza, which as a vegetarian I can't eat. Very disappointing. The pizza tastes good, but ordering it again is out of the question at the moment.

Seafood pizza consists only of cheese and tuna. Not well done and really not tasty either.

I would say one of the best kebabs in the area. It's nice to only pay after the meal, but queuing again takes a bit of a delay.

I was there with my daughter, she really wanted to go. The “starter” of pizza rolls with cheese was delicious. My daughter was very happy with the Margherita pizza. My kebab pizza had almost no taste. Bread, cheese and meat, no idea how to manage that, sorry.

Leckere Pizza zu guten Preisen.

Unfassbar unverschämte lieferzeiten. Jedes mal wartet man über 2 stunden auf sein Essen. Und wenn man anruft immer die selbe Aussage:"der lieferant muss eigentlich bei Ihnen sein. Kommt sofort." Dann dauert es meist nochmal 25min. Vermutlich wird das essen erst auf nachfrage zubereitet. Einmal kam unser Essen garnicht bis 22uhr.

Essen schmeckt super. Service ist top

Einfach super, die Jungs sind immer super drauf, sehr beschäftigt, aber das Essen ist immer wie erwartet. Weiter so.
